ABOUT THIS EPISODE
This week on The Black Briefing Podcast, we sat down with Ben Tapper, Chief Diversity and Equity Officer for the City of Indianapolis. In this conversation, Ben shares the winding road that led him into the Office of Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion, what it really means to do equity work inside city government, and why the new BIRTH Fund matters for families across Indy. If you're curious about how public policy, community voice, and real-life impact come together behind the scenes, this episode is your front-row seat.
