ABOUT THIS EPISODE
We know it’s vital to understand our clients as much as possible. Yet doing research can be difficult + expensive.
Fortunately Kathryn McGarvey’s back in the studio today – she’s founder of Nosy HQ which specializes in just this kind of research. Plus she’s a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience, so understands the business landscape well.
We discuss how actually listening to your customers can transform your marketing strategy + why it’s essential to separate your personal feelings from the feedback you receive.
Look for more shows in this Book Huddle strand where we have experts share their favorite books. And check out Kathryn’s earlier appearance in the classics strand where we discussed Rumpelstiltskin – it’s one of our best.
