ABOUT THIS EPISODE
French Sci-Fi Film
What happens when artificial intelligence, domestic robots, and a group of very eccentric humans are all stuck under the same roof? Well… things get weird! 🤖😂
In the latest episode of The BIG Sci-Fi Podcast, Adeena, Cris, and Steve take a trip across the Atlantic to check out the quirky French-made Netflix sci-fi film BigBug.
The crew digs into this colorful, bizarre, and often hilarious look at artificial intelligence, human relationships, technology, and what might happen when our robots decide they have ideas of their own.
Is BigBug a clever satire? A strange comedy? A cautionary tale about our technological future? Maybe a little bit of all three!
Adeena, Cris, and Steve share what they loved, what left them scratching their heads, and whether this unusual sci-fi adventure deserves a place among the genre's more memorable films.
Come for the robots. Stay for the chaos.
