ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Did you ever wonder what your pastor didn't say on Sunday? This is The Afterthought Show, a podcast from Canyon Ridge Baptist Church in San Diego, California, featuring hosts Zane Garza and Pastor Chris Chadwick. Inspired to help Christians walk with Jesus throughout the week, they dive into biblical truths that didn't make it into Sunday morning's expositional preaching message.
In this episode, Zane and Pastor Chadwick reflect on a wild weekend of college football and discuss why the purity of the sport has changed, then dive deep into Revelation chapter one. They examine John's exile to Patmos, the biblical importance of guarding the Lord's Day, the glorious description of our resurrected Savior, and how we are called to comfort others with the very comfort we have received from God. This conversation will challenge and encourage your walk with Christ.
