Okay, let's jump into the matchups and talk some touchdowns. Grant and Aoife, you are up first, and you have Browns Buccaneers. Who do you like to score in this game?
00:01:43
Speaker 2: I mean, I really don't like this game at all. It's absolutely disgusting trying to find bets. Banger. Gosh, I did not like it. But I got a couple ones at decent odds, and they're both quarterbacks. So we're starting off to Sean Watson to score a touchdown. plus 600 and it's mostly just because he is so incredibly inept like the line the line actually wasn't bad the offense did not run bad outside of deshaun watson just holding on for too long not make decisions being terrible good news is he did scramble multiple times had six carries with 38 yards so he's willing to just say no i don't like anything and run at a decent clip and he's been like that all the way going back to 2024 2023 just doesn't like to make decisions And so he's going to be scrambling a bit here. They're probably going to be playing from down pretty much the entire game. So you can currently get it around the plus 600 and that's a bit too high for me. And I just, when I thought about Casey conception, I thought about a few guys, but just having Watson throw them ball, I can't wait until he finally gets benched. But until then the best bet I think is probably him at plus 600 on the other side, rolling with Baker to score a touchdown. He scored one last week. I know he has not historically been a huge, um, threat in the red zone to run the ball. Only gets about one to three touchdowns per year, but the odds seem a little bit high at plus 550. You're going up against the Browns. Obviously, his old team, Baker being the type of guy he is, I'm not going to be surprised at all if he decides, F it, I'm going to run this in. And I think we could very easily see that there. The odds just a bit too high, but I mean, this is probably going to be an ugly game. I expect the Bucs to just absolutely crush the Browns here, and these are the two that have the most value.
00:03:25
Speaker 1: On Well, I would just say normally like inspiration or, you know, revenge. I try to not use those as core metrics for why I would bet a guy. But in this instance, Baker is that type of guy. Like we saw when he was with Carolina, where he did it against Cleveland. Like, you know, that he's the type of guy that just wants to get payback on people that have written him off. So I love that, especially because we're getting odds around plus 550, especially after he just scored last week against the Bengals. And then, you know, Deshaun Watson, there's nothing really left to say, at least from a positive note standpoint. But the fact that we're getting a 6-1 against a defense that he probably won't want to try to run up the middle against if Vito Vea is there, he'll probably try to scramble more on the outside. And I think that's where he can maybe get that score. So those are your two bets for Browns Buccaneers. Deshaun Watson at 6-1 and Baker Mayfield at plus 550. All right, I'm up next, and I got assigned Packers Jets. So for that one, I kept it simple. I went with Garrett Wilson because, again, even against the Titans, he had a 30% target share. He's around plus 210 to score. I don't expect that target share to drop anytime soon, especially with Geno Smith at quarterback. And we just watched that Packers secondary get completely diced by Justin Jefferson last week. And that defense just hasn't really been the same since Micah Parsons got hurt. So I have high hopes for the Packers offense to put up some points. And if they're putting up points, I think the Jets will have to kind of be in a trailing game script as a result. And, you know, if you're getting the lion's share of targets as a wide receiver one in this offense, I don't think you could be around plus 200, especially given what we saw them go through last week.
00:05:07
Speaker 2: All right.
00:05:07
Speaker 1: But on the Packers side. I'm going to take Matthew Golden. I initially was looking at Jaden Reed, and then I realized that trend of two wide receiver sets has continued into this year. You saw it in week one, where when they're doing two wide receiver sets or heavy personnel, Jaden Reed just doesn't get on the field. So I had to pivot in that front. But that's why I was looking at Matthew Golden, because last week we were on Christian Watson in this spot, but It was Golden who led all Packers in snaps, targets per route run. He ran the most routes. He had three red zone targets. Two were in the end zone. They're really trying to make it a thing of Matthew Golden being effective. So again, if we're going to see Matthew Golden around plus 240 to score after watching what we saw in week one, I think those odds are a little too high. So those are my two picks for Jets Packers. I'm going to take Garrett Wilson and Matthew Golden. Okay, next game is Panthers-Falcons. Kerner, you got to sign that one. What are you looking at to score in that one?
00:06:08
Speaker 3: Yeah, I get the game where we don't even know who the hell the quarterback's going to be. So I'll try my best. But I think on the Panthers side, I'm going to go with Chuba Hubbard. I'm going to go with first touchdown score at 5-1. They had seven goal line snaps last week, and he took them all. over Jonathan Brooks. I think Brooks is going to see a bigger role as he's healthier and as the season goes forward, but maybe more of a pass catching back. Whereas I think Chuba is going to be the goal line back no matter what. I think that's kind of his skill set. So if they do get around the goal line, I think it'll be Chuba. And I think, you know, given the quarterback situation for Atlanta, their defense is shaky. I wouldn't be shocked if the Panthers score first. So I just like the idea of kind of combining both and just taking them to be the first touchdown score at five to one.
00:06:58
Speaker 1: And what's funny with Chuba is that like, sorry, before you mentioned who you like for the Falcons, they were pricing it as almost like Brooks was going to be the lead back in that last week. So, and that flipped immediately once we saw it against the Bears. So who do you like for the Falcons?
00:07:13
Speaker 2: Yeah.
00:07:13
Speaker 3: So I'm going to stick with Kyle Pitts here at plus 350. If you watch that game, he could have had a nice, like long catch and run. I don't know if it would have been a touchdown, but Cooper Rush just underthrew him and Ramsey came in and tipped it. So I'm putting that on Cooper Rush. And I have some hope that they won't have to roll Cooper Rush out there. Michael Penix was able to return to full practice. So hopefully he's able to go this week. If not, Stefanski hasn't ruled out using Jack Strand, which, you know, He was one of my favorite QBs from preseason. He can't be much worse than Cooper Rush. So I don't know why they wouldn't give him a crack. So either way, I think Kyle Pitts might have a more competent quarterback under center this week. And we just thought that, I mean, love the Bears offense, but they just dropped 59 points on the Panthers. So I think this is a spot Kyle Pitts could get going.
00:08:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, Pitts.
00:08:12
Speaker 1: One of my starters in one of my leagues. And I think he put up a big shiny zero for week one. I only saw that one target that you described, but it got tipped. So we'll see Kyle pits. It just, we got to see who the quarterback is. Hopefully we get Jack strand in there. We can actually have maybe a little bit more production on that front because we Cooper Rush, it ain't it. It's been a difficult road. But yes, even at this price, though, at plus 390, and we just watched Carolina give up 59 points, it just seems a tad high, even for a starting tight end one with that quarterback situation. All right, let's now move to Eagles-Titans. Grant, you got this one. What did you pick?
00:08:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, another just probably going to be very ugly game, although I do like my bets significantly better in this one, especially one. We'll start off with one I like less, and that's Elick to score. You can find him at anywhere from plus 900, plus 1300. To me, that's a bit too high. I mean, he played over 50% of snaps last week. I know that the matchup is very tough, but most likely they're going to be playing from behind, and so they're going to be forced to throw the ball. Elick has five touchdowns in 17 career games. He has a nice rapport with Ward. Again, I'm not expecting him to score, but I don't need him to score that often considering the odds here. just a bit too high. I think he has a good nose for the end zone. And so I, I, the odds just seem drastically too high for his role in this offense. And then one bet on the Eagle side that I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with the sports books, pricing him this high Dallas Goddard at plus two 35 plus two 40. What are they doing? I, I have, I have to look back at his stats over and over again, last 16 games. 15 touchdowns. That's including the playoffs. Averaging close to a touchdown per game. Had two... touchdowns last week i know they're probably not going to be throwing much in the second half because they'll probably be ahead but i mean realistically dallas goddard i wouldn't be surprised if his odds should be plus 240 for a first half touchdown like he is huge in this offense in the red zone they're using him heavily Hurts just relies on him so much. And without A.J. Brown in this offense anymore, again, you look at splits when either Smith or A.J. Brown were out last year, last few years, and they go through the roof, plus 240 is just absolutely ridiculous odds for him. I would probably bet him all the way down to like plus 170, plus 160.
00:10:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, Goddard nearly tripled Johnny Muntz snaps as well in week one. He is the tight end one in that offense. And I'm glad you brought up the splits. without A.J. Brown or Devontae Smith, because that's kind of been, I think, the best time to circle him. And the fact that he scored two touchdowns last week and they haven't lowered these odds, I think the only reason why they have it listed this way, because the production is there, is they may think that this might be a blow up by halftime and then he doesn't really have to play as much in the second half. But I'm actually a little more bullish on the Titans. I think they'll be able to keep this a little closer. And that's why I love the Dallas Goddard bet, because they'll use him in like, you know, fake end rounds on the tush push, you know, shovel passes near the five. Like there's a lot of ways for him to score other than just passes over the middle. So, uh, Ellicott and Menor at 13 to one Dallas Goddard at plus two 40. Those are the two bets that Grant likes for Eagles Titans. This was my toughest game of the week to pick a touchdown score. And it was Bengals Texans. Uh, so this one after doing a little bit research and kind of getting into it, I went with T Higgins at two to one. That's who I like on the Bengals side. I think this is the week to grab him. I think it's a bit of a market overreaction from not scoring in week one, because when you looked against that matchup against the bucks, like he was as low as like plus one 20 at some spots to score and all the way back up to plus 200. And obviously this Texans defense is tough, but they may be weak to a long touchdown pass or two because they played single high safety at the highest rate in the NFL in week one. And that's kind of opens up those deep passes and Higgins is, much like Jamar Chase too, but both receivers, they tend, their target rate skyrockets when seeing single high. And I think that the Bengals will probably, the Texans will likely do the double routine with Jamar Chase and let him go one-on-one with Derek Stingley. I think he can high point a ball on Derek Stingley and get it. I think at two to one, that's where I would like is T. Higgins to score a touchdown on this defense. On the Texans side, it's getting dry for pass catchers right now. Like, nico collins might not play this week uh jayden higgins got hurt in the preseason it just it's not a good spot right now so i think on the texan side it's it's dalton schultz or nothing for me um i know a lot of people will look to last week and say well everybody was all on the tight end with the bucks with kate otten and he didn't really do much it's like well that was more of a bucks problem more than than uh the tight end issue because they just were fumbling the ball it felt like every uh every drive. But he is the clear tight end one in this offense. There's not really much true competition similar to the way Dallas Goddard is at the Eagles. But when you're getting a tight end who's running a route at a 70% clip, that's pretty much just behind Nico Collins in this offense. And he's probably one of the few pass catchers that CJ Stroud trusts. So if Nico Collins is out, I like this bet even more. But I think it's starting to be priced that way because Dalton Schultz, when this initially opened, he was around plus 310. And I'm seeing it right now around plus 240, plus 250. So get that in while you can, because that probably will drop even more if Nico Collins gets ruled out. All right, Sean, we got you up next. Decent matchup. I like this one. Saints Bravens. Who do you like to score in this one?
00:13:53
Speaker 3: Yeah, for the Saints side, I got to go with my guy Juwan Johnson at plus 350.
00:13:58
Speaker 2: I loved him.
00:14:01
Speaker 3: As a late round pick in fantasy, just because I thought he'd get off to a hot start because their first round pick, you know, Jordan Tyson's going to be out a while at, you know, at least the first month with the hamstring injury. Um, so I think Juwan just has a ton of upside right now. I mean, he was a former wide receiver himself. Um, and last week he had a league high three design first read looks inside the five yard line, which are the most valuable, um, kind of targets you can get for a tight end. So I wasn't shocked that he did pull away with one of them for a touchdown. But I think it's clear that they're going to feature him in the red zone. I've always thought Travis ETN or Travis HN, however we're saying it now, never been like a really good goal linebacker. So I think they're going to have to resort to that. And Jill, no more Taysom Hill. So when they get inside the 10-yard line, We don't have to deal with that bullshit. So, you know, Juwan Johnson, just massive upside due to him not being there. So love taking him here at plus 350. And then Raven side, it's very tricky right now because, you know, Zay Flowers might be out. So I think we're kind of pricing everybody as if he is. So I'd hold off on this as long as possible. But I do like Mark Andrews around plus 125. He just has massive upside right now because, you know, he's a clear tight end. with Isaiah Likely now off in New York scoring a bunch of touchdowns. So even if Zay Flowers were to suit up, he could be more of a decoy. Either way, Andrews could be the top target here this week. I still love Matthew Hibner as a sneaky long shot. Almost hit that last week. He did get a 13-yard catch in the red zone last week, but went out of bounds a little bit early. But I think Andrews is just a massive, massive touch on upside. Obviously, he's the ball carrier and the push if they want to use that on the goal line for whatever reason. Despite having Derek Henry, he has that upside as well. So I like him at plus 125, but again, do not take it yet. Once Zay Flowers is officially rolled out, then maybe go from there. But there's a chance Flowers does end up playing and this might go up plus 160 or something like that.
00:16:13
Speaker 1: So this is one I would hold off. But either way, I like Andrews here. I mean, I love Mark Andrews too. I'm a little bit worried that I might have mushed your Juwan Johnson pick, Kerner, because my buddies asked me about this game and they were like, what about Durham Smythe? Like, you know, he's around like nine to one. And I was like, man, don't take Durham Smythe. He hasn't scored a touchdown since 2022. And he's the backup tight end of Juwan Johnson, who I like a lot more in this matchup. So now, naturally, the laws of gambling and the laws of football are going to put me in a position where now Durham Smythe scores over Juwan Johnson. So I like to apologize.
00:16:46
Speaker 2: And probably... It'd probably be Noah Fant. But, right.
00:16:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, Fant is the one who caught the touchdown in overtime. So, again, it just, that's, but Juwan is such a stud matchup problem that, again, getting that at plus 350 against this defense, very solid look by you. All right, football season is here, folks. Who do you like to score in this NFC North matchup?
00:18:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, this should be a fun one. I mean, it could go any number as a way. We obviously saw what the bears did last week on offense and defense. It could be incredibly high scoring game. It could be one where they end up struggling going up against Flores, but regardless, um, Caleb Williams to score plus 340. Still seems too high. We got him at plus 550 last week. Scored twice. 10 rushing attempts with 65 yards. Obviously, Flores loves to blitz at a huge rate. So we're probably going to have Caleb Williams scrambling a decent amount here. The odds just a bit too high. And then next up, Justin Jefferson. We can still get him at plus 180. What are they doing? Scored twice last week. And you think, oh, I don't want to bet him. He's got Carson Wentz throwing in the ball. Well, guess what? Wentz played five games with him so far since the beginning of last year. In those five games, he didn't quite play the full game versus Cincinnati last year. Still had seven targets on him. And then 11 versus Pittsburgh, 11 versus Cleveland, 10 versus Philly, had nine versus the Packers last week he is getting peppered with targets Wentz has a tendency to just completely zone in on one guy and Jefferson is the best guy in the league probably outside of maybe Chase to do that with and so he's going to get peppered with targets all game long the Bears defense does not look great in week one giving up a ton of points to Carolina here So Jefferson at plus 180 just seems silly to me.
00:20:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, like that one I didn't really understand. Like at the plus 180 when you can get him at those, like we talked about this off air where usually when you have like a half-competent quarterback, He probably should be priced anywhere between plus 130, plus 150, just given the fact that he's going to have, you know, that 30 percent target share or more. And Caleb Williams, great pick by you last week. He scored twice. He looks slimmer, like he looks quicker, you know, running from the ball. And then when I had to double check, because I knew that Brian Flores blitzed him a shit ton last week. blitz to the Packers but I had to double check the number 71% of dropbacks from from Jordan Love saw a blitz so Caleb Williams I think could see a lot even if they drop that down to like 35 40% which is like the number two in the NFL that should give Caleb some opportunities to scramble as well so again great choices by you Grant. Um, I got assigned Steelers Patriots and that one, when I started looking at the top of the list, I just didn't love what we were seeing. So I went full long shot. So here's what we got on the Steelers side. I'm going to go with Roman Wilson. Now, Roman Wilson. he hasn't scored a touchdown. It didn't score a touchdown in week one. He only scored two last year, but really encouraging in week one, he ran a route at a 61% clip. That's nearly double his rate from last season. And for week one, at least against the Falcons, he was second on the team and targets per route run. He saw an end zone target, uh, I also think that Roman Wilson will probably get a little bit softer coverage compared to, say, DK Metcalf or Michael Pittman. I think Christian Gonzalez is going to follow DK as much as possible. Also with Roman Wilson, I'm not sure if you guys noticed this, just watching it like media coverage of the Steelers. I feel like every time I see an interview with Aaron Rodgers, like he's bringing up Roman Wilson or like Shailene Woodley, like it's either one or the other. So it's plus 750. I'm going full Roman and I'm taking him to score a touchdown against the Patriots. Now this one's an even longer long shot. This one is at plus 950 right now at DraftKings. Kyle Williams with the Patriots. So if A.J. Brown is out to me, the opportunity is on almost all Patriots wide receiver touchdown scorers. Williams, he scored three times last year, all on deep routes, all in the second half of the season, kind of when the Patriots were starting to make that run and be at the top of the leaderboard in the AFC. I also think the Steelers are going to do whatever they can to try to lock in on Romeo Dobbs and make Drake May kind of have to look elsewhere with that deep ball. I'll be honest, I almost went barefoot and took Mack Hollins. But just kind of looking at Mike Vrabel and some of the quotes from this week, he kind of just talking about Kyle Williams, that he does expect him to be a lot more involved. So I'm going to drink that coach speak Kool-Aid. I'm going to take the long shot at Kyle Williams to beat them over the top at plus 950. So those are my two bets, plus 950 for Kyle Williams. and Roman Wilson at plus 750. All right, let's now move to Raiders Chargers. And, uh, Sean, you got that one. This one is not as bad of a matchup as it might look on paper. I think there's some fun touchdown scores in this game.
00:23:15
Speaker 2: Yeah.
00:23:16
Speaker 3: We don't know who's going to play though, but, uh, real quick, I love, I love your touchdown bets for, uh, Steelers, uh, Patriots, uh, Yeah, yeah, Pats. Pittman and Darnell Washington didn't practice today, so you might want to lock in that plus 750 while you can. Yeah, it's already on the move, but I love that even if Pittman plays, but he might be out.
00:23:37
Speaker 2: So lock that in while I.
00:23:40
Speaker 1: Go over this game, Jill.
00:23:41
Speaker 3: But you made a great call last week with Jack Besch. I'm going to stick with him here at plus 800 because we don't know if Brock Bowers is going to play. We just got word that he didn't practice today. So I'm assuming he'll be out. But this is another bet where you probably don't want to lock it in until we know for sure because they're kind of pricing everybody as if Bowers would play. That's kind of how they handle these things early in the week. But I think when Bowers is out, obviously Michael Mayer is the lead tight end. He's one of my favorite tight ends in fantasy to pick up whenever Bowers is out. But I think Besh is also a sneaky kind of Bowers replacement because he's always been kind of a hybrid wide receiver tight end type has a very similar route tree over the middle with Bowers.
00:24:26
Speaker 1: And like a bigger dude.
00:24:28
Speaker 3: So when they get in the red zone, uh, he's going to be one of cousins top targets at Bowers isn't there. So wasn't shocked at all. You cashed on that, that last week. So I'm going to stick with them here. Um, assuming Bowers is out. Uh, and then on, I mean, on the charger side, we don't know if lad's going to play, uh, looks like he was practicing off the side. He's dealing with a rib injury. Usually things like that. They kind of just, it's more of a pain tolerance thing. And, Wouldn't be shocked if he plays. So I'm just going to go with him because if he doesn't suit up, you get your money back.
00:25:00
Speaker 2: It's voided.
00:25:01
Speaker 3: And if he does, I don't really like anybody else right now, given the current prices. So I'm going to go with Ladd here, who was just unbelievable before he did get knocked out of the game. He had five catches, 82 yards and a touchdown. Saw a target on 39% of his routes. And again, he got knocked out so early. He only played 49% of the snaps, but we got to see Kind of a glimpse of how he's going to look in Mike McDaniel's new scheme for the Chargers. So loved what I saw. And again, if I have to take somebody now, it's going to be Ladd. I saw a plus.
00:25:36
Speaker 1: 175 for him.
00:25:37
Speaker 3: If he is ruled out, I think Trey Harris would be the guy to kind of target for sneaky upside. I think he's going to see the biggest uptick in playing time and targets. So I'd be interested in Harris around plus 225 if Ladd is ruled out.
00:25:51
Speaker 2: But loved what I saw from Ladd. his brief action in week one. Yeah.
00:25:56
Speaker 1: I mean, I love the Jack Besh pick because again, we both are agreement, like the starting slot receiver on that offense with cousins, you're, you're going to see some targets and, Ladd, the one thing that kind of is interesting is last week, I was with you on Gadsden. And I thought, okay, once Ladd went out, that maybe in the second half, he might start to see a little bit more opportunity. His snap rate did not go up at all. It was fully the Charlie Kohler and even David Njoku, to a lesser extent, was getting most of that run. So yeah, I think at this point, Ladd-McConkie, if you can get him at plus 175, I mean, he closed last week against Arizona around like plus 125 to score. So this is just another good matchup for him as well. So, all right. Now let's move to Jaguars Broncos rematch from last year. Grant, you got this one. Who do you like to score?
00:26:45
Speaker 2: Yeah. Starting off with Cortland Sutton. I know anyone who walks that game is probably going to think I'm dumb. Cause I mean, he didn't look great. Nick's didn't look great. The entire Broncos team did not look great, but I'm not putting too much into that. Just week one Sutton did play the most snaps out of any wide receiver. I still think he's the wide receiver run. One, regardless of what Brian did on the field, he looked fantastic. But Sutton's still going to get a decent amount of targets. He's still going to be the go-to guy in the red zone if they ever get there. He has over eight touchdowns per season each or on average over the last three seasons. He's a big red zone threat. He can obviously take a long bomb. Waddle's not going to eat into that wide receiver usage or that red zone usage. I know last week I liked him and it didn't hit, but I still like him again this season. week at plus 230 and then on the other side jacoby myers plus 320 you can find that at the moment and myers obviously had a touchdown last week the jacksonville team just absolutely destroyed the browns um so i mean the snap rate was the highest out of anyone on any of the wide receivers 65 but they weren't playing guys like the last eight nine minutes of the game they brought in all the backups so myers is going to get a decent amount of play in this spot here Washington, obviously the other main guy, but he's probably going to be matched up against PS3 for the majority of the game, so boost to Myers there. Myers, since he's been on this team in 10 games, he's scored four touchdowns. Obviously, prior to getting traded there, no touchdowns to the Raiders, and then 2024 only had four touchdowns to the Raiders, but they were a garbage situation. We have to remember, 2023, he had 10 touchdowns. He's a great threat in the red zone. He's a great wide receiver for at getting touchdowns. And since he's been on the Jags, he's shown it there. So getting him at plus three 20 and a spot spot where more volume is likely to go to him because of the matchup for Parker Washington just seems like it's a little bit too high. Yeah.
00:28:43
Speaker 1: You can look at the Jaguars offense and point to a direct line of before Jacoby Myers and after Jacoby Myers. And you can clearly see production on all fronts increased and as positively, uh, for, um, for the Jaguars. And so getting them around plus 320, very good price. Sutton, you know, I'm going to agree with you on that. I still think Waddle's addition, even though I think he'll be effective in this offense, I just don't really think that he's going to be the wide receiver one over Sutton at this stage of his tenure with the Broncos. So yeah, I love both of these picks, Courtland Sutton and Jacoby Myers for the Jaguars and Broncos game. All right. I've got Commander's Cowboys. I promise I did not pick this one. I was assigned this one. But on the Commander's side, I'm going Terry McLaurin. You picked him last week, Grant, in this spot. And he got completely blanketed by Quinion Mitchell last week. Had like two targets total.
00:29:38
Speaker 2: But.
00:29:40
Speaker 1: for me now, you're facing the Cowboys. And I think it's safe to say the Cowboys have no one in their secondary that is on that level of Quinion Mitchell and playing that kind of defense. So with Terry... I mean, he played the most snaps. He ran the most routes, just didn't see many targets in week one. But I mean, this Cowboys pass defense, we just watched the Giants just completely dice them. It's a bit of a joke overall, considering how much was hyped in the off season about their improvements and the spend and what all the different ways that they were going to improve. And then week one, just a complete dud. I do think the defense will improve in week two, but again, the giants did whatever they wanted. I think the commanders will be able to do almost anything they want against this defense. So if you're going to give me a wide receiver one against this Cowboys defense at plus 200 or better, I'm going to bet that almost every time. On the Cowboys side, a guy that I'm starting to get a little more into, especially last year after he scored four touchdowns for them, Ryan Flanoy scored four touchdowns last year for this Cowboys team. And that was in a bit of a lesser role because he was playing behind Jalen Tolbert. Even Kevontae Turpin was kind of getting more snaps than him last year. But now he's now elevated into that wide receiver three role on this team. He played 71% of snaps. In week one, he ran just as many routes as tight end one Jake Ferguson. So with the commanders, which is different this year under Dan Quinn, they went completely zone against the Eagles with the third highest rate of too high safety in week one. And if they go that route again in week two, I think that's super good for Flanoy because he is in his career historically has seen that uptick in targets when facing zone. and two high coverages. So I think the commanders, defensively, they're going to be focused very heavily on stopping CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. So I think that'll open up Flower to get his first touchdown of the year. You can get that around plus 350 right now for Ryan Flanoy. Okay, next game. We are on now to Dolphins 49ers. And Kerner, you got that one. What do you like in that game?
00:31:38
Speaker 3: Yeah, so for the Dolphins side, I do like Caleb Douglas here at plus 500. Looked great in his debut, five catches, 94 yards, had a solid, you know, 81% routes run rate, 20% target rate, and he's getting downfield targets. He had an ADOT of 16.3 yards downfield. Loved watching his film, you know, after they drafted him. Where he kind of reminded me of Robbie Anderson, you know, back when he was good on the Jets. Not Robbie Chosen. Not Robbie Chosen that was on like 10 different teams the past few seasons. But Robbie Anderson on the Jets, where he's going to be kind of sneaky. He's like a good big play threat kind of guy. And, you know, this is not a passing offense I really want to invest in. But when Malik Willis has been throwing, it's usually downfield. He's just throwing bombs. So I think that does kind of jive with what Douglas' skill set is. So even though he didn't find the end zone in week one, I think if Willis does throw a touchdown, it's more likely to go to Douglas specifically. So I like, you know, buying into that at plus 500 here. And, you know, for the 49ers side, I love Debo Samuel at plus 215 because, you know, the Niners are huge favorites here. Should be a more run-heavy, conservative game plan. I think that does help Debo. He's going to get plenty of targets underneath. He could take those into the house. Even probably going to get a couple of design rush plays. And with Stribling out, Tongas is out. George Kittle is still going to get eased back in. I don't think they're going to unleash him just because Tongas is out. They're playing the Dolphins. You know, they're jet lag. So I think this could be a good Debo game. And he's even returning kickoffs. So one more path for him to potentially score here. So I just love the price for getting it, plus 215.
00:33:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, the price on Debo is the one that kind of makes me confused because Debo it wasn't that long ago. I mean, I know he's obviously a little bit older now, but even just two years ago in this offense, when everybody is healthy, like the way it is, you would never see odds over plus 200 for Debo to score a touchdown. So, uh, the fact that you're getting a plus two 15 grapevine by you. And then Caleb Douglas, when I did my research on the, on the dolphins, I actually was surprised. He's the tallest wide receiver they have. He's six, four. Uh, I think he could body some guys in the end zone, especially against that 49 or secondary, which is a little bit weaker comparatively to, uh, you know, over the middle or, or their lines. So Caleb Douglas at five to one, great find by you and the Debo over plus 200. Again, great, great pick there for Niners Dolphins. All right, Grant, you are up and now you've got your team Seahawks, Seahawks Cardinals. Who do you like in this one to score?
00:34:25
Speaker 2: Yeah. Starting out with the Cardinals side after they upset the Chargers who looked terrible last week, but we won't get into that. McBride plus 245. Way too high of odds here. Way too high. Dude had 11 touchdowns last year. I had one last week, got 13 targets. He's clearly the focal point of this offense. The Cardinals have shown in week one that they're fine with just throwing the ball a ton again. McBride is way too good of a tight end to be priced this high. And the Seahawks, I know they're a great defense. I know they crushed the Rams offense in week one. And they are going to be very good again this week and probably the rest of the season. But they were weakest versus tight ends last season. So getting McBride at plus 240, plus 230, I'd hit all the way down under plus 200 in this spot. It's just way too high of odds, given that he's going to get huge volume. He's great in the red zone. And it's just a actual positive matchup overall for tight ends, although it's a negative one overall for the offense. And on the other side, JSN plus 135. Why are we getting it at plus odds? I don't know. Like, I get that Drew Locke is going to be throwing in the ball. I get Drew Locke's a pretty decent downgrade from Sam Darnold. But he is going to throw the ball to JSN a ton, just like they did with Darnold in the offense last year. In this first game, 11 targets for JSN. He had over a 40% Target share in this offense, 24 total passes and 11 targets for Jason. They are going to just hammer the ball to him. The Cardinals defense, not that great. So Jason, I, this should be a not plus odds and we're getting plus one 35, just absolutely silly.
00:36:13
Speaker 1: Well, Jay said, even after Darnold goes out, he still sees like a 40% target share. Even though the Patriots, they know the ball is coming to him. And you know that Drew Locke is probably going to stare him down a lot and get him the ball. So love that. And then you're getting the best tight end in the NFL at plus 245 to score a touchdown.
00:36:31
Speaker 2: I mean.
00:36:32
Speaker 1: That, to me, is just silly. I mean, he made the Chargers look silly last week. So he was pretty good against them last year, scored a touchdown. So ever since Jacoby Brissett took over at quarterback, it's just been the Trey McBride show. You know he's going to get spammed with at least– 10 plus targets all right now we are done the uh sunday afternoon slate let's now look at the prime time games instead of assigning each a game to us i think we should just do a parlay for each one of those we'll each give a touchdown pick uh for each prime time game here so let's start with sunday night football colts versus chiefs i'm going to start with rashid rice scored a touchdown against the broncos uh i feel like the the chiefs offense didn't even really hit their stride of what they wanted to do and they still put up 30 plus points on that team i think they could score a lot against the colts they'll move rashid rice around to get him away from sauce gardener as well so that's who i like to score a touchdown colts chiefs grant who do you like to score a touchdown in this game uh i'm.
00:37:30
Speaker 2: Going with keenan allen um good old good old old man keenan allen played a decent amount. We didn't really know what it was going to be like. Obviously, I got something a month ago. There was injuries with Pierce, like all sorts of things that just threw a bit of an unknown into who's going to play how many snaps in this offense. And pretty clearly, they're ready to give Keenan Allen a pretty decent role. He had six targets last week, played 67% of snaps, had a target in the red zone. Historically, he's been a guy that you get close, obviously, they want to run with Jonathan Taylor. But realistically, He is going to get some usage in this offense. He's going to get some snaps. He's still an incredible route runner, even in his old age. And he's reliable in the red zone. So getting him at this high of odds, true odds should be around plus 350.
00:38:16
Speaker 1: Rasheed Rice, Keenan Allen, Kerner, who do you like to round out this parlay?
00:38:22
Speaker 3: Stick with my guy, Tyler Warren here at plus 250. You know, somehow he was able to score last week, despite Daniel Jones was looking awful. And, you know, I expect Spags will probably have a solid game plan this week that will make Dale Jones look bad again this week. But even Bo Nix had an awful game against the Chiefs on my football and Evan Ingram still managed to go off for four catches, 43 yards and touchdown. So maybe, you know, the tight end is the way to kind of attack this defense. So, you know, not thrilled about how the Colts offense look, but if I have to go somebody, it's going to be at the Warren here at plus 250. Beautiful.
00:39:00
Speaker 1: Okay, so when you put those three guys together, Rasheed Rice, Keenan Allen, and Tyler Warren, that parlay for Sunday Night Football between Colts and Chiefs, 39-1. I like that one. That one's pretty good. Okay, Monday Night Football. Let's move to that one. Giants, Rams. I'll start off again. He didn't score in Week 1 because the Rams overall just looked like dog turds. I'm going to take Devontae Adams to score a touchdown. I still think the Giants secondary is one of their weaker points of their defense, and I think the Rams, they're just too good to be shut out like that again on offense. So I'm going to take Devontae Adams to score a touchdown. Grant, who do you like to score a touchdown for Giants-Rams?
00:39:40
Speaker 2: I'm going with Darnell Mooney. You can find him around plus 900, plus 700. I can't remember. Odds move. with time. But he played 57% of snaps last week, which is actually more than Malik neighbors had two targets. He's two years removed from a five touchdown season with the Falcons. He's good. He's still a decent wide receiver and getting them at these high of odds, the giants offense, obviously they want to run the ball a decent amount. But most likely the Rams are going to put up more points than the Cowboys did. They're probably going to be forced to throw the ball a bit more in this spot. Obviously, it's a tougher matchup for neighbors going up against McDuffie here. So Mooney should get a little bit more volume. He can always break one for 50 yards for a touchdown here. So getting him at these high odds seems a bit too high. Plus, you stole the guy I wanted to bet on, and that's Adams.
00:40:30
Speaker 1: Well, I still like the Moody pick. I mean, a nine to one, I feel like he's still a pretty effective wide receiver. He just hasn't played with decent quarterbacks really in his career. Sean, round us out here. Who do you like to score in Giants ramps?
00:40:45
Speaker 3: I'm going to go with Isaiah Likely at plus 270. I know you were on him against your Cowboys, Jill. So that was a nice cash last week. But, you know, similar to Juwan Johnson, I thought that he would have a ton of upside early in the season while neighbors is, you know, coming back from this ACL recovery. You know, he was kind of limited in week one. So likely, you know, stepped up with the big two touchdown game, but you know, likely he's always been super talented. He was a stuck behind Mark Andrews. And now that he's the guy on the giants, I think it's still, you know, we still have a window here to kind of invest in his upside. So like him here at plus two 70.
00:41:25
Speaker 1: All right, so if you pair Devontae Adams with Isaiah Likely and Darnell Mooney for Monday Night Football, that parlay comes out to boys 75-1. Doesn't feel unrealistic at all. I love these odds here at 75-1 for Monday Night Football. All right, guys, before we get out of here, we're going to give our favorite touchdown score parlay for the week presented by DraftKings. It could be from any game, and we're going to parlay them together over on DraftKings. Kerner, you are up first. What is your favorite touchdown score for week two?
00:41:56
Speaker 3: I love Debo Samuel at plus 215. So I have to go with him. Just, you know, the Niners are huge favorites here. I think that sets up perfectly for him. You know, more passes underneath, more design runs for him. And he looked great. He got targeted on 44% of his routes in week one. You know, Stribling's out. Kittle's still getting eased back. So just love Debo's upside here at plus 215.
00:42:21
Speaker 1: Grant, who do you like?
00:42:23
Speaker 2: I'm going with Jetta, Justin Jefferson. Again, I don't know why he's priced aside. I don't know. I mean, I know that Wentz is not great, but he's going to lock in on Jefferson. He has every single game they've ever played together. He should get around 10 targets. He's going up against a defense that just got crushed by Bryce Young last week. So Jetta, plus 160 or so, is way too high.
00:42:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, and I'm going to take Trey McBride. I'm sorry, Grant. I've got to hijack your pick here because this guy is just the– that's my flag plant guy. That's the one who I still think anytime you can get his odds over plus 200, you need to bet that because even in week one against the Chargers, four red zone targets, two inside the 10-yard line, you know that he's going to get spammed with 10-plus targets with Jacoby Brissett, a quarterback. And the Seahawks defense, while they are fairly strong, you mentioned it over the middle and against tight ends. It's kind of when a little bit of a weakness on that front. So Debo Samuel, Justin Jefferson, Trey McBride, if you parlay those three right now at DraftKings, you can get at plus 2350. to cash that parlay.
