ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Here's my live set from Rekindling 2024 in my hometown of Kitchener, ON, Canada. Rekindling is an annual free outdoor party held near downtown Kitchener by Tri-City Flow Arts & Yoga https://www.instagram.com/tricityflow/. If features live music, DJs and various workshops. https://www.facebook.com/events/300-mill-st-kitchener-on-n2m-5g8-canada/rekindling/936046608018262/
This was the first time I'd ever played and I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't been super active in my hometown scene for quite some time and like many others, have been going to nearby Toronto to get my fix for electronic music. It turned out that there's a budding little rave scene in Kitchener-Waterloo!
I played for a total of three hours. Unfortunately, I was having techincal issues for the first hour and a half of my set so it wasn't worth uploading. I tried to record the whole set but for some reason the recording cut out after about 45 minutes, so I've spliced in what I played from that point onward.
I hope you enjoy!

A remix that's sadly remained unreleased of a Toronto indie rock band that I did. The label asked me to do it in an Anjunadeep style and I have to say I'm quite proud of what I delivered.
This is a cover of Fat Boy Slim's 'Star 69' track. I've always been partial the the original mix and I had a few of the parts, but not enough to really make it a remix, so I wrote around what little I had and it tunred into this.

The first hour of this was aired on the Progressive Channel of DI.fm for the 10th Anniversary of the Old Norsk Sessions show hosted by Nitemer. However, this mix is actually just over five hours and very much the stereotypical DJ 'journey'. It is a representation of how I would play over the cour…
