ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Hello and welcome back to yet another episode of the Tech for Good Live podcast. A podcast all about the ways technology does good in the world.
Bex is on hosting duties and she is joined by TFGL team member Greg Ashton.
Our special guest this week is Dan Owen.
Dan is a trustee and developer at BanktheFood, a charity on a mission to ensure food banks always have exactly what they need and not just baked beans.
In this episode, Dan tells us all about his journey with BanktheFood, from an idea presented to him by a bunch of eager school children, to becoming an award winner at the recent Tech4Good Awards.

Thanks to podcast.co for hosting our podcast.
Also, please don't forget this podcast is run by volunteers and we survive on sponsorships and donations. Right now one of our primary goals is to make sure all of our podcast episodes are accessible by making sure EVERY episode is transcribed. Sadly this costs money and we desperately need your help to make this become a reality! So if you've ever tuned into one of our podcasts or attended one of our events please consider chipping in the price of a cup of coffee.
