ABOUT THIS EPISODE
It's Beatles week on the podcast! Industry legend Maclaine Diemer joins to discuss his career as a composer and sound designer for video games and his involvement with one of the greatest games ever made: The Beatles: Rock Band. Now that we're almost 20 years removed from the release of this game we look back on its legacy, how it came to be, and if or when we'll see anything like it or Rock Band in general ever again. We also cover all the Nintendo and gaming news such as new casting announcements for the live action Legend of Zelda movie, quarterly financial reports from Nintendo revealing huge milestones for the Switch 2, record-breaking auctions for the original Generation 1 of Pokemon games, and much more. As always, we close with the games we've been playing. Listen to Super Switch Headz on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or wherever you enjoy podcasts.
