ABOUT THIS EPISODE
What do you want to be when you grow up? In this encouraging conversation, Lisa sits down with author and coach Shari Biery to explore why so many of us spend years taking care of everyone else before finally asking ourselves that simple—but life-changing—question. Together they discuss finding clarity, taking the next small step, listening to your body, and giving yourself permission to pursue the life you were created to live. Whether you're navigating a career change, retirement, an empty nest, or simply wondering what's next, this episode will encourage you to stop waiting for the perfect plan and start taking your next step.
