ABOUT THIS EPISODE
It was absolutely awesome to catch up with one of the very first guests I had on Strength Chat, the man, the myth, the legend, Bryce Krawczyk. Bryce has been in and around powerlifting for such a long time, as both athlete and coach, so it’s no surprise he’s experienced some highs and lows. In this episode, we chatted about how that has helped him develop as a lifter, helped him coach his clients, as well as how to deal with the ups and downs of powerlifting.
