ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode, Coach Tim Neiman sits down with Andre Butler, founder of Graveyard Mentality, to explore how one simple idea — turning the outfield into a place where “hits go to die” — became a national training brand. Andre shares his journey from Swarthmore and Penn to Penn State and USA Baseball, the leap from coaching to entrepreneurship, and how faith, family, and mindset guide his success.
They dive into how Graveyard Mentality now operates in 11+ states, how Butler trains both baseball and softball players to the same elite standard, and why true development starts with discipline, communication, and culture.
Whether you’re a coach, player, or parent, this episode delivers drills, leadership lessons, and motivation to build something bigger than yourself—on and off the field.
