ABOUT THIS EPISODE
It's Throwback Thursday and today we are traveling all the way back to 1963 for one of the most iconic picture books ever written! We are reading Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak, the legendary story of young Max, his magical forest, and the wild rumpus that has been capturing children's imaginations for over sixty years!

Our Storybeam Suggestion this week: if your little wild things loved Max's adventure tonight, check out Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson.
