📖 In This Episode, We Cover:
Why impostor syndrome hits hardest right after a win, and why Kelso, a self-taught web designer turned consultant, says just learning its name took away some of its power.
How the Impostor builds its case against you out of your own history, like a lawyer, and how that belief turns into skipped meetings, stalled decisions and burnout.
Kelso's turn: the voice gets loudest right before a big expansion in your life, so the doubt often means you're learning fast.
Openness and trust as the strongest tools against the Impostor, and Kelso's two ways through life: the tour guide and the explorer.
The three kinds of people Kelso says every career needs: mentors, peers and mentees.
