Discover how to connect with your true yes's and no's through understanding how to tune into the four minds of the body; the genitals, the gut, the heart and the brain. Gain bodily integrity through practices and structures designed to tap into your wants and needs whilst attuning into the wants and needs of those around you. Learn about the importance of vulnerable communication; how to capitalise on your partners best interests, how to take yourself and your partner into a high vibrational space by being transparent, and how and why we need to stop celebrating ourselves for not having needs and not being emotional.
Kate helps us to understand why desire is absolutely essential for an intimate relationship to continue thriving, and guarantees connection when applying her empowering give, take, allow & receive exercise. She discusses the consequence of partnerships that are missing desire, the power of hormones; what happens when women are low in oestrogen, when men are low in testosterone and the secret recipe to longevity. We dive into the feminines need for containment and the masculines need for confidence, the significance of team work, why jealousy is an important and necessary emotion in a healthy relationship and the genuine equality that arises from interdependence as a decentralised system.
