WEBVTT
00:00:11.599 --> 00:00:15.039
He was a fire, we'll go on a ball.
00:00:17.120 --> 00:00:18.719
Still back to see it.
00:00:19.280 --> 00:00:20.399
Still care we go.
00:00:22.879 --> 00:00:24.079
Here's the back.
00:02:44.479 --> 00:02:47.599
Welcome back to SDK Wednesdays with your girl Ash.
00:02:47.840 --> 00:02:51.199
We have a guest today, so let's get into the SDK story time.
00:02:51.439 --> 00:02:51.759
Yeah.
00:02:52.639 --> 00:02:54.000
It's Ash on the track.
00:02:54.240 --> 00:02:56.639
SDK Sisters, yeah, we back.
00:02:57.039 --> 00:02:58.000
Pull up a seat.
00:02:58.080 --> 00:02:59.120
It's story time now.
00:02:59.280 --> 00:03:00.560
Real talk, real laugh.
00:03:00.639 --> 00:03:01.360
Let me show you how.
00:03:01.520 --> 00:03:04.000
SDK Sisters story time with Ash.
00:03:04.719 --> 00:03:06.719
Little life lessons in the flash.
00:03:07.039 --> 00:03:09.199
From the cold to the chaos, we clash.
00:03:09.360 --> 00:03:12.639
SDK Sisters story time with Ash Ash.
00:03:23.840 --> 00:03:25.280
And today we have Stacy.
00:03:25.520 --> 00:03:26.879
Welcome, welcome to the show.
00:03:28.080 --> 00:03:28.879
Thank you.
00:03:29.280 --> 00:03:31.439
And you can go ahead and tell your story.
00:03:46.879 --> 00:03:51.680
I met my baby daddy back in 1996 after relocating to Tampa.
00:03:51.759 --> 00:03:53.360
I'm originally from Texas.
00:03:54.159 --> 00:03:56.960
I was single, of course, and didn't have any kids.
00:03:58.159 --> 00:04:05.039
Went into a local store, 7-Eleven to be exact, to buy some bottled water and candy.
00:04:05.280 --> 00:04:10.159
And I guess he was maybe two or three people behind me, but at the time I didn't know, I didn't pay any attention.
00:04:10.319 --> 00:04:20.639
So I paid for my items, left, and went next door to a local dry cleaner's and talked with the owner there for a little bit, let her know I was new in town, wanted to know her prices.
00:04:20.879 --> 00:04:24.480
Well, all along, I was being watched from afar.
00:04:24.959 --> 00:04:29.920
And so as I spoke with the center, let her know that hey, I'm gonna drop off some things, you know.
00:04:30.079 --> 00:04:33.279
Um I work as an administrative assistant and it was nice meeting you.
00:04:33.360 --> 00:04:34.800
She was like, it was great meeting you too.
00:04:34.879 --> 00:04:36.160
Your things would be ready in a few days.
00:04:36.240 --> 00:04:37.600
And I said, okay, that's fine.
00:04:37.759 --> 00:04:40.319
You know, hopped in my car, left, and went back home.
00:04:40.560 --> 00:04:49.279
Well, once I got home, she had called me probably about 15 minutes later and was like, hey, you know, there is a guy um that came in here, you know, asking about you.
00:04:49.360 --> 00:04:50.319
And I was like, a guy?
00:04:50.639 --> 00:04:51.120
What do you mean?
00:04:51.199 --> 00:04:57.439
And she said, some guy came in here and dropped off a business card and was saying, you know, that he was watching you from afar.
00:04:57.600 --> 00:04:58.480
I said, watching me?
00:04:58.560 --> 00:04:59.040
What do you mean?
00:04:59.199 --> 00:05:01.600
She said he said he sat out in the car and watched you.
00:05:01.839 --> 00:05:03.279
He saw you in 7-Eleven.
00:05:03.439 --> 00:05:07.120
So at that time, it really kind of, you know, it made me feel really un you know uneasy.
00:05:07.199 --> 00:05:08.879
And I was really kind of ticked off about it.
00:05:08.959 --> 00:05:11.920
Because I thought, you know, why, you know, first of all, why would you be watching me?
00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:18.480
And second of all, if you, you know, saw me go in the store, you saw me go in the drive cleaners, why you, you know, why you just didn't give me your card?
00:05:18.720 --> 00:05:21.199
So long story short, I ended up driving down, getting a car.
00:05:21.360 --> 00:05:27.839
And then so naturally he had left his business car with a note on the back stating something like, if you have time in your life for a friend, you know, give me a call.
00:05:28.000 --> 00:05:33.120
So I ended up calling him, kind of cussing him out and was saying, Listen, you know, I don't appreciate your methods.
00:05:33.279 --> 00:05:35.199
Um, you know, you're you're a grown man.
00:05:35.360 --> 00:05:42.959
If you saw me, you know, it should have been you coming to me, introducing yourself instead of sending that, you know, through a third party and this, that, and the other.
00:05:43.120 --> 00:05:49.439
And so, and he was like, Well, you know, I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you, but you know, you're very attractive, and I just wanted to kind of, you know, get to know you.
00:05:49.600 --> 00:05:55.839
So um, once he had my home number, um, you know, he would constantly, you know, like call me.
00:05:56.000 --> 00:06:10.800
And um, yes, we had, you know, call ID back in 1996 and things of that nature, and voicemails or answer machines, so that, you know, should I say, but um, you know, it was just like, you know, a constant, you know, hey, you know, go out with me.
00:06:10.959 --> 00:06:12.720
Hey, you know, let me take you out.
00:06:12.879 --> 00:06:14.480
Hey, let's spend some time together.
00:06:14.720 --> 00:06:16.959
So this went on for maybe about three or four weeks.
00:06:17.040 --> 00:06:19.120
And I was just constantly like, no, I'm not interested.
00:06:19.199 --> 00:06:20.079
I just moved down here.
00:06:20.160 --> 00:06:21.199
I really don't know anybody.
00:06:21.279 --> 00:06:23.279
I'm just kind of taking my time, you know.
00:06:23.439 --> 00:06:25.920
I I'm not interested, but thanks, but no thanks.
00:06:26.160 --> 00:06:32.480
And so finally I ended up going back to um Diane was actually the owner of the uh dry cleaners.
00:06:32.639 --> 00:06:36.879
And I was like, listen, this guy is really, you know, being persistent, constantly after me.
00:06:37.040 --> 00:06:37.759
What should I do?
00:06:37.920 --> 00:06:39.040
You know, he he fled up.
00:06:39.120 --> 00:06:43.040
And she's like, you know, why don't you just, you know, just go out and have a cup of coffee with this guy?
00:06:43.279 --> 00:06:47.839
And um, you know, if you like the way things, you know, go, you know, proceed with it.
00:06:48.079 --> 00:06:51.120
If you don't like the way things go, you end it.
00:06:51.360 --> 00:07:02.800
And that way, you know, he doesn't get upset with you for taking you out, spending$75 or$100 on a dinner, you know, now feeling like you owe him something when all it will cost is basically just like a buck and a half for a cup of coffee.
00:07:03.040 --> 00:07:06.560
So ended up calling him up, saying, okay, we can go out for coffee, and that's it.
00:07:06.639 --> 00:07:07.600
You know, nothing more.
00:07:07.759 --> 00:07:10.720
So I guess he figured, okay, well, I got one shot at this and one shot only.
00:07:10.800 --> 00:07:12.720
I gotta, you know, I gotta make the best of this.
00:07:12.959 --> 00:07:21.279
So we ended up going out having coffee, um, ended up going down to the Tampa port, which is a very, very beautiful area in Tampa, uh, Florida.
00:07:21.439 --> 00:07:23.199
Um, he took me, showed me around.
00:07:23.279 --> 00:07:24.720
We sat down, we drank all my coffee.
00:07:24.959 --> 00:07:29.439
So afterwards, he was like, Let me take you to another place um I think you really like.
00:07:29.600 --> 00:07:35.439
And so we ended up going to this beautiful cafe uh called Jeff Desserts that just had wall-to-wall desserts.
00:07:35.600 --> 00:07:37.920
And so I was like, okay, this was a good idea.
00:07:38.160 --> 00:07:41.519
So after that, initially, um, he was like, Can I see you again?
00:07:41.600 --> 00:07:44.160
And I was like, Okay, you know, sure, I'll go out with you.
00:07:44.319 --> 00:07:48.240
So we ended up going out and then we officially started dating.
00:07:48.480 --> 00:07:56.000
And so once the dating had begun, I guess about maybe two or three months later, he was like, you know, why don't we, you know, move in together?
00:07:56.160 --> 00:07:59.759
And so I'm originally from Texas, uh born and raised.
00:07:59.839 --> 00:08:01.920
Uh, so I come from a very traditional family.
00:08:02.079 --> 00:08:05.759
My mom and dad was married for nearly 25 years before my father passed.
00:08:06.000 --> 00:08:09.199
And um, shacking up is just not what we do in my family.
00:08:09.360 --> 00:08:10.879
So I knew that that was a no-no.
00:08:11.040 --> 00:08:13.600
And so I told him I said, I can't move in with you because we're not married.
00:08:13.759 --> 00:08:15.360
My family, my mother found out about that.
00:08:15.519 --> 00:08:17.040
No, she wouldn't be happy with that.
00:08:17.279 --> 00:08:18.639
And so he was persistent.
00:08:18.800 --> 00:08:20.480
Oh, come on, you know, I can't stand this.
00:08:20.560 --> 00:08:21.839
You know, you've got your own apartment.
00:08:21.920 --> 00:08:22.879
I've got my own apartment.
00:08:22.959 --> 00:08:26.639
It doesn't make sense for us to both, you know, you know, paying double electric bills.
00:08:26.720 --> 00:08:33.039
And, you know, that was always kind of like his little tactic, you know, his little angle, you know, to try to make me look at things from an economical point of view.
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:37.360
And so at the time it didn't make sense, but I was like, no, I just don't feel comfortable with it.
00:08:37.600 --> 00:08:44.879
And so um, I would go over to his house on the weekends and maybe one or two days during the week, but I still had my own apartment.
00:08:45.200 --> 00:08:51.200
So um that particular year in back in '96, my best friend got married back in Texas.
00:08:51.279 --> 00:08:53.039
And so uh she invited me.
00:08:53.120 --> 00:08:54.559
I was in the wedding naturally.
00:08:54.799 --> 00:09:00.559
And so she was like, you know, I know you can't really practice for you know, you know, the wedding, but if you get a chance, come on down.
00:09:00.639 --> 00:09:04.240
So we ended up driving down to Texas uh so I could participate in the wedding.
00:09:04.320 --> 00:09:04.960
We had a great time.
00:09:05.120 --> 00:09:07.679
I introduced him to my family at that time.
00:09:07.919 --> 00:09:13.360
And so um, when we started heading back to Tampa, he was like, Did you enjoy yourself at a wedding?
00:09:13.519 --> 00:09:14.960
I said, Yeah, I had a great time.
00:09:15.120 --> 00:09:16.720
And so he was like, Okay.
00:09:17.039 --> 00:09:21.600
And so about a week or so later, he was like, Remember when we went to Nicole's wedding last week?
00:09:21.679 --> 00:09:23.120
I was like, Yeah, and he said you had a good time.
00:09:23.200 --> 00:09:23.600
I said, Yeah.
00:09:23.679 --> 00:09:25.679
He said, Okay, well, I want to make this official.
00:09:25.919 --> 00:09:28.080
So he ended up proposing to me.
00:09:28.399 --> 00:09:37.120
So by that time, uh, I managed to, or he managed to somehow get me out of my lease legally, um, where it wouldn't go on my credit.
00:09:37.200 --> 00:09:42.720
I ended up having, you know, ended up having to like do like a relentl fee and you know, forfeit my deposit and things like that.
00:09:42.799 --> 00:09:45.679
But he was like, I'll make sure you get out of your lease and nothing goes on your credit.
00:09:45.759 --> 00:09:47.200
And so we ended up moving in.
00:09:47.360 --> 00:09:49.840
So we had become officially engaged.
00:09:50.080 --> 00:09:56.879
And so um, up until that point, we, you know, we were always, you know, very careful uh when being you know intimate with each other.
00:09:57.039 --> 00:10:06.080
Um, and I had always made sure that we wore protection and things like that until one particular night, you know, we slipped up and um I forgot.
00:10:06.320 --> 00:10:10.320
And so um about a couple of weeks later, I wasn't feeling very well.
00:10:10.399 --> 00:10:11.840
And I was like, something's wrong with me.
00:10:11.919 --> 00:10:16.480
I'm I I keep you know getting these nosebleeds, my head is killing me, I have this nauseous feeling.
00:10:16.720 --> 00:10:22.879
And all in the back of my mind, I'm thinking, I I know I can't be pregnant because each time that we've ever been with each other, we've always used protection.
00:10:22.960 --> 00:10:29.840
And so it didn't dawn on me, you know, until the one particular night that we got home, like at three that morning, I ended up getting pregnant.
00:10:30.159 --> 00:10:34.320
So uh when I first found out I was pregnant, naturally I was not happy about it.
00:10:34.480 --> 00:10:42.080
Um, I was planning on having an abortion because again, my mother, you know, I was not married, and this was really gonna, you know, just devastate her.
00:10:42.320 --> 00:10:44.240
Okay, you're not married and you got a baby.
00:10:44.399 --> 00:10:46.240
Stacy, you did this all the way wrong.
00:10:46.399 --> 00:10:49.120
And so I did not tell my mom.
00:10:49.279 --> 00:11:00.559
Um, I said, let me just try to raise the money on our own and uh do away, you know, um, with, you know, with this kid and have abortion and just kind of, you know, keep this under wraps, and my mother would never find out.
00:11:00.879 --> 00:11:04.159
And so we started fighting and going back and forth and this, that, and the other.
00:11:04.240 --> 00:11:08.879
And so he got really desperate because he knew that I was raising money to have the abortion.
00:11:08.960 --> 00:11:11.360
So he called to Texas and told my mom.
00:11:11.519 --> 00:11:14.799
And my mom was like, oh my God, let me let me get her.
00:11:15.120 --> 00:11:19.519
So my mother ended up calling me, kind of scolding me, you know, this is not gonna be due.
00:11:19.600 --> 00:11:23.519
You made your bed, you need to lay in a you're a grown woman now, you know, you need to start acting like one.
00:11:23.679 --> 00:11:27.360
So I ended up having my son, um, having my baby.
00:11:27.519 --> 00:11:35.679
Now, up until uh all the way up until the pregnancy, you know, he was, you know, he was a great guy, you know, and people ask me all the time, you know, well, Stacey, how was he in the very beginning?
00:11:35.919 --> 00:11:42.559
Very charming, uh, he was sophisticated, he was um, you know, he was dignified, he was a gentlemanlike.
00:11:42.720 --> 00:11:47.840
Um, you know, my son's father is an educated man, so he has a master's degree, you know, so he's an educated man, you know.
00:11:47.919 --> 00:11:52.320
So he treated me like a Cinderella, like a princess, so we say nowadays.
00:11:52.480 --> 00:12:00.559
Didn't see any red flags in the beginning, nothing threw me off, nothing, you know, stood out that seemed odd or whatever.
00:12:00.799 --> 00:12:01.919
The perfect guy.
00:12:02.080 --> 00:12:10.480
So I thought, once the baby came and the responsibility of the baby came, then that is when I began to see a change in him.
00:12:10.720 --> 00:12:12.720
Suddenly he became distant.
00:12:13.200 --> 00:12:16.000
Um, he was staying at work a lot, you know, a lot.
00:12:16.240 --> 00:12:18.879
He wasn't coming home to really help with the baby.
00:12:18.960 --> 00:12:21.519
I was there all day long, taking care of our son.
00:12:21.759 --> 00:12:27.519
Uh, you know, by the time, you know, 5, 30, 6 o'clock in the evening get there, I'm wiped out, you know, and I'm calling him at work.
00:12:27.679 --> 00:12:29.519
Hey, you know, when are you gonna be home?
00:12:29.679 --> 00:12:32.799
You know, I'm ready for you to come home and take care of, you know, our son.
00:12:32.960 --> 00:12:34.720
You know, I need a break and yada, yada, yada.
00:12:34.879 --> 00:12:37.279
So, you know, real distant, you know, oh, I'll I'll be there when I get there.
00:12:37.360 --> 00:12:38.720
Don't call me um back.
00:12:38.799 --> 00:12:40.000
I'll I'll be there when I get there.
00:12:40.080 --> 00:12:53.039
I just, you know, started being really cold and you know, I couldn't get him to really participate, you know, with our child, you know, and and and and it you know, we begin to fight, you know, not physically, but just going back and forth organ.
00:12:53.519 --> 00:13:02.000
And so I said, you know, you were the one who wanted this baby, you know, and now that this baby's here and the responsibility is here, I can't seem, you know, to get you on board.
00:13:02.320 --> 00:13:06.960
So then here come the verbal abuse, you know, cussing me out, you know.
00:13:07.039 --> 00:13:12.240
You know, bitch, don't don't tell me what I need to do when it comes to my child, don't tell me what I need to do when it comes to my son.
00:13:12.320 --> 00:13:16.399
I said, Well, I'm telling you, you know, because I didn't have this kid all by myself.
00:13:16.720 --> 00:13:18.639
You participated too, okay?
00:13:18.879 --> 00:13:23.279
And now we're sitting up here arguing over the fact because you don't even want to come home and help.
00:13:23.440 --> 00:13:38.399
So it had gotten so bad to where the only way that I could get him to deal with his son was that when he came home, when he came home, I would literally be standing in the doorway holding my baby like a sack of potatoes.
00:13:38.559 --> 00:13:44.080
And the moment he walked the door, I just pushed, you know, our son into his hands and walked out the door.
00:13:44.320 --> 00:13:48.639
That that is how bad it was when, you know, when our son got here.
00:13:48.879 --> 00:13:52.000
So the verbal abuse continued, you know.
00:13:52.240 --> 00:13:58.000
Um I was always saying, hey, you know what, you know, um, you know, I don't really know anything about your family.
00:13:58.080 --> 00:14:00.240
You never really told me anything about your family.
00:14:00.399 --> 00:14:11.200
You know, wouldn't it be a good idea to try to locate your family now that we have a child, surely they'll be happy and delighted, you know, that they, you know, they have a grandchild and want to, you know, want to be a part of his life or whatever.
00:14:11.440 --> 00:14:14.399
And, you know, one day he just he just went off.
00:14:14.480 --> 00:14:20.240
He just was like, you know, goddammit, I done told you, you know, stay out of my fucking business when it comes down to my family.
00:14:20.320 --> 00:14:22.480
Don't say shit about my family, don't even bring them up.
00:14:22.559 --> 00:14:33.840
And I just, you know, I just stood there, you know, just frozen and and and couldn't move and and crying because I thought, what happened to the guy that I met?
00:14:34.000 --> 00:14:36.399
You know, what happened to that nice guy?
00:14:36.639 --> 00:14:42.639
What happened to the guy that first took me out and you know, took me out for coffee and we went to the Tampa port?
00:14:42.720 --> 00:14:47.440
What happened to that guy, you know, that would pick me up from work and you know, take me out to dinners?
00:14:47.600 --> 00:14:51.759
What happened to that guy that drove me to my best friend's waiting back in Texas and waited on me?
00:14:51.919 --> 00:14:53.200
Where is that guy?
00:14:53.519 --> 00:14:56.960
Because this guy, I don't know who you are anymore.
00:14:57.279 --> 00:15:07.840
So I went through a lot of emotional abuse, a lot of, you know, a lot of verbal abuse, you know, it it it just the constant fighting, you know, not wanting to help with my son.
00:15:08.000 --> 00:15:10.159
You know, my back was sort against the wall.
00:15:10.399 --> 00:15:17.440
Now I had a small child, you know, I was away from my family, and I thought, okay, you know what, you you need to get out of this situation.
00:15:17.519 --> 00:15:19.840
You know, this this isn't good, this isn't healthy.
00:15:20.000 --> 00:15:24.960
You need to come up with a game plan and you need to get yourself and you need to get your kid and you need to get out of this situation.
00:15:25.200 --> 00:15:27.919
So at that point, I began to get my hustle on.
00:15:28.320 --> 00:15:32.000
I was like, okay, I couldn't work because I was considered high risk.
00:15:32.159 --> 00:15:38.559
But now that my child was born and about six months old, well, eight months old, I think at the time, I was ready to get back to work.
00:15:38.720 --> 00:15:44.399
So I managed to find a full-time job through a temp service uh back in Tampa, working as a receptionist.
00:15:44.559 --> 00:15:46.799
But I was like, okay, that's not really gonna pay a whole lot.
00:15:46.879 --> 00:15:50.720
I'm gonna need something else, you know, part-time since I'm trying to get my own place.
00:15:50.960 --> 00:15:53.360
So I ended up um, you know, getting a part-time job.
00:15:53.440 --> 00:15:55.600
So I was working two jobs, trying to save up money.
00:15:55.679 --> 00:15:59.039
And all along I have been, you know, telling him, you know, I'm gonna move out.
00:15:59.120 --> 00:15:59.840
I'm gonna move out.
00:15:59.919 --> 00:16:00.799
I'm gonna move out.
00:16:01.039 --> 00:16:03.519
And he would say to me, Oh, you know, you're not gonna move out.
00:16:03.600 --> 00:16:07.519
You know, oh, don't nobody want to be with you, you know, you got a small kid.
00:16:07.600 --> 00:16:11.440
You, you know, ain't no man gonna want to deal with you because you got too much fucking responsibility.
00:16:11.519 --> 00:16:12.559
Ain't no man gonna want to be with you.
00:16:12.639 --> 00:16:14.720
So you might as well just keep your ass here with me, you know.
00:16:14.799 --> 00:16:16.080
And I thought, nope, you know what?
00:16:16.159 --> 00:16:20.799
I'm not staying here with you because you and I are not getting along and I'm taking my kid and I'm leaving.
00:16:21.039 --> 00:16:29.840
So I managed to come up with enough money to get a uh townhouse, uh, paid a security deposit down, moved out.
00:16:30.000 --> 00:16:34.080
And the day of the move, he came home and caught me moving out.
00:16:34.240 --> 00:16:38.159
Um, thank God that there were movers there, you know, because they were witnesses.
00:16:38.399 --> 00:16:40.879
And when he came home, he was just belligerent.
00:16:40.960 --> 00:16:42.240
You know, what the fuck is going on here?
00:16:42.320 --> 00:16:44.559
And who are these people and why they fuck are they in my house?
00:16:44.639 --> 00:16:46.320
And what, you know, what the fuck are you doing?
00:16:46.399 --> 00:16:51.600
And you know, and I always, you know, tried to remain calm, of course, you know, and I was like, I'm moving out.
00:16:51.759 --> 00:16:53.440
You know, well, when the fuck are you, you know?
00:16:53.519 --> 00:16:57.120
You didn't tell me, I've been telling you for the last three or four months that I'm moving out.
00:16:57.279 --> 00:16:59.679
Now, if you didn't believe that, that's on you, okay?
00:16:59.919 --> 00:17:01.200
But I'm moving out.
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:08.240
So the moment I moved out from him, which had to have been around, I guess, April of my son was born in '97.
00:17:08.400 --> 00:17:10.079
So I'm gonna say April of '98.
00:17:10.480 --> 00:17:12.559
You know, moved down the street from him.
00:17:12.720 --> 00:17:17.119
Well, I have a right to know where you live because you have my son, and I need to know where my son is at all times.
00:17:17.200 --> 00:17:18.319
You can't keep me from my son.
00:17:18.400 --> 00:17:19.759
You can't keep me and my child.
00:17:19.920 --> 00:17:21.200
I said, I'm not trying to.
00:17:21.359 --> 00:17:23.039
I'm seven minutes down the road.
00:17:23.200 --> 00:17:24.480
Here's the address.
00:17:24.720 --> 00:17:26.720
Okay, I'm out of here.
00:17:26.880 --> 00:17:29.839
So I guess you could probably say the stalking begun then.
00:17:30.319 --> 00:17:47.279
You know, the very idea that I had finally, you know, rustled up enough nerve uh to physically leave him, you know, move out, take my child, get out of a situation that was toxic and unhealthy for me and my baby, and then move.
00:17:47.519 --> 00:17:57.119
In his mind, you know, he was saying, no, you know, I, you know, didn't have my biological mother in my life.
00:17:57.359 --> 00:17:57.680
Okay.
00:17:58.240 --> 00:18:00.559
She, you know, she gave me away.
00:18:00.720 --> 00:18:03.200
She gave me to my cousin to raise.
00:18:03.519 --> 00:18:13.119
And because I never had my biological mother in my life or my biological father in my life, I cannot handle you leaving, okay?
00:18:13.359 --> 00:18:15.119
Because you are the mother of my child.
00:18:15.359 --> 00:18:16.960
So I won't let you leave me.
00:18:17.119 --> 00:18:22.640
I won't let you, I won't let you get away from me, was his mindset mentality back then.
00:18:23.039 --> 00:18:26.240
And so that's initially when the stalking began.
00:18:26.880 --> 00:18:35.200
Um, he had um, I had a part-time job, and uh there was a teacher up at my son's school who was babysitting our son.
00:18:35.359 --> 00:18:41.680
And um, I'd asked around initially in the beginning, um, you know, was anyone looking to earn some extra money, extra cash?
00:18:41.759 --> 00:18:43.119
So she ended up volunteering.
00:18:43.359 --> 00:18:45.519
Uh, and there was a reason for that too, as well.
00:18:45.680 --> 00:18:51.599
She loved my child and she was great, you know, a really, really good teacher and a really, really good caregiver.
00:18:51.759 --> 00:18:54.160
But she had this thing for my baby daddy.
00:18:54.400 --> 00:18:57.920
So they began to have an affair behind my back.
00:18:58.079 --> 00:19:08.559
Now, I didn't know anything about it at the time because I guess because I was working two jobs and hustling, you know, and then I had left him, you know, technically, I really wasn't concerning myself about what he was doing.
00:19:08.640 --> 00:19:12.720
But at the same time, he still is my baby daddy, and she's a very good friend of mine.
00:19:12.799 --> 00:19:16.799
And so I'm thinking, you know, talk about betrayal and deception.
00:19:17.039 --> 00:19:26.559
And so um he would use her, you know, to find out information about me, you know, who is, you know, who is Stacy talking to, who she's going out with.
00:19:26.640 --> 00:19:30.480
And naturally, you know, when you have a girlfriend, you know, y'all tightly, she thank you tight.
00:19:30.559 --> 00:19:34.960
You kind of tell your little girlfriend everything, yeah, I'm gonna go out with Randy this weekend, we're gonna go here, we're gonna get that.
00:19:35.119 --> 00:19:36.720
So I was it was kind of that situation.
00:19:36.799 --> 00:19:38.880
I would confide in her and tell her things.
00:19:39.039 --> 00:19:48.000
Well, she was running back telling him everything, not realizing that, okay, first off, why would he be asking you about what's going on with his baby mama?
00:19:48.079 --> 00:19:53.839
And secondly, why do you feel compelled to tell him everything about, you know, his baby mama?
00:19:54.000 --> 00:20:01.279
If he's interested in you, he shouldn't be worried about what his baby mama was doing because she was too blind to see what he was up to anyway.
00:20:01.759 --> 00:20:10.079
So I ended up getting engaged and relocating back to Texas to my um fiance, my husband, actually.
00:20:10.319 --> 00:20:20.960
And long story short, he was like, okay, I'm not gonna let you take a son of Texas just yet because you don't have a job set up, and you know, why don't you just wait until you get everything in place?
00:20:21.039 --> 00:20:22.400
You know, Stacey would make sense.
00:20:22.960 --> 00:20:28.240
Ain't no point of you taking my kid out of school and he ain't got no daycare and you don't have a job.
00:20:28.480 --> 00:20:35.200
And although, you know, I kind of thought about it, I was like, well, realistically, that does make a lot of sense because I do need to get home and get myself situated and settled.
00:20:35.359 --> 00:20:39.200
And he was like, Well, once you find a job and find a daycare, you know, I'll bring our son to you, you know.
00:20:39.279 --> 00:20:41.920
And I thought, okay, great, fine, no problem.
00:20:42.319 --> 00:20:50.079
So that was the preconceived notion that I worked up under, you know, he'll bring, because everybody could say, well, when is, you know, when you know, when is your father gonna bring, you know, your son?
00:20:50.160 --> 00:20:51.119
Or, you know, when is he gonna come?
00:20:51.200 --> 00:20:58.319
And I was like, you know, he's gonna bring him, you know, let me just get a job, get on my feet, let me find a great daycare, and he'll bring him down in this daddy other, and blah, blah, blah, and blah, blah, blah.
00:20:58.400 --> 00:20:59.680
And I thought, okay, fine.
00:20:59.920 --> 00:21:02.559
And so um managed to do that.
00:21:02.720 --> 00:21:05.279
Took me about six weeks, about seven weeks, but I was good after that.
00:21:05.359 --> 00:21:12.079
And I called him, I said, Hey, you know, I've got a good job, you know, I found two daycares by my job, you know, for our son, so you can go ahead and bring him down.
00:21:12.240 --> 00:21:13.920
And so it's like, okay, I'm gonna bring him down.
00:21:14.000 --> 00:21:18.000
Now, the whole idea was to just bring my baby down, okay?
00:21:18.240 --> 00:21:23.279
So we're at the house one Saturday, you know, my mom, my sister, me, um, you know, my fiance.
00:21:23.599 --> 00:21:26.799
And so we're like, okay, you know, they'll be, you know, pull up a little bit or whatever.
00:21:26.880 --> 00:21:31.680
So we're at we're at the house, we've got the house already, you know, got dinner ready, you know, we're good, you know.
00:21:31.759 --> 00:21:35.519
And so my sister was like, hey, you know, it's big old U-Haul truck parked in front of my house.
00:21:35.599 --> 00:21:37.920
I said, You haul but she's like, I don't know, I don't know, right?
00:21:38.079 --> 00:21:39.359
Maybe somebody I got lost.
00:21:39.519 --> 00:21:41.759
And so she was like, Well, go outside and see what's going on.
00:21:41.920 --> 00:21:44.960
So I'll go outside and big old U-Haul truck.
00:21:45.039 --> 00:21:46.319
And I thought, I wonder who this is.
00:21:46.400 --> 00:21:48.640
Maybe they lost their way or got the wrong address or whatever.
00:21:48.720 --> 00:21:53.839
So as I started walking towards the truck to see if I could help the people, he came popping out the truck.
00:21:54.079 --> 00:21:57.039
And I literally just froze right there.
00:21:57.599 --> 00:22:01.599
And the first thing I said was, What are you doing here?
00:22:02.400 --> 00:22:05.359
And what the hell are you doing here with this U-Haul truck?
00:22:05.440 --> 00:22:07.279
I thought you would just bring my son down here.
00:22:07.519 --> 00:22:09.599
Oh, I've decided to move here too.
00:22:09.839 --> 00:22:11.359
I say, move here.
00:22:12.160 --> 00:22:12.720
For what?
00:22:14.160 --> 00:22:15.440
So I can be near my son.
00:22:15.599 --> 00:22:17.519
I say, you gotta be kidding me.
00:22:17.680 --> 00:22:20.000
I say you didn't move here to be closer to your son.
00:22:20.079 --> 00:22:21.759
You moved here because I was here.
00:22:22.000 --> 00:22:23.519
This has nothing to do with it.
00:22:23.680 --> 00:22:25.440
Well, I have a right to be in my child's later.
00:22:25.680 --> 00:22:26.480
Bullshit.
00:22:26.720 --> 00:22:27.039
Okay?
00:22:27.359 --> 00:22:29.839
You had your son right there in Tampa with you.
00:22:30.000 --> 00:22:35.759
If you really, really wanted to be with your son, you could have kept him in Florida with you.
00:22:35.920 --> 00:22:36.240
Okay?
00:22:36.720 --> 00:22:44.400
And if you really wanted to be evil, okay, you could have filed with the family courts in Tampa and said, okay, well, Your Honor, she abandoned her son.
00:22:44.480 --> 00:22:45.440
She neglected him.
00:22:45.519 --> 00:22:47.039
So I want sole custody.
00:22:47.119 --> 00:22:47.359
Okay.
00:22:47.440 --> 00:22:49.519
Now I'm way out here in Texas, okay?
00:22:49.759 --> 00:22:51.440
It wouldn't have been a whole lot I could have done.
00:22:51.519 --> 00:22:57.039
They'd have just served me, say, ma'am, you're gonna have to come down here because we have a case open saying that you neglected your child and you abandoned him.
00:22:57.200 --> 00:23:01.359
Now we're gonna go ahead and award for custody to the father, and you can have visitations, right?
00:23:01.519 --> 00:23:04.319
That is what you should have done if you really wanted your son.
00:23:04.400 --> 00:23:06.079
You had no intentions on wanting your son.
00:23:06.160 --> 00:23:07.519
You're here because I'm here.
00:23:08.079 --> 00:23:08.640
You know?
00:23:08.880 --> 00:23:18.240
So somehow, someway he found out that I was engaged, and I guess he thought, hell no, but you ain't finced to move to Texas and live happily ever after and marry another motherfucking man.
00:23:18.319 --> 00:23:22.000
And my baby can come, my son can be calling somebody daddy.
00:23:22.079 --> 00:23:23.200
It ain't finna happen.
00:23:23.279 --> 00:23:24.000
I'm here.
00:23:24.160 --> 00:23:27.680
I'm here, and I'm here to cause trouble and I'm here to cause problems.
00:23:27.839 --> 00:23:30.240
And that's exactly what transpired.
00:23:31.279 --> 00:23:37.119
Shortly thereafter, we ended up getting into a custody battle that lasted three years.
00:23:37.440 --> 00:23:43.200
I originally found child support on him through the attorney general's office because, again, he was not helping with my son.
00:23:43.440 --> 00:23:50.559
Every time I call, ask for money, he was like, Look, I'm giving you$400 a month in child support, bitch, and that's all you're gonna get.
00:23:50.720 --> 00:23:53.119
You know, you call his house, he cusss you out.
00:23:53.279 --> 00:23:56.720
You know, it it was it was a horrible situation, you know.
00:23:56.960 --> 00:23:59.599
It's like I'm not calling you to ask you what you're doing.
00:23:59.680 --> 00:24:00.960
I'm not calling you to say, What's up?
00:24:01.039 --> 00:24:02.240
You kicking it this weekend, whatever.
00:24:02.319 --> 00:24:04.480
I'm calling you, I'm calling you about our son.
00:24:04.640 --> 00:24:07.519
I'm calling you saying, I need, you know, I need more help.
00:24:07.759 --> 00:24:11.039
Okay, we left Florida, we're now in Texas, okay.
00:24:11.200 --> 00:24:13.519
Texas gets four seasons, all right?
00:24:13.680 --> 00:24:16.079
I need a little extra help, you know.
00:24:16.319 --> 00:24:20.240
And one winter, you know, my baby didn't even have a damn coat.
00:24:20.400 --> 00:24:24.640
And so I'm calling you, you cussing me out, telling me you ain't finna give me shit.
00:24:24.720 --> 00:24:27.599
And I'm sitting up here saying, your baby needs a coat.
00:24:27.839 --> 00:24:28.160
Okay?
00:24:28.319 --> 00:24:32.559
See, this is why you shouldn't have bought your ass down here to Texas, because I knew you weren't gonna do nothing.
00:24:32.640 --> 00:24:34.240
Because you weren't doing nothing in Florida.
00:24:34.319 --> 00:24:36.720
So moving to another state ain't got nothing to do with it.
00:24:36.799 --> 00:24:40.880
If you're trifling in one state, you're gonna be trifling in the next state.
00:24:41.039 --> 00:24:45.119
That ain't got nothing to do with it, because trifling is what runs in your damn bloodstream.
00:24:45.279 --> 00:24:49.119
I shouldn't have to call you up and beg you and plea with you to buy your baby a coat.
00:24:49.279 --> 00:24:51.519
This is your damn child, you know.
00:24:51.759 --> 00:24:56.000
So my fiance from now, don't call him and ask him for nothing else.
00:24:56.240 --> 00:24:58.480
Don't call that man and ask him for nothing else.
00:24:58.720 --> 00:25:03.680
Whatever it is that, you know, he needs, your son needs, you tell me, and I'll make sure.
00:25:03.759 --> 00:25:05.200
My family was like, We got you, Sice.
00:25:05.440 --> 00:25:06.079
You know, we got you.
00:25:06.160 --> 00:25:07.680
Don't call him and ask him anything.
00:25:07.920 --> 00:25:10.480
So we we, you know, we would go back and forth.
00:25:10.640 --> 00:25:26.000
So when I filed the case with the uh attorney general's office for child support, he countersuited that case and went down to the family courts and was like, oh, she's unfit, you know, she's a terrible mom, she doesn't take care of our son, she doesn't do this, she doesn't do that.
00:25:26.160 --> 00:25:31.599
So a couple of my girlfriends, I would be at work just crying and bawling because I was like, now you want to steal my baby.
00:25:31.680 --> 00:25:33.359
Now you want to take the kid away from me.
00:25:33.519 --> 00:25:38.880
And so a girlfriend of mine, she's like, you know what, Stacey, don't let him go over his dad's house until y'all go to court.
00:25:39.039 --> 00:25:39.920
I said, What do you mean?
00:25:40.079 --> 00:25:40.880
She said, Let me tell you something.
00:25:40.960 --> 00:25:42.960
She said, He planning on taking him from you.
00:25:43.119 --> 00:25:52.240
She said, do not let your son go over his house for the weekend until after the judge has ordered y'all's visitations.
00:25:52.400 --> 00:25:58.480
Because what he's gonna try to do is, he's gonna try to make it look like he's had custody of your son all this time.
00:25:58.559 --> 00:26:00.640
And they'll mess around here and give it to him.
00:26:00.799 --> 00:26:01.680
So watch him.
00:26:01.839 --> 00:26:04.240
And that particular weekend, he came to my house.
00:26:04.319 --> 00:26:06.559
He he damn near kicked my door in.
00:26:06.880 --> 00:26:08.160
She was I was on the phone with my friend.
00:26:08.319 --> 00:26:11.839
She's like, Call the police, call 911, tell him he's at your house, he won't leave.
00:26:12.079 --> 00:26:12.880
He left.
00:26:13.039 --> 00:26:14.640
The cops came and was like, What's happening?
00:26:14.720 --> 00:26:17.759
I said, he's trying to get my baby, he's trying to break in my house, he's trying to take my baby.
00:26:17.839 --> 00:26:20.000
I said, we got a court hearing Monday in this day and the other.
00:26:20.079 --> 00:26:22.160
I said, he's trying to get in, he's trying to take my baby from me.
00:26:22.319 --> 00:26:24.880
And she's like, okay, we'll keep, you know, we'll stay out here for a little while.
00:26:24.960 --> 00:26:27.119
We can't stay a whole night, but if he comes back, we'll get him.
00:26:27.279 --> 00:26:28.319
And what did he do?
00:26:28.559 --> 00:26:30.640
Come back, trying to kick my door and stuff.
00:26:30.720 --> 00:26:32.799
And I called him, I said, he's here, he's at my house right now.
00:26:32.880 --> 00:26:33.680
He's trying to kick my door.
00:26:33.759 --> 00:26:34.640
And so they called him.
00:26:34.799 --> 00:26:36.160
He said, Well, I'm here to get my gun.
00:26:36.319 --> 00:26:37.680
They said, Listen here, sir.
00:26:37.920 --> 00:26:40.640
We understand y'all got a court hearing coming up Monday.
00:26:40.880 --> 00:26:45.839
Until that court hearing on Monday comes, you stay away from this woman's house.
00:26:46.000 --> 00:26:46.319
Okay?
00:26:46.559 --> 00:26:51.440
Well, I'm trying to get you can't get that kid if she ain't gonna let you have him.
00:26:51.680 --> 00:26:52.000
Okay?
00:26:52.640 --> 00:26:54.720
But don't you come back over to this woman's house?
00:26:54.960 --> 00:26:56.880
Because if you do, we're gonna rest you.
00:26:57.440 --> 00:27:00.240
So that's how I ended up having my son, you know.
00:27:00.480 --> 00:27:02.160
And from that point on, he was living.
00:27:02.240 --> 00:27:03.440
He was like, oh hell no.
00:27:03.599 --> 00:27:07.599
Now you got so custody of our son, I'm really gonna get you.
00:27:07.839 --> 00:27:13.839
So all the stalking, you know, I would come home from work, you know, that was back when everybody had call ID.
00:27:14.000 --> 00:27:16.880
I'd have 40 or 50 calls on my call ID.
00:27:17.200 --> 00:27:26.079
Late at night, 1.30, 2 o'clock in the morning, I'm in my apartment because I'm still engaged to be married, but I still had my own apartment and my fiance lived in his mother's house.
00:27:26.160 --> 00:27:32.880
So again, I'm trying to keep that tradition because I messed up with my baby daddy, and I didn't want to do it, you know, like that the second time.
00:27:32.960 --> 00:27:34.240
I wanted to do it right.
00:27:34.480 --> 00:27:39.759
And so late at night, 12:30, 1 o'clock in the morning, people knocking on my door, bamming on my door, trying to kick my door and stuff in.
00:27:39.839 --> 00:27:41.759
I'm up on the phone trying to call the cops.
00:27:41.920 --> 00:27:44.880
You know, I go to the grocery store, people are following me at the grocery store.
00:27:44.960 --> 00:27:47.519
I'm taking my baby to the park, people at the park following me.
00:27:47.680 --> 00:27:52.960
It was just a non-type situation going on constantly.
00:27:53.200 --> 00:27:54.079
Constantly.
00:27:54.480 --> 00:27:58.160
Finally, I ended up getting married in uh July 2001.
00:27:58.480 --> 00:28:05.119
Left my apartment, moved in with my husband, uh, and stayed at his mom's house while our first house got built.
00:28:05.279 --> 00:28:06.799
And the stalking continued.
00:28:06.960 --> 00:28:11.279
You know, he would call my job, and you know, and and remember, I'm at work, okay?
00:28:11.440 --> 00:28:15.920
And most of the time when people at work, you know, if it can wait till you get, you know, get off of work.
00:28:16.000 --> 00:28:17.680
Let's talk when we get off from work.
00:28:17.920 --> 00:28:18.640
I'm at work.
00:28:18.799 --> 00:28:21.920
He called, he'd be like, you know, sis, you have a call on line one.
00:28:22.000 --> 00:28:22.960
I answer the phone.
00:28:23.119 --> 00:28:26.400
Hello, I can't get um our son is weekend.
00:28:27.519 --> 00:28:28.480
What do you mean you can't get him?
00:28:28.559 --> 00:28:29.279
It's your weekend.
00:28:29.839 --> 00:28:30.799
I can't get him.
00:28:32.480 --> 00:28:33.200
It's your weekend.
00:28:33.279 --> 00:28:34.240
What do you mean you can't get him?
00:28:34.319 --> 00:28:35.200
I've had him all week long.
00:28:35.279 --> 00:28:35.759
What was the problem?
00:28:35.839 --> 00:28:37.279
Bitch, I ain't gotta tell you what the problem is.
00:28:37.359 --> 00:28:39.039
I've already told you I just can't get him.
00:28:40.000 --> 00:28:40.319
Okay.
00:28:40.640 --> 00:28:42.240
That's how you just talk to me.
00:28:42.480 --> 00:28:43.039
Fine.
00:28:43.279 --> 00:28:43.599
Okay.
00:28:44.400 --> 00:28:45.119
We'll get it.
00:28:45.440 --> 00:28:47.839
So I've been having my son all week, you know.
00:28:48.079 --> 00:28:51.680
Thought I was gonna have a weekend, you know, just kind of kick me heels up, relax a little bit or whatever.
00:28:51.920 --> 00:28:53.279
My husband's like, don't worry about it, baby.
00:28:53.359 --> 00:28:56.319
We just change our plans and we'll take him with us, you know, and this, then, the other.
00:28:56.480 --> 00:28:58.480
So that angered him, you know.
00:28:58.720 --> 00:29:05.599
The fact that I married another man and then I married a man that could step up to the plate and be a father to my son.
00:29:05.920 --> 00:29:09.920
Now, out of respect, my son never called my husband daddy.
00:29:10.079 --> 00:29:11.599
I mean, because he knows who his dad is.
00:29:11.680 --> 00:29:13.759
He would always call my husband by his first name.
00:29:13.920 --> 00:29:21.519
And I and I would let him know, you know, this is, you know, coupling, you know, and you know who your dad is, right?
00:29:21.680 --> 00:29:22.319
Yes, mommy.
00:29:22.400 --> 00:29:23.680
I said, okay, so we're good.
00:29:23.839 --> 00:29:31.920
So throughout these years of, you know, trying to work with him, uh, trying to co-parent, coexist with him, uh, the stalking continued.
00:29:32.079 --> 00:29:39.440
You know, three years he tied me up in litigation with the state of Texas, um, you know, constantly finding every excuse.
00:29:39.599 --> 00:29:42.480
Uh, the visitation, she's not letting me see my child, Your Honor.
00:29:42.640 --> 00:29:44.640
You know, I tried to go over to her house and stuff.
00:29:44.799 --> 00:29:46.160
You know, she wouldn't answer the door.
00:29:46.319 --> 00:29:49.920
I stopped letting you come to my house because you cuss me out every time you come to my house.
00:29:50.160 --> 00:29:53.599
You know, again, you can't talk to me like that in my house.
00:29:53.680 --> 00:29:59.039
If you don't have any respect for me, you can't come to my house, cuss me out in my house.
00:29:59.200 --> 00:30:09.440
So we ended up having to go and find a public place where we can do the exchanges because he just simply didn't know how to conduct himself or uh act, you know.
00:30:09.599 --> 00:30:19.119
And so again, that's that's pressure on me, you know, to leave my job, go over here to the public library, you know, take our son there, you know, so you can pick your son up there.
00:30:19.200 --> 00:30:22.319
So you don't have to go back to court and say, Well, Your Honor, she's in contempt.
00:30:22.480 --> 00:30:24.000
She's not letting me see my son.
00:30:24.160 --> 00:30:27.440
I'm paying child support, she's depriving me, you know.
00:30:27.599 --> 00:30:32.400
So to keep that from happening, you know, here I was having to always go the extra mile and the extra.
00:30:32.640 --> 00:30:35.359
And he created that type of scenario throughout the years.
00:30:35.599 --> 00:30:37.680
So the stalking, you know, continued.
00:30:37.920 --> 00:30:45.279
The late night knocks at the door, the harassing phone calls, you know, calling me at work, cussing me out on the phone.
00:30:45.519 --> 00:30:51.279
I can't get my kid, then I then come the following next weekend or whatever, which would be technically my weekend.
00:30:51.440 --> 00:30:52.480
Now you want to get him.
00:30:52.559 --> 00:30:54.000
So I'm like, well, it's my weekend.
00:30:54.079 --> 00:30:56.319
Well, you had him last week, but that was your weekend.
00:30:56.400 --> 00:30:59.519
You, you know, you banked out, not me, you know.
00:30:59.839 --> 00:31:02.559
So again, constant situation.
00:31:02.960 --> 00:31:07.200
So it got to the point to where I had just become completely overwhelmed.
00:31:07.519 --> 00:31:12.640
I was tired, I was frustrated, I was overwhelmed.
00:31:12.880 --> 00:31:15.039
I was like, this makes no sense.
00:31:15.200 --> 00:31:17.039
I I knew he was going to be trouble.
00:31:17.200 --> 00:31:19.519
I knew he was gonna be trouble when he came to Texas.
00:31:19.680 --> 00:31:20.480
I knew it.
00:31:20.720 --> 00:31:25.839
And so I ended up joining um, my son was diagnosed because my son had begun to act out.
00:31:25.920 --> 00:31:29.839
He was three and had gotten, you know, uh disenrolled from two daycare centers.
00:31:29.920 --> 00:31:36.240
So we had to go through plank therapy for him to kind of find out what was causing my son to keep acting out.
00:31:36.480 --> 00:31:40.319
And so um he was diagnosed with being ADHD.
00:31:40.559 --> 00:31:49.359
And so my husband was like, okay, baby, well, let's uh let's put him on my insurance because that way his neurology, you know, will be covered at 100% plus his medication.
00:31:49.519 --> 00:31:51.680
Now the therapy was private pay.
00:31:51.920 --> 00:31:54.160
So his dad owed me like$800.
00:31:54.640 --> 00:31:57.119
And so I'm like, when are you gonna pay me my half of the money?
00:31:57.200 --> 00:31:59.119
Well, you know, but you shouldn't enroll him in therapy.
00:31:59.200 --> 00:31:59.519
No way.
00:31:59.680 --> 00:32:00.480
He didn't need therapy.
00:32:00.640 --> 00:32:03.680
I said, you see, he's been kicked out of school, two-day cares.
00:32:03.839 --> 00:32:04.960
There's something going on with him.
00:32:05.039 --> 00:32:06.559
I had to get my baby in therapy.
00:32:06.720 --> 00:32:07.920
Why don't you just pay?
00:32:08.160 --> 00:32:09.519
He didn't want to pay.
00:32:09.759 --> 00:32:14.400
I had to wait till we went back to court, and my attorney presented before the judge, Your Honor.
00:32:14.480 --> 00:32:18.240
This is the same, this is the same man who came down here and said that my client was on foot.
00:32:18.720 --> 00:32:21.440
Okay, he owes her$850 for therapy.
00:32:21.680 --> 00:32:23.920
Judge, like, why you ain't paying money, sir?
00:32:24.319 --> 00:32:28.000
Oh, I I, you know, and he always got away with murder.
00:32:28.240 --> 00:32:29.920
He always got away with murder.
00:32:30.079 --> 00:32:34.400
You know, they give him a slap on the wrist and this, that, and the other, but he always got away with murder.
00:32:34.559 --> 00:32:37.119
When you have to pay her, you know, pay her that money by the end of the month.
00:32:37.200 --> 00:32:39.599
I'm like, seriously, why don't you just lock his ass up?
00:32:39.759 --> 00:32:44.799
You know, y'all just let him get away with murder, and all that does is just promote him to keep doing other things.
00:32:45.039 --> 00:32:49.119
So it was just a constant tit for tat going back and forth.
00:32:49.279 --> 00:32:50.480
I don't have to obey the law.
00:32:50.559 --> 00:32:51.920
The law is for people like you.
00:32:52.079 --> 00:32:55.279
I'm above the law, I write the orders, I do what I want.
00:32:55.440 --> 00:32:57.680
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:32:58.079 --> 00:33:07.200
So finally got my child situated and settled under the care of a neurologist, got him back into a really good school, you know, and somebody was like, Stacey, you know what?
00:33:07.359 --> 00:33:10.240
Why don't you try to consider putting your child like an extracurricular activity?
00:33:10.319 --> 00:33:17.279
Because this medication that we're gonna put him on is only gonna last for about six hours, just enough to keep him focused while he's in school.
00:33:17.440 --> 00:33:20.240
But after that, he's gonna be back to his full energy self.
00:33:20.319 --> 00:33:30.799
So if you get him involved in like little leaf football or, you know, uh uh baseball or something like that, where there's a lot of kids that's his age, it'll help, you know, boost his you know, morale.
00:33:30.960 --> 00:33:32.319
It teaches him self-discipline.
00:33:32.400 --> 00:33:34.400
So I thought, okay, yeah, I'll do that.
00:33:34.640 --> 00:33:37.519
So I got my son enrolled into a Taekwondo class.
00:33:37.599 --> 00:33:46.880
And I the reason why I chose Taekwondo is because it really, really emphasized and really, really specializes in teaching children about self-respect.
00:33:47.119 --> 00:33:53.440
It teaches kids discipline, it teaches the children how to be a part of a team, a winning team.
00:33:53.599 --> 00:33:55.359
And it's a great exercise.
00:33:55.599 --> 00:33:57.680
So I got my baby enrolled into Taekwondo.
00:33:57.920 --> 00:33:58.960
I thought this is great, you know.
00:33:59.039 --> 00:34:01.680
It, you know, to give him a chance to get back to being a kid again.
00:34:01.839 --> 00:34:03.440
He's been through a lot, you know.
00:34:03.680 --> 00:34:09.920
Well, I'd be hot dicking the damn dog if I don't get up and take my baby to practice on Tuesdays, because that's when practice was.
00:34:10.079 --> 00:34:12.559
And guess who joined the damn class?
00:34:12.880 --> 00:34:14.159
My son's father.
00:34:14.719 --> 00:34:21.840
I walked in, put my baby jacket up, hung his jacket up, got ready to take him into his class, and there he had his behind there.
00:34:22.079 --> 00:34:24.079
I see, you gotta be kidding me.
00:34:24.159 --> 00:34:25.440
What are you doing here?
00:34:25.679 --> 00:34:28.000
Well, I joined this class too.
00:34:28.320 --> 00:34:31.679
You live an hour and 15 minutes from Garland, Texas.
00:34:31.760 --> 00:34:33.679
Why are you at this Taekwondo class?
00:34:33.760 --> 00:34:36.000
They don't have Taekwondo where you stay.
00:34:36.639 --> 00:34:47.280
Well, I wanted to come here because this is where my son, you know, anywhere where he thought I think, anywhere where he know, I know she's gonna have to drop him off for practice.
00:34:47.599 --> 00:34:53.519
Anywhere that he, you know, assumed she's gonna be, he would be there.
00:34:54.000 --> 00:34:57.119
Everywhere I went, I was like, you gotta be kidding me.
00:34:57.280 --> 00:35:02.400
He wanted me to, he was basically saying in so many words, you ain't gonna get the hell away from me.
00:35:02.480 --> 00:35:04.480
I didn't I didn't told you this shit before, Stacy.
00:35:04.800 --> 00:35:07.519
Okay, wherever you go, I'm gonna find you.
00:35:07.679 --> 00:35:14.719
And as long as you got my kid, I got every excuse to come after your ass with everything I got because you got my kid, and I can use that as an excuse.
00:35:15.199 --> 00:35:19.599
So we ended up getting into an altercation one Saturday.
00:35:19.679 --> 00:35:20.960
My son had a competition that day.
00:35:21.039 --> 00:35:26.639
And I guess when I woke up that morning, somebody just told me, you know, I guess I should have just stayed home.
00:35:26.880 --> 00:35:30.159
But it was my son's first competition, and I really wanted to go.
00:35:30.320 --> 00:35:37.599
Uh and my husband's like, Come on, let's get up, we'll fix breakfast, you know, let's get him dressed, let's get him ready, then we'll get there so we can get a good seat, you know, and and you know, we'll be good.
00:35:37.679 --> 00:35:38.159
We'll be good.
00:35:38.400 --> 00:35:39.199
It's gonna be a good day.
00:35:39.440 --> 00:35:40.079
Think positive.
00:35:40.159 --> 00:35:41.280
And I said, okay.
00:35:41.599 --> 00:35:46.239
So naturally he shows up and he was there, you know, and blah, blah, blah, this and blah, blah, blah.
00:35:46.559 --> 00:35:53.280
So after the competition was over with, um, you know, um, I went down, you know, got my baby, all the parents were for talking and this day.
00:35:53.440 --> 00:35:55.039
And I told my son, awesome job, good job.
00:35:55.119 --> 00:35:56.159
You know, honey, you did good.
00:35:56.239 --> 00:35:57.119
He's like, You see me, Mom?
00:35:57.199 --> 00:35:58.000
I said, Yes, I did.
00:35:58.159 --> 00:35:59.440
You were awesome.
00:35:59.679 --> 00:36:02.960
And so we were getting ready to go because naturally that was my weekend.
00:36:03.039 --> 00:36:04.000
I have him or whatever.
00:36:04.079 --> 00:36:07.679
And so as we were leaving out, he was like, I need to talk to you, my son, father.
00:36:07.840 --> 00:36:09.360
I said, Talk to me, talk to me about what?
00:36:09.519 --> 00:36:10.800
What you need to talk to me about?
00:36:10.960 --> 00:36:13.679
Well, I want to take, you know, our son home.
00:36:13.920 --> 00:36:15.840
I say, you can't take him home.
00:36:16.000 --> 00:36:16.960
This is my weekend.
00:36:17.039 --> 00:36:20.079
You know, you can take him home next weekend, but this is my weekend.
00:36:20.239 --> 00:36:24.000
Bitch, don't tell me what the fuck I can do with my son because I will fucking kill you.
00:36:24.079 --> 00:36:40.960
So by that time, there had been three consecutive years of nothing but verbal abuse, emotional abuse, teardowns, cut downs, on top of the two and a half to three years you did to me in Florida.
00:36:41.039 --> 00:36:43.920
So total of six years of just dealing with you.
00:36:45.039 --> 00:36:50.559
When you told me, or when he told me, I'ma kill you, that was all I that was it for me.
00:36:50.800 --> 00:36:52.159
All I saw was red.
00:36:52.800 --> 00:36:53.920
That's all I saw.
00:36:54.079 --> 00:36:58.639
I picked up a two by four and I went to swinging on his ass.
00:36:58.800 --> 00:37:05.280
Because I was like, I tell you what, if you're gonna kill me, hey, I ain't going out without a fight.
00:37:05.440 --> 00:37:05.760
Okay?
00:37:06.159 --> 00:37:07.519
So bring it on.
00:37:07.760 --> 00:37:08.639
Bring it.
00:37:08.960 --> 00:37:11.519
I was swinging and hidden in and this, that, and the other.
00:37:11.599 --> 00:37:15.679
So this altercation took place on a Saturday for maybe about 15 minutes.
00:37:15.760 --> 00:37:17.679
You know, the police, of course, ends up coming out.
00:37:17.840 --> 00:37:22.400
Of course, I was arrested uh and charged for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
00:37:22.639 --> 00:37:29.119
Um, my son, um, my actually my husband had some tickets out that his job had not played.
00:37:29.199 --> 00:37:33.920
My husband was a truck driver, and uh, his company hadn't paid these weight tickets or whatever.
00:37:34.000 --> 00:37:35.199
So he ended up getting arrested.
00:37:35.280 --> 00:37:38.159
But I thought, you know, that's God working that right there.
00:37:38.320 --> 00:37:40.400
And so we both were arrested that day.
00:37:40.559 --> 00:37:44.239
So that's how he ended up having custody of my son.
00:37:45.119 --> 00:37:49.599
So I had to, my um husband, a co-worker, came and paid his ticket.
00:37:49.679 --> 00:37:53.199
So he got out like in a few hours, but I had to stay because I had to be arranged.
00:37:53.360 --> 00:38:02.400
And so I had to be transferred down to the main jail house in Dallas, which is Lusteric, uh, in Dallas, Texas, and go before a judge on that Monday morning to be arranged.
00:38:02.480 --> 00:38:04.480
So they set my bill at 50,000.
00:38:04.639 --> 00:38:09.039
So they was like, okay, well, you know, you need 10% to get her out of, you know, get her Stacy on the ground or whatever.
00:38:09.119 --> 00:38:10.400
So my husband went to his job.
00:38:10.480 --> 00:38:15.599
He was like, Look, I need to sell everything, sell everything I got on my vacation, on my personal days, my stocks, my shares, whatever.
00:38:15.760 --> 00:38:17.840
I cannot leave my wife in jail, okay?
00:38:18.000 --> 00:38:19.679
I need to get my wife out of jail.
00:38:19.840 --> 00:38:27.199
So while I'm in jail, my baby daddy runs down to family court, files an emergency hearing, you know, to try to get change of custody.
00:38:27.360 --> 00:38:29.679
But the Lord was like, that's not gonna work, you know.
00:38:29.840 --> 00:38:30.800
I see what you're doing.
00:38:30.960 --> 00:38:33.039
So I post the bill that Monday got out.
00:38:33.119 --> 00:38:33.840
My attorney called me.
00:38:33.920 --> 00:38:35.119
She said, I know you just got out of jail.
00:38:35.199 --> 00:38:37.679
Sorry to tell you, we gotta be in court tomorrow morning.
00:38:37.760 --> 00:38:38.960
I was like, You gotta be kidding me.
00:38:39.039 --> 00:38:40.480
She's like, he filed an emergency hearing.
00:38:40.559 --> 00:38:43.119
He's trying to take Matthew from you, take your son from you.
00:38:43.840 --> 00:38:45.039
And so I said, Okay.
00:38:45.599 --> 00:38:49.440
And so um got dressed, you know, the next morning, went down.
00:38:49.599 --> 00:39:00.800
And even after all of the altercation and everything that happened or whatever, um, you know, the judge was like, I don't see um, you know, a reason to change custodies.
00:39:00.960 --> 00:39:03.360
We had the same judge that we had the three years that we were in court.
00:39:03.519 --> 00:39:04.239
So that was a blessing.
00:39:04.320 --> 00:39:05.519
That was God working it out.
00:39:05.599 --> 00:39:07.440
So we didn't have to go through another judge.
00:39:07.519 --> 00:39:08.719
She already knew all the facts.
00:39:08.800 --> 00:39:09.679
She knew everything about it.
00:39:09.760 --> 00:39:11.599
She said, I don't see no reason to change custodies.
00:39:11.679 --> 00:39:13.440
We'll let mom go to anger management.
00:39:13.599 --> 00:39:16.400
You know, we'll let her um, you know, do her community service work.
00:39:16.559 --> 00:39:18.719
You're not getting a second restraining order, sir.
00:39:18.800 --> 00:39:19.599
You already got one.
00:39:19.679 --> 00:39:22.639
It was granted through the criminal court, so we're not gonna give you another one, okay?
00:39:22.800 --> 00:39:24.239
And that's the way it goes.
00:39:24.559 --> 00:39:28.320
So during that time or whatever, um, my attorney gave me a call.
00:39:28.400 --> 00:39:29.760
She's like, hey, let me talk to you about something.
00:39:29.840 --> 00:39:30.800
And I was like, what is it?
00:39:30.880 --> 00:39:35.920
And she was like, Stacey, I know this might not be something that you want to hear, but I really need you to understand where I'm coming from.
00:39:36.079 --> 00:39:41.440
She said, Maybe it'd be a good idea if you let, you know, your son go stay with, you know, with your, you know, his father.
00:39:41.519 --> 00:39:42.880
And I was like, What?
00:39:43.280 --> 00:39:44.639
What are you talking about?
00:39:44.880 --> 00:39:46.960
And she's like, just hear me out on this.
00:39:47.119 --> 00:39:50.719
You know, you you know, you got this criminal record now, okay?
00:39:50.960 --> 00:39:57.679
And say your son comes over to your house one weekend and he's riding his bicycle and he accidentally falls down and scrapes his knee.
00:39:57.760 --> 00:40:00.880
Well, we all know kids have accidents in the booze, okay?
00:40:01.119 --> 00:40:09.280
But now what you having a criminal record, your baby daddy, okay, can run back and say, look, look, look, she's abusing my son.
00:40:09.360 --> 00:40:11.519
Look at this, look at this bruise on his leg.
00:40:11.840 --> 00:40:13.199
She assaulted me.
00:40:13.360 --> 00:40:14.960
Now she's abusing my son.
00:40:15.119 --> 00:40:16.159
I want her locked up.
00:40:16.320 --> 00:40:19.519
She said, now this starts all over again.
00:40:19.679 --> 00:40:23.760
But this time it'll be more detrimental because it's a kid involved.
00:40:24.000 --> 00:40:25.920
And you've already been through enough.
00:40:26.159 --> 00:40:27.280
Think about your family.
00:40:27.440 --> 00:40:29.119
Think about your husband.
00:40:29.440 --> 00:40:36.639
I cried my eyes out because never in a million years that I ever thought about giving my baby to my baby.
00:40:36.960 --> 00:40:38.320
I thought he doesn't want him.
00:40:38.559 --> 00:40:39.519
She said, I know.
00:40:39.679 --> 00:40:42.000
I said, then why are you telling me to give him to him?
00:40:42.320 --> 00:40:43.920
I thought I don't understand.
00:40:44.320 --> 00:40:46.079
She said, I'm just, she said, just think about it.
00:40:46.320 --> 00:40:49.519
Stacey, you don't have to decide today, but you do need to think about it.
00:40:49.840 --> 00:40:55.679
So I cried my eyes out, I cried to my husband, I cried to my mama, I cried to my family.
00:40:56.159 --> 00:41:12.960
I went to church, I told my pastor, my first lady, I went to a private psychiatrist, I went to my support group, I talked to my co-workers, I talked to my friends, and everybody, everybody was like, Stacey, maybe it would just be the best.
00:41:13.440 --> 00:41:14.400
Think about it.
00:41:14.719 --> 00:41:20.639
If something happens to that baby, if he lets something happen to your son, they're gonna give him right back to you.
00:41:21.360 --> 00:41:23.679
So he gotta step up his game now.
00:41:24.000 --> 00:41:29.119
All that responsibility that you've had since you've had that baby is now on him.
00:41:29.679 --> 00:41:31.440
He's gonna have to step up his game.
00:41:31.599 --> 00:41:34.960
And if he fails, we get your son back.
00:41:35.760 --> 00:41:40.719
So I had to go to court and make a decision to let him have it.
00:41:41.119 --> 00:41:43.840
And I remember that day I cried my eyes out.
00:41:44.079 --> 00:41:48.400
And I was like, God, you know, I can't be with my baby.
00:41:48.719 --> 00:41:50.639
You know, he's only three.
00:41:51.119 --> 00:41:52.639
But I know you can.
00:41:52.960 --> 00:42:03.280
And if you can just watch over him and keep him safe and send him back to me when he's old enough, you know, I know he'll be okay.
00:42:03.519 --> 00:42:05.039
I know he'll be all right.
00:42:06.480 --> 00:42:10.159
And I told my attorney, I said, just do me one favor.
00:42:10.320 --> 00:42:12.400
If you can't do nothing else, and she said, Hey, Mr.
00:42:12.559 --> 00:42:26.880
Stacy, I said, just set my child support payments up to where I can pay my child support directly to the state because I don't want him trying to say, oh, I never got it, and you know, giving him any kind of excuse to have to take me back to court.
00:42:26.960 --> 00:42:29.599
She's like, You got it, that I know I can do.
00:42:30.559 --> 00:42:35.519
So he had requested in the petition that he wanted me to have supervised visits.
00:42:36.159 --> 00:42:45.039
Never, you know, in the time that we had our son, did I ever, ever make him pay for his child or even remotely suggest supervised visits.
00:42:45.280 --> 00:42:48.320
Hell, I can't even get you to come get your child half the time.
00:42:48.559 --> 00:42:50.000
Now you want me to pay?
00:42:50.239 --> 00:42:51.840
But see, that was punishment.
00:42:52.000 --> 00:42:54.000
You know, I'm gonna punish your ass.
00:42:54.400 --> 00:42:57.199
You know, you ain't never gonna, you know, if you see him, you're gonna pay for him.
00:42:57.360 --> 00:42:58.880
And your family ain't never gonna see him.
00:42:58.960 --> 00:43:01.440
I say, after everything that my family did for our son.
00:43:01.920 --> 00:43:06.079
Buying one a coach when you didn't, paying for therapy when you didn't.
00:43:06.239 --> 00:43:08.000
Now you're gonna punish my family.
00:43:08.239 --> 00:43:09.039
It was blood.
00:43:09.280 --> 00:43:10.800
He was out for blood.
00:43:11.280 --> 00:43:13.599
He was like, I'm, you know, I told you I'm gonna get you.
00:43:13.760 --> 00:43:16.639
You had no fucking business remarrying any damn body.
00:43:16.800 --> 00:43:17.119
Okay?
00:43:17.440 --> 00:43:18.559
You were way off.
00:43:18.719 --> 00:43:28.880
Now you out here screwing my damn friend, screwing the babysitter, you know, got your women down in Florida, but I wasn't supposed to be, you know, move on with my life.
00:43:29.119 --> 00:43:31.199
You know, I wasn't supposed to get married.
00:43:31.280 --> 00:43:38.159
At least I got married and bought a home, and my husband and I, you know, are trying to provide a very good life for our son.
00:43:38.320 --> 00:43:40.480
Okay, at least I'm doing my part.
00:43:40.639 --> 00:43:43.840
And you telling me that I wasn't supposed to move on.
00:43:44.079 --> 00:43:46.880
So yeah, he was it he was coming for blood.
00:43:47.039 --> 00:43:52.880
So none of my family, I everything that they had done to help us when I first got back to Texas could see my son.
00:43:52.960 --> 00:43:55.599
So I made a call, you know, a conscious decision.
00:43:55.679 --> 00:43:57.360
So I was like, okay, I'll tell you what.
00:43:58.960 --> 00:44:01.599
Out of everything My family did to help me.
00:44:01.679 --> 00:44:04.079
Okay, because I don't never forget those who helped me.
00:44:04.320 --> 00:44:17.599
If my son, if my family cannot see my son, if my mother cannot see her grandson, if my husband cannot see his stepson, if they don't see my son, then I don't see my son.
00:44:18.320 --> 00:44:20.880
Now that's just the way this ball is gonna roll.
00:44:21.119 --> 00:44:21.440
Okay.
00:44:21.760 --> 00:44:23.199
I'm not paying to see my kid.
00:44:23.280 --> 00:44:24.079
I be damned.
00:44:24.239 --> 00:44:24.559
Okay.
00:44:24.719 --> 00:44:32.800
I'm not finna go in and have somebody looking at me like I'm some kind of freak or I'm some kind of monster or whatever.
00:44:32.960 --> 00:44:34.400
Oh, I go to hug my child.
00:44:34.480 --> 00:44:35.039
What's she doing?
00:44:35.199 --> 00:44:37.199
She oh she is she hugging him, what is she doing?
00:44:37.280 --> 00:44:38.639
I ain't even finna buy any of that.
00:44:38.719 --> 00:44:41.760
I tell you what, you want him, you got him.
00:44:41.920 --> 00:44:43.920
And the responsibility that goes with it.
00:44:44.079 --> 00:44:45.760
Well, I guess he thought I was playing.
00:44:45.920 --> 00:44:48.480
But see, I can show you better and I can tell you.
00:44:48.639 --> 00:44:50.000
I didn't see my son.
00:44:50.159 --> 00:44:52.000
He got my son when he was three.
00:44:52.159 --> 00:44:54.559
I didn't see my son again till he was 17.
00:44:56.159 --> 00:45:07.360
So all of those years, you know, I went, just paid my child support and tried to get my life back together, put the pieces of my life together, and this, that, and the other, and blah blah.
00:45:07.920 --> 00:45:11.119
Throughout those years, he continued to stalk me.
00:45:11.280 --> 00:45:12.639
He continued to call the house.
00:45:12.800 --> 00:45:21.599
He continued to send tons and tons of letters and and medical bills and expenses because he got, I guess he thought this plan of mine didn't work.
00:45:22.079 --> 00:45:25.440
It actually backfired, you know.
00:45:25.599 --> 00:45:28.559
I I thought if I got the kid, she come back to me.
00:45:28.719 --> 00:45:31.199
No, that's that's not how this is gonna go down, boo-boo.
00:45:31.679 --> 00:45:34.000
No, you want the you want the child.
00:45:34.159 --> 00:45:36.159
With the child comes the responsibility.
00:45:36.400 --> 00:45:41.199
So you don't get to pick up the phone and call and tell me that our son got a temper, you know, a temperature.
00:45:41.360 --> 00:45:43.679
He's running fever, you the parent.
00:45:45.440 --> 00:45:49.039
Well, uh, the school said that, you know, he's not doing right.
00:45:49.199 --> 00:45:50.079
You the parent.
00:45:51.519 --> 00:45:58.320
So I guess he was like, I'm not really liking this because I thought that you get it, but no, see, you don't get it, baby.
00:45:58.400 --> 00:45:59.519
That's not how this works.
00:45:59.679 --> 00:46:08.079
When you tear your ass with your son's mother, when you tear your behind with the woman that was caring for your kid, you don't have the luxury of picking up a call and me telling me everything that's going on.
00:46:08.320 --> 00:46:10.559
I am a non-custodial parent.
00:46:10.719 --> 00:46:12.960
So I'm gonna be the one to act like they don't care.
00:46:13.119 --> 00:46:15.039
You get your child support every month.
00:46:15.199 --> 00:46:19.039
I'm gonna keep health insurance on him, and I'll send you whatever medical bills we owe.
00:46:19.119 --> 00:46:20.639
Other than that, don't contact me.
00:46:20.880 --> 00:46:23.760
So life went on for me and my husband.
00:46:23.920 --> 00:46:25.920
And he continued to stalk me.
00:46:26.320 --> 00:46:30.880
So once my son became 17, I saw him.
00:46:31.039 --> 00:46:32.400
Um, he had tracked me.
00:46:32.480 --> 00:46:33.519
His father had stalked me.
00:46:33.599 --> 00:46:35.119
Uh, I was living in Houston at the time.
00:46:35.199 --> 00:46:37.039
He had stalked me and found me down there.
00:46:37.199 --> 00:46:39.519
Uh, claim I owed him some medical bills expensive.
00:46:39.679 --> 00:46:40.960
I hired a new attorney.
00:46:41.119 --> 00:46:44.239
Um, my new attorney was like, Let me deal with the situation, Stacey.
00:46:44.480 --> 00:46:47.199
Let me let me take this head on because he was the one who wrote the order.
00:46:47.360 --> 00:46:50.800
And in the court order, it says that he is supposed to submit these bills to you within 10 days.
00:46:50.880 --> 00:46:52.719
These bills are nine months to a year old.
00:46:52.880 --> 00:46:56.000
Okay, so he held on to all of these bills to run these bills up.
00:46:56.159 --> 00:46:59.920
So he has a legitimate reason to find you in Houston.
00:47:00.159 --> 00:47:01.039
But I got you.
00:47:01.199 --> 00:47:05.440
So he told him, he said, I'll tell you, well, we're not gonna pay out all this money to you because you know what you wrote.
00:47:05.599 --> 00:47:11.440
Okay, we'll set this up in installments, but going forward, if she doesn't have a bill within 10 days, you eat.
00:47:11.760 --> 00:47:14.719
So then he calls my criminal attorney, I mean my family attorney.
00:47:14.880 --> 00:47:15.760
Well, you know, Mr.
00:47:15.840 --> 00:47:19.039
So-and-so, so-and-so, she hasn't seen her son since he was three.
00:47:19.119 --> 00:47:21.599
And so my turn was like, I represent this school.
00:47:21.920 --> 00:47:22.800
How can I help you?
00:47:22.880 --> 00:47:23.840
Why are you calling me?
00:47:24.000 --> 00:47:28.719
Well, she needs to see him, and you know, he said, You the one who set up the supervised visits.
00:47:28.960 --> 00:47:30.719
What did you think would happen, sir?
00:47:31.039 --> 00:47:34.559
Did you think that my client would just crawl in the corner and stop living her life?
00:47:34.880 --> 00:47:37.920
You had ample time to go back and change those visitations.
00:47:38.079 --> 00:47:40.239
And you sat on your hands and did nothing.
00:47:40.480 --> 00:47:42.880
And now you calling me, telling me that you what?
00:47:43.039 --> 00:47:45.840
You want me to talk to her about seeing her kid?
00:47:46.480 --> 00:47:47.679
Seriously?
00:47:48.400 --> 00:47:51.679
So I ended up, you know, seeing my child for the first time.
00:47:51.920 --> 00:47:54.320
Of course, that didn't blow up, you know, that didn't work out.
00:47:54.559 --> 00:48:08.480
And so again, um, the stalking continued, the calls, the calls at work, you know, people coming out to my apartment, knocking on my apartment at the time, you know, uh, people who follow me to work, you know, when I go to Walmart, you know, it's just a never-ending thing.
00:48:08.719 --> 00:48:16.079
And so um finally my son graduated from high school the next year, you know, went off to college, and he was like, Well, aren't you gonna help me pay for his college?
00:48:16.159 --> 00:48:17.199
And I thought, no, buddy.
00:48:17.280 --> 00:48:20.079
I was under 13-year child support obligation with the state of Texas.
00:48:20.239 --> 00:48:20.960
I am done.
00:48:21.119 --> 00:48:23.199
Okay, my obligations is over.
00:48:23.360 --> 00:48:24.239
That is on you.
00:48:24.400 --> 00:48:31.599
And since you don't know how to get along with me and have demonstrated that all these years, no, sir, I will not help you with that.
00:48:31.760 --> 00:48:33.920
You know, so the stalking continued.
00:48:34.159 --> 00:48:45.280
So basically, long story short, I have been stalked by my son's father for nearly 29, coming up on 30 years this year.
00:48:45.599 --> 00:48:51.440
I have moved and relocated since I left his apartment 21 times.
00:48:51.760 --> 00:48:56.320
Actually, 22, because I currently have a house on the market that I'm selling.
00:48:56.480 --> 00:48:59.760
And each time that I've moved, he's found me.
00:48:59.920 --> 00:49:02.880
I've changed my phone number over a dozen times.
00:49:03.199 --> 00:49:12.079
Back in the day when we had phone carriers like Southwestern Bell, um, you know, uh Sprint, you know, I've changed my phone numbers.
00:49:12.239 --> 00:49:21.039
Each time I would change my phone number, he would get my number, he would call my house, he would set my number up on the World Wide Web, have everybody calling all these different businesses.
00:49:21.199 --> 00:49:25.599
You know, I go to the grocery store, I'm being followed, I go to the beauty shop, I'm being followed.
00:49:25.760 --> 00:49:28.159
And the stalking has just continued.
00:49:28.639 --> 00:49:38.480
And I finally decided uh that when I relocated to Beaumont, Texas and bought a house, and they broke into my house because naturally, of course, I'm being gain stalked.
00:49:38.639 --> 00:49:41.920
Uh, and that's another tech, you know, technique that they're using now.
00:49:42.000 --> 00:49:44.400
Um, he's been using on me since 2009.
00:49:44.639 --> 00:49:49.360
When they broke into my house, you know, in Beaumont, Texas, I decided, okay, that's enough.
00:49:49.440 --> 00:49:50.639
That that's it right there.
00:49:50.800 --> 00:50:07.199
I I'm I'm finally gonna go public and make a video about it and put it on TikTok, you know, TikTok and kind of let people know what's going on with me and kind of what's been going on with me all these years and how my baby daddy has never, you know, got anywhere and sat down and left me alone.
00:50:07.440 --> 00:50:10.480
Um, he has been constantly stalking after me.
00:50:10.559 --> 00:50:12.480
He has been breaking into my houses.
00:50:12.639 --> 00:50:16.480
Um, you know, he sent these flying monkeys in to do the dirty work, yeah.
00:50:16.639 --> 00:50:25.920
Going on, you know, still her, you know, steal her shoes, take her panties, cut them up, you know, grab her makeup and pull it out the sink, uh, leave the refrigerator door open.
00:50:26.159 --> 00:50:34.320
I would come home and my refrigerator door would be open and my clothes would be cut up, and you know, shoes would be missing outfits that I bought, never wore.
00:50:34.559 --> 00:50:36.000
It was all these things that be going on.
00:50:36.079 --> 00:50:39.039
I thought, how in the hell is anybody doing this?
00:50:39.280 --> 00:50:42.000
How is people getting into my house like this?
00:50:42.559 --> 00:50:46.000
So then I finally found out they're using a key cutter.
00:50:46.159 --> 00:50:58.320
So I went to TikTok last year and put a video on TikTok and told my story uh to just, you know, tell everybody what was going on and got over 400,000 views because people was like, oh M.
00:50:58.639 --> 00:51:00.639
Gee, are you kidding me?
00:51:01.119 --> 00:51:09.840
And so, you know, I've decided to write, uh, I have written uh my first memoir uh about it, telling my story.
00:51:10.079 --> 00:51:13.360
Um and so that's that's kind of the road that I'm taking.
00:51:13.519 --> 00:51:23.119
Uh, I'm trying to raise uh more awareness down here in Southeast Texas regarding um domestic violence, domestic abuse, stalking, how it all begins.
00:51:23.280 --> 00:51:28.159
And that's just kind of, you know, that's kind of my story, Ash, and that's where I'm at.
00:51:29.199 --> 00:51:32.880
Yeah, that's a really, really crazy story.
00:51:33.039 --> 00:51:36.320
Can you kind of elaborate more on that gang stalking part?
00:51:37.360 --> 00:51:56.719
Okay, well, gang stalking is a technique that's like um where when we think of, when we think of, when we think of villains and we think of uh gangsters, we always think of people like Bunny and Clyde, or we think people like Al Capone, or you know, we think about, you know, the blood in the crypts, because you know, they were just known for being, those are just well-known gangsters.
00:51:56.800 --> 00:51:59.440
We know they're gonna shoot up some things, we know they're gonna bang up some things.
00:51:59.679 --> 00:52:02.639
What gang stalking is like is is sort of similar.
00:52:02.880 --> 00:52:05.280
It's a technique that's being used.
00:52:05.440 --> 00:52:10.960
Um, but there's a master puppet or a mastermind behind the whole operation.
00:52:11.119 --> 00:52:18.239
So what they basically do is they go in and they sort of go online and it's it's all done underground, you know.
00:52:18.480 --> 00:52:30.000
And to give you an idea, if you've ever seen the movie John Wick uh starting Keanu Reeves, where, you know, he's actually an assassin, but legal, but there's all these different other types of assassins that's trying to kill him.
00:52:30.159 --> 00:52:35.440
So once they get this code on their cell phones, okay, he's the target, you know, you go ahead and go after him.
00:52:35.599 --> 00:52:36.880
It's kind of that thing.
00:52:37.039 --> 00:52:46.159
And so my son father is utilizing these gang stalkers, which are known as flying monkeys, to basically do all of the stalking for him.
00:52:46.400 --> 00:52:54.559
So what he would do is because I was in a legal battle with my son father for three years, so naturally he knew my social security number.
00:52:54.719 --> 00:53:00.559
He knew my birthday because when you go through courts, all of that information has to be documented.
00:53:00.880 --> 00:53:11.199
So if I, when I relocated outside of Texas and moved to Pennsylvania, when I applied for a rental property, naturally everybody wants to know, okay, what's your social security number?
00:53:11.280 --> 00:53:17.119
Because we got to run your credit through to find out if you have any foreclosures or bankruptcies or you know anything on your credit report.
00:53:17.280 --> 00:53:24.880
So once my social would hit the grid, he'd be like, okay, she apply for an apartment complex in, you know, Western Pennsylvania.
00:53:25.039 --> 00:53:29.039
So he would already have a team put in place, contact these flying monkeys.
00:53:29.119 --> 00:53:30.639
So now they know where she stays.
00:53:30.880 --> 00:53:38.880
Okay, this is a picture of her car, this is her license plate, but we don't know the exact uh apartment number where she looked, you know, where she lives.
00:53:39.039 --> 00:53:42.400
So somebody just, you know, you know, one of y'all go out and find out.
00:53:42.559 --> 00:53:43.920
So they're like, they're like assassins.
00:53:44.000 --> 00:53:46.239
They just sit around and wait for this information to hit their phone.
00:53:46.400 --> 00:53:47.440
Okay, we've got a picture.
00:53:47.599 --> 00:53:51.519
Okay, we got a picture of a car, okay, we got a physical address, but not the apartment number.
00:53:51.679 --> 00:53:52.719
Let's go, you know.
00:53:52.960 --> 00:53:56.960
So you could be asked, say I'm out and I'm coming back to my apartment.
00:53:57.039 --> 00:53:58.320
I've got groceries in my bag.
00:53:58.480 --> 00:54:00.800
Somebody's walking past you with a baby in a carriage.
00:54:00.880 --> 00:54:10.000
Now I'm not gonna know that that's a flying monkey because in in reality, I just see a woman walking her baby in a carriage, but she's she's actually a gang stalker.
00:54:10.079 --> 00:54:14.159
So she's following me in the building that I'm going into, you know.
00:54:14.400 --> 00:54:16.159
And again, I'm thinking she lived there.
00:54:16.320 --> 00:54:21.280
And so when she walks past my apartment, she's like, okay, well, she lives in apartment 21, you know, 2133.
00:54:21.360 --> 00:54:23.519
Okay, so now we know exactly where she's at.
00:54:23.679 --> 00:54:30.320
She's in western Pennsylvania, she lives in Pine Oaks apartments, she lives in the Land Oak apartments, and apartment numbers 2123.
00:54:30.400 --> 00:54:31.519
So now we know where she stays.
00:54:31.679 --> 00:54:32.960
So then he sends them in.
00:54:33.119 --> 00:54:37.440
You know, you go to work, um, a key cutter.
00:54:37.519 --> 00:54:39.199
Key cutters are what they're using nowadays.
00:54:39.440 --> 00:54:49.599
So years ago, when when people would break in you know, folks' house, you know, they would kick the door in and kick the hinges off, or they'll take a brick and they'll bust the window out or whatever to let the latch in.
00:54:49.679 --> 00:54:51.920
Well, see, you don't even have to do that anymore in today's time.
00:54:52.079 --> 00:54:54.400
In 2026, you use a key cutter.
00:54:54.559 --> 00:54:58.320
A key cutter device is really what licensed locksmiths use.
00:54:58.639 --> 00:55:03.360
You get locked out of your house, you call a locksmith, hey, I'm locked out, I left my keys at work or whatever.
00:55:03.440 --> 00:55:04.320
Can you come and let me out?
00:55:04.480 --> 00:55:06.880
Well, they're gonna use this device that's called a key cutter.
00:55:06.960 --> 00:55:08.960
Okay, now it costs about six grand.
00:55:09.440 --> 00:55:14.159
So realistically, you know, it's really for licensed, you know, locksmiths.
00:55:14.239 --> 00:55:16.800
But come on, you know, my son father's too clever.
00:55:16.880 --> 00:55:18.800
Well, shit, if he can get one, I can get one.
00:55:18.960 --> 00:55:28.320
If I, you know, six thousand dollars to pay for a device to cut a key to my baby mama house, and it don't matter what kind of lock she put on her door, I can get in.
00:55:28.480 --> 00:55:29.840
Yeah, that's an investment for me.
00:55:30.000 --> 00:55:30.800
Let me go ahead and have it.
00:55:30.880 --> 00:55:31.599
So you'll get it.
00:55:31.679 --> 00:55:33.199
So that's how they're doing it.
00:55:33.519 --> 00:55:35.360
You don't matter what kind of lock you had on your house.
00:55:35.599 --> 00:55:36.880
Deadbolts, mm-mm.
00:55:37.280 --> 00:55:38.880
None of that, none of that even works.
00:55:39.039 --> 00:55:40.880
Keypad code, none of that.
00:55:41.039 --> 00:55:42.880
The flying monkeys are gangsters.
00:55:42.960 --> 00:55:47.440
They like, you know, thugs and villains with AI and computer experience.
00:55:47.599 --> 00:56:03.920
There's not an email they can hack into, there's not a social media account they can't hack into, your bank account they can't hack into, your security system at home, your IP address they're gonna hack into, knock your cameras offline, go in your house, get use that key cut, cut a key, make a key, and walk right into your damn house.
00:56:04.079 --> 00:56:06.639
You at work thinking your house locked up and secured.
00:56:06.880 --> 00:56:07.280
Not.
00:56:07.440 --> 00:56:11.039
I will come home from work, my house would be told up.
00:56:11.199 --> 00:56:14.960
They done went upstairs and pissed out and urinated all on my damn carpet.
00:56:15.119 --> 00:56:18.320
I come back downstairs, my furniture didn't been changed around.
00:56:18.480 --> 00:56:25.440
I got brand new Samsung appliances, they done took a key and the key of my damn brand new refrigerator,$2,200 refrigerator and stove.
00:56:25.599 --> 00:56:28.480
You know, when they get in your house, they finna tear some shit up.
00:56:28.559 --> 00:56:30.320
I got cigarette burns on my couches.
00:56:30.559 --> 00:56:31.280
We don't even smoke.
00:56:31.360 --> 00:56:36.000
I'm a non-smoking my husband's ex-husband, I mean ex-husband now, but my husband thinks neither one of us smoke.
00:56:36.079 --> 00:56:40.400
I'm like, how the hell I get cigarette burns in my damn friends, we don't even smoke, you know?
00:56:40.639 --> 00:56:48.559
And so that is a technique, a tactic that a lot of narcissists and predator men who prey upon women, that is what they're doing nowadays.
00:56:48.800 --> 00:56:52.320
So you don't even have to follow your ex-girlfriend or your baby mama around.
00:56:52.480 --> 00:56:54.880
You just send their ass out to do the dirty work for you.
00:56:55.039 --> 00:57:03.280
So it's four or five people stalking you all at one time, you know, and a lot of women here in the U.S., this is what they're being faced with.
00:57:03.440 --> 00:57:12.079
And so when I talk about it in my podcast, you know, and I mentioned when I had my book signing on this past Saturday, this is how women become depressed.
00:57:12.239 --> 00:57:17.519
You know, uh Tia Johnson had me on Channel 12 News last month here in Beaumont, Texas, and I mentioned that to her.
00:57:17.679 --> 00:57:20.159
This is how this is the mental abuse, the psychological abuse.
00:57:20.239 --> 00:57:26.320
This is how women become depressed and they become overwhelmed and they start developing anxiety because they're like, I know somebody's following me.
00:57:26.480 --> 00:57:28.000
I know somebody's been in my house.
00:57:28.239 --> 00:57:29.679
I know somebody's been in my car.
00:57:29.840 --> 00:57:30.960
I didn't leave this like this.
00:57:31.039 --> 00:57:32.079
Well, of course you know.
00:57:32.159 --> 00:57:34.719
You you live there just like I know, you know.
00:57:34.960 --> 00:57:37.679
So in situations like this, you say, Well, what can I do?
00:57:37.840 --> 00:57:39.840
How can I, how can how can I protect myself?
00:57:40.000 --> 00:57:41.440
How can I protect my my home?
00:57:41.599 --> 00:57:45.199
And I would tell people, hey, you're gonna have to go straight up old school.
00:57:45.440 --> 00:57:49.840
Straight up old school when you're dealing with this because it's it's this is all the technology.
00:57:50.079 --> 00:57:56.480
And you know, I know we live in a great country, you know, and and we have to keep our our our you know, we have to be on top of our game.
00:57:56.639 --> 00:58:01.519
Our technology has to be top-notch, like Korea, China, I get it, I do, okay?
00:58:01.920 --> 00:58:09.440
But sometimes too much information in the hands of the wrong person can be detrimental.
00:58:09.679 --> 00:58:22.639
Because if y'all, if if a person can cut a key and let them sell right into your house, and if they get a hold of your IP address or your password, okay, because when you set your security cameras up, everything is set up on a Wi-Fi content.
00:58:22.800 --> 00:58:28.960
Sure, you can get a battery-operated one, but I'm like, okay, well, you know what, let me go with a Wi-Fi because I'm not too sure about this battery.
00:58:29.039 --> 00:58:32.239
You know, we get a lot of rain down here in Southeast Texas or whatever.
00:58:32.480 --> 00:58:34.239
They can't hold that, okay?
00:58:34.400 --> 00:58:39.119
They can knock them cameras, they can go in basically and just stop the cameras from recording.
00:58:39.440 --> 00:58:44.159
Allow time for the flying monkeys to get in there, do what they need to do, and get out.
00:58:44.320 --> 00:58:51.920
Because once they gain access to your house, or once they've gained access to my house over the years, the first thing they've done is to set up security cameras, you know.
00:58:52.000 --> 00:59:00.880
And you can put a webcam and you know, curtain rods, you can put webcams in your kids' stuffed animals, you can put webcams and smoke detectors, light bulbs.
00:59:00.960 --> 00:59:06.800
It's you know, it's very, very, you know, not noticeable in places that you wouldn't really even think about.
00:59:06.880 --> 00:59:11.360
I mean, nobody's gonna be coming home checking their dirt and smoke detector or their kids' teddy bear on the bed.
00:59:11.519 --> 00:59:12.639
I mean, we don't have time for that.
00:59:12.719 --> 00:59:14.239
We're busy people in today's time.
00:59:14.320 --> 00:59:15.840
But you can have a webcam there.
00:59:16.000 --> 00:59:21.679
And then once they get eyes on you, shh, it's it's a no, it's it's really a no-win situation.
00:59:21.920 --> 00:59:25.599
Because now they know when you're coming and they know when you're coming and they know when you're going.
00:59:25.840 --> 00:59:31.039
You know, you leave your house, you lock everything up, you set your alarm, you know, you go to work, you're thinking everything's kosher.
00:59:31.199 --> 00:59:32.480
No, ma'am, it is not.
00:59:32.719 --> 00:59:33.840
They got a key.
00:59:34.000 --> 00:59:38.400
Okay, he's gonna deset the alarm, they're gonna set the alarm, go in, go in and tear your house.
00:59:38.480 --> 00:59:42.000
So when you get home, you're gonna walk in and things will not be the same.
00:59:42.079 --> 00:59:48.719
I have come home over the last 12 to 15 years and found my house in a disarray.
00:59:49.280 --> 00:59:50.880
Things were not where they were.
00:59:51.119 --> 00:59:58.159
I put my pillows on my bed and I would do certain things because when I started suspecting that people were getting in my house, but I couldn't pop it at the time.
00:59:58.320 --> 01:00:00.239
It didn't dawn on me back then.
01:00:00.559 --> 01:00:01.760
I would do certain things.
01:00:01.840 --> 01:00:07.360
Like when I would make my bed in the morning, I would put my pillows to the all my decorating pills, I would put them on the left side of the bed.
01:00:08.000 --> 01:00:11.840
Just to see if I come home and they're on the right side of the bed.
01:00:12.000 --> 01:00:15.360
Lo and damn behold, I come home, pillows on the right side of the bed.
01:00:15.519 --> 01:00:17.920
So I'm like, okay, somebody's getting in my house.
01:00:18.000 --> 01:00:20.159
But I'm still trying to figure out how.
01:00:20.639 --> 01:00:23.280
And so I don't know if you're familiar with this movie.
01:00:23.360 --> 01:00:28.239
Uh, years ago, it was a real good movie that came out called Sleeping with the Enemy with Julia Roberts.
01:00:28.480 --> 01:00:32.800
And uh I remember when I first, you know, you know, the movie first came out, I really, really loved it.
01:00:32.960 --> 01:00:48.719
And remember she had that narcissistic husband who um who liked to have the the can goods all had to be turned facing the labels where when you open up the cabinet, you could see the labels, and then the towels in the bathroom had to be all arranged and all lined up in a perfect order.
01:00:48.880 --> 01:00:54.800
Okay, well, see, when flying monkeys get in your house, all right, they're gonna they're gonna disrupt everything.
01:00:54.880 --> 01:01:00.079
Because it's the whole idea is to break you down and make you think you're losing your mind, that you're going crazy.
01:01:00.320 --> 01:01:05.119
So you'll come home and your tiles are not gonna be the way they were when you left.
01:01:05.440 --> 01:01:11.519
You come home and you're decorating pillars are not gonna be the way they're not gonna be arranged on your bed the way that they were.
01:01:11.599 --> 01:01:17.440
Now, they you know, that's how you mess with people's mind, and you be like, I thought I put my pillows over on the left side of the bed.
01:01:17.599 --> 01:01:20.400
You know how you arranged your damn bed when you left the house.
01:01:20.559 --> 01:01:20.880
Okay?
01:01:21.280 --> 01:01:25.519
So what I had to do throughout all of these years was document everything that happened.
01:01:25.760 --> 01:01:33.039
Came home from work at 4.35, walked in my house, refrigerator was open, milk was spoiled, meat was spoiled, fruit was spoiled.
01:01:33.280 --> 01:01:40.079
No, I left the refrigerator closed when I went to work this morning because I had cream in my coffee, locked my house up, came in my bedroom, my pillows were.
01:01:40.400 --> 01:01:42.239
I just started documenting everything.
01:01:42.480 --> 01:01:43.519
Everything.
01:01:43.760 --> 01:01:47.039
So when I would call the police, I would have documentation.
01:01:47.280 --> 01:01:51.920
Now, naturally, I didn't have any footage to show them, but I still had documentation.
01:01:52.079 --> 01:01:55.679
And I would let them know listen, y'all can do what y'all want to do.
01:01:55.840 --> 01:02:00.480
I'm calling y'all and I'm informing y'all that somebody's been in my house.
01:02:00.639 --> 01:02:02.159
Okay, I came home.
01:02:02.400 --> 01:02:06.800
This is what my house looked like when I came home, when I left for work this morning, this is what my house looked like.
01:02:06.960 --> 01:02:11.440
Take pictures, make a video because that's gonna be your proof.
01:02:11.599 --> 01:02:17.599
Because if you don't document it, take a picture of it or make a video of it ash, it never happened.
01:02:17.840 --> 01:02:37.360
Okay, your documentation is your proof because you're now developing a paper trail of all these events, of all of these circumstances and situations that are occurring, that are going on, you know, while you're at work or when you go, you know, out shopping or to the mall or to the grocery store, whatever you're doing, or whatever.
01:02:37.599 --> 01:02:41.280
These events are occurring while you're away from your home.
01:02:41.440 --> 01:02:43.280
Because think about it, let's get real.
01:02:43.440 --> 01:02:46.239
You're not gonna be dumb enough to fall up in my house when I'm there.
01:02:46.639 --> 01:02:49.599
Because if you do, then it'll be me and you, okay?
01:02:49.920 --> 01:02:55.599
Because I have a divine right to protect myself, okay?
01:02:55.840 --> 01:02:59.360
And that's exactly what I'm doing, you know, what I'm gonna do if you fall up in there.
01:02:59.440 --> 01:03:01.360
Now the police has already been notified.
01:03:01.440 --> 01:03:04.880
So wherever your ass falls up in there is where they're gonna find you, okay?
01:03:05.039 --> 01:03:12.400
Because you ain't got no business, first of all, even knowing where I stay because I did not give you that information, haven't talked to you in almost 30 years.
01:03:12.559 --> 01:03:21.199
So I'll I I I know you've done something illegal to find out where I'm at, but then to be dumb enough to come to my house and then break in my house when I'm here?
01:03:21.679 --> 01:03:23.360
Oh shit, come on now.
01:03:24.000 --> 01:03:25.599
Let's get real, you know.
01:03:25.840 --> 01:03:31.679
So I would encourage every woman out there, you know, if you're experiencing something like this, honey, you need to document everything.
01:03:32.000 --> 01:03:35.440
Take videos, take pictures, okay?
01:03:35.760 --> 01:03:41.440
Develop you a paper trail because when it all, you know, I don't wish this on anyone, okay?
01:03:41.679 --> 01:03:49.119
But if it all boils down to it, and somehow, somehow they manage to catch this fool, you got all your proof.
01:03:49.360 --> 01:03:52.639
You can sue his ass from here to the Himalayas, okay?
01:03:52.800 --> 01:03:55.280
Because you got your proof in your documentation.
01:03:55.599 --> 01:03:58.719
If not, you protect yourself, okay?
01:03:59.039 --> 01:04:06.880
Because that's the kind of world we live in, and that's what so many people, so many women here in the US are facing with Ash.
01:04:06.960 --> 01:04:10.719
And I was as I talked about on my podcast, this is what they're dealing with.
01:04:11.360 --> 01:04:15.440
And so that's this is the technology, and and this is where we are in 2026.
01:04:16.719 --> 01:04:24.159
And I want to before we go, um, I do want to let you shout out your podcast and um your book.
01:04:24.320 --> 01:04:26.719
But let me tell you, she is not lying.
01:04:26.960 --> 01:04:33.679
So I would say I've been contacting people on TikTok for at least maybe six months.
01:04:34.400 --> 01:04:39.760
And um until I contacted her, I didn't have a problem.
01:04:40.639 --> 01:04:51.679
She actually reached out to me another way, and that's how we were able to connect, but I didn't know that I had got uh my account restricted from messaging until she told me.
01:04:52.000 --> 01:05:03.920
So whoever, you know, her is after her was trying to stop her from telling her story on my podcast, basically, which was crazy.
01:05:04.480 --> 01:05:07.440
I end up getting a pill in it, and then they gave it back.
01:05:07.599 --> 01:05:12.480
They're like, okay, but yeah, until you told me, I was like, what are you talking about?
01:05:12.719 --> 01:05:15.280
And I actually looked and like, yep.
01:05:17.280 --> 01:05:23.840
And that's the technique, uh, you know, as I mentioned on my podcast, uh, that's the first thing that the flying monkeys are gonna do.
01:05:24.000 --> 01:05:33.760
If you have any type of social media platform, whether it be TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, that's the first thing that they're gonna do is go in and shut that down.
01:05:34.000 --> 01:05:48.960
Because the whole idea is to isolate you, to alienate you, to get you away from family, to get you away from friends, to get you away from resources of people or anyone out there that could possibly help you.
01:05:49.199 --> 01:05:51.360
They don't want you to get that help.
01:05:51.519 --> 01:05:54.000
You know, they don't want you reading out to the friends.
01:05:54.159 --> 01:05:59.519
They want to completely alienate you, isolate you so they can move in on you.
01:06:00.320 --> 01:07:32.559

01:07:32.719 --> 01:07:37.440
So that's the first thing that they're gonna do is attack your social media platform.
01:07:37.599 --> 01:07:42.079
So I myself all I have is a TikTok and all I have is YouTube.
01:07:42.480 --> 01:10:53.840
I cannot uh create a uh Facebook account I cannot create an Instagram account I cannot do a Twitter account because they have gone in and basically said well you violated the guidelines so we're not gonna you can't you can't sign up I'm thinking I've never even been on this so how can I violate a guideline if I've never even had a Facebook account that's them that's the techniques that they have that's the skill of where they're at so don't don't get it twisted your information is compromised by every kind of way shape form or fashion they can get into your information they've gotten into minds and it's been a nightmare for me for almost you know like I said these 30 years so that's it and um if people want to contact you how can they contact you they can actually contact me my social media is sensational underscore stacy s t a c e y 17 and my YouTube channel is at Stacy lowercase s t a c e y lowercase k dot or period 210 and then you can also message me with through my website which is um so those are my three uh methods right there of how anyone can you know reach out to me uh regarding that um if you have any questions or whatever um questions about my book or anything like that you can definitely reach me through those angles so again um sensational underscore seven I'm sorry sensational underscore stacy seventeen um my YouTube is uh stacy uh at stacy s t e y k dot two ten um and then of course my website is sdkbooks.com um and then I have my podcast which is um stacy coog through global books networks um stall beyond her horizon which is my memorable written you can actually catch my podcast too on YouTube as well I want to say thank you for coming and sharing your story um I hope it really really helps people um understand especially the gang stalking part yes I you know I certainly do appreciate you having me you know on board ash and again like I said uh a lot of ladies you know if they're experiencing something that's devastating or going through something that's devastating like this the best thing to do is to form your you know form your very own support system you're gonna need it you're gonna need it uh when you're dealing with something that's devastating and you're dealing with something that's ugly you know you're gonna need God first is what I would say you know a support system second uh you know your spiritual family third you know your family fourth your co-workers and you know friends fifth you know we all heard the saying you know raising a child can be difficult but you know but we also know that it takes a village to raise a child so you need a village when you're dealing with a situation like this the more people you have in your corner that you can turn to for help and support the better off it's gonna be for you to help you get through the situation you cannot fight these people by yourself.

00:02:51.439 --> 00:02:51.759
Yeah.
00:02:52.639 --> 00:02:54.000
It's Ash on the track.
00:02:54.240 --> 00:02:56.639
SDK Sisters, yeah, we back.
00:02:57.039 --> 00:02:58.000
Pull up a seat.
00:02:58.080 --> 00:02:59.120
It's story time now.
00:02:59.280 --> 00:03:00.560
Real talk, real laugh.
00:03:00.639 --> 00:03:01.360
Let me show you how.
00:03:01.520 --> 00:03:04.000
SDK Sisters story time with Ash.
00:03:04.719 --> 00:03:06.719
Little life lessons in the flash.
00:03:07.039 --> 00:03:09.199
From the cold to the chaos, we clash.
00:03:09.360 --> 00:03:12.639
SDK Sisters story time with Ash Ash.
00:03:23.840 --> 00:03:25.280
And today we have Stacy.
00:03:25.520 --> 00:03:26.879
Welcome, welcome to the show.
00:03:28.080 --> 00:03:28.879
Thank you.
00:03:29.280 --> 00:03:31.439
And you can go ahead and tell your story.
00:03:46.879 --> 00:03:51.680
I met my baby daddy back in 1996 after relocating to Tampa.
00:03:51.759 --> 00:03:53.360
I'm originally from Texas.
00:03:54.159 --> 00:03:56.960
I was single, of course, and didn't have any kids.
00:03:58.159 --> 00:04:05.039
Went into a local store, 7-Eleven to be exact, to buy some bottled water and candy.
00:04:05.280 --> 00:04:10.159
And I guess he was maybe two or three people behind me, but at the time I didn't know, I didn't pay any attention.
00:04:10.319 --> 00:04:20.639
So I paid for my items, left, and went next door to a local dry cleaner's and talked with the owner there for a little bit, let her know I was new in town, wanted to know her prices.
00:04:20.879 --> 00:04:24.480
Well, all along, I was being watched from afar.
00:04:24.959 --> 00:04:29.920
And so as I spoke with the center, let her know that hey, I'm gonna drop off some things, you know.
00:04:30.079 --> 00:04:33.279
Um I work as an administrative assistant and it was nice meeting you.
00:04:33.360 --> 00:04:34.800
She was like, it was great meeting you too.
00:04:34.879 --> 00:04:36.160
Your things would be ready in a few days.
00:04:36.240 --> 00:04:37.600
And I said, okay, that's fine.
00:04:37.759 --> 00:04:40.319
You know, hopped in my car, left, and went back home.
00:04:40.560 --> 00:04:49.279
Well, once I got home, she had called me probably about 15 minutes later and was like, hey, you know, there is a guy um that came in here, you know, asking about you.
00:04:49.360 --> 00:04:50.319
And I was like, a guy?
00:04:50.639 --> 00:04:51.120
What do you mean?
00:04:51.199 --> 00:04:57.439
And she said, some guy came in here and dropped off a business card and was saying, you know, that he was watching you from afar.
00:04:57.600 --> 00:04:58.480
I said, watching me?
00:04:58.560 --> 00:04:59.040
What do you mean?
00:04:59.199 --> 00:05:01.600
She said he said he sat out in the car and watched you.
00:05:01.839 --> 00:05:03.279
He saw you in 7-Eleven.
00:05:03.439 --> 00:05:07.120
So at that time, it really kind of, you know, it made me feel really un you know uneasy.
00:05:07.199 --> 00:05:08.879
And I was really kind of ticked off about it.
00:05:08.959 --> 00:05:11.920
Because I thought, you know, why, you know, first of all, why would you be watching me?
00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:18.480
And second of all, if you, you know, saw me go in the store, you saw me go in the drive cleaners, why you, you know, why you just didn't give me your card?
00:05:18.720 --> 00:05:21.199
So long story short, I ended up driving down, getting a car.
00:05:21.360 --> 00:05:27.839
And then so naturally he had left his business car with a note on the back stating something like, if you have time in your life for a friend, you know, give me a call.
00:05:28.000 --> 00:05:33.120
So I ended up calling him, kind of cussing him out and was saying, Listen, you know, I don't appreciate your methods.
00:05:33.279 --> 00:05:35.199
Um, you know, you're you're a grown man.
00:05:35.360 --> 00:05:42.959
If you saw me, you know, it should have been you coming to me, introducing yourself instead of sending that, you know, through a third party and this, that, and the other.
00:05:43.120 --> 00:05:49.439
And so, and he was like, Well, you know, I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you, but you know, you're very attractive, and I just wanted to kind of, you know, get to know you.
00:05:49.600 --> 00:05:55.839
So um, once he had my home number, um, you know, he would constantly, you know, like call me.
00:05:56.000 --> 00:06:10.800
And um, yes, we had, you know, call ID back in 1996 and things of that nature, and voicemails or answer machines, so that, you know, should I say, but um, you know, it was just like, you know, a constant, you know, hey, you know, go out with me.
00:06:10.959 --> 00:06:12.720
Hey, you know, let me take you out.
00:06:12.879 --> 00:06:14.480
Hey, let's spend some time together.
00:06:14.720 --> 00:06:16.959
So this went on for maybe about three or four weeks.
00:06:17.040 --> 00:06:19.120
And I was just constantly like, no, I'm not interested.
00:06:19.199 --> 00:06:20.079
I just moved down here.
00:06:20.160 --> 00:06:21.199
I really don't know anybody.
00:06:21.279 --> 00:06:23.279
I'm just kind of taking my time, you know.
00:06:23.439 --> 00:06:25.920
I I'm not interested, but thanks, but no thanks.
00:06:26.160 --> 00:06:32.480
And so finally I ended up going back to um Diane was actually the owner of the uh dry cleaners.
00:06:32.639 --> 00:06:36.879
And I was like, listen, this guy is really, you know, being persistent, constantly after me.
00:06:37.040 --> 00:06:37.759
What should I do?
00:06:37.920 --> 00:06:39.040
You know, he he fled up.
00:06:39.120 --> 00:06:43.040
And she's like, you know, why don't you just, you know, just go out and have a cup of coffee with this guy?
00:06:43.279 --> 00:06:47.839
And um, you know, if you like the way things, you know, go, you know, proceed with it.
00:06:48.079 --> 00:06:51.120
If you don't like the way things go, you end it.
00:06:51.360 --> 00:07:02.800
And that way, you know, he doesn't get upset with you for taking you out, spending$75 or$100 on a dinner, you know, now feeling like you owe him something when all it will cost is basically just like a buck and a half for a cup of coffee.
00:07:03.040 --> 00:07:06.560
So ended up calling him up, saying, okay, we can go out for coffee, and that's it.
00:07:06.639 --> 00:07:07.600
You know, nothing more.
00:07:07.759 --> 00:07:10.720
So I guess he figured, okay, well, I got one shot at this and one shot only.
00:07:10.800 --> 00:07:12.720
I gotta, you know, I gotta make the best of this.
00:07:12.959 --> 00:07:21.279
So we ended up going out having coffee, um, ended up going down to the Tampa port, which is a very, very beautiful area in Tampa, uh, Florida.
00:07:21.439 --> 00:07:23.199
Um, he took me, showed me around.
00:07:23.279 --> 00:07:24.720
We sat down, we drank all my coffee.
00:07:24.959 --> 00:07:29.439
So afterwards, he was like, Let me take you to another place um I think you really like.
00:07:29.600 --> 00:07:35.439
And so we ended up going to this beautiful cafe uh called Jeff Desserts that just had wall-to-wall desserts.
00:07:35.600 --> 00:07:37.920
And so I was like, okay, this was a good idea.
00:07:38.160 --> 00:07:41.519
So after that, initially, um, he was like, Can I see you again?
00:07:41.600 --> 00:07:44.160
And I was like, Okay, you know, sure, I'll go out with you.
00:07:44.319 --> 00:07:48.240
So we ended up going out and then we officially started dating.
00:07:48.480 --> 00:07:56.000
And so once the dating had begun, I guess about maybe two or three months later, he was like, you know, why don't we, you know, move in together?
00:07:56.160 --> 00:07:59.759
And so I'm originally from Texas, uh born and raised.
00:07:59.839 --> 00:08:01.920
Uh, so I come from a very traditional family.
00:08:02.079 --> 00:08:05.759
My mom and dad was married for nearly 25 years before my father passed.
00:08:06.000 --> 00:08:09.199
And um, shacking up is just not what we do in my family.
00:08:09.360 --> 00:08:10.879
So I knew that that was a no-no.
00:08:11.040 --> 00:08:13.600
And so I told him I said, I can't move in with you because we're not married.
00:08:13.759 --> 00:08:15.360
My family, my mother found out about that.
00:08:15.519 --> 00:08:17.040
No, she wouldn't be happy with that.
00:08:17.279 --> 00:08:18.639
And so he was persistent.
00:08:18.800 --> 00:08:20.480
Oh, come on, you know, I can't stand this.
00:08:20.560 --> 00:08:21.839
You know, you've got your own apartment.
00:08:21.920 --> 00:08:22.879
I've got my own apartment.
00:08:22.959 --> 00:08:26.639
It doesn't make sense for us to both, you know, you know, paying double electric bills.
00:08:26.720 --> 00:08:33.039
And, you know, that was always kind of like his little tactic, you know, his little angle, you know, to try to make me look at things from an economical point of view.
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:37.360
And so at the time it didn't make sense, but I was like, no, I just don't feel comfortable with it.
00:08:37.600 --> 00:08:44.879
And so um, I would go over to his house on the weekends and maybe one or two days during the week, but I still had my own apartment.
00:08:45.200 --> 00:08:51.200
So um that particular year in back in '96, my best friend got married back in Texas.
00:08:51.279 --> 00:08:53.039
And so uh she invited me.
00:08:53.120 --> 00:08:54.559
I was in the wedding naturally.
00:08:54.799 --> 00:09:00.559
And so she was like, you know, I know you can't really practice for you know, you know, the wedding, but if you get a chance, come on down.
00:09:00.639 --> 00:09:04.240
So we ended up driving down to Texas uh so I could participate in the wedding.
00:09:04.320 --> 00:09:04.960
We had a great time.
00:09:05.120 --> 00:09:07.679
I introduced him to my family at that time.
00:09:07.919 --> 00:09:13.360
And so um, when we started heading back to Tampa, he was like, Did you enjoy yourself at a wedding?
00:09:13.519 --> 00:09:14.960
I said, Yeah, I had a great time.
00:09:15.120 --> 00:09:16.720
And so he was like, Okay.
00:09:17.039 --> 00:09:21.600
And so about a week or so later, he was like, Remember when we went to Nicole's wedding last week?
00:09:21.679 --> 00:09:23.120
I was like, Yeah, and he said you had a good time.
00:09:23.200 --> 00:09:23.600
I said, Yeah.
00:09:23.679 --> 00:09:25.679
He said, Okay, well, I want to make this official.
00:09:25.919 --> 00:09:28.080
So he ended up proposing to me.
00:09:28.399 --> 00:09:37.120
So by that time, uh, I managed to, or he managed to somehow get me out of my lease legally, um, where it wouldn't go on my credit.
00:09:37.200 --> 00:09:42.720
I ended up having, you know, ended up having to like do like a relentl fee and you know, forfeit my deposit and things like that.
00:09:42.799 --> 00:09:45.679
But he was like, I'll make sure you get out of your lease and nothing goes on your credit.
00:09:45.759 --> 00:09:47.200
And so we ended up moving in.
00:09:47.360 --> 00:09:49.840
So we had become officially engaged.
00:09:50.080 --> 00:09:56.879
And so um, up until that point, we, you know, we were always, you know, very careful uh when being you know intimate with each other.
00:09:57.039 --> 00:10:06.080
Um, and I had always made sure that we wore protection and things like that until one particular night, you know, we slipped up and um I forgot.
00:10:06.320 --> 00:10:10.320
And so um about a couple of weeks later, I wasn't feeling very well.
00:10:10.399 --> 00:10:11.840
And I was like, something's wrong with me.
00:10:11.919 --> 00:10:16.480
I'm I I keep you know getting these nosebleeds, my head is killing me, I have this nauseous feeling.
00:10:16.720 --> 00:10:22.879
And all in the back of my mind, I'm thinking, I I know I can't be pregnant because each time that we've ever been with each other, we've always used protection.
00:10:22.960 --> 00:10:29.840
And so it didn't dawn on me, you know, until the one particular night that we got home, like at three that morning, I ended up getting pregnant.
00:10:30.159 --> 00:10:34.320
So uh when I first found out I was pregnant, naturally I was not happy about it.
00:10:34.480 --> 00:10:42.080
Um, I was planning on having an abortion because again, my mother, you know, I was not married, and this was really gonna, you know, just devastate her.
00:10:42.320 --> 00:10:44.240
Okay, you're not married and you got a baby.
00:10:44.399 --> 00:10:46.240
Stacy, you did this all the way wrong.
00:10:46.399 --> 00:10:49.120
And so I did not tell my mom.
00:10:49.279 --> 00:11:00.559
Um, I said, let me just try to raise the money on our own and uh do away, you know, um, with, you know, with this kid and have abortion and just kind of, you know, keep this under wraps, and my mother would never find out.
00:11:00.879 --> 00:11:04.159
And so we started fighting and going back and forth and this, that, and the other.
00:11:04.240 --> 00:11:08.879
And so he got really desperate because he knew that I was raising money to have the abortion.
00:11:08.960 --> 00:11:11.360
So he called to Texas and told my mom.
00:11:11.519 --> 00:11:14.799
And my mom was like, oh my God, let me let me get her.
00:11:15.120 --> 00:11:19.519
So my mother ended up calling me, kind of scolding me, you know, this is not gonna be due.
00:11:19.600 --> 00:11:23.519
You made your bed, you need to lay in a you're a grown woman now, you know, you need to start acting like one.
00:11:23.679 --> 00:11:27.360
So I ended up having my son, um, having my baby.
00:11:27.519 --> 00:11:35.679
Now, up until uh all the way up until the pregnancy, you know, he was, you know, he was a great guy, you know, and people ask me all the time, you know, well, Stacey, how was he in the very beginning?
00:11:35.919 --> 00:11:42.559
Very charming, uh, he was sophisticated, he was um, you know, he was dignified, he was a gentlemanlike.
00:11:42.720 --> 00:11:47.840
Um, you know, my son's father is an educated man, so he has a master's degree, you know, so he's an educated man, you know.
00:11:47.919 --> 00:11:52.320
So he treated me like a Cinderella, like a princess, so we say nowadays.
00:11:52.480 --> 00:12:00.559
Didn't see any red flags in the beginning, nothing threw me off, nothing, you know, stood out that seemed odd or whatever.
00:12:00.799 --> 00:12:01.919
The perfect guy.
00:12:02.080 --> 00:12:10.480
So I thought, once the baby came and the responsibility of the baby came, then that is when I began to see a change in him.
00:12:10.720 --> 00:12:12.720
Suddenly he became distant.
00:12:13.200 --> 00:12:16.000
Um, he was staying at work a lot, you know, a lot.
00:12:16.240 --> 00:12:18.879
He wasn't coming home to really help with the baby.
00:12:18.960 --> 00:12:21.519
I was there all day long, taking care of our son.
00:12:21.759 --> 00:12:27.519
Uh, you know, by the time, you know, 5, 30, 6 o'clock in the evening get there, I'm wiped out, you know, and I'm calling him at work.
00:12:27.679 --> 00:12:29.519
Hey, you know, when are you gonna be home?
00:12:29.679 --> 00:12:32.799
You know, I'm ready for you to come home and take care of, you know, our son.
00:12:32.960 --> 00:12:34.720
You know, I need a break and yada, yada, yada.
00:12:34.879 --> 00:12:37.279
So, you know, real distant, you know, oh, I'll I'll be there when I get there.
00:12:37.360 --> 00:12:38.720
Don't call me um back.
00:12:38.799 --> 00:12:40.000
I'll I'll be there when I get there.
00:12:40.080 --> 00:12:53.039
I just, you know, started being really cold and you know, I couldn't get him to really participate, you know, with our child, you know, and and and and it you know, we begin to fight, you know, not physically, but just going back and forth organ.
00:12:53.519 --> 00:13:02.000
And so I said, you know, you were the one who wanted this baby, you know, and now that this baby's here and the responsibility is here, I can't seem, you know, to get you on board.
00:13:02.320 --> 00:13:06.960
So then here come the verbal abuse, you know, cussing me out, you know.
00:13:07.039 --> 00:13:12.240
You know, bitch, don't don't tell me what I need to do when it comes to my child, don't tell me what I need to do when it comes to my son.
00:13:12.320 --> 00:13:16.399
I said, Well, I'm telling you, you know, because I didn't have this kid all by myself.
00:13:16.720 --> 00:13:18.639
You participated too, okay?
00:13:18.879 --> 00:13:23.279
And now we're sitting up here arguing over the fact because you don't even want to come home and help.
00:13:23.440 --> 00:13:38.399
So it had gotten so bad to where the only way that I could get him to deal with his son was that when he came home, when he came home, I would literally be standing in the doorway holding my baby like a sack of potatoes.
00:13:38.559 --> 00:13:44.080
And the moment he walked the door, I just pushed, you know, our son into his hands and walked out the door.
00:13:44.320 --> 00:13:48.639
That that is how bad it was when, you know, when our son got here.
00:13:48.879 --> 00:13:52.000
So the verbal abuse continued, you know.
00:13:52.240 --> 00:13:58.000
Um I was always saying, hey, you know what, you know, um, you know, I don't really know anything about your family.
00:13:58.080 --> 00:14:00.240
You never really told me anything about your family.
00:14:00.399 --> 00:14:11.200
You know, wouldn't it be a good idea to try to locate your family now that we have a child, surely they'll be happy and delighted, you know, that they, you know, they have a grandchild and want to, you know, want to be a part of his life or whatever.
00:14:11.440 --> 00:14:14.399
And, you know, one day he just he just went off.
00:14:14.480 --> 00:14:20.240
He just was like, you know, goddammit, I done told you, you know, stay out of my fucking business when it comes down to my family.
00:14:20.320 --> 00:14:22.480
Don't say shit about my family, don't even bring them up.
00:14:22.559 --> 00:14:33.840
And I just, you know, I just stood there, you know, just frozen and and and couldn't move and and crying because I thought, what happened to the guy that I met?
00:14:34.000 --> 00:14:36.399
You know, what happened to that nice guy?
00:14:36.639 --> 00:14:42.639
What happened to the guy that first took me out and you know, took me out for coffee and we went to the Tampa port?
00:14:42.720 --> 00:14:47.440
What happened to that guy, you know, that would pick me up from work and you know, take me out to dinners?
00:14:47.600 --> 00:14:51.759
What happened to that guy that drove me to my best friend's waiting back in Texas and waited on me?
00:14:51.919 --> 00:14:53.200
Where is that guy?
00:14:53.519 --> 00:14:56.960
Because this guy, I don't know who you are anymore.
00:14:57.279 --> 00:15:07.840
So I went through a lot of emotional abuse, a lot of, you know, a lot of verbal abuse, you know, it it it just the constant fighting, you know, not wanting to help with my son.
00:15:08.000 --> 00:15:10.159
You know, my back was sort against the wall.
00:15:10.399 --> 00:15:17.440
Now I had a small child, you know, I was away from my family, and I thought, okay, you know what, you you need to get out of this situation.
00:15:17.519 --> 00:15:19.840
You know, this this isn't good, this isn't healthy.
00:15:20.000 --> 00:15:24.960
You need to come up with a game plan and you need to get yourself and you need to get your kid and you need to get out of this situation.
00:15:25.200 --> 00:15:27.919
So at that point, I began to get my hustle on.
00:15:28.320 --> 00:15:32.000
I was like, okay, I couldn't work because I was considered high risk.
00:15:32.159 --> 00:15:38.559
But now that my child was born and about six months old, well, eight months old, I think at the time, I was ready to get back to work.
00:15:38.720 --> 00:15:44.399
So I managed to find a full-time job through a temp service uh back in Tampa, working as a receptionist.
00:15:44.559 --> 00:15:46.799
But I was like, okay, that's not really gonna pay a whole lot.
00:15:46.879 --> 00:15:50.720
I'm gonna need something else, you know, part-time since I'm trying to get my own place.
00:15:50.960 --> 00:15:53.360
So I ended up um, you know, getting a part-time job.
00:15:53.440 --> 00:15:55.600
So I was working two jobs, trying to save up money.
00:15:55.679 --> 00:15:59.039
And all along I have been, you know, telling him, you know, I'm gonna move out.
00:15:59.120 --> 00:15:59.840
I'm gonna move out.
00:15:59.919 --> 00:16:00.799
I'm gonna move out.
00:16:01.039 --> 00:16:03.519
And he would say to me, Oh, you know, you're not gonna move out.
00:16:03.600 --> 00:16:07.519
You know, oh, don't nobody want to be with you, you know, you got a small kid.
00:16:07.600 --> 00:16:11.440
You, you know, ain't no man gonna want to deal with you because you got too much fucking responsibility.
00:16:11.519 --> 00:16:12.559
Ain't no man gonna want to be with you.
00:16:12.639 --> 00:16:14.720
So you might as well just keep your ass here with me, you know.
00:16:14.799 --> 00:16:16.080
And I thought, nope, you know what?
00:16:16.159 --> 00:16:20.799
I'm not staying here with you because you and I are not getting along and I'm taking my kid and I'm leaving.
00:16:21.039 --> 00:16:29.840
So I managed to come up with enough money to get a uh townhouse, uh, paid a security deposit down, moved out.
00:16:30.000 --> 00:16:34.080
And the day of the move, he came home and caught me moving out.
00:16:34.240 --> 00:16:38.159
Um, thank God that there were movers there, you know, because they were witnesses.
00:16:38.399 --> 00:16:40.879
And when he came home, he was just belligerent.
00:16:40.960 --> 00:16:42.240
You know, what the fuck is going on here?
00:16:42.320 --> 00:16:44.559
And who are these people and why they fuck are they in my house?
00:16:44.639 --> 00:16:46.320
And what, you know, what the fuck are you doing?
00:16:46.399 --> 00:16:51.600
And you know, and I always, you know, tried to remain calm, of course, you know, and I was like, I'm moving out.
00:16:51.759 --> 00:16:53.440
You know, well, when the fuck are you, you know?
00:16:53.519 --> 00:16:57.120
You didn't tell me, I've been telling you for the last three or four months that I'm moving out.
00:16:57.279 --> 00:16:59.679
Now, if you didn't believe that, that's on you, okay?
00:16:59.919 --> 00:17:01.200
But I'm moving out.
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:08.240
So the moment I moved out from him, which had to have been around, I guess, April of my son was born in '97.
00:17:08.400 --> 00:17:10.079
So I'm gonna say April of '98.
00:17:10.480 --> 00:17:12.559
You know, moved down the street from him.
00:17:12.720 --> 00:17:17.119
Well, I have a right to know where you live because you have my son, and I need to know where my son is at all times.
00:17:17.200 --> 00:17:18.319
You can't keep me from my son.
00:17:18.400 --> 00:17:19.759
You can't keep me and my child.
00:17:19.920 --> 00:17:21.200
I said, I'm not trying to.
00:17:21.359 --> 00:17:23.039
I'm seven minutes down the road.
00:17:23.200 --> 00:17:24.480
Here's the address.
00:17:24.720 --> 00:17:26.720
Okay, I'm out of here.
00:17:26.880 --> 00:17:29.839
So I guess you could probably say the stalking begun then.
00:17:30.319 --> 00:17:47.279
You know, the very idea that I had finally, you know, rustled up enough nerve uh to physically leave him, you know, move out, take my child, get out of a situation that was toxic and unhealthy for me and my baby, and then move.
00:17:47.519 --> 00:17:57.119
In his mind, you know, he was saying, no, you know, I, you know, didn't have my biological mother in my life.
00:17:57.359 --> 00:17:57.680
Okay.
00:17:58.240 --> 00:18:00.559
She, you know, she gave me away.
00:18:00.720 --> 00:18:03.200
She gave me to my cousin to raise.
00:18:03.519 --> 00:18:13.119
And because I never had my biological mother in my life or my biological father in my life, I cannot handle you leaving, okay?
00:18:13.359 --> 00:18:15.119
Because you are the mother of my child.
00:18:15.359 --> 00:18:16.960
So I won't let you leave me.
00:18:17.119 --> 00:18:22.640
I won't let you, I won't let you get away from me, was his mindset mentality back then.
00:18:23.039 --> 00:18:26.240
And so that's initially when the stalking began.
00:18:26.880 --> 00:18:35.200
Um, he had um, I had a part-time job, and uh there was a teacher up at my son's school who was babysitting our son.
00:18:35.359 --> 00:18:41.680
And um, I'd asked around initially in the beginning, um, you know, was anyone looking to earn some extra money, extra cash?
00:18:41.759 --> 00:18:43.119
So she ended up volunteering.
00:18:43.359 --> 00:18:45.519
Uh, and there was a reason for that too, as well.
00:18:45.680 --> 00:18:51.599
She loved my child and she was great, you know, a really, really good teacher and a really, really good caregiver.
00:18:51.759 --> 00:18:54.160
But she had this thing for my baby daddy.
00:18:54.400 --> 00:18:57.920
So they began to have an affair behind my back.
00:18:58.079 --> 00:19:08.559
Now, I didn't know anything about it at the time because I guess because I was working two jobs and hustling, you know, and then I had left him, you know, technically, I really wasn't concerning myself about what he was doing.
00:19:08.640 --> 00:19:12.720
But at the same time, he still is my baby daddy, and she's a very good friend of mine.
00:19:12.799 --> 00:19:16.799
And so I'm thinking, you know, talk about betrayal and deception.
00:19:17.039 --> 00:19:26.559
And so um he would use her, you know, to find out information about me, you know, who is, you know, who is Stacy talking to, who she's going out with.
00:19:26.640 --> 00:19:30.480
And naturally, you know, when you have a girlfriend, you know, y'all tightly, she thank you tight.
00:19:30.559 --> 00:19:34.960
You kind of tell your little girlfriend everything, yeah, I'm gonna go out with Randy this weekend, we're gonna go here, we're gonna get that.
00:19:35.119 --> 00:19:36.720
So I was it was kind of that situation.
00:19:36.799 --> 00:19:38.880
I would confide in her and tell her things.
00:19:39.039 --> 00:19:48.000
Well, she was running back telling him everything, not realizing that, okay, first off, why would he be asking you about what's going on with his baby mama?
00:19:48.079 --> 00:19:53.839
And secondly, why do you feel compelled to tell him everything about, you know, his baby mama?
00:19:54.000 --> 00:20:01.279
If he's interested in you, he shouldn't be worried about what his baby mama was doing because she was too blind to see what he was up to anyway.
00:20:01.759 --> 00:20:10.079
So I ended up getting engaged and relocating back to Texas to my um fiance, my husband, actually.
00:20:10.319 --> 00:20:20.960
And long story short, he was like, okay, I'm not gonna let you take a son of Texas just yet because you don't have a job set up, and you know, why don't you just wait until you get everything in place?
00:20:21.039 --> 00:20:22.400
You know, Stacey would make sense.
00:20:22.960 --> 00:20:28.240
Ain't no point of you taking my kid out of school and he ain't got no daycare and you don't have a job.
00:20:28.480 --> 00:20:35.200
And although, you know, I kind of thought about it, I was like, well, realistically, that does make a lot of sense because I do need to get home and get myself situated and settled.
00:20:35.359 --> 00:20:39.200
And he was like, Well, once you find a job and find a daycare, you know, I'll bring our son to you, you know.
00:20:39.279 --> 00:20:41.920
And I thought, okay, great, fine, no problem.
00:20:42.319 --> 00:20:50.079
So that was the preconceived notion that I worked up under, you know, he'll bring, because everybody could say, well, when is, you know, when you know, when is your father gonna bring, you know, your son?
00:20:50.160 --> 00:20:51.119
Or, you know, when is he gonna come?
00:20:51.200 --> 00:20:58.319
And I was like, you know, he's gonna bring him, you know, let me just get a job, get on my feet, let me find a great daycare, and he'll bring him down in this daddy other, and blah, blah, blah, and blah, blah, blah.
00:20:58.400 --> 00:20:59.680
And I thought, okay, fine.
00:20:59.920 --> 00:21:02.559
And so um managed to do that.
00:21:02.720 --> 00:21:05.279
Took me about six weeks, about seven weeks, but I was good after that.
00:21:05.359 --> 00:21:12.079
And I called him, I said, Hey, you know, I've got a good job, you know, I found two daycares by my job, you know, for our son, so you can go ahead and bring him down.
00:21:12.240 --> 00:21:13.920
And so it's like, okay, I'm gonna bring him down.
00:21:14.000 --> 00:21:18.000
Now, the whole idea was to just bring my baby down, okay?
00:21:18.240 --> 00:21:23.279
So we're at the house one Saturday, you know, my mom, my sister, me, um, you know, my fiance.
00:21:23.599 --> 00:21:26.799
And so we're like, okay, you know, they'll be, you know, pull up a little bit or whatever.
00:21:26.880 --> 00:21:31.680
So we're at we're at the house, we've got the house already, you know, got dinner ready, you know, we're good, you know.
00:21:31.759 --> 00:21:35.519
And so my sister was like, hey, you know, it's big old U-Haul truck parked in front of my house.
00:21:35.599 --> 00:21:37.920
I said, You haul but she's like, I don't know, I don't know, right?
00:21:38.079 --> 00:21:39.359
Maybe somebody I got lost.
00:21:39.519 --> 00:21:41.759
And so she was like, Well, go outside and see what's going on.
00:21:41.920 --> 00:21:44.960
So I'll go outside and big old U-Haul truck.
00:21:45.039 --> 00:21:46.319
And I thought, I wonder who this is.
00:21:46.400 --> 00:21:48.640
Maybe they lost their way or got the wrong address or whatever.
00:21:48.720 --> 00:21:53.839
So as I started walking towards the truck to see if I could help the people, he came popping out the truck.
00:21:54.079 --> 00:21:57.039
And I literally just froze right there.
00:21:57.599 --> 00:22:01.599
And the first thing I said was, What are you doing here?
00:22:02.400 --> 00:22:05.359
And what the hell are you doing here with this U-Haul truck?
00:22:05.440 --> 00:22:07.279
I thought you would just bring my son down here.
00:22:07.519 --> 00:22:09.599
Oh, I've decided to move here too.
00:22:09.839 --> 00:22:11.359
I say, move here.
00:22:12.160 --> 00:22:12.720
For what?
00:22:14.160 --> 00:22:15.440
So I can be near my son.
00:22:15.599 --> 00:22:17.519
I say, you gotta be kidding me.
00:22:17.680 --> 00:22:20.000
I say you didn't move here to be closer to your son.
00:22:20.079 --> 00:22:21.759
You moved here because I was here.
00:22:22.000 --> 00:22:23.519
This has nothing to do with it.
00:22:23.680 --> 00:22:25.440
Well, I have a right to be in my child's later.
00:22:25.680 --> 00:22:26.480
Bullshit.
00:22:26.720 --> 00:22:27.039
Okay?
00:22:27.359 --> 00:22:29.839
You had your son right there in Tampa with you.
00:22:30.000 --> 00:22:35.759
If you really, really wanted to be with your son, you could have kept him in Florida with you.
00:22:35.920 --> 00:22:36.240
Okay?
00:22:36.720 --> 00:22:44.400
And if you really wanted to be evil, okay, you could have filed with the family courts in Tampa and said, okay, well, Your Honor, she abandoned her son.
00:22:44.480 --> 00:22:45.440
She neglected him.
00:22:45.519 --> 00:22:47.039
So I want sole custody.
00:22:47.119 --> 00:22:47.359
Okay.
00:22:47.440 --> 00:22:49.519
Now I'm way out here in Texas, okay?
00:22:49.759 --> 00:22:51.440
It wouldn't have been a whole lot I could have done.
00:22:51.519 --> 00:22:57.039
They'd have just served me, say, ma'am, you're gonna have to come down here because we have a case open saying that you neglected your child and you abandoned him.
00:22:57.200 --> 00:23:01.359
Now we're gonna go ahead and award for custody to the father, and you can have visitations, right?
00:23:01.519 --> 00:23:04.319
That is what you should have done if you really wanted your son.
00:23:04.400 --> 00:23:06.079
You had no intentions on wanting your son.
00:23:06.160 --> 00:23:07.519
You're here because I'm here.
00:23:08.079 --> 00:23:08.640
You know?
00:23:08.880 --> 00:23:18.240
So somehow, someway he found out that I was engaged, and I guess he thought, hell no, but you ain't finced to move to Texas and live happily ever after and marry another motherfucking man.
00:23:18.319 --> 00:23:22.000
And my baby can come, my son can be calling somebody daddy.
00:23:22.079 --> 00:23:23.200
It ain't finna happen.
00:23:23.279 --> 00:23:24.000
I'm here.
00:23:24.160 --> 00:23:27.680
I'm here, and I'm here to cause trouble and I'm here to cause problems.
00:23:27.839 --> 00:23:30.240
And that's exactly what transpired.
00:23:31.279 --> 00:23:37.119
Shortly thereafter, we ended up getting into a custody battle that lasted three years.
00:23:37.440 --> 00:23:43.200
I originally found child support on him through the attorney general's office because, again, he was not helping with my son.
00:23:43.440 --> 00:23:50.559
Every time I call, ask for money, he was like, Look, I'm giving you$400 a month in child support, bitch, and that's all you're gonna get.
00:23:50.720 --> 00:23:53.119
You know, you call his house, he cusss you out.
00:23:53.279 --> 00:23:56.720
You know, it it was it was a horrible situation, you know.
00:23:56.960 --> 00:23:59.599
It's like I'm not calling you to ask you what you're doing.
00:23:59.680 --> 00:24:00.960
I'm not calling you to say, What's up?
00:24:01.039 --> 00:24:02.240
You kicking it this weekend, whatever.
00:24:02.319 --> 00:24:04.480
I'm calling you, I'm calling you about our son.
00:24:04.640 --> 00:24:07.519
I'm calling you saying, I need, you know, I need more help.
00:24:07.759 --> 00:24:11.039
Okay, we left Florida, we're now in Texas, okay.
00:24:11.200 --> 00:24:13.519
Texas gets four seasons, all right?
00:24:13.680 --> 00:24:16.079
I need a little extra help, you know.
00:24:16.319 --> 00:24:20.240
And one winter, you know, my baby didn't even have a damn coat.
00:24:20.400 --> 00:24:24.640
And so I'm calling you, you cussing me out, telling me you ain't finna give me shit.
00:24:24.720 --> 00:24:27.599
And I'm sitting up here saying, your baby needs a coat.
00:24:27.839 --> 00:24:28.160
Okay?
00:24:28.319 --> 00:24:32.559
See, this is why you shouldn't have bought your ass down here to Texas, because I knew you weren't gonna do nothing.
00:24:32.640 --> 00:24:34.240
Because you weren't doing nothing in Florida.
00:24:34.319 --> 00:24:36.720
So moving to another state ain't got nothing to do with it.
00:24:36.799 --> 00:24:40.880
If you're trifling in one state, you're gonna be trifling in the next state.
00:24:41.039 --> 00:24:45.119
That ain't got nothing to do with it, because trifling is what runs in your damn bloodstream.
00:24:45.279 --> 00:24:49.119
I shouldn't have to call you up and beg you and plea with you to buy your baby a coat.
00:24:49.279 --> 00:24:51.519
This is your damn child, you know.
00:24:51.759 --> 00:24:56.000
So my fiance from now, don't call him and ask him for nothing else.
00:24:56.240 --> 00:24:58.480
Don't call that man and ask him for nothing else.
00:24:58.720 --> 00:25:03.680
Whatever it is that, you know, he needs, your son needs, you tell me, and I'll make sure.
00:25:03.759 --> 00:25:05.200
My family was like, We got you, Sice.
00:25:05.440 --> 00:25:06.079
You know, we got you.
00:25:06.160 --> 00:25:07.680
Don't call him and ask him anything.
00:25:07.920 --> 00:25:10.480
So we we, you know, we would go back and forth.
00:25:10.640 --> 00:25:26.000
So when I filed the case with the uh attorney general's office for child support, he countersuited that case and went down to the family courts and was like, oh, she's unfit, you know, she's a terrible mom, she doesn't take care of our son, she doesn't do this, she doesn't do that.
00:25:26.160 --> 00:25:31.599
So a couple of my girlfriends, I would be at work just crying and bawling because I was like, now you want to steal my baby.
00:25:31.680 --> 00:25:33.359
Now you want to take the kid away from me.
00:25:33.519 --> 00:25:38.880
And so a girlfriend of mine, she's like, you know what, Stacey, don't let him go over his dad's house until y'all go to court.
00:25:39.039 --> 00:25:39.920
I said, What do you mean?
00:25:40.079 --> 00:25:40.880
She said, Let me tell you something.
00:25:40.960 --> 00:25:42.960
She said, He planning on taking him from you.
00:25:43.119 --> 00:25:52.240
She said, do not let your son go over his house for the weekend until after the judge has ordered y'all's visitations.
00:25:52.400 --> 00:25:58.480
Because what he's gonna try to do is, he's gonna try to make it look like he's had custody of your son all this time.
00:25:58.559 --> 00:26:00.640
And they'll mess around here and give it to him.
00:26:00.799 --> 00:26:01.680
So watch him.
00:26:01.839 --> 00:26:04.240
And that particular weekend, he came to my house.
00:26:04.319 --> 00:26:06.559
He he damn near kicked my door in.
00:26:06.880 --> 00:26:08.160
She was I was on the phone with my friend.
00:26:08.319 --> 00:26:11.839
She's like, Call the police, call 911, tell him he's at your house, he won't leave.
00:26:12.079 --> 00:26:12.880
He left.
00:26:13.039 --> 00:26:14.640
The cops came and was like, What's happening?
00:26:14.720 --> 00:26:17.759
I said, he's trying to get my baby, he's trying to break in my house, he's trying to take my baby.
00:26:17.839 --> 00:26:20.000
I said, we got a court hearing Monday in this day and the other.
00:26:20.079 --> 00:26:22.160
I said, he's trying to get in, he's trying to take my baby from me.
00:26:22.319 --> 00:26:24.880
And she's like, okay, we'll keep, you know, we'll stay out here for a little while.
00:26:24.960 --> 00:26:27.119
We can't stay a whole night, but if he comes back, we'll get him.
00:26:27.279 --> 00:26:28.319
And what did he do?
00:26:28.559 --> 00:26:30.640
Come back, trying to kick my door and stuff.
00:26:30.720 --> 00:26:32.799
And I called him, I said, he's here, he's at my house right now.
00:26:32.880 --> 00:26:33.680
He's trying to kick my door.
00:26:33.759 --> 00:26:34.640
And so they called him.
00:26:34.799 --> 00:26:36.160
He said, Well, I'm here to get my gun.
00:26:36.319 --> 00:26:37.680
They said, Listen here, sir.
00:26:37.920 --> 00:26:40.640
We understand y'all got a court hearing coming up Monday.
00:26:40.880 --> 00:26:45.839
Until that court hearing on Monday comes, you stay away from this woman's house.
00:26:46.000 --> 00:26:46.319
Okay?
00:26:46.559 --> 00:26:51.440
Well, I'm trying to get you can't get that kid if she ain't gonna let you have him.
00:26:51.680 --> 00:26:52.000
Okay?
00:26:52.640 --> 00:26:54.720
But don't you come back over to this woman's house?
00:26:54.960 --> 00:26:56.880
Because if you do, we're gonna rest you.
00:26:57.440 --> 00:27:00.240
So that's how I ended up having my son, you know.
00:27:00.480 --> 00:27:02.160
And from that point on, he was living.
00:27:02.240 --> 00:27:03.440
He was like, oh hell no.
00:27:03.599 --> 00:27:07.599
Now you got so custody of our son, I'm really gonna get you.
00:27:07.839 --> 00:27:13.839
So all the stalking, you know, I would come home from work, you know, that was back when everybody had call ID.
00:27:14.000 --> 00:27:16.880
I'd have 40 or 50 calls on my call ID.
00:27:17.200 --> 00:27:26.079
Late at night, 1.30, 2 o'clock in the morning, I'm in my apartment because I'm still engaged to be married, but I still had my own apartment and my fiance lived in his mother's house.
00:27:26.160 --> 00:27:32.880
So again, I'm trying to keep that tradition because I messed up with my baby daddy, and I didn't want to do it, you know, like that the second time.
00:27:32.960 --> 00:27:34.240
I wanted to do it right.
00:27:34.480 --> 00:27:39.759
And so late at night, 12:30, 1 o'clock in the morning, people knocking on my door, bamming on my door, trying to kick my door and stuff in.
00:27:39.839 --> 00:27:41.759
I'm up on the phone trying to call the cops.
00:27:41.920 --> 00:27:44.880
You know, I go to the grocery store, people are following me at the grocery store.
00:27:44.960 --> 00:27:47.519
I'm taking my baby to the park, people at the park following me.
00:27:47.680 --> 00:27:52.960
It was just a non-type situation going on constantly.
00:27:53.200 --> 00:27:54.079
Constantly.
00:27:54.480 --> 00:27:58.160
Finally, I ended up getting married in uh July 2001.
00:27:58.480 --> 00:28:05.119
Left my apartment, moved in with my husband, uh, and stayed at his mom's house while our first house got built.
00:28:05.279 --> 00:28:06.799
And the stalking continued.
00:28:06.960 --> 00:28:11.279
You know, he would call my job, and you know, and and remember, I'm at work, okay?
00:28:11.440 --> 00:28:15.920
And most of the time when people at work, you know, if it can wait till you get, you know, get off of work.
00:28:16.000 --> 00:28:17.680
Let's talk when we get off from work.
00:28:17.920 --> 00:28:18.640
I'm at work.
00:28:18.799 --> 00:28:21.920
He called, he'd be like, you know, sis, you have a call on line one.
00:28:22.000 --> 00:28:22.960
I answer the phone.
00:28:23.119 --> 00:28:26.400
Hello, I can't get um our son is weekend.
00:28:27.519 --> 00:28:28.480
What do you mean you can't get him?
00:28:28.559 --> 00:28:29.279
It's your weekend.
00:28:29.839 --> 00:28:30.799
I can't get him.
00:28:32.480 --> 00:28:33.200
It's your weekend.
00:28:33.279 --> 00:28:34.240
What do you mean you can't get him?
00:28:34.319 --> 00:28:35.200
I've had him all week long.
00:28:35.279 --> 00:28:35.759
What was the problem?
00:28:35.839 --> 00:28:37.279
Bitch, I ain't gotta tell you what the problem is.
00:28:37.359 --> 00:28:39.039
I've already told you I just can't get him.
00:28:40.000 --> 00:28:40.319
Okay.
00:28:40.640 --> 00:28:42.240
That's how you just talk to me.
00:28:42.480 --> 00:28:43.039
Fine.
00:28:43.279 --> 00:28:43.599
Okay.
00:28:44.400 --> 00:28:45.119
We'll get it.
00:28:45.440 --> 00:28:47.839
So I've been having my son all week, you know.
00:28:48.079 --> 00:28:51.680
Thought I was gonna have a weekend, you know, just kind of kick me heels up, relax a little bit or whatever.
00:28:51.920 --> 00:28:53.279
My husband's like, don't worry about it, baby.
00:28:53.359 --> 00:28:56.319
We just change our plans and we'll take him with us, you know, and this, then, the other.
00:28:56.480 --> 00:28:58.480
So that angered him, you know.
00:28:58.720 --> 00:29:05.599
The fact that I married another man and then I married a man that could step up to the plate and be a father to my son.
00:29:05.920 --> 00:29:09.920
Now, out of respect, my son never called my husband daddy.
00:29:10.079 --> 00:29:11.599
I mean, because he knows who his dad is.
00:29:11.680 --> 00:29:13.759
He would always call my husband by his first name.
00:29:13.920 --> 00:29:21.519
And I and I would let him know, you know, this is, you know, coupling, you know, and you know who your dad is, right?
00:29:21.680 --> 00:29:22.319
Yes, mommy.
00:29:22.400 --> 00:29:23.680
I said, okay, so we're good.
00:29:23.839 --> 00:29:31.920
So throughout these years of, you know, trying to work with him, uh, trying to co-parent, coexist with him, uh, the stalking continued.
00:29:32.079 --> 00:29:39.440
You know, three years he tied me up in litigation with the state of Texas, um, you know, constantly finding every excuse.
00:29:39.599 --> 00:29:42.480
Uh, the visitation, she's not letting me see my child, Your Honor.
00:29:42.640 --> 00:29:44.640
You know, I tried to go over to her house and stuff.
00:29:44.799 --> 00:29:46.160
You know, she wouldn't answer the door.
00:29:46.319 --> 00:29:49.920
I stopped letting you come to my house because you cuss me out every time you come to my house.
00:29:50.160 --> 00:29:53.599
You know, again, you can't talk to me like that in my house.
00:29:53.680 --> 00:29:59.039
If you don't have any respect for me, you can't come to my house, cuss me out in my house.
00:29:59.200 --> 00:30:09.440
So we ended up having to go and find a public place where we can do the exchanges because he just simply didn't know how to conduct himself or uh act, you know.
00:30:09.599 --> 00:30:19.119
And so again, that's that's pressure on me, you know, to leave my job, go over here to the public library, you know, take our son there, you know, so you can pick your son up there.
00:30:19.200 --> 00:30:22.319
So you don't have to go back to court and say, Well, Your Honor, she's in contempt.
00:30:22.480 --> 00:30:24.000
She's not letting me see my son.
00:30:24.160 --> 00:30:27.440
I'm paying child support, she's depriving me, you know.
00:30:27.599 --> 00:30:32.400
So to keep that from happening, you know, here I was having to always go the extra mile and the extra.
00:30:32.640 --> 00:30:35.359
And he created that type of scenario throughout the years.
00:30:35.599 --> 00:30:37.680
So the stalking, you know, continued.
00:30:37.920 --> 00:30:45.279
The late night knocks at the door, the harassing phone calls, you know, calling me at work, cussing me out on the phone.
00:30:45.519 --> 00:30:51.279
I can't get my kid, then I then come the following next weekend or whatever, which would be technically my weekend.
00:30:51.440 --> 00:30:52.480
Now you want to get him.
00:30:52.559 --> 00:30:54.000
So I'm like, well, it's my weekend.
00:30:54.079 --> 00:30:56.319
Well, you had him last week, but that was your weekend.
00:30:56.400 --> 00:30:59.519
You, you know, you banked out, not me, you know.
00:30:59.839 --> 00:31:02.559
So again, constant situation.
00:31:02.960 --> 00:31:07.200
So it got to the point to where I had just become completely overwhelmed.
00:31:07.519 --> 00:31:12.640
I was tired, I was frustrated, I was overwhelmed.
00:31:12.880 --> 00:31:15.039
I was like, this makes no sense.
00:31:15.200 --> 00:31:17.039
I I knew he was going to be trouble.
00:31:17.200 --> 00:31:19.519
I knew he was gonna be trouble when he came to Texas.
00:31:19.680 --> 00:31:20.480
I knew it.
00:31:20.720 --> 00:31:25.839
And so I ended up joining um, my son was diagnosed because my son had begun to act out.
00:31:25.920 --> 00:31:29.839
He was three and had gotten, you know, uh disenrolled from two daycare centers.
00:31:29.920 --> 00:31:36.240
So we had to go through plank therapy for him to kind of find out what was causing my son to keep acting out.
00:31:36.480 --> 00:31:40.319
And so um he was diagnosed with being ADHD.
00:31:40.559 --> 00:31:49.359
And so my husband was like, okay, baby, well, let's uh let's put him on my insurance because that way his neurology, you know, will be covered at 100% plus his medication.
00:31:49.519 --> 00:31:51.680
Now the therapy was private pay.
00:31:51.920 --> 00:31:54.160
So his dad owed me like$800.
00:31:54.640 --> 00:31:57.119
And so I'm like, when are you gonna pay me my half of the money?
00:31:57.200 --> 00:31:59.119
Well, you know, but you shouldn't enroll him in therapy.
00:31:59.200 --> 00:31:59.519
No way.
00:31:59.680 --> 00:32:00.480
He didn't need therapy.
00:32:00.640 --> 00:32:03.680
I said, you see, he's been kicked out of school, two-day cares.
00:32:03.839 --> 00:32:04.960
There's something going on with him.
00:32:05.039 --> 00:32:06.559
I had to get my baby in therapy.
00:32:06.720 --> 00:32:07.920
Why don't you just pay?
00:32:08.160 --> 00:32:09.519
He didn't want to pay.
00:32:09.759 --> 00:32:14.400
I had to wait till we went back to court, and my attorney presented before the judge, Your Honor.
00:32:14.480 --> 00:32:18.240
This is the same, this is the same man who came down here and said that my client was on foot.
00:32:18.720 --> 00:32:21.440
Okay, he owes her$850 for therapy.
00:32:21.680 --> 00:32:23.920
Judge, like, why you ain't paying money, sir?
00:32:24.319 --> 00:32:28.000
Oh, I I, you know, and he always got away with murder.
00:32:28.240 --> 00:32:29.920
He always got away with murder.
00:32:30.079 --> 00:32:34.400
You know, they give him a slap on the wrist and this, that, and the other, but he always got away with murder.
00:32:34.559 --> 00:32:37.119
When you have to pay her, you know, pay her that money by the end of the month.
00:32:37.200 --> 00:32:39.599
I'm like, seriously, why don't you just lock his ass up?
00:32:39.759 --> 00:32:44.799
You know, y'all just let him get away with murder, and all that does is just promote him to keep doing other things.
00:32:45.039 --> 00:32:49.119
So it was just a constant tit for tat going back and forth.
00:32:49.279 --> 00:32:50.480
I don't have to obey the law.
00:32:50.559 --> 00:32:51.920
The law is for people like you.
00:32:52.079 --> 00:32:55.279
I'm above the law, I write the orders, I do what I want.
00:32:55.440 --> 00:32:57.680
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:32:58.079 --> 00:33:07.200
So finally got my child situated and settled under the care of a neurologist, got him back into a really good school, you know, and somebody was like, Stacey, you know what?
00:33:07.359 --> 00:33:10.240
Why don't you try to consider putting your child like an extracurricular activity?
00:33:10.319 --> 00:33:17.279
Because this medication that we're gonna put him on is only gonna last for about six hours, just enough to keep him focused while he's in school.
00:33:17.440 --> 00:33:20.240
But after that, he's gonna be back to his full energy self.
00:33:20.319 --> 00:33:30.799
So if you get him involved in like little leaf football or, you know, uh uh baseball or something like that, where there's a lot of kids that's his age, it'll help, you know, boost his you know, morale.
00:33:30.960 --> 00:33:32.319
It teaches him self-discipline.
00:33:32.400 --> 00:33:34.400
So I thought, okay, yeah, I'll do that.
00:33:34.640 --> 00:33:37.519
So I got my son enrolled into a Taekwondo class.
00:33:37.599 --> 00:33:46.880
And I the reason why I chose Taekwondo is because it really, really emphasized and really, really specializes in teaching children about self-respect.
00:33:47.119 --> 00:33:53.440
It teaches kids discipline, it teaches the children how to be a part of a team, a winning team.
00:33:53.599 --> 00:33:55.359
And it's a great exercise.
00:33:55.599 --> 00:33:57.680
So I got my baby enrolled into Taekwondo.
00:33:57.920 --> 00:33:58.960
I thought this is great, you know.
00:33:59.039 --> 00:34:01.680
It, you know, to give him a chance to get back to being a kid again.
00:34:01.839 --> 00:34:03.440
He's been through a lot, you know.
00:34:03.680 --> 00:34:09.920
Well, I'd be hot dicking the damn dog if I don't get up and take my baby to practice on Tuesdays, because that's when practice was.
00:34:10.079 --> 00:34:12.559
And guess who joined the damn class?
00:34:12.880 --> 00:34:14.159
My son's father.
00:34:14.719 --> 00:34:21.840
I walked in, put my baby jacket up, hung his jacket up, got ready to take him into his class, and there he had his behind there.
00:34:22.079 --> 00:34:24.079
I see, you gotta be kidding me.
00:34:24.159 --> 00:34:25.440
What are you doing here?
00:34:25.679 --> 00:34:28.000
Well, I joined this class too.
00:34:28.320 --> 00:34:31.679
You live an hour and 15 minutes from Garland, Texas.
00:34:31.760 --> 00:34:33.679
Why are you at this Taekwondo class?
00:34:33.760 --> 00:34:36.000
They don't have Taekwondo where you stay.
00:34:36.639 --> 00:34:47.280
Well, I wanted to come here because this is where my son, you know, anywhere where he thought I think, anywhere where he know, I know she's gonna have to drop him off for practice.
00:34:47.599 --> 00:34:53.519
Anywhere that he, you know, assumed she's gonna be, he would be there.
00:34:54.000 --> 00:34:57.119
Everywhere I went, I was like, you gotta be kidding me.
00:34:57.280 --> 00:35:02.400
He wanted me to, he was basically saying in so many words, you ain't gonna get the hell away from me.
00:35:02.480 --> 00:35:04.480
I didn't I didn't told you this shit before, Stacy.
00:35:04.800 --> 00:35:07.519
Okay, wherever you go, I'm gonna find you.
00:35:07.679 --> 00:35:14.719
And as long as you got my kid, I got every excuse to come after your ass with everything I got because you got my kid, and I can use that as an excuse.
00:35:15.199 --> 00:35:19.599
So we ended up getting into an altercation one Saturday.
00:35:19.679 --> 00:35:20.960
My son had a competition that day.
00:35:21.039 --> 00:35:26.639
And I guess when I woke up that morning, somebody just told me, you know, I guess I should have just stayed home.
00:35:26.880 --> 00:35:30.159
But it was my son's first competition, and I really wanted to go.
00:35:30.320 --> 00:35:37.599
Uh and my husband's like, Come on, let's get up, we'll fix breakfast, you know, let's get him dressed, let's get him ready, then we'll get there so we can get a good seat, you know, and and you know, we'll be good.
00:35:37.679 --> 00:35:38.159
We'll be good.
00:35:38.400 --> 00:35:39.199
It's gonna be a good day.
00:35:39.440 --> 00:35:40.079
Think positive.
00:35:40.159 --> 00:35:41.280
And I said, okay.
00:35:41.599 --> 00:35:46.239
So naturally he shows up and he was there, you know, and blah, blah, blah, this and blah, blah, blah.
00:35:46.559 --> 00:35:53.280
So after the competition was over with, um, you know, um, I went down, you know, got my baby, all the parents were for talking and this day.
00:35:53.440 --> 00:35:55.039
And I told my son, awesome job, good job.
00:35:55.119 --> 00:35:56.159
You know, honey, you did good.
00:35:56.239 --> 00:35:57.119
He's like, You see me, Mom?
00:35:57.199 --> 00:35:58.000
I said, Yes, I did.
00:35:58.159 --> 00:35:59.440
You were awesome.
00:35:59.679 --> 00:36:02.960
And so we were getting ready to go because naturally that was my weekend.
00:36:03.039 --> 00:36:04.000
I have him or whatever.
00:36:04.079 --> 00:36:07.679
And so as we were leaving out, he was like, I need to talk to you, my son, father.
00:36:07.840 --> 00:36:09.360
I said, Talk to me, talk to me about what?
00:36:09.519 --> 00:36:10.800
What you need to talk to me about?
00:36:10.960 --> 00:36:13.679
Well, I want to take, you know, our son home.
00:36:13.920 --> 00:36:15.840
I say, you can't take him home.
00:36:16.000 --> 00:36:16.960
This is my weekend.
00:36:17.039 --> 00:36:20.079
You know, you can take him home next weekend, but this is my weekend.
00:36:20.239 --> 00:36:24.000
Bitch, don't tell me what the fuck I can do with my son because I will fucking kill you.
00:36:24.079 --> 00:36:40.960
So by that time, there had been three consecutive years of nothing but verbal abuse, emotional abuse, teardowns, cut downs, on top of the two and a half to three years you did to me in Florida.
00:36:41.039 --> 00:36:43.920
So total of six years of just dealing with you.
00:36:45.039 --> 00:36:50.559
When you told me, or when he told me, I'ma kill you, that was all I that was it for me.
00:36:50.800 --> 00:36:52.159
All I saw was red.
00:36:52.800 --> 00:36:53.920
That's all I saw.
00:36:54.079 --> 00:36:58.639
I picked up a two by four and I went to swinging on his ass.
00:36:58.800 --> 00:37:05.280
Because I was like, I tell you what, if you're gonna kill me, hey, I ain't going out without a fight.
00:37:05.440 --> 00:37:05.760
Okay?
00:37:06.159 --> 00:37:07.519
So bring it on.
00:37:07.760 --> 00:37:08.639
Bring it.
00:37:08.960 --> 00:37:11.519
I was swinging and hidden in and this, that, and the other.
00:37:11.599 --> 00:37:15.679
So this altercation took place on a Saturday for maybe about 15 minutes.
00:37:15.760 --> 00:37:17.679
You know, the police, of course, ends up coming out.
00:37:17.840 --> 00:37:22.400
Of course, I was arrested uh and charged for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
00:37:22.639 --> 00:37:29.119
Um, my son, um, my actually my husband had some tickets out that his job had not played.
00:37:29.199 --> 00:37:33.920
My husband was a truck driver, and uh, his company hadn't paid these weight tickets or whatever.
00:37:34.000 --> 00:37:35.199
So he ended up getting arrested.
00:37:35.280 --> 00:37:38.159
But I thought, you know, that's God working that right there.
00:37:38.320 --> 00:37:40.400
And so we both were arrested that day.
00:37:40.559 --> 00:37:44.239
So that's how he ended up having custody of my son.
00:37:45.119 --> 00:37:49.599
So I had to, my um husband, a co-worker, came and paid his ticket.
00:37:49.679 --> 00:37:53.199
So he got out like in a few hours, but I had to stay because I had to be arranged.
00:37:53.360 --> 00:38:02.400
And so I had to be transferred down to the main jail house in Dallas, which is Lusteric, uh, in Dallas, Texas, and go before a judge on that Monday morning to be arranged.
00:38:02.480 --> 00:38:04.480
So they set my bill at 50,000.
00:38:04.639 --> 00:38:09.039
So they was like, okay, well, you know, you need 10% to get her out of, you know, get her Stacy on the ground or whatever.
00:38:09.119 --> 00:38:10.400
So my husband went to his job.
00:38:10.480 --> 00:38:15.599
He was like, Look, I need to sell everything, sell everything I got on my vacation, on my personal days, my stocks, my shares, whatever.
00:38:15.760 --> 00:38:17.840
I cannot leave my wife in jail, okay?
00:38:18.000 --> 00:38:19.679
I need to get my wife out of jail.
00:38:19.840 --> 00:38:27.199
So while I'm in jail, my baby daddy runs down to family court, files an emergency hearing, you know, to try to get change of custody.
00:38:27.360 --> 00:38:29.679
But the Lord was like, that's not gonna work, you know.
00:38:29.840 --> 00:38:30.800
I see what you're doing.
00:38:30.960 --> 00:38:33.039
So I post the bill that Monday got out.
00:38:33.119 --> 00:38:33.840
My attorney called me.
00:38:33.920 --> 00:38:35.119
She said, I know you just got out of jail.
00:38:35.199 --> 00:38:37.679
Sorry to tell you, we gotta be in court tomorrow morning.
00:38:37.760 --> 00:38:38.960
I was like, You gotta be kidding me.
00:38:39.039 --> 00:38:40.480
She's like, he filed an emergency hearing.
00:38:40.559 --> 00:38:43.119
He's trying to take Matthew from you, take your son from you.
00:38:43.840 --> 00:38:45.039
And so I said, Okay.
00:38:45.599 --> 00:38:49.440
And so um got dressed, you know, the next morning, went down.
00:38:49.599 --> 00:39:00.800
And even after all of the altercation and everything that happened or whatever, um, you know, the judge was like, I don't see um, you know, a reason to change custodies.
00:39:00.960 --> 00:39:03.360
We had the same judge that we had the three years that we were in court.
00:39:03.519 --> 00:39:04.239
So that was a blessing.
00:39:04.320 --> 00:39:05.519
That was God working it out.
00:39:05.599 --> 00:39:07.440
So we didn't have to go through another judge.
00:39:07.519 --> 00:39:08.719
She already knew all the facts.
00:39:08.800 --> 00:39:09.679
She knew everything about it.
00:39:09.760 --> 00:39:11.599
She said, I don't see no reason to change custodies.
00:39:11.679 --> 00:39:13.440
We'll let mom go to anger management.
00:39:13.599 --> 00:39:16.400
You know, we'll let her um, you know, do her community service work.
00:39:16.559 --> 00:39:18.719
You're not getting a second restraining order, sir.
00:39:18.800 --> 00:39:19.599
You already got one.
00:39:19.679 --> 00:39:22.639
It was granted through the criminal court, so we're not gonna give you another one, okay?
00:39:22.800 --> 00:39:24.239
And that's the way it goes.
00:39:24.559 --> 00:39:28.320
So during that time or whatever, um, my attorney gave me a call.
00:39:28.400 --> 00:39:29.760
She's like, hey, let me talk to you about something.
00:39:29.840 --> 00:39:30.800
And I was like, what is it?
00:39:30.880 --> 00:39:35.920
And she was like, Stacey, I know this might not be something that you want to hear, but I really need you to understand where I'm coming from.
00:39:36.079 --> 00:39:41.440
She said, Maybe it'd be a good idea if you let, you know, your son go stay with, you know, with your, you know, his father.
00:39:41.519 --> 00:39:42.880
And I was like, What?
00:39:43.280 --> 00:39:44.639
What are you talking about?
00:39:44.880 --> 00:39:46.960
And she's like, just hear me out on this.
00:39:47.119 --> 00:39:50.719
You know, you you know, you got this criminal record now, okay?
00:39:50.960 --> 00:39:57.679
And say your son comes over to your house one weekend and he's riding his bicycle and he accidentally falls down and scrapes his knee.
00:39:57.760 --> 00:40:00.880
Well, we all know kids have accidents in the booze, okay?
00:40:01.119 --> 00:40:09.280
But now what you having a criminal record, your baby daddy, okay, can run back and say, look, look, look, she's abusing my son.
00:40:09.360 --> 00:40:11.519
Look at this, look at this bruise on his leg.
00:40:11.840 --> 00:40:13.199
She assaulted me.
00:40:13.360 --> 00:40:14.960
Now she's abusing my son.
00:40:15.119 --> 00:40:16.159
I want her locked up.
00:40:16.320 --> 00:40:19.519
She said, now this starts all over again.
00:40:19.679 --> 00:40:23.760
But this time it'll be more detrimental because it's a kid involved.
00:40:24.000 --> 00:40:25.920
And you've already been through enough.
00:40:26.159 --> 00:40:27.280
Think about your family.
00:40:27.440 --> 00:40:29.119
Think about your husband.
00:40:29.440 --> 00:40:36.639
I cried my eyes out because never in a million years that I ever thought about giving my baby to my baby.
00:40:36.960 --> 00:40:38.320
I thought he doesn't want him.
00:40:38.559 --> 00:40:39.519
She said, I know.
00:40:39.679 --> 00:40:42.000
I said, then why are you telling me to give him to him?
00:40:42.320 --> 00:40:43.920
I thought I don't understand.
00:40:44.320 --> 00:40:46.079
She said, I'm just, she said, just think about it.
00:40:46.320 --> 00:40:49.519
Stacey, you don't have to decide today, but you do need to think about it.
00:40:49.840 --> 00:40:55.679
So I cried my eyes out, I cried to my husband, I cried to my mama, I cried to my family.
00:40:56.159 --> 00:41:12.960
I went to church, I told my pastor, my first lady, I went to a private psychiatrist, I went to my support group, I talked to my co-workers, I talked to my friends, and everybody, everybody was like, Stacey, maybe it would just be the best.
00:41:13.440 --> 00:41:14.400
Think about it.
00:41:14.719 --> 00:41:20.639
If something happens to that baby, if he lets something happen to your son, they're gonna give him right back to you.
00:41:21.360 --> 00:41:23.679
So he gotta step up his game now.
00:41:24.000 --> 00:41:29.119
All that responsibility that you've had since you've had that baby is now on him.
00:41:29.679 --> 00:41:31.440
He's gonna have to step up his game.
00:41:31.599 --> 00:41:34.960
And if he fails, we get your son back.
00:41:35.760 --> 00:41:40.719
So I had to go to court and make a decision to let him have it.
00:41:41.119 --> 00:41:43.840
And I remember that day I cried my eyes out.
00:41:44.079 --> 00:41:48.400
And I was like, God, you know, I can't be with my baby.
00:41:48.719 --> 00:41:50.639
You know, he's only three.
00:41:51.119 --> 00:41:52.639
But I know you can.
00:41:52.960 --> 00:42:03.280
And if you can just watch over him and keep him safe and send him back to me when he's old enough, you know, I know he'll be okay.
00:42:03.519 --> 00:42:05.039
I know he'll be all right.
00:42:06.480 --> 00:42:10.159
And I told my attorney, I said, just do me one favor.
00:42:10.320 --> 00:42:12.400
If you can't do nothing else, and she said, Hey, Mr.
00:42:12.559 --> 00:42:26.880
Stacy, I said, just set my child support payments up to where I can pay my child support directly to the state because I don't want him trying to say, oh, I never got it, and you know, giving him any kind of excuse to have to take me back to court.
00:42:26.960 --> 00:42:29.599
She's like, You got it, that I know I can do.
00:42:30.559 --> 00:42:35.519
So he had requested in the petition that he wanted me to have supervised visits.
00:42:36.159 --> 00:42:45.039
Never, you know, in the time that we had our son, did I ever, ever make him pay for his child or even remotely suggest supervised visits.
00:42:45.280 --> 00:42:48.320
Hell, I can't even get you to come get your child half the time.
00:42:48.559 --> 00:42:50.000
Now you want me to pay?
00:42:50.239 --> 00:42:51.840
But see, that was punishment.
00:42:52.000 --> 00:42:54.000
You know, I'm gonna punish your ass.
00:42:54.400 --> 00:42:57.199
You know, you ain't never gonna, you know, if you see him, you're gonna pay for him.
00:42:57.360 --> 00:42:58.880
And your family ain't never gonna see him.
00:42:58.960 --> 00:43:01.440
I say, after everything that my family did for our son.
00:43:01.920 --> 00:43:06.079
Buying one a coach when you didn't, paying for therapy when you didn't.
00:43:06.239 --> 00:43:08.000
Now you're gonna punish my family.
00:43:08.239 --> 00:43:09.039
It was blood.
00:43:09.280 --> 00:43:10.800
He was out for blood.
00:43:11.280 --> 00:43:13.599
He was like, I'm, you know, I told you I'm gonna get you.
00:43:13.760 --> 00:43:16.639
You had no fucking business remarrying any damn body.
00:43:16.800 --> 00:43:17.119
Okay?
00:43:17.440 --> 00:43:18.559
You were way off.
00:43:18.719 --> 00:43:28.880
Now you out here screwing my damn friend, screwing the babysitter, you know, got your women down in Florida, but I wasn't supposed to be, you know, move on with my life.
00:43:29.119 --> 00:43:31.199
You know, I wasn't supposed to get married.
00:43:31.280 --> 00:43:38.159
At least I got married and bought a home, and my husband and I, you know, are trying to provide a very good life for our son.
00:43:38.320 --> 00:43:40.480
Okay, at least I'm doing my part.
00:43:40.639 --> 00:43:43.840
And you telling me that I wasn't supposed to move on.
00:43:44.079 --> 00:43:46.880
So yeah, he was it he was coming for blood.
00:43:47.039 --> 00:43:52.880
So none of my family, I everything that they had done to help us when I first got back to Texas could see my son.
00:43:52.960 --> 00:43:55.599
So I made a call, you know, a conscious decision.
00:43:55.679 --> 00:43:57.360
So I was like, okay, I'll tell you what.
00:43:58.960 --> 00:44:01.599
Out of everything My family did to help me.
00:44:01.679 --> 00:44:04.079
Okay, because I don't never forget those who helped me.
00:44:04.320 --> 00:44:17.599
If my son, if my family cannot see my son, if my mother cannot see her grandson, if my husband cannot see his stepson, if they don't see my son, then I don't see my son.
00:44:18.320 --> 00:44:20.880
Now that's just the way this ball is gonna roll.
00:44:21.119 --> 00:44:21.440
Okay.
00:44:21.760 --> 00:44:23.199
I'm not paying to see my kid.
00:44:23.280 --> 00:44:24.079
I be damned.
00:44:24.239 --> 00:44:24.559
Okay.
00:44:24.719 --> 00:44:32.800
I'm not finna go in and have somebody looking at me like I'm some kind of freak or I'm some kind of monster or whatever.
00:44:32.960 --> 00:44:34.400
Oh, I go to hug my child.
00:44:34.480 --> 00:44:35.039
What's she doing?
00:44:35.199 --> 00:44:37.199
She oh she is she hugging him, what is she doing?
00:44:37.280 --> 00:44:38.639
I ain't even finna buy any of that.
00:44:38.719 --> 00:44:41.760
I tell you what, you want him, you got him.
00:44:41.920 --> 00:44:43.920
And the responsibility that goes with it.
00:44:44.079 --> 00:44:45.760
Well, I guess he thought I was playing.
00:44:45.920 --> 00:44:48.480
But see, I can show you better and I can tell you.
00:44:48.639 --> 00:44:50.000
I didn't see my son.
00:44:50.159 --> 00:44:52.000
He got my son when he was three.
00:44:52.159 --> 00:44:54.559
I didn't see my son again till he was 17.
00:44:56.159 --> 00:45:07.360
So all of those years, you know, I went, just paid my child support and tried to get my life back together, put the pieces of my life together, and this, that, and the other, and blah blah.
00:45:07.920 --> 00:45:11.119
Throughout those years, he continued to stalk me.
00:45:11.280 --> 00:45:12.639
He continued to call the house.
00:45:12.800 --> 00:45:21.599
He continued to send tons and tons of letters and and medical bills and expenses because he got, I guess he thought this plan of mine didn't work.
00:45:22.079 --> 00:45:25.440
It actually backfired, you know.
00:45:25.599 --> 00:45:28.559
I I thought if I got the kid, she come back to me.
00:45:28.719 --> 00:45:31.199
No, that's that's not how this is gonna go down, boo-boo.
00:45:31.679 --> 00:45:34.000
No, you want the you want the child.
00:45:34.159 --> 00:45:36.159
With the child comes the responsibility.
00:45:36.400 --> 00:45:41.199
So you don't get to pick up the phone and call and tell me that our son got a temper, you know, a temperature.
00:45:41.360 --> 00:45:43.679
He's running fever, you the parent.
00:45:45.440 --> 00:45:49.039
Well, uh, the school said that, you know, he's not doing right.
00:45:49.199 --> 00:45:50.079
You the parent.
00:45:51.519 --> 00:45:58.320
So I guess he was like, I'm not really liking this because I thought that you get it, but no, see, you don't get it, baby.
00:45:58.400 --> 00:45:59.519
That's not how this works.
00:45:59.679 --> 00:46:08.079
When you tear your ass with your son's mother, when you tear your behind with the woman that was caring for your kid, you don't have the luxury of picking up a call and me telling me everything that's going on.
00:46:08.320 --> 00:46:10.559
I am a non-custodial parent.
00:46:10.719 --> 00:46:12.960
So I'm gonna be the one to act like they don't care.
00:46:13.119 --> 00:46:15.039
You get your child support every month.
00:46:15.199 --> 00:46:19.039
I'm gonna keep health insurance on him, and I'll send you whatever medical bills we owe.
00:46:19.119 --> 00:46:20.639
Other than that, don't contact me.
00:46:20.880 --> 00:46:23.760
So life went on for me and my husband.
00:46:23.920 --> 00:46:25.920
And he continued to stalk me.
00:46:26.320 --> 00:46:30.880
So once my son became 17, I saw him.
00:46:31.039 --> 00:46:32.400
Um, he had tracked me.
00:46:32.480 --> 00:46:33.519
His father had stalked me.
00:46:33.599 --> 00:46:35.119
Uh, I was living in Houston at the time.
00:46:35.199 --> 00:46:37.039
He had stalked me and found me down there.
00:46:37.199 --> 00:46:39.519
Uh, claim I owed him some medical bills expensive.
00:46:39.679 --> 00:46:40.960
I hired a new attorney.
00:46:41.119 --> 00:46:44.239
Um, my new attorney was like, Let me deal with the situation, Stacey.
00:46:44.480 --> 00:46:47.199
Let me let me take this head on because he was the one who wrote the order.
00:46:47.360 --> 00:46:50.800
And in the court order, it says that he is supposed to submit these bills to you within 10 days.
00:46:50.880 --> 00:46:52.719
These bills are nine months to a year old.
00:46:52.880 --> 00:46:56.000
Okay, so he held on to all of these bills to run these bills up.
00:46:56.159 --> 00:46:59.920
So he has a legitimate reason to find you in Houston.
00:47:00.159 --> 00:47:01.039
But I got you.
00:47:01.199 --> 00:47:05.440
So he told him, he said, I'll tell you, well, we're not gonna pay out all this money to you because you know what you wrote.
00:47:05.599 --> 00:47:11.440
Okay, we'll set this up in installments, but going forward, if she doesn't have a bill within 10 days, you eat.
00:47:11.760 --> 00:47:14.719
So then he calls my criminal attorney, I mean my family attorney.
00:47:14.880 --> 00:47:15.760
Well, you know, Mr.
00:47:15.840 --> 00:47:19.039
So-and-so, so-and-so, she hasn't seen her son since he was three.
00:47:19.119 --> 00:47:21.599
And so my turn was like, I represent this school.
00:47:21.920 --> 00:47:22.800
How can I help you?
00:47:22.880 --> 00:47:23.840
Why are you calling me?
00:47:24.000 --> 00:47:28.719
Well, she needs to see him, and you know, he said, You the one who set up the supervised visits.
00:47:28.960 --> 00:47:30.719
What did you think would happen, sir?
00:47:31.039 --> 00:47:34.559
Did you think that my client would just crawl in the corner and stop living her life?
00:47:34.880 --> 00:47:37.920
You had ample time to go back and change those visitations.
00:47:38.079 --> 00:47:40.239
And you sat on your hands and did nothing.
00:47:40.480 --> 00:47:42.880
And now you calling me, telling me that you what?
00:47:43.039 --> 00:47:45.840
You want me to talk to her about seeing her kid?
00:47:46.480 --> 00:47:47.679
Seriously?
00:47:48.400 --> 00:47:51.679
So I ended up, you know, seeing my child for the first time.
00:47:51.920 --> 00:47:54.320
Of course, that didn't blow up, you know, that didn't work out.
00:47:54.559 --> 00:48:08.480
And so again, um, the stalking continued, the calls, the calls at work, you know, people coming out to my apartment, knocking on my apartment at the time, you know, uh, people who follow me to work, you know, when I go to Walmart, you know, it's just a never-ending thing.
00:48:08.719 --> 00:48:16.079
And so um finally my son graduated from high school the next year, you know, went off to college, and he was like, Well, aren't you gonna help me pay for his college?
00:48:16.159 --> 00:48:17.199
And I thought, no, buddy.
00:48:17.280 --> 00:48:20.079
I was under 13-year child support obligation with the state of Texas.
00:48:20.239 --> 00:48:20.960
I am done.
00:48:21.119 --> 00:48:23.199
Okay, my obligations is over.
00:48:23.360 --> 00:48:24.239
That is on you.
00:48:24.400 --> 00:48:31.599
And since you don't know how to get along with me and have demonstrated that all these years, no, sir, I will not help you with that.
00:48:31.760 --> 00:48:33.920
You know, so the stalking continued.
00:48:34.159 --> 00:48:45.280
So basically, long story short, I have been stalked by my son's father for nearly 29, coming up on 30 years this year.
00:48:45.599 --> 00:48:51.440
I have moved and relocated since I left his apartment 21 times.
00:48:51.760 --> 00:48:56.320
Actually, 22, because I currently have a house on the market that I'm selling.
00:48:56.480 --> 00:48:59.760
And each time that I've moved, he's found me.
00:48:59.920 --> 00:49:02.880
I've changed my phone number over a dozen times.
00:49:03.199 --> 00:49:12.079
Back in the day when we had phone carriers like Southwestern Bell, um, you know, uh Sprint, you know, I've changed my phone numbers.
00:49:12.239 --> 00:49:21.039
Each time I would change my phone number, he would get my number, he would call my house, he would set my number up on the World Wide Web, have everybody calling all these different businesses.
00:49:21.199 --> 00:49:25.599
You know, I go to the grocery store, I'm being followed, I go to the beauty shop, I'm being followed.
00:49:25.760 --> 00:49:28.159
And the stalking has just continued.
00:49:28.639 --> 00:49:38.480
And I finally decided uh that when I relocated to Beaumont, Texas and bought a house, and they broke into my house because naturally, of course, I'm being gain stalked.
00:49:38.639 --> 00:49:41.920
Uh, and that's another tech, you know, technique that they're using now.
00:49:42.000 --> 00:49:44.400
Um, he's been using on me since 2009.
00:49:44.639 --> 00:49:49.360
When they broke into my house, you know, in Beaumont, Texas, I decided, okay, that's enough.
00:49:49.440 --> 00:49:50.639
That that's it right there.
00:49:50.800 --> 00:50:07.199
I I'm I'm finally gonna go public and make a video about it and put it on TikTok, you know, TikTok and kind of let people know what's going on with me and kind of what's been going on with me all these years and how my baby daddy has never, you know, got anywhere and sat down and left me alone.
00:50:07.440 --> 00:50:10.480
Um, he has been constantly stalking after me.
00:50:10.559 --> 00:50:12.480
He has been breaking into my houses.
00:50:12.639 --> 00:50:16.480
Um, you know, he sent these flying monkeys in to do the dirty work, yeah.
00:50:16.639 --> 00:50:25.920
Going on, you know, still her, you know, steal her shoes, take her panties, cut them up, you know, grab her makeup and pull it out the sink, uh, leave the refrigerator door open.
00:50:26.159 --> 00:50:34.320
I would come home and my refrigerator door would be open and my clothes would be cut up, and you know, shoes would be missing outfits that I bought, never wore.
00:50:34.559 --> 00:50:36.000
It was all these things that be going on.
00:50:36.079 --> 00:50:39.039
I thought, how in the hell is anybody doing this?
00:50:39.280 --> 00:50:42.000
How is people getting into my house like this?
00:50:42.559 --> 00:50:46.000
So then I finally found out they're using a key cutter.
00:50:46.159 --> 00:50:58.320
So I went to TikTok last year and put a video on TikTok and told my story uh to just, you know, tell everybody what was going on and got over 400,000 views because people was like, oh M.
00:50:58.639 --> 00:51:00.639
Gee, are you kidding me?
00:51:01.119 --> 00:51:09.840
And so, you know, I've decided to write, uh, I have written uh my first memoir uh about it, telling my story.
00:51:10.079 --> 00:51:13.360
Um and so that's that's kind of the road that I'm taking.
00:51:13.519 --> 00:51:23.119
Uh, I'm trying to raise uh more awareness down here in Southeast Texas regarding um domestic violence, domestic abuse, stalking, how it all begins.
00:51:23.280 --> 00:51:28.159
And that's just kind of, you know, that's kind of my story, Ash, and that's where I'm at.
00:51:29.199 --> 00:51:32.880
Yeah, that's a really, really crazy story.
00:51:33.039 --> 00:51:36.320
Can you kind of elaborate more on that gang stalking part?
00:51:37.360 --> 00:51:56.719
00:51:56.800 --> 00:51:59.440
We know they're gonna shoot up some things, we know they're gonna bang up some things.
00:51:59.679 --> 00:52:02.639
What gang stalking is like is is sort of similar.
00:52:02.880 --> 00:52:05.280
It's a technique that's being used.
00:52:05.440 --> 00:52:10.960
Um, but there's a master puppet or a mastermind behind the whole operation.
00:52:11.119 --> 00:52:18.239
So what they basically do is they go in and they sort of go online and it's it's all done underground, you know.
00:52:18.480 --> 00:52:30.000
And to give you an idea, if you've ever seen the movie John Wick uh starting Keanu Reeves, where, you know, he's actually an assassin, but legal, but there's all these different other types of assassins that's trying to kill him.
00:52:30.159 --> 00:52:35.440
So once they get this code on their cell phones, okay, he's the target, you know, you go ahead and go after him.
00:52:35.599 --> 00:52:36.880
It's kind of that thing.
00:52:37.039 --> 00:52:46.159
And so my son father is utilizing these gang stalkers, which are known as flying monkeys, to basically do all of the stalking for him.
00:52:46.400 --> 00:52:54.559
So what he would do is because I was in a legal battle with my son father for three years, so naturally he knew my social security number.
00:52:54.719 --> 00:53:00.559
He knew my birthday because when you go through courts, all of that information has to be documented.
00:53:00.880 --> 00:53:11.199
So if I, when I relocated outside of Texas and moved to Pennsylvania, when I applied for a rental property, naturally everybody wants to know, okay, what's your social security number?
00:53:11.280 --> 00:53:17.119
Because we got to run your credit through to find out if you have any foreclosures or bankruptcies or you know anything on your credit report.
00:53:17.280 --> 00:53:24.880
So once my social would hit the grid, he'd be like, okay, she apply for an apartment complex in, you know, Western Pennsylvania.
00:53:25.039 --> 00:53:29.039
So he would already have a team put in place, contact these flying monkeys.
00:53:29.119 --> 00:53:30.639
So now they know where she stays.
00:53:30.880 --> 00:53:38.880
Okay, this is a picture of her car, this is her license plate, but we don't know the exact uh apartment number where she looked, you know, where she lives.
00:53:39.039 --> 00:53:42.400
So somebody just, you know, you know, one of y'all go out and find out.
00:53:42.559 --> 00:53:43.920
So they're like, they're like assassins.
00:53:44.000 --> 00:53:46.239
They just sit around and wait for this information to hit their phone.
00:53:46.400 --> 00:53:47.440
Okay, we've got a picture.
00:53:47.599 --> 00:53:51.519
Okay, we got a picture of a car, okay, we got a physical address, but not the apartment number.
00:53:51.679 --> 00:53:52.719
Let's go, you know.
00:53:52.960 --> 00:53:56.960
So you could be asked, say I'm out and I'm coming back to my apartment.
00:53:57.039 --> 00:53:58.320
I've got groceries in my bag.
00:53:58.480 --> 00:54:00.800
Somebody's walking past you with a baby in a carriage.
00:54:00.880 --> 00:54:10.000
Now I'm not gonna know that that's a flying monkey because in in reality, I just see a woman walking her baby in a carriage, but she's she's actually a gang stalker.
00:54:10.079 --> 00:54:14.159
So she's following me in the building that I'm going into, you know.
00:54:14.400 --> 00:54:16.159
And again, I'm thinking she lived there.
00:54:16.320 --> 00:54:21.280
And so when she walks past my apartment, she's like, okay, well, she lives in apartment 21, you know, 2133.
00:54:21.360 --> 00:54:23.519
Okay, so now we know exactly where she's at.
00:54:23.679 --> 00:54:30.320
She's in western Pennsylvania, she lives in Pine Oaks apartments, she lives in the Land Oak apartments, and apartment numbers 2123.
00:54:30.400 --> 00:54:31.519
So now we know where she stays.
00:54:31.679 --> 00:54:32.960
So then he sends them in.
00:54:33.119 --> 00:54:37.440
You know, you go to work, um, a key cutter.
00:54:37.519 --> 00:54:39.199
Key cutters are what they're using nowadays.
00:54:39.440 --> 00:54:49.599
So years ago, when when people would break in you know, folks' house, you know, they would kick the door in and kick the hinges off, or they'll take a brick and they'll bust the window out or whatever to let the latch in.
00:54:49.679 --> 00:54:51.920
Well, see, you don't even have to do that anymore in today's time.
00:54:52.079 --> 00:54:54.400
In 2026, you use a key cutter.
00:54:54.559 --> 00:54:58.320
A key cutter device is really what licensed locksmiths use.
00:54:58.639 --> 00:55:03.360
You get locked out of your house, you call a locksmith, hey, I'm locked out, I left my keys at work or whatever.
00:55:03.440 --> 00:55:04.320
Can you come and let me out?
00:55:04.480 --> 00:55:06.880
Well, they're gonna use this device that's called a key cutter.
00:55:06.960 --> 00:55:08.960
Okay, now it costs about six grand.
00:55:09.440 --> 00:55:14.159
So realistically, you know, it's really for licensed, you know, locksmiths.
00:55:14.239 --> 00:55:16.800
But come on, you know, my son father's too clever.
00:55:16.880 --> 00:55:18.800
Well, shit, if he can get one, I can get one.
00:55:18.960 --> 00:55:28.320
If I, you know, six thousand dollars to pay for a device to cut a key to my baby mama house, and it don't matter what kind of lock she put on her door, I can get in.
00:55:28.480 --> 00:55:29.840
Yeah, that's an investment for me.
00:55:30.000 --> 00:55:30.800
Let me go ahead and have it.
00:55:30.880 --> 00:55:31.599
So you'll get it.
00:55:31.679 --> 00:55:33.199
So that's how they're doing it.
00:55:33.519 --> 00:55:35.360
You don't matter what kind of lock you had on your house.
00:55:35.599 --> 00:55:36.880
Deadbolts, mm-mm.
00:55:37.280 --> 00:55:38.880
None of that, none of that even works.
00:55:39.039 --> 00:55:40.880
Keypad code, none of that.
00:55:41.039 --> 00:55:42.880
The flying monkeys are gangsters.
00:55:42.960 --> 00:55:47.440
They like, you know, thugs and villains with AI and computer experience.
00:55:47.599 --> 00:56:03.920
There's not an email they can hack into, there's not a social media account they can't hack into, your bank account they can't hack into, your security system at home, your IP address they're gonna hack into, knock your cameras offline, go in your house, get use that key cut, cut a key, make a key, and walk right into your damn house.
00:56:04.079 --> 00:56:06.639
You at work thinking your house locked up and secured.
00:56:06.880 --> 00:56:07.280
Not.
00:56:07.440 --> 00:56:11.039
I will come home from work, my house would be told up.
00:56:11.199 --> 00:56:14.960
They done went upstairs and pissed out and urinated all on my damn carpet.
00:56:15.119 --> 00:56:18.320
I come back downstairs, my furniture didn't been changed around.
00:56:18.480 --> 00:56:25.440
I got brand new Samsung appliances, they done took a key and the key of my damn brand new refrigerator,$2,200 refrigerator and stove.
00:56:25.599 --> 00:56:28.480
You know, when they get in your house, they finna tear some shit up.
00:56:28.559 --> 00:56:30.320
I got cigarette burns on my couches.
00:56:30.559 --> 00:56:31.280
We don't even smoke.
00:56:31.360 --> 00:56:36.000
I'm a non-smoking my husband's ex-husband, I mean ex-husband now, but my husband thinks neither one of us smoke.
00:56:36.079 --> 00:56:40.400
I'm like, how the hell I get cigarette burns in my damn friends, we don't even smoke, you know?
00:56:40.639 --> 00:56:48.559
And so that is a technique, a tactic that a lot of narcissists and predator men who prey upon women, that is what they're doing nowadays.
00:56:48.800 --> 00:56:52.320
So you don't even have to follow your ex-girlfriend or your baby mama around.
00:56:52.480 --> 00:56:54.880
You just send their ass out to do the dirty work for you.
00:56:55.039 --> 00:57:03.280
So it's four or five people stalking you all at one time, you know, and a lot of women here in the U.S., this is what they're being faced with.
00:57:03.440 --> 00:57:12.079
And so when I talk about it in my podcast, you know, and I mentioned when I had my book signing on this past Saturday, this is how women become depressed.
00:57:12.239 --> 00:57:17.519
You know, uh Tia Johnson had me on Channel 12 News last month here in Beaumont, Texas, and I mentioned that to her.
00:57:17.679 --> 00:57:20.159
This is how this is the mental abuse, the psychological abuse.
00:57:20.239 --> 00:57:26.320
This is how women become depressed and they become overwhelmed and they start developing anxiety because they're like, I know somebody's following me.
00:57:26.480 --> 00:57:28.000
I know somebody's been in my house.
00:57:28.239 --> 00:57:29.679
I know somebody's been in my car.
00:57:29.840 --> 00:57:30.960
I didn't leave this like this.
00:57:31.039 --> 00:57:32.079
Well, of course you know.
00:57:32.159 --> 00:57:34.719
You you live there just like I know, you know.
00:57:34.960 --> 00:57:37.679
So in situations like this, you say, Well, what can I do?
00:57:37.840 --> 00:57:39.840
How can I, how can how can I protect myself?
00:57:40.000 --> 00:57:41.440
How can I protect my my home?
00:57:41.599 --> 00:57:45.199
And I would tell people, hey, you're gonna have to go straight up old school.
00:57:45.440 --> 00:57:49.840
Straight up old school when you're dealing with this because it's it's this is all the technology.
00:57:50.079 --> 00:57:56.480
And you know, I know we live in a great country, you know, and and we have to keep our our our you know, we have to be on top of our game.
00:57:56.639 --> 00:58:01.519
Our technology has to be top-notch, like Korea, China, I get it, I do, okay?
00:58:01.920 --> 00:58:09.440
But sometimes too much information in the hands of the wrong person can be detrimental.
00:58:09.679 --> 00:58:22.639
Because if y'all, if if a person can cut a key and let them sell right into your house, and if they get a hold of your IP address or your password, okay, because when you set your security cameras up, everything is set up on a Wi-Fi content.
00:58:22.800 --> 00:58:28.960
Sure, you can get a battery-operated one, but I'm like, okay, well, you know what, let me go with a Wi-Fi because I'm not too sure about this battery.
00:58:29.039 --> 00:58:32.239
You know, we get a lot of rain down here in Southeast Texas or whatever.
00:58:32.480 --> 00:58:34.239
They can't hold that, okay?
00:58:34.400 --> 00:58:39.119
They can knock them cameras, they can go in basically and just stop the cameras from recording.
00:58:39.440 --> 00:58:44.159
Allow time for the flying monkeys to get in there, do what they need to do, and get out.
00:58:44.320 --> 00:58:51.920
Because once they gain access to your house, or once they've gained access to my house over the years, the first thing they've done is to set up security cameras, you know.
00:58:52.000 --> 00:59:00.880
And you can put a webcam and you know, curtain rods, you can put webcams in your kids' stuffed animals, you can put webcams and smoke detectors, light bulbs.
00:59:00.960 --> 00:59:06.800
It's you know, it's very, very, you know, not noticeable in places that you wouldn't really even think about.
00:59:06.880 --> 00:59:11.360
I mean, nobody's gonna be coming home checking their dirt and smoke detector or their kids' teddy bear on the bed.
00:59:11.519 --> 00:59:12.639
I mean, we don't have time for that.
00:59:12.719 --> 00:59:14.239
We're busy people in today's time.
00:59:14.320 --> 00:59:15.840
But you can have a webcam there.
00:59:16.000 --> 00:59:21.679
And then once they get eyes on you, shh, it's it's a no, it's it's really a no-win situation.
00:59:21.920 --> 00:59:25.599
Because now they know when you're coming and they know when you're coming and they know when you're going.
00:59:25.840 --> 00:59:31.039
You know, you leave your house, you lock everything up, you set your alarm, you know, you go to work, you're thinking everything's kosher.
00:59:31.199 --> 00:59:32.480
No, ma'am, it is not.
00:59:32.719 --> 00:59:33.840
They got a key.
00:59:34.000 --> 00:59:38.400
Okay, he's gonna deset the alarm, they're gonna set the alarm, go in, go in and tear your house.
00:59:38.480 --> 00:59:42.000
So when you get home, you're gonna walk in and things will not be the same.
00:59:42.079 --> 00:59:48.719
I have come home over the last 12 to 15 years and found my house in a disarray.
00:59:49.280 --> 00:59:50.880
Things were not where they were.
00:59:51.119 --> 00:59:58.159
I put my pillows on my bed and I would do certain things because when I started suspecting that people were getting in my house, but I couldn't pop it at the time.
00:59:58.320 --> 01:00:00.239
It didn't dawn on me back then.
01:00:00.559 --> 01:00:01.760
I would do certain things.
01:00:01.840 --> 01:00:07.360
Like when I would make my bed in the morning, I would put my pillows to the all my decorating pills, I would put them on the left side of the bed.
01:00:08.000 --> 01:00:11.840
Just to see if I come home and they're on the right side of the bed.
01:00:12.000 --> 01:00:15.360
Lo and damn behold, I come home, pillows on the right side of the bed.
01:00:15.519 --> 01:00:17.920
So I'm like, okay, somebody's getting in my house.
01:00:18.000 --> 01:00:20.159
But I'm still trying to figure out how.
01:00:20.639 --> 01:00:23.280
And so I don't know if you're familiar with this movie.
01:00:23.360 --> 01:00:28.239
Uh, years ago, it was a real good movie that came out called Sleeping with the Enemy with Julia Roberts.
01:00:28.480 --> 01:00:32.800
And uh I remember when I first, you know, you know, the movie first came out, I really, really loved it.
01:00:32.960 --> 01:00:48.719
And remember she had that narcissistic husband who um who liked to have the the can goods all had to be turned facing the labels where when you open up the cabinet, you could see the labels, and then the towels in the bathroom had to be all arranged and all lined up in a perfect order.
01:00:48.880 --> 01:00:54.800
Okay, well, see, when flying monkeys get in your house, all right, they're gonna they're gonna disrupt everything.
01:00:54.880 --> 01:01:00.079
Because it's the whole idea is to break you down and make you think you're losing your mind, that you're going crazy.
01:01:00.320 --> 01:01:05.119
So you'll come home and your tiles are not gonna be the way they were when you left.
01:01:05.440 --> 01:01:11.519
You come home and you're decorating pillars are not gonna be the way they're not gonna be arranged on your bed the way that they were.
01:01:11.599 --> 01:01:17.440
Now, they you know, that's how you mess with people's mind, and you be like, I thought I put my pillows over on the left side of the bed.
01:01:17.599 --> 01:01:20.400
You know how you arranged your damn bed when you left the house.
01:01:20.559 --> 01:01:20.880
Okay?
01:01:21.280 --> 01:01:25.519
So what I had to do throughout all of these years was document everything that happened.
01:01:25.760 --> 01:01:33.039
Came home from work at 4.35, walked in my house, refrigerator was open, milk was spoiled, meat was spoiled, fruit was spoiled.
01:01:33.280 --> 01:01:40.079
No, I left the refrigerator closed when I went to work this morning because I had cream in my coffee, locked my house up, came in my bedroom, my pillows were.
01:01:40.400 --> 01:01:42.239
I just started documenting everything.
01:01:42.480 --> 01:01:43.519
Everything.
01:01:43.760 --> 01:01:47.039
So when I would call the police, I would have documentation.
01:01:47.280 --> 01:01:51.920
Now, naturally, I didn't have any footage to show them, but I still had documentation.
01:01:52.079 --> 01:01:55.679
And I would let them know listen, y'all can do what y'all want to do.
01:01:55.840 --> 01:02:00.480
I'm calling y'all and I'm informing y'all that somebody's been in my house.
01:02:00.639 --> 01:02:02.159
Okay, I came home.
01:02:02.400 --> 01:02:06.800
This is what my house looked like when I came home, when I left for work this morning, this is what my house looked like.
01:02:06.960 --> 01:02:11.440
Take pictures, make a video because that's gonna be your proof.
01:02:11.599 --> 01:02:17.599
Because if you don't document it, take a picture of it or make a video of it ash, it never happened.
01:02:17.840 --> 01:02:37.360
Okay, your documentation is your proof because you're now developing a paper trail of all these events, of all of these circumstances and situations that are occurring, that are going on, you know, while you're at work or when you go, you know, out shopping or to the mall or to the grocery store, whatever you're doing, or whatever.
01:02:37.599 --> 01:02:41.280
These events are occurring while you're away from your home.
01:02:41.440 --> 01:02:43.280
Because think about it, let's get real.
01:02:43.440 --> 01:02:46.239
You're not gonna be dumb enough to fall up in my house when I'm there.
01:02:46.639 --> 01:02:49.599
Because if you do, then it'll be me and you, okay?
01:02:49.920 --> 01:02:55.599
Because I have a divine right to protect myself, okay?
01:02:55.840 --> 01:02:59.360
And that's exactly what I'm doing, you know, what I'm gonna do if you fall up in there.
01:02:59.440 --> 01:03:01.360
Now the police has already been notified.
01:03:01.440 --> 01:03:04.880
So wherever your ass falls up in there is where they're gonna find you, okay?
01:03:05.039 --> 01:03:12.400
Because you ain't got no business, first of all, even knowing where I stay because I did not give you that information, haven't talked to you in almost 30 years.
01:03:12.559 --> 01:03:21.199
So I'll I I I know you've done something illegal to find out where I'm at, but then to be dumb enough to come to my house and then break in my house when I'm here?
01:03:21.679 --> 01:03:23.360
Oh shit, come on now.
01:03:24.000 --> 01:03:25.599
Let's get real, you know.
01:03:25.840 --> 01:03:31.679
So I would encourage every woman out there, you know, if you're experiencing something like this, honey, you need to document everything.
01:03:32.000 --> 01:03:35.440
Take videos, take pictures, okay?
01:03:35.760 --> 01:03:41.440
Develop you a paper trail because when it all, you know, I don't wish this on anyone, okay?
01:03:41.679 --> 01:03:49.119
But if it all boils down to it, and somehow, somehow they manage to catch this fool, you got all your proof.
01:03:49.360 --> 01:03:52.639
You can sue his ass from here to the Himalayas, okay?
01:03:52.800 --> 01:03:55.280
Because you got your proof in your documentation.
01:03:55.599 --> 01:03:58.719
If not, you protect yourself, okay?
01:03:59.039 --> 01:04:06.880
Because that's the kind of world we live in, and that's what so many people, so many women here in the US are facing with Ash.
01:04:06.960 --> 01:04:10.719
And I was as I talked about on my podcast, this is what they're dealing with.
01:04:11.360 --> 01:04:15.440
And so that's this is the technology, and and this is where we are in 2026.
01:04:16.719 --> 01:04:24.159
And I want to before we go, um, I do want to let you shout out your podcast and um your book.
01:04:24.320 --> 01:04:26.719
But let me tell you, she is not lying.
01:04:26.960 --> 01:04:33.679
So I would say I've been contacting people on TikTok for at least maybe six months.
01:04:34.400 --> 01:04:39.760
And um until I contacted her, I didn't have a problem.
01:04:40.639 --> 01:04:51.679
She actually reached out to me another way, and that's how we were able to connect, but I didn't know that I had got uh my account restricted from messaging until she told me.
01:04:52.000 --> 01:05:03.920
So whoever, you know, her is after her was trying to stop her from telling her story on my podcast, basically, which was crazy.
01:05:04.480 --> 01:05:07.440
I end up getting a pill in it, and then they gave it back.
01:05:07.599 --> 01:05:12.480
They're like, okay, but yeah, until you told me, I was like, what are you talking about?
01:05:12.719 --> 01:05:15.280
And I actually looked and like, yep.
01:05:17.280 --> 01:05:23.840
And that's the technique, uh, you know, as I mentioned on my podcast, uh, that's the first thing that the flying monkeys are gonna do.
01:05:24.000 --> 01:05:33.760
If you have any type of social media platform, whether it be TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, that's the first thing that they're gonna do is go in and shut that down.
01:05:34.000 --> 01:05:48.960
Because the whole idea is to isolate you, to alienate you, to get you away from family, to get you away from friends, to get you away from resources of people or anyone out there that could possibly help you.
01:05:49.199 --> 01:05:51.360
They don't want you to get that help.
01:05:51.519 --> 01:05:54.000
You know, they don't want you reading out to the friends.
01:05:54.159 --> 01:05:59.519
They want to completely alienate you, isolate you so they can move in on you.
01:06:00.320 --> 01:07:32.559
possibly kill you yeah that that's so that's very that's that's what they do and that's where that's where we are so i would encourage people yes yes we all communicate online but ladies get your support group outside of online get with your local churches get with your you know your local libraries you know get with you some local support you know support groups because if they shut the computer systems down today and you don't have access to nothing then what you're gonna do you're still gonna be encountering this kind of situation so you want to always make sure that you have a support group it's okay to talk to people online don't get me wrong but face-to-face is the best kind of PR there ever is because you actually get to go in and talk with your minister or your pastor or your assistant pastor at your church or your you know a few of your church members and stuff y'all form a a small woman's group and you can go in and you can talk to them or you can go you know to a private counselor or a psychiatrist or whomever whatever whatever you have to do to make sure that you have the tools that you need do not rely on online support all the time because your computer systems your IP addresses your passwords these guys are professionals think about it if we can come up with a method to decode missiles that could fly from here to Russia you know damn we can come up with a method to hack into somebody's email Gmail Yahoo account that is that's that's two elementary and they're very good at what it is that they do.
01:07:32.719 --> 01:07:37.440
So that's the first thing that they're gonna do is attack your social media platform.
01:07:37.599 --> 01:07:42.079
So I myself all I have is a TikTok and all I have is YouTube.
01:07:42.480 --> 01:10:53.840
01:10:54.000 --> 01:11:49.039
