ABOUT THIS EPISODE
If you keep getting ghosted, this video is for you — and it's probably not the answer you're expecting.
In this episode, I'm breaking down the pattern of being pursued, falling for someone, and then watching them disappear — from a depth psychology and Jungian perspective. Because ghosting isn't just bad luck, and it isn't just "men being men" or "women being women." It's a message from your unconscious mind.
I share my own experience with this exact pattern, how it connects to childhood abandonment trauma, and why our psyche keeps recreating the same emotional architecture — even when we consciously want something completely different. We also get into repetition compulsion, projection, shadow work, and the mirror principle.
In this video:
- Why your psyche recruits people who will ghost you (and what it's trying to heal)
- The role of your earliest attachment experiences in your adult relationships
- Why you might be more emotionally unavailable than you think
- How your shadow plays out in the people you attract
- Reflection questions to map this pattern in your own life
- A guided Jungian active imagination visualization to access deeper wisdom around love and connection
This isn't about blame — yours or theirs. It's about recognizing that you are a co-creator of your relational patterns, which means you actually have the power to change them.
REBORN — my 12-week live program — is open for enrollment now. We go deep on attachment, the erotic imagination, the nervous system, the heart, and more
