Just as hope dwindles and the battle seems lost, the Queen of Worms arrives, raising every corpse on the field to fight for them, a moment that gave me chills. Back at the camp, Sunny helps a drained Cassie recover, leading to a deep dive into her memories where she interrogates a spy named Orum. Witnessing Orum’s past with a young Song Jiwon during the very first days of the Nightmare Spell was incredibly nostalgic, offering a rare look at the world’s beginning right before the screen fades on a haunting realization about the children born after the Spell descended.
