ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode, Jim shares some thoughts on the experience of feeling suicidal. My intention was to write something that might help if you feel like killing yourself. It's important to seek help, and you've probably heard that message before. Fear of losing control often put people off, so I wanted to write an article that could help when you feel like you can't reach out for help.
If you have felt suicidal or know someone who is, then please listen to this episode for some to think. We explore how to be patient, calm and understanding when being with someone who feels suicidal.
