ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this deeply expansive episode of SEEN, Kady sits down with bestselling author, podcast host, and spiritual teacher Melissa Ambrosini for a raw, honest conversation about confidence, self-worth, alignment, and what it really means to live - and build - in integrity with your soul.
Melissa takes us back to the moment her life cracked open: a serious health crisis, the loss of her career as a professional dancer, and a hospital-bed awakening that changed everything. From there, she shares how following intuition (not strategy) led to a wildly successful business - and why she later chose to walk away from it.
Together, Kady and Melissa explore the nuanced realities of growth:
Why forcing a strategy can quietly erode confidence.
How motherhood reshapes identity and self-worth.
What “true confidence” actually is - and why many women confuse it with ego or external validation.
And how learning to pivot without guilt might be the most self-trusting move you ever make.
This episode is for the woman who feels successful on paper… but knows something is misaligned underneath.
For the one questioning whether pushing harder is really the answer.
And for anyone ready to stop outsourcing their self-trust and start listening inward again.
