ABOUT THIS EPISODE
🎙️ S2 Ep9 – From Corporate to Construction + High-End Tiling Business
In this episode of The Scottish Interior Podcast, we’re joined by Pamela and Ross — a couple making serious moves in the construction space from two very different angles.
Pamela made the bold leap from corporate life to becoming a female founder in construction, now helping businesses win the right work through her company, Growth & Performance Solutions, while also championing women in the industry.
Ross is the man behind Rossco Tiling Specialists, known for delivering high-end tiling — from intricate patterns to large format installations — and now training the next generation through his academy.
We dive into career changes, building a business from scratch, the realities of both corporate and trade life, and how the construction and interiors world is evolving.
Hosted by interior designer Michele Logue and social media manager Declan Hattie, The Scottish Interior Podcast brings you real conversations, inspiring guests, and a good laugh — all centred around Scottish interiors, lifestyle, and the people shaping the industry.
