00:00:00
Speaker 1: KRFX HD two Denver, KHW Denver.
00:00:04
Speaker 2: They say six thirty KOW Denver's talk station, Niheart Radio station, guaranteed human.
00:00:12
Speaker 3: We see all the drug running, the children running, all of that stuff is mostly through the rural communities, and so this is not something we can just say, well, we.
00:00:20
Speaker 1: Hope it stays in Denver.
00:00:22
Speaker 3: That's because of our laws which are passed by our House and our Senate, and those are very intentional laws, because pedophilia runs through our House, our Senate, and our governor's office. I've been working with the FBI for three years now, FBI outside the state of Colorado, because I do not trust CBI, State Police or FBI in the state of Colorado.
00:00:46
Speaker 4: And I have very legitimate reasons why I know that, and I believe that. So I've been working with FBI and two other states because we are going to drop the boom the moment that I'm governor.
00:00:57
Speaker 3: We've actually been talking about maybe doing it before, but the moment I'm governor, We're gonna shut down the pedophile rings that are in the House, in the Senate, and in the governor's office.
00:01:12
Speaker 1: We know where.
00:01:14
Speaker 3: These are, we know who the people are, Okay, and it's gonna happen.
00:01:19
Speaker 5: Explosive allegations from Representative Scott Bottoms. He represents the fifteenth district in the state House. He of course is a prominent candidate for governor here in Colorado as well. And those comments were made in Colorado Springs and an event called Pints, Popcorn and.
00:01:34
Speaker 1: Patriots Joining Us now.
00:01:36
Speaker 5: Also a candidate of the Republican side for governor, Joel Oltman, Joe, your response to what you heard there from Representative Bottom saying, quote, pedophilia runs through our House, our Senate, and our governor's office unquote. And I will mention Scott came on this program and essentially didn't blink, didn't back away from those comments, further emphasize those and said that there's a lot more there where the smoke there's fire.
00:02:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think this is the they're there. We were talking about before.
00:02:05
Speaker 2: Absolute power corrupts absolutely and they've been in power for so long, you know, basically they've run the MUK for the last seven years in the state of Colorado, and it's become just one big criminal family. And so there's you know, there's there's some things that are going to come out in Colorado I'm not surprised by what he's saying. You can see even in the bills that they're passing to reduce the penalties for pedophiles in the state of Colorado down to probation, right, So they're they're doing everything they can to basically enact the ability for them to one groom children at the in the in the primary level, all the way up to allowing themselves to engage in bad behavior in their government offices.
00:02:48
Speaker 5: Now, that is certainly circumstantial evidence what you mentioned, and I talked about this with Representative Bottoms as well. These very curious bills are voting against stronger punishments the sentencing for sex offenders.
00:03:02
Speaker 1: And you're thinking, you know, the average person on the.
00:03:03
Speaker 5: Streets, Meaila, why are you What would you possibly be doing that for? This would be an explanation, But again, Johnny, these are very serious allegations that there would be a pedophile ring within the walls of the General Assembly, the House, the set at the Governor's office. The implication is that they're not only directly aware of it, but directly involved in it. Do you believe Representative Bonhams has a responsibility to provide that hard evidence that proof before.
00:03:30
Speaker 1: The election to kind of back up what he's saying. Well, let's let's let's talk about what signaling is.
00:03:37
Speaker 2: Right when you're when you're involved in having conversations with the FBI and with different organizations, there's a certain amount of signaling that they'll allow you to i mean loose lip sync ships, right, right, And so giving up that evidence you want to get people the opportunity to clam up. We obviously we have the Epstein files just got released. You know, we were talking before we went on the air about how loosely they would have these conversations with the convicted pedophiles, and they were friends with them, and they and you saw even the influence of you know Kavanaugh, that that you know, Epstein was having conversations with Brett Kavanaugh and that those conversations were being.
00:04:12
Speaker 1: Passed around all of a sudden.
00:04:13
Speaker 2: Brett Kavanaugh is the one that was actually nominated to sit on the Supreme Court. Now, I'm not saying that he's a bad guy. What I'm saying is is that there are power influences that are absolutely evil that have basically taken over the leadership not just in this state, but in other states. Around the country and we're finally trying to tear that from that grip. So I don't think you want to walk in and just, you know, throw all the evidence on the on the floor. I think you have to be very studious about it. I mean, look, Ryan, I put a pot I put a post up on Facebook on Saturday, and uh, you know, if I could read it to you, it got And I wrote this because I I know it. I know something's about to happen in a lot of different ways. This is not QAnon, this is not This is strictly me understanding the struggles based on fraudulent elections.
00:05:09
Speaker 1: Around the country.
00:05:10
Speaker 2: As a president, Trump pulled the invite for Jared Polis to the governor's banquet personally, personally did that.
00:05:15
Speaker 1: I don't know if you've heard about.
00:05:16
Speaker 2: That, Jared Polis, Phil weasel Wiser and the pig Janni grizz Water going to prison. Thank you for attention to this matter.
00:05:26
Speaker 1: You said that. Trump said that. I said that. You said that.
00:05:29
Speaker 2: I'm unapologetic about the people that have actually destroyed our state, that have seditiously taken away the rights of the people of Colorado and have done so with impunity, backed up by Erato judiciary that in fact, it is engaging in active lawfair against anyone in the state that stands up and speaks up. So I think that there's some things that are about to happen in Colorado, and I think it's going to shock the nation. And it's not just Colorado. You can see it happen in multiple states. I think George's kind of an indication or a signal again, signaling of what's going to happen next. And then we really have to look at, you know, how is that hard reset going to affect the general population? And I said this before when I was on your podcast on this show before. Democrats, Independence and Republicans are all unhappy. They all don't have a voice, and the laws are equally sucked for everyone. I think everyone's starting to realize that the leadership that we have today is more like a crime family than it is, you know, leadership of form by the people.
00:06:33
Speaker 5: He's a conservative firebrand, has his own podcast, is a candidate for governor on the Republican side. He can find out more about his campaign online Joe the Number four Governor dot com. Joe Oltman our guest and this article from Rocky Mountain Voice within the last week or so, as written by CJ. Garbo with guest commentary there, and is entitled Joe Oltman, Eric Komer and the War over Reality. It seems Joe, that there has been some momentum gained by you in this fight, and you've paid a heavy price for it. I'm talking in terms of your reputation. You've become persona non grata with a lot of the mainstream media. There are show hosts that will not have you on. I know that nine News constantly has made you a target as well, and we can talk about that if you'd like. The reason I like to have Joe on is not that I necessarily agree with everything Joe says, but I think what he says is important and newsworthy enough that if he comes on this program, the listeners in this audience are smart enough to make up.
00:07:31
Speaker 1: Their own minds.
00:07:32
Speaker 5: So that's where I come from as a premise as to why Joe's welcome on this program. But just give us that perspective, Joe, in that space again, of the price that you've paid for the things that you've said and the issues that you stood on. When it comes to election integrity. What's happened this article kind of pointing to it with Eric Komer, Who Eric Kuomer is and where everything stands right now.
00:07:54
Speaker 1: You know, I was vindicated a couple of weeks ago.
00:07:56
Speaker 2: President or excuse me, Eric Kumer had to admit that he let foreign coders into the source code four dominion voting systems in the office in Denver, that they were allowed to remotely access that source code. And you know, we've been talking about this for the last five years, and he's trying to distance himself. I sat in a deposition with him and Tampa, Florida and listened to him speak Coomer speak, and the more he spoke, the more he committed crimes, the more he lied. And you know, look, it's it's been a tough five years. It started on First of all, I'm a system architect. I have multiple tech companies. I've been in this community for the last thirty years. Before twenty twenty, no one said a bad word about me. I was just I was just a guy that literally gave back to the community. I sat on every board. I gave huge amounts of money, hundreds of thousands of dollars every year to help the most disadvantaged among us. Nobody ever called me anything other than I'd sit on a board and they'd laugh and say, oh, Joe, the token Christian Conservative, because most of those boards were left leaning, and so I tried to be an example for them on who I was. Twenty twenty came along, you know I was. I started an organization to get people in the community back the power to fight against what we now know is was an operation. I mean, if you can't look at what Fauci did or what the what the the uh this establishment did to throw off the rails everything having to do with the voice of the American people and whether it was the pandemic that was that was used or the you know, fraudient elections that were through the pandemic, they allowed themselves to inject more mail in ballots and do some crazy things that they continued on through twenty twenty two, twenty twenty four. You know that the whole being on the call with Komer and hey, don't worry about a Trump's not going to win. I made fing sure of it. That was That was the part where then I dove in and was able to experience whether or not the election systems were actually fraudulent.
00:09:56
Speaker 1: Where did Kumer make that comment you just said about.
00:09:58
Speaker 2: On a zoom call for antifa Antifa zoom call, and and look when it happened. At the time, I was looking for Antifa journalists, I wasn't looking for Eric Komer, you know. But when I was three days three days after the election, right, I was up elk hunting. I was literally on a mountain in Kuchara, Colorado with my friends and I was elk hunting and somebody sent me an article that and I read it and they're like, hey, check this out, and it said Eric Komer was the he was the spokesperson for Dominion Voting Systems, and it was in Georgia.
00:10:31
Speaker 1: And my heart sag because I was like, holy crap.
00:10:34
Speaker 2: I know, I researched him when he was on the call, and yeah, he worked for Dominion Voting Systems, same voice.
00:10:39
Speaker 1: Had a bunch of videos.
00:10:41
Speaker 2: And then I started I got into a social media I was able to get gain access to social media. Posted the Antifa manifesto one day after it was released overseas, anti Trump, you know, kill pigs, wanted to kill police officers that the USA. Yeah, I mean, I'm talking on a treasure trove of information about you.
00:11:02
Speaker 1: Scrub are deleted at any point.
00:11:04
Speaker 2: He deleted him after I came forward three days after that.
00:11:08
Speaker 1: See.
00:11:08
Speaker 2: See, the mainstream media has done everything they can to create this chaos. But if you actually spend the time going through what I did and what I've done over the last five years, it's impossible to think that what I did was lie. I didn't lie about anything. I've spent tens of millions of dollars. I gave up selling my company for over a quarter of a billion dollars. I'm a two time Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee. I was a finalist in twenty twenty. I was being groomed to sell my company to get back inside it. I mean, I have some of the coolest tech you're going to find, right. I gave up a lot, and not for advertising clicks. And this guy deleted everything. And by the way, I was able to trace him all the way back to the genesis to Venezuela. I mean, he was a drug addict that literally was facing a large prison sentence. In two thousand and five, smart Matic comes in buys out Sekoia voting systems in March two thousand and five. A month later, they hire a drugged out Eric Komer, who worked on small websites to be their chief architect for seventeen states and the District of Columbia and then Cephis in two thousand and six, had to get involved and forced a quoia to be sold because of what was happening in these elections in the seventeen states and in Chicago, Chicago municipal elections specifically. So I'm not sure people, I have so much information on Eric Komer, but I'm not the one that has it.
00:12:33
Speaker 5: So does Telsea Gabbard. Well, hold on, let's try to connect some dots here. Joe Oltman, our guest in studio, Joe the number four governor dot com. You can find out more. He is running for that office on the Republican side. So the timing of all this, and you mentioned Venezuela, Yeah, Nicholas Maduro is taken from that country to face charges here in America.
00:12:54
Speaker 1: He is jailed.
00:12:55
Speaker 5: Not long after that, we see the FBI raid the Fulton County offices there, and Telsea Gabber, the Director of National Intelligence, was a part of that mission.
00:13:06
Speaker 1: How do you connect those dots if at all.
00:13:09
Speaker 2: For five years, I've been working on the architecture and how the dominion voting systems, Yes and s, Smartmatic, clear ballot all are systems that were designed to defraud the American people in elections.
00:13:19
Speaker 1: How does it time to Venezuela if at all? It's that's the genesis.
00:13:23
Speaker 2: Look, they didn't just steal the elections in the United States in every area, at every level. And this is for people to understand, this is not a conspiracy theory. This is I'm a system architect. I have sat down with numerous people that are mathematicians, coders, real experts. Jeff Limberg, Ben Cotton, I mean these are Jeff Limberg was the head at San die eLabs. Like his whole job at sanda eLabs was to find infiltration, find systems that could be hacked and or manipulated. These are real experts. I sat down with people that thought that I was crazy, that are and I'm like, listen, let me show you all this stuff. And they're like, Joe, the elections are fraudulent, and I was like, no kidding. But the media has been standing up this gas lighting because they're afraid of the implications of having elections stolen for two decades. But if you checked, if you chase the genesis back, it's not just the elections in the United States, it's seventy one other nations.
00:14:19
Speaker 1: I mean, we have basically been doing this.
00:14:20
Speaker 2: And then you have to look at who the players inside of our own country, domestic terrorists basically that have stolen the voice of the American people. Look, elections are a way to it doesn't matter if you're a Democrat or Republican, doesn't matter. Right, Elections have a way of being able to sway back to normalcy.
00:14:38
Speaker 1: Right.
00:14:39
Speaker 2: Do you think anything that's happening in Colorado is normal? I think it's normal to go through some of the things that we're going through now. I mean, just being objective. I have lots of Democrat friends.
00:14:49
Speaker 5: What do you make of the dominion lawsuits that were settled by our competitor Salem. And there were some hosts over there who you may be familiar with that were cited in those lawsuits. Andy Corpron, Randy Carpron was one of them, for sure. What is your reaction to that? I mean, dominion they won those lawsuits. Well, it wasn't dominion, it was Eric Komer that sued Coom. Yeah, and they settled, right, correct, Clay Clark settled. I'm going to go down the line of people that settled. So I always say that if you don't have the appetite to support the truth all the way through a law fair deal, then your you're you're not real right, You're a paper tiger. And in Salem's case, like I still talked to Randy corpron On.
00:15:30
Speaker 1: Matt Dunn was the other host that was I think implicated in that.
00:15:33
Speaker 2: Yeah, so they made a decision to settle, not based on the facts, but based on the fact they didn't have an appetite to go through the case. And let's talk about Matt Mike Lindell. Mike Glendell was also sued by Coomer.
00:15:45
Speaker 1: Correct. We went to a trial.
00:15:46
Speaker 2: I sat on that I sat on that bench for two days giving testimony. If you go back and look at the jury instructions and how they ruled against Eric Cooper or against Mike Lindell. And this is what the new picks up because they have built this this idea that they can fraudulently represent what happened in that case. I was found to be non defammatory and I was found to be credible. I was the judge put her finger on the scales of justice and said, I find that that Mike Lindale did commit defamation per se. Okay, it's not her job. Her job was to hand it over to the jury and let the jury decide whether or not there was there was a finding of defamation. But she put her finger on the on the deal. The other thing is the Supreme Court ruled that in order to have defamation you have to have malice, right, Okay, it's a Supreme Court ruling. The box that said was there malice?
00:16:44
Speaker 1: There was.
00:16:45
Speaker 2: I find that there's malice committed inside of the Mike Lindell. His is, per se a defamation.
00:16:53
Speaker 1: Do you know what? They said? No malice.
00:16:56
Speaker 2: So you have a paper, you have a you have a judgment that's uncle collectible because it's not actually a finding of malice. So they came up with these numbers based on a calculation that they were given, and yet it's uncollectible because there is no finding of malice. So I'm fine to be credible because I didn't lie about anything, and that never got out that none of that stuff got out, Nor were the two days that I was on that. When I sat on that stand, I laid it all out for him, and Coomer's attorneys admitted there was a call, but Pinky swear he wasn't on it.
00:17:30
Speaker 5: But weren't you being was it fined on a daily basis because I wouldn't give up the Antifa kid, and I wouldn't give up the person that gave me access to the Facebook page.
00:17:40
Speaker 2: Ryan, Look, if you were to come to me and say, Joe, I witnessed a murder, right, and I happened to be across the street, and I saw it too, and you're telling me who the people are and who is involved in it. And I would come forward and I was like, yeah, this person murdered this person. Here's what I saw, right. But you were the one that gave me access to watch all the stuff happen. And I was like, listen, I, well, how did you know to be there? And I would say, I don't know, because somebody gave me access to it.
00:18:09
Speaker 1: Well what's his name?
00:18:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, And you're deathly afraid because the people there would actually kill you. And in the meantime, they're coming to my house trying to kill my family. They're going after my wife coming after my children. That's what happened in this case. I live in a house that has bulletproof class and thermal cameras. I have an AR fifteen next to my bed. I have a gun within ten feet anywhere in my house. Do you want to live that way? I don't think anybody would. So why would I give up an antifaic kid that doesn't have the same resources that I have, that doesn't have the same ability, doesn't have Or how about the person give me access to the Facebook posts?
00:18:39
Speaker 1: Right? Am?
00:18:40
Speaker 2: I supposed to give that person up so they can be ridiculed and actually destroyed.
00:18:44
Speaker 1: I mean, so I'm just built different. You were, Okay? I paid one hundred and sixty thousand dollars. That guy didn't get killed.
00:18:51
Speaker 5: Joeld and our guests, well, to take a break here, put a pin in this discussion. What will come right back to it. We're taking your calls too. Three zero three seven one three eight two two five five tax five seven seven three nine talkback on the iHeartRadio app. We'll get Joe's take on Tina Peters. That entire saga that's continuing to play out in real time, and this just breaking. We saw John Fetterman over the week and not a surprise saying that he favors voter ID and an embattled senator in a red state that we just mentioned, John Assoff, a Democrat, just today saying that he supports voter ID. So is that damn breaking for Chuck Schumer and the Democrats? Who why would they oppose mandatory government issued photo ID to participate in our elections. We'll get Joe's answer to that. We come back after this on Ryan Schuling Live. Best relationships require constant communication with someone who cares.

00:21:05
Speaker 5: And now everybody's favorite Democrat in Congress with another edition of Based Fetterman, Senator John Fetterman telling you like it is a little truth pill there for the Democrats, and now it appears Senator John Ossoff, Democrat Georgia, whose seat is on the line in this upcoming election.
00:21:20
Speaker 1: He may very well lose it.
00:21:22
Speaker 5: Coming out and say wait a minute, I support voter ID too, So you're picking them off one at a time. It's fifty three to forty seven by my account, that would be at least fifty five. Are their other Democrats in purple states that might go the way of the Republicans, And if so, if they get to sixty, that's a filibuster proof majority for the Save Act, which has to pass. John Thune has to stay on this as a top priority. This is nearly an eighty twenty issue that people doesn't matter. Like you said, the same people in Wisconsin, a purple state that voted in a liberal justice for their state Supreme Court, also voted in mandatory government issued photo ID to vote. And this from Sandy down in the Springs is a good point. And Joe Oltman live in studio, I want to get you to respond to this part of it. She goes, Okay, you're talking voter ID again. How do you prove you're a citizen since anyone will give anyone Since anyone in like a state of Colorado can get a license and it includes illegal aliens, so theoretically an illegal alien could get a driver's license present that to vote.
00:22:22
Speaker 1: What is your stance on that?
00:22:24
Speaker 2: I think we have a problem in all of the captured states. I think that you can't just have a voter ID. I think that the idea is, let's overhaul, as we don't have as Americans to have a conversation. And I think that the country has to be okay with whatever.
00:22:40
Speaker 1: The people choose.
00:22:41
Speaker 2: So if the people choose to their own demise to elect radicals like you have in Colorado or in California and some or Washington or Oregon, so be it. But the voter ID is only one piece of this. You also have to have, you know, no mail in ballots. And everybody's like, well, it's convenient. Well, voting was never meant to be convenient. It was meant to be a sacrifice of your voice that you get to go and you get to know voice where you think the direction of the state should go. So and the Safe Act has all of those those provisions in.
00:23:12
Speaker 5: A world And this again from an earlier report CBS Colorado Channel four here locally in Denver, Sean Boyd in her sit down conversation with Governor Jared Poulis surprised.
00:23:24
Speaker 1: Her with this. There's one area that.
00:23:27
Speaker 7: I'm disappointed in what we could have I got done as governor. It's healthcare, and well, we have a long litty of achievements in healthcare. We cannot fix it as a state.
00:23:34
Speaker 8: And he says President Trump isn't helping cutting funding to Colorado. After Poulis refused to transfer former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters to a federal prison where Trump could pardon her, Paula says he is considering clemency.
00:23:48
Speaker 1: He got a sentence that was harsh. It was a nine year sentence.
00:23:51
Speaker 7: So we always look at people's sentences, and when you have people that are elderly, and we're looking at this across a number of people, people at our seventies and our eighties in our system, how much of a threat of society are there? And how do we balance that in a way that, you know, make sure that they can spend their last few years at home.
00:24:06
Speaker 5: Joe, having studied Jared Polis for eight years, I know there's there's always got to be a political or personal calculation here that benefits him.
00:24:14
Speaker 1: So why do you think he's offering this up now?
00:24:18
Speaker 2: And what do you make of it? You know, there's a lot of pressure being put on Jared Polis. You have the removal of space force from Colorado to have that sort of you know, ripped out of the state. You have them, you know, denying them federal funds for emergencies that were happening, and call the fire in Colorado.
00:24:38
Speaker 1: And it's going to get much, much, much.
00:24:40
Speaker 2: Worse because at this point Jared Polis is now just trying to figure out a way that he can negotiate himself out of a hole.
00:24:47
Speaker 1: And I don't think it's possible.
00:24:48
Speaker 2: I think that Jared Polis has spent the last eight years doing some real harm and drifting and stealing money from the people of Colorado. There's a case that if you're listeners want to go look it up. It is a Christopher Gregory case and he's a whistleblower spent over twenty years inside of the judiciary, and it blew the whistle of over fifteen million dollars, the initial one being two point seven million dollars in bribes that were paid. It encompasses the Colordo Supreme Court justices a lack of reporting. It is a results in Melissa Hart stepping down as a Supreme Court color of Supreme Court justice. But if you look into that case, it is it is a stark reminder of what happens when you have no checks and balances and you have people like Jared Poulis and Phil Wiser running things, and so it's going it's gonna get worse for it gets better.
00:25:36
Speaker 5: At is one party rule summed up nicely there by Joel Oltman are in studio. Guests, you've got a question for him. You can shoot it at five seven, seven three nine, also by phone three zero three seven one three eight two five five and we go there now, Johnny in Denver, a question for Joel Oltman here on Ryan Schuling Live.
00:25:52
Speaker 1: Johnny, welcome, and.
00:25:54
Speaker 9: Don't forget five million dollars. It's not coming in Colorado for these schooling so that's all being cut out of Colorado as well. Joe, Okay, I'm not in a small district here in Denver. Two times there was a black female Republican that was in office the same watch as I'm running four in twenty.
00:26:19
Speaker 1: Fourteen, I ran twice.
00:26:22
Speaker 9: And is it a coincidence when you get four thousand, four hundred fifty one.
00:26:28
Speaker 1: Votes each time or that just happens? No, I mean what I got. Yeah, I don't understand that.
00:26:38
Speaker 2: So I usually understand that the systems across the board at every level can be manipulated and stolen at will. And people say, well, how to President Trump win? Will two things happen? One he was it was too big to rig. You didn't know how many defections you would have from the Democrat Party or the Independence. And there was also something you guys don't know that I probably won't shed too much light on it, but there was an interference of people that were injecting ballots and influencing the election overseas that are directly tied to dominion voting systems as well. That was stopped. So it was stopped midday on election day in twenty twenty four. So no, it's not a coincidence. And this is the part where you know they say that, well, Republican won this officer, Republican won that office. Look, the amount of betrayal that we have is not just singular to the Democrat Party. It's a machine, it's an apparatus, and it's the has versus the have nots. And so you weren't their chosen candidate, probably because you stood up and wanted to support the people of your community. You talk too much about listening to your constituents and that's typically what happens.
00:27:42
Speaker 9: Yeah, and also being a black guy. I ran as a Republican and I swished when I I mean I bought it Republican during Reagan and when Trump came in there, and I was in New York at the time at that time where he came down and announced, I said, that's my guy.
00:27:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, and I swished. Yeah.
00:28:00
Speaker 2: So I met with three hundred Democrats and Independence just last week and we sat down and they wanted to eat me like a meat sandwich when we first started. And by the by the end of it, you know, we were doing some great things collectively because I let them speak. They want to be on a stage. I didn't want to be on the stage. I made everybody turn their chairs towards each other, and I just started asking questions. Whether there for an hour and a half. I was there four hours. So look, I grew up. I grew up in the hood. My family's inter racial. I know it in the Washington, DC area, by the way, so in an area that's you know, much different than it is here. And so President Trump represented something completely different. He represented the idea that we could get rid of this this lack of voice that we have both black, brown, white, didn't matter. We're all left behind. And so I think that what you're talking about, President Trump, it resonated with a large majority, and when you have elections that are stolen it at such rapid rate at every level. We saw it happened Douglas County for the school board. It's hard to ignore. It's hard to ignore, you know, the the details and then the evidence. But the Democrats are always saying, will show me your proof, show me your proof, while also telling you don't get access to anything. You have access to cast flow records. Trust is trust is trust this we got it all handled. And then the Republicans they're just as much complicit in the betrayal of the people in the community as the Democrats are. So that you know it's what you're saying to me is not You probably have family members that feel the same way.
00:29:34
Speaker 1: Johnny in Denver, Thanks for that.
00:29:35
Speaker 5: Called Joe Oltman and studio will wrap up with his assessment of where the governor's race stands right now. He is a candidate in it on the Republican side. This is Ryan Schuling Live. Five good minutes to close out today's program. With Joe Oltman, Republican candidate for governor here in the state of Colorado, you'd be considered a dark horse. I mentioned the major candidates earlier in a conversation with Representative Scott Bottoms.
00:29:59
Speaker 1: He would be one of the them.
00:30:00
Speaker 5: Senator Barb Kirkmeyer, Jason Mike Sel fits into that category.
00:30:03
Speaker 1: He's been everywhere in the state, as well as.
00:30:05
Speaker 5: The sheriff of Teller County and Victor Marx, who is fundraised a really high amount out raising I think all the other candidates combined. So that's where he stands in stat Taking a very different approach in terms of strategy. He's been avoiding every single forum that I've seen in which he's been invited to participate in or any kind of debate as well, basically saying he's raised the most money, he's the presumptive nominee, he's the front runner. He doesn't need to go on a stage with the likes of kirk Meyer, Bottoms, Mike Sel or my guest in studio, Joe Oltman. How would you assess that, Joe, and where would you say the state of the race is right now?
00:30:41
Speaker 1: I think that.
00:30:44
Speaker 2: Karl marsh will not I'm sorry Victor marsh will not end up being a candidate for governor. And you know, I joke around a little bit about that, but here's a guy that basically called over thirty counties and told them not to let me speak, not to be on the debate stage. You know, that was disappointing to start with. But if you look at the record that Victor Marx has, it's a very problematic environment for himself. And it's two things have happened. One, he's going to petition onto the ballots. He doesn't actually care what the caucus or the Assembly says. So the representatives of the people that are Republican he's going to bypass that.
00:31:18
Speaker 1: So was Kirkmeyer.
00:31:19
Speaker 2: The only people that are going to allow the people to put them on the ballot is myself, Scott Bottoms, and Jason A.
00:31:28
Speaker 1: Mixel.
00:31:29
Speaker 2: So I think that Victor's got a lot of questions that he asked to overcome. He can't really answer any questions. In other words, he shows up, talks a lot about himself. Yeah, he knows how to take a gun away out of somebody's hand and a dog and pony show. But when it comes to the issues again, I went and met with him before I got into this race. I thought he could be the guy. And when I sat down with him for fifty minutes, I got nothing from him other than, you know, pleasantries about himself. So I'm more interested in what people are going to for the people of Colorado, not.
00:32:02
Speaker 1: In this race.
00:32:03
Speaker 5: Let me bring up because I'm going to connect the dots and name names as to what I believe is happening here with Victor Marx and that he is basically hiding behind this thiss a iss. Yeah, and that is Darcy Shanning, who you and I both know you are on good terms with. His allegation and assertion as to why he will not share a debate stage with you and perhaps maybe the other candidates, is that you and Darcy are colluding. She is feeding you information, she is working for you, and that she has defamed Victor's daughter, and therefore he is not going to be on a stage where that's happening. He's going to protect the dignity and integrity of his daughter and therefore is just not willing to engage in debate with you or anybody else on that stage.
00:32:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't want to have a conversation about his family. The fact that he would say that I would attack anybody's family is absolutely absurd. It's absurd, it borders law. It's defamatory. But I'm used to it. I've been dealing with it for the last five years. Darcy is her own person. I have had conversations with Darcy where I'm like, hey, Darcy, let's just lighten up a little bit. But she's She's a truth she Once she gets a bone in her in her mouth, she doesn't let go of it. She is She's not work for me. She volunteers, she does great work. And look, I don't have to agree with everything that she believes. But when there's smoke, there's fire. And when you start digging into some of the things that she's been able to uncover, not related to his his daughter, by the way, but other people and other things that the assertions that Victor's made that are just fabricated. And if you dig even deeper on Victor Marx, he said he had a level three brain level three brain trauma right right scale one to four that doesn't exist. That scale doesn't exist. And if you had a level three, if you wanted to go on the scale that they would have for the for the VA. It's it's much more complicated than just a one through four. But he also studies bipolar. He also said he killed someone a seven years old. He also said last month that he saved forty three people. Well, I know that process of how you'd have to report that to the state Department and other organizations, and it's not true.
00:34:04
Speaker 1: He's an email fraudster.
00:34:06
Speaker 2: And look, I'm not going to back away from that because the more I dig into it, and the more I have conversations with people both overseas and here, the more it starts to create this puzzle where he's this elusive character that makes up stories.
00:34:20
Speaker 5: In the final half minute that we have, what do you think is the real reason why Victor Marx won't debate you or anybody else in their publican party.
00:34:27
Speaker 2: He doesn't have the intelligence to talk intelligently about what's happening in Colorado. I don't believe. I think he's like Joe Biden two point zero. Now he could prove me wrong. He could get on the debate stage. And by the way, I will agree not to show up if you'll actually have a debate with other people. So people can see how he can react to different situations, but the reality of it is this, he doesn't feel like he's beholden to the people. He keeps telling him he's raised all this money, and in reality, if money's an indication, by the way, I could fund the entire campaign myself and never take a dollar from anyone.
00:35:00
Speaker 1: Joe number four governor dot com
00:18:51
