ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Inspired by Marie Curie’s quote, “Be less curious about people and more curious about ideas,” I reflect on the seasons where I find myself overly focused on other people’s lives — and what that usually reveals about me. I’ve noticed that the more disconnected I am from my own work, growth, and creativity, the more distracted I become by everyone else.
This is a short, honest conversation about attention, production, distraction, and learning to return your focus back to yourself.
