00:00:00.760 --> 00:00:04.000
On February twenty fourth, twenty twenty five, sixteen year old
2
00:00:04.080 --> 00:00:07.599
Miranda Corset was reported missing. Police launched a search for
3
00:00:07.639 --> 00:00:11.119
the teen. Later that week, Saint Petersburg Police got a
4
00:00:11.160 --> 00:00:13.800
tip from a witness who insisted that Miranda had been
5
00:00:13.880 --> 00:00:18.440
kidnapped and murdered by someone she met online. Investigators discovered
6
00:00:18.440 --> 00:00:21.480
that Miranda recently met thirty five year old Stephen Gress
7
00:00:21.480 --> 00:00:24.719
on grinder, going over to his home on February fourteenth.
8
00:00:25.440 --> 00:00:27.920
The next day, she returned to his home and was
9
00:00:27.920 --> 00:00:31.600
never seen again. The witness also provided photos that Gress
10
00:00:31.640 --> 00:00:34.799
had sent them of Miranda bruised and bloody. Please locate
11
00:00:34.840 --> 00:00:38.039
Gress in jail where he's being held on unrelated charges.
12
00:00:38.520 --> 00:00:53.799
They questioned him about what happened to mirandas.
13
00:00:49.200 --> 00:00:53.079
No hold on before a utah, agay, before you say anything.
14
00:00:54.320 --> 00:00:58.200

15
00:00:58.240 --> 00:01:00.000
appoint an attorney to you?
16
00:01:01.039 --> 00:01:03.159

17
00:01:03.159 --> 00:01:03.719

00:01:18.480 --> 00:01:19.920
because I've never read you your rights when I come
24
00:01:19.959 --> 00:01:21.719
in before, because I didn't have many charges.
25
00:01:21.439 --> 00:01:23.879

Alright, I got I got questions I gotta go through here.
34
00:02:07.439 --> 00:02:09.439
It may seem undane to you, but they're very important
35
00:02:09.479 --> 00:02:10.240
to the attorneys.
36
00:02:10.439 --> 00:02:11.759
Kay uh.
37
00:02:11.840 --> 00:02:14.360
Are you under the influence of any prescription drugs? Those

00:02:14.479 --> 00:02:19.439
or any alcohol? No siry, any illegal drugs?

00:02:20.159 --> 00:02:25.599
No cert? What's the last grade he completed in school?
40
00:02:26.560 --> 00:02:30.680
Kind of ged? What I can against Tom? Kay? Right? Okay?
41
00:02:31.240 --> 00:02:36.520
And can you read isert? Can you write isort? Can
42
00:02:36.520 --> 00:02:42.159
you hear? Okay? You have the right to remain silent.
43
00:02:42.439 --> 00:02:43.199
Do you understand?
44
00:02:43.360 --> 00:02:43.680
Yesert?
45
00:02:46.240 --> 00:02:48.240
Anything you say can't walby is against you in a
46
00:02:48.280 --> 00:02:51.840
court of law. Do you understand to desert you have
47
00:02:51.879 --> 00:02:53.759
the right to talk to a lawyer or have him
48
00:02:53.800 --> 00:02:56.120
or her present with you while you're being questioned. Do
49
00:02:56.159 --> 00:03:00.680
you understand, Gert, if you cannot afford higher than the
50
00:03:00.759 --> 00:03:02.960
t a lawyer, one will be a pointed to represent you.
51
00:03:03.080 --> 00:03:06.840
Do you understand? Yes? Sir? You can decide at.
52
00:03:06.759 --> 00:03:09.039
Any time to exercise these ranks, and I'll answer any
53
00:03:09.120 --> 00:03:09.639
questions or.
54
00:03:09.560 --> 00:03:13.319
Make any statements. Do you understand yes? Or okay? Do
55
00:03:13.360 --> 00:03:15.319
you understand each of these ranks that I just explained
56
00:03:15.360 --> 00:03:19.479
to you? Yes? Or and having these rights in mind,
57
00:03:19.520 --> 00:03:25.759
do you wish to talk to his now? Yes? Or right?
58
00:03:31.000 --> 00:03:31.240
Alright?
59
00:03:31.280 --> 00:03:35.960
I'm I'm here for you. This was never supposed to happen,
60
00:03:37.479 --> 00:03:40.919
never was supposed to happen. What wasn't supposed to happen.
61
00:03:40.960 --> 00:03:45.159
This girl was never supposed to be in this situation.
62
00:03:46.080 --> 00:03:48.599
This girl was never supposed to be ess So I
63
00:03:48.719 --> 00:03:50.240
met her off the grind rap, which is like a
64
00:03:50.240 --> 00:03:52.599
gay hook up site. And I don't know what a
65
00:03:52.639 --> 00:03:54.960
sixteen year old girl is doing on a adult hook
66
00:03:55.039 --> 00:03:55.439
up sites.
67
00:03:55.520 --> 00:03:56.479
I guess it's irrelevant.
68
00:03:57.479 --> 00:03:59.759
She told me she was twenty at first, and then
69
00:03:59.840 --> 00:04:03.080
l came out afterwards. That she was sixteen, which really
70
00:04:03.159 --> 00:04:05.560
hadn't No, it didn't mean anything to me. Her age
71
00:04:05.560 --> 00:04:07.400
meant nothing. I there's one thing that she did to me,
72
00:04:07.639 --> 00:04:09.759
and that was just one thing I was trying to resolve.
73
00:04:09.960 --> 00:04:13.879
She stole a gold ring of mind. What about a overdoses?
74
00:04:14.039 --> 00:04:16.720
That must be Michelle's way of trying to cover her
75
00:04:16.800 --> 00:04:19.120
part up in something, cause there there was no overdose
76
00:04:19.160 --> 00:04:20.800
in any there was nothing like that was involved.
77
00:04:21.480 --> 00:04:24.959
So I've been picked the girl up the date of
78
00:04:25.040 --> 00:04:26.399
my certain this is this is all.
79
00:04:26.439 --> 00:04:29.319
This is very recently, within within the last month. And
80
00:04:29.480 --> 00:04:32.279
so I picked the girl up from a uh a hook.
81
00:04:32.120 --> 00:04:35.519
Up on the ground rack. Her name was Randa on there, yeah,
82
00:04:35.519 --> 00:04:37.279
and when when when about that might have been?
83
00:04:37.360 --> 00:04:39.439
I mean, everything's on the cell phone. If you wanna
84
00:04:39.439 --> 00:04:41.879
pull up cell phone information that everything you wants on
85
00:04:41.879 --> 00:04:43.240
the cell phone, it is not is on the on
86
00:04:43.319 --> 00:04:44.959
your cell phone, on my cell phone, you can find
87
00:04:44.959 --> 00:04:45.160
it all.
88
00:04:45.279 --> 00:04:46.959
Yes, er okay, Well hold on a second.
89
00:04:47.000 --> 00:04:50.680
So her name was Randa, her name was Miranda, but
90
00:04:50.800 --> 00:04:52.199
she went by her profile.
91
00:04:51.879 --> 00:04:55.439
Name was Randa rin Da right, okay, and that's on
92
00:04:55.519 --> 00:04:58.319
brainder right okay, And this.
93
00:04:58.480 --> 00:05:00.560
We'll be able to see this on your phone. Yes, sir,
94
00:05:01.079 --> 00:05:02.879
what's your pass code for your phone? It's just a
95
00:05:03.000 --> 00:05:05.800
z a z oh. Okay's supposed to yeah, but on.
96
00:05:05.839 --> 00:05:08.079
That phone, that phone is no longer here.
97
00:05:08.360 --> 00:05:10.639
I spassed out after what happened. You know what I'm saying.
98
00:05:10.680 --> 00:05:12.199
I I'll take you through the whole thing of what
99
00:05:12.240 --> 00:05:12.680
happened to do it.
100
00:05:12.720 --> 00:05:15.439
You can just see it's so so you met random
101
00:05:15.759 --> 00:05:16.759
right on the grind draft.
102
00:05:16.839 --> 00:05:18.680
Okay, but you don't know what day that was though,
103
00:05:18.920 --> 00:05:20.279
Uh it was.
104
00:05:21.600 --> 00:05:24.199
I wanna say it was a Sunday.
105
00:05:24.879 --> 00:05:26.639
It was a stepping rat. So it's a Sunday that
106
00:05:26.720 --> 00:05:30.839
this happened. And then I seen her the day two
107
00:05:30.879 --> 00:05:33.000
days prior to that, I seen her th for the
108
00:05:33.000 --> 00:05:34.680
first time. I picked her up.
109
00:05:34.720 --> 00:05:37.199
We went home, hung out. I dropped her back off.
110
00:05:37.560 --> 00:05:40.600
It was fine, nothing, nothing, know, no issues. Two days
111
00:05:40.639 --> 00:05:43.360
passed by, she's me up, says, don't wanna hang out?
112
00:05:43.439 --> 00:05:46.040
Okay, cool. I picked her up. This is where the
113
00:05:46.040 --> 00:05:46.600
issue starts.
114
00:05:46.639 --> 00:05:48.839
Where'd you I picked her up in front of her
115
00:05:48.879 --> 00:05:50.920
not in front of her grandma's house. But I didn't
116
00:05:50.920 --> 00:05:53.920
know exactly which house was her grandmother's house. I just knew,
117
00:05:54.240 --> 00:05:55.959
like you know, if you put a GPA. You put
118
00:05:56.000 --> 00:05:58.839
it advers in GPS. It's it like before you get
119
00:05:58.879 --> 00:06:00.480
to the actual spot, it'll be like you arrived to
120
00:06:00.480 --> 00:06:03.079
your destination, but you're you're like another house or two
121
00:06:03.160 --> 00:06:03.680
away from it.
122
00:06:03.680 --> 00:06:07.120
That's how it was in Golf Court. You know what
123
00:06:07.560 --> 00:06:09.959
the most was off it's I don't remember what he
124
00:06:10.040 --> 00:06:10.399
dress was.
125
00:06:10.439 --> 00:06:13.000
I know it was off of UH fifty eighth fifty
126
00:06:13.040 --> 00:06:15.240
eighth street in golf Coort.
127
00:06:15.240 --> 00:06:17.959
There's a there's a school there. Yeah, there's a school
128
00:06:17.959 --> 00:06:20.480
in the area. High school. Yeah, I don't know what
129
00:06:20.519 --> 00:06:22.439
kind of school is, just a school. Yeah, let's go
130
00:06:22.600 --> 00:06:26.319
to Okay, Yeah, alright. So I picked her up from UH.
131
00:06:26.360 --> 00:06:28.519
From there, I'm sure you can see my car UH
132
00:06:28.800 --> 00:06:29.160
coming to.
133
00:06:29.199 --> 00:06:32.000
A stop somewhere near her her house. And whenever she
134
00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:33.439
came to my car was always at an angle. So
135
00:06:33.439 --> 00:06:34.720
I know I didn't stop right in front of the
136
00:06:34.720 --> 00:06:37.680
grandmother's house, but I stopped in front of in in
137
00:06:37.720 --> 00:06:38.720
the area for her to pick up.
138
00:06:38.920 --> 00:06:41.800
So I picked her up. We went back home with chilling.
139
00:06:41.959 --> 00:06:43.279
I bought hers. I bought her some food.
140
00:06:43.519 --> 00:06:45.480
She's a real picky eater, I guess, so I bought
141
00:06:45.480 --> 00:06:48.560
her a smoothie from the UH wall wall, and uh,
142
00:06:48.600 --> 00:06:51.480
my ring, which is in property right now, was given
143
00:06:51.519 --> 00:06:55.439
back to me by Michelle. This Michelle, do you know
144
00:06:55.480 --> 00:06:59.079
where Michelle is? You need to pick Michelle. You pick
145
00:06:59.120 --> 00:07:01.199
Michelle up, okay, And there can be this can be
146
00:07:01.240 --> 00:07:04.680
confirmed by Pam mkay cause she's a She confessed it
147
00:07:04.720 --> 00:07:06.560
to UH in front of Pan.
148
00:07:06.839 --> 00:07:08.519
And the reasoning for it was was worth. But she
149
00:07:08.560 --> 00:07:09.600
confessed it in front of Pan.
150
00:07:10.279 --> 00:07:14.600
So so sh my ring comes up missing.
151
00:07:15.560 --> 00:07:18.120
And on the same day you picked her up, the
152
00:07:18.120 --> 00:07:19.639
same day I pick her up. It was just us
153
00:07:19.680 --> 00:07:21.759
two in the room. Pam was in the other room.
154
00:07:21.839 --> 00:07:23.720
She PAMs got her own room in there, and us too.
155
00:07:23.720 --> 00:07:26.000
Who you and Mariana and Miranda were the only two
156
00:07:26.000 --> 00:07:28.120
in the room. Which room the living room which I
157
00:07:28.120 --> 00:07:29.360
made my bedroom in the.
158
00:07:29.360 --> 00:07:31.439
Of that house, the living downstairs apartment.
159
00:07:31.560 --> 00:07:36.160
Yes that twenty seven, yes, sir, oh twenty seventh, yesirt okay, ysert.
160
00:07:36.839 --> 00:07:39.399
So uh, in the process of me ordering food for her,
161
00:07:39.600 --> 00:07:41.720
my ring comes up missing. It was a little bit
162
00:07:41.720 --> 00:07:43.680
too big for my pinky, so it could slide off,
163
00:07:43.720 --> 00:07:46.199
if if, if, whatever, it could just slide off. And
164
00:07:46.319 --> 00:07:47.839
I know I remember when uh, when I wanted to
165
00:07:47.839 --> 00:07:49.480
get off off the bed I supported my weight on
166
00:07:49.519 --> 00:07:51.439
the bed to gohet the doors for the food, and
167
00:07:51.439 --> 00:07:52.040
and I that's.
168
00:07:51.879 --> 00:07:53.560
Where my ring is slid off. To that my rings
169
00:07:53.560 --> 00:07:54.800
slid off on the bed right.
170
00:07:54.959 --> 00:07:57.360
So as I'm eating my food, I'm realizing my ring's
171
00:07:57.360 --> 00:07:59.120
not on my fingers. So I'm like, I go, I
172
00:07:59.120 --> 00:08:02.000
searched the whole immediate area. My Ring's not there.
173
00:08:02.160 --> 00:08:02.959
I she stole.
174
00:08:03.079 --> 00:08:06.639
Miranda stole my ring. Miranda's Miranda stole my ring. So
175
00:08:06.680 --> 00:08:08.920
I'm telling her, Man, like, look, there's nobody else here.
176
00:08:09.240 --> 00:08:11.879
I know, you know, it's nice. It's a nice ring.
177
00:08:12.279 --> 00:08:13.920
You might want it, but it's not yours.
178
00:08:14.040 --> 00:08:14.920
It's just giving back.
179
00:08:15.399 --> 00:08:17.959
I go in with this for a whole twenty four hours,
180
00:08:19.600 --> 00:08:21.720
and I'm telling her like, hey man, d my fault
181
00:08:21.720 --> 00:08:23.759
in this is that I would not let her leave
182
00:08:23.839 --> 00:08:24.959
without giving me my ring back.
183
00:08:25.959 --> 00:08:27.160
How did you keep her from leaving?
184
00:08:27.360 --> 00:08:29.319
I j I. I just told her that she couldn't leave.
185
00:08:29.399 --> 00:08:31.319
I didn't restrain her, I didn't do anything. I didn't
186
00:08:31.360 --> 00:08:32.759
do anything to her. I just say, hey, man, just
187
00:08:32.759 --> 00:08:33.240
please give me.
188
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:33.679
My ring back.
189
00:08:33.759 --> 00:08:34.320
You know what I'm saying.
190
00:08:34.320 --> 00:08:35.759
But she wasn't free to get out and walk out
191
00:08:35.799 --> 00:08:36.039
the door.
192
00:08:36.039 --> 00:08:38.320
I mean if if she would've tried I I don't
193
00:08:38.320 --> 00:08:39.360
know if I would have stopped her or not.
194
00:08:39.879 --> 00:08:42.000
Everything was purf wh everything was bravado at this part
195
00:08:42.000 --> 00:08:42.279
of the time.
196
00:08:42.320 --> 00:08:44.279
It's like I'm I'm just I'm telling her and I'm
197
00:08:44.320 --> 00:08:46.440
hoping that I'm able to just scare her to give me.
198
00:08:46.360 --> 00:08:46.919
In my ring back.
199
00:08:48.159 --> 00:08:50.919
So I called it Michelle to help me to see
200
00:08:50.919 --> 00:08:52.639
if Michelle will help me get the ring back from her,
201
00:08:52.679 --> 00:08:55.639
like to they have a a a female a female
202
00:08:55.679 --> 00:08:58.200
connection or something that anything I could use to try
203
00:08:58.240 --> 00:08:59.480
to get her to give me my ring back.
204
00:09:00.279 --> 00:09:01.879
So all thist on text message as well.
205
00:09:01.960 --> 00:09:04.279
So I thought, I sorry, text Michelle on Facebook messenger
206
00:09:04.279 --> 00:09:05.919
and I'm like, hey man, we was this girl over
207
00:09:05.919 --> 00:09:06.480
here stole my ring?
208
00:09:06.480 --> 00:09:08.559
Will you please tell me get my ring back? So
209
00:09:08.600 --> 00:09:10.399
she agrees and comes over. You know, she comes over
210
00:09:10.440 --> 00:09:11.000
there and stuff.
211
00:09:11.080 --> 00:09:13.000
And the first thing she does when she gets there
212
00:09:13.080 --> 00:09:15.759
was looks for my ring in the house. And I'm
213
00:09:15.759 --> 00:09:18.480
cool with that because I swarm my ring back. So
214
00:09:18.559 --> 00:09:20.080
as soon as I get my ring back soon as this,
215
00:09:20.320 --> 00:09:24.600
you can just be done. So she she finds my
216
00:09:24.759 --> 00:09:27.399
ring and she doesn't tell me she finds my ring,
217
00:09:27.720 --> 00:09:29.519
and how I know that is because she gave me
218
00:09:29.559 --> 00:09:31.919
my ring back after it's all this is setting done,
219
00:09:32.240 --> 00:09:34.559
and Pam was there when she found my ring in
220
00:09:34.600 --> 00:09:36.960
my car. My ring was never in my car. It
221
00:09:37.000 --> 00:09:39.720
never was in my car. She never went to outside
222
00:09:39.840 --> 00:09:42.559
to to put it in my car. Michelle found my
223
00:09:42.639 --> 00:09:44.960
ring that she stole. So I don't know this at
224
00:09:44.960 --> 00:09:46.960
the time. Michelle doesn't tell me at the time. So
225
00:09:47.000 --> 00:09:48.559
now this drags on for a week.
226
00:09:49.039 --> 00:09:50.279
Mm, it drags on for a week.
227
00:09:50.360 --> 00:09:53.159
Wait, so so let let's let's so you've got this
228
00:09:53.240 --> 00:09:54.840
girl in your house for an entire.
229
00:09:54.759 --> 00:09:55.320
Ring a week.
230
00:09:56.200 --> 00:09:57.039
Were you feeding her?
231
00:09:57.159 --> 00:09:57.360
Yes?
232
00:09:58.159 --> 00:10:00.960
Were you beating her? If I was, I lumped her up, yes,
233
00:10:01.320 --> 00:10:03.679
I hear I saw at first.
234
00:10:03.799 --> 00:10:05.320
It took me a while before I put my hands
235
00:10:05.320 --> 00:10:08.600
on her, Like, I really tried everything I could possibly
236
00:10:08.639 --> 00:10:12.080
do to get my ring back, like what like pleading
237
00:10:12.120 --> 00:10:14.919
with her, telling her man like, this stuff is important
238
00:10:14.960 --> 00:10:16.639
to me. I just got out of prison for doing
239
00:10:16.679 --> 00:10:19.399
thirteen years. I've just started having my own stuff for myself.
240
00:10:19.399 --> 00:10:21.960
This stuff means something to me, Man, I just started
241
00:10:22.000 --> 00:10:24.960
having my own It means something to me. I was
242
00:10:25.039 --> 00:10:27.080
not willing to take a loss on my ring when
243
00:10:27.320 --> 00:10:29.320
she stole it. And you can damn well get it
244
00:10:29.320 --> 00:10:32.320
back to me. And I'm telling her, like, please, let's
245
00:10:32.399 --> 00:10:34.879
let's use this as a as a learning experience. Let's
246
00:10:34.879 --> 00:10:39.159
do profounds. Yes, so she's wearing clothes. You patted her down,
247
00:10:39.200 --> 00:10:40.159
you couldn't find the ring.
248
00:10:40.320 --> 00:10:42.480
I even bought a metal detector. Where do you think
249
00:10:42.519 --> 00:10:43.120
she was hiding that?
250
00:10:43.279 --> 00:10:45.000
I thought she either swallowed it or put it up
251
00:10:45.000 --> 00:10:46.919
inside of her, or she had it hidden somewhere else.
252
00:10:47.840 --> 00:10:50.399
I knew she had it, and she was she was
253
00:10:50.480 --> 00:10:55.000
disrespecting me and mocking me the whole time. Miranda is
254
00:10:55.039 --> 00:10:58.440
to me, Yeah, like I just couldn't. I couldn't fathom.
255
00:10:58.440 --> 00:10:59.559
Why would you steal somebody?
256
00:11:00.240 --> 00:11:02.159
Monkey? She's she just like this. She said she got
257
00:11:02.159 --> 00:11:02.960
it from her grandma.
258
00:11:03.039 --> 00:11:04.919
And she said she'll be like, I'll be like, man,
259
00:11:04.960 --> 00:11:07.120
please please give me my ring, please, man, plead it.
260
00:11:07.120 --> 00:11:09.159
She be like, She'll just be like this to me
261
00:11:09.279 --> 00:11:11.279
like this. She wouldn't this, She be like this. She's
262
00:11:11.320 --> 00:11:13.679
just like she you mean, like she might have been
263
00:11:13.720 --> 00:11:16.440
shaking in fear. No, suse, that's what you look like
264
00:11:16.440 --> 00:11:17.440
when you do that, right.
265
00:11:17.559 --> 00:11:19.799
But she But when I think of as sixteen year
266
00:11:19.840 --> 00:11:23.519
old girl shaking like this, that's not that's fear.
267
00:11:25.440 --> 00:11:25.960
Michelle.
268
00:11:27.720 --> 00:11:29.879
Michelle would be whispering to her, and I'd be like,
269
00:11:29.960 --> 00:11:31.080
why are you guys whispering?
270
00:11:31.120 --> 00:11:31.879
What are you trying to hide?
271
00:11:31.919 --> 00:11:32.080
For me?
272
00:11:32.519 --> 00:11:35.919
What is Why would you possibly be whispering amongst yourselves
273
00:11:36.039 --> 00:11:38.440
to not want to be heard by me. There's something
274
00:11:38.440 --> 00:11:41.559
that they had going on. And Michelle also has the
275
00:11:41.559 --> 00:11:44.519
girl's iPhone. The girl had an iPhone, and I told Michelle,
276
00:11:44.559 --> 00:11:46.759
I said, hey, man, go hide this underneath the trash
277
00:11:46.799 --> 00:11:49.360
can at a gas station somewhere, just so it doesn't
278
00:11:49.440 --> 00:11:52.000
j in case somebody came looking for it. It wouldn't lead
279
00:11:52.000 --> 00:11:54.480
her to my house and it, and it would prevent
280
00:11:54.519 --> 00:11:57.200
me from getting my ring back. That's my My fault
281
00:11:57.279 --> 00:11:59.240
is is I'm my greed for my ring.
282
00:11:59.399 --> 00:12:00.360
Okay.
283
00:12:00.799 --> 00:12:04.759
Another important information is I've seen Miranda on Valentine's Day.
284
00:12:04.759 --> 00:12:05.960
That's to give you. That's to it.
285
00:12:06.200 --> 00:12:07.879
We'll be able to give you a date. The first
286
00:12:07.879 --> 00:12:10.600
time I seen Miranda was on Valentine's Day. Michelle was
287
00:12:10.639 --> 00:12:13.399
upset that I chose Miranda over her on Valentine's Day.
288
00:12:13.840 --> 00:12:15.679
So I think that's where her motive came from, to
289
00:12:15.840 --> 00:12:18.679
had her spite from Miranda. That came from this and
290
00:12:19.759 --> 00:12:21.559
so they're having secret conversations.
291
00:12:22.279 --> 00:12:23.360
I don't know what they're saying.
292
00:12:25.240 --> 00:12:25.919
She took her ring.
293
00:12:26.039 --> 00:12:28.519
She said she threw it in a gutter. She said
294
00:12:28.519 --> 00:12:30.480
she threw it in the gutter, Uh, down the street.
295
00:12:30.840 --> 00:12:33.440
I asked her afterwards if she would able to take
296
00:12:33.519 --> 00:12:37.399
us to the gut. M Michelle, Michelle, I believe. I
297
00:12:37.440 --> 00:12:39.159
believe that she did not throw.
298
00:12:39.000 --> 00:12:39.519
It in the gutter.
299
00:12:39.559 --> 00:12:41.559
Though, I believe that she kept her eye on because
300
00:12:41.559 --> 00:12:44.759
Michelle has a she has a a long history of stealing.
301
00:12:45.080 --> 00:12:46.879
Okay, she's not as we're we're getting my U.
302
00:12:46.960 --> 00:12:48.679
We're kind of we're kind of running out lab trail
303
00:12:48.679 --> 00:12:51.799
as So, so let's talk about let's talk about Miranda
304
00:12:51.919 --> 00:12:54.519
in the shake Heath. Okay, and she so you had
305
00:12:54.559 --> 00:12:56.279
her in your house for how long it was up
306
00:12:56.320 --> 00:12:56.639
til a week?
307
00:12:56.720 --> 00:12:58.240
It was it was a week. It was a week
308
00:12:58.559 --> 00:13:00.360
in the house a week for a week. You wouldn't
309
00:13:00.399 --> 00:13:03.200
let her leave. I told her she was and you
310
00:13:03.279 --> 00:13:08.200
thought that she was mocking you, like shaking. It wasn't
311
00:13:08.240 --> 00:13:09.480
just shaking that she would be doing.
312
00:13:09.679 --> 00:13:11.720
She would also be saying stuff to me like what
313
00:13:11.919 --> 00:13:16.720
like she would be saying, uh, she would say and
314
00:13:16.759 --> 00:13:19.360
she never seen it, and then she said, oh, I
315
00:13:19.440 --> 00:13:21.759
know it's outside for a fact, that it's over here outside.
316
00:13:22.039 --> 00:13:24.240
And then she'd say that she hadn't seen it again,
317
00:13:24.440 --> 00:13:26.120
and then she'd say, oh, wait, I remember it's in
318
00:13:26.120 --> 00:13:28.039
the kitchen over here, and then she say it was
319
00:13:28.080 --> 00:13:30.200
in the bathroom over there, and then she told me
320
00:13:30.279 --> 00:13:31.480
it was behind the behind.
321
00:13:31.279 --> 00:13:32.120
The mirror over here.
322
00:13:32.440 --> 00:13:35.440
She led me through this like, I don't know why.
323
00:13:35.639 --> 00:13:39.600
I don't know why somebody in this position would with disrespect.
324
00:13:39.200 --> 00:13:40.799
How else did you search her?
325
00:13:41.120 --> 00:13:42.919
I searched her with a medal attender, and I stuck
326
00:13:42.960 --> 00:13:44.919
my fingers up purple and upper.
327
00:13:46.720 --> 00:13:49.759
I'm telling you the truth, man, I'm telling you the truth,
328
00:13:51.320 --> 00:13:53.320
all right. I was. I was dedicated to get my
329
00:13:53.399 --> 00:13:53.759
ring back.
330
00:13:53.840 --> 00:13:56.759
I just I called the same Pete police department and
331
00:13:56.799 --> 00:13:58.639
I said, hey, man, this girl has my ring man,
332
00:13:58.639 --> 00:13:59.480
she stole my ring man.
333
00:13:59.480 --> 00:14:01.360
Can you guys come assist me to get my ring back.
334
00:14:01.519 --> 00:14:03.360
They told me that I was in no position. I
335
00:14:03.440 --> 00:14:06.080
was not legally allowed to search her, and the police
336
00:14:06.240 --> 00:14:07.879
was not gonna come over there and search her, and
337
00:14:07.960 --> 00:14:09.440
all I could do was fillow a police report.
338
00:14:10.240 --> 00:14:12.879
So she was a police officer came to your house and.
339
00:14:13.159 --> 00:14:15.399
Called the police department. And that's what the operator dispatch
340
00:14:15.480 --> 00:14:15.759
told me.
341
00:14:15.799 --> 00:14:17.919
When did you call the police a.
342
00:14:17.919 --> 00:14:20.120
Day or two or three after I already had it?
343
00:14:20.399 --> 00:14:21.519
Maybe it was like two days.
344
00:14:21.320 --> 00:14:23.080
After I had What phone number did you call from
345
00:14:23.120 --> 00:14:25.000
the phone? That was myself one at the time? The
346
00:14:25.080 --> 00:14:27.279
number it was it was six to it was seven
347
00:14:27.320 --> 00:14:33.120
to seven? Was there was the phone? And you called
348
00:14:33.159 --> 00:14:35.960
the Saint Pete police from Y called non emergency. Then
349
00:14:36.000 --> 00:14:36.399
I called.
350
00:14:36.960 --> 00:14:38.840
I called, you know, googled Saint Pete Police department and
351
00:14:39.000 --> 00:14:40.679
they got the phone number up there with the with
352
00:14:40.840 --> 00:14:45.279
the directions website share all the and they got the call.
353
00:14:46.080 --> 00:14:49.960
So you called, I called the Saint Police department. Somebody
354
00:14:50.200 --> 00:14:51.440
the dispatcher told you.
355
00:14:51.639 --> 00:14:54.519
They told me, I told her that my my metal
356
00:14:54.519 --> 00:14:57.559
detector is going off in her in her private area,
357
00:14:57.679 --> 00:14:59.320
and that I think the girl had my ring up
358
00:14:59.360 --> 00:15:02.480
her privates and could somebody please come out here to
359
00:15:02.639 --> 00:15:04.720
help her treat my rank is what I told you.
360
00:15:06.799 --> 00:15:08.480
And the lady told me that I had no legal
361
00:15:08.559 --> 00:15:09.320
right to search her.
362
00:15:09.519 --> 00:15:13.799
You don't, I understand, but I mean, I'm surprised that
363
00:15:13.799 --> 00:15:16.320
we would tell you something like that. Well, I mean
364
00:15:16.360 --> 00:15:20.480
that it's just okay, let's keep going. Okay, all right,
365
00:15:20.559 --> 00:15:24.200
So so you searched her, you digitally picked her, you
366
00:15:24.240 --> 00:15:28.600
put your fingers, yes, yes, yes, I didn't.
367
00:15:28.679 --> 00:15:30.639
Yes, I needed to find the ring. Didn't find it,
368
00:15:33.039 --> 00:15:34.159
all right? So what happened?
369
00:15:34.240 --> 00:15:36.240
So this she's still telling me that she she's still
370
00:15:36.279 --> 00:15:38.519
telling me that it's over here, it's over there, she's
371
00:15:39.039 --> 00:15:40.720
at one time, she says that she thinks.
372
00:15:40.440 --> 00:15:41.080
Michelle has it.
373
00:15:41.759 --> 00:15:44.120
When I relate the information to Michelle, Michelle come in
374
00:15:44.120 --> 00:15:44.960
there and beat her up.
375
00:15:45.519 --> 00:15:48.000
Michelle's hitting a girl harder than me. You know what
376
00:15:48.039 --> 00:15:48.360
I'm saying.
377
00:15:48.360 --> 00:15:50.799
I'm hitting a girl with open palms that Michelle's hitting
378
00:15:50.799 --> 00:15:51.639
her clothes, the girl.
379
00:15:52.039 --> 00:15:56.080
When you stuck your fingers in her, The girl resists, No,
380
00:15:56.200 --> 00:15:57.039
she was that scared of you.
381
00:15:57.320 --> 00:15:59.360
She she was scared of Michelle.
382
00:15:59.840 --> 00:16:00.799
She was scared of the show.
383
00:16:01.840 --> 00:16:02.399
Scared of me too.
384
00:16:02.440 --> 00:16:05.919
She's gotta be how can she not be scared of you? Right?
385
00:16:06.759 --> 00:16:11.240
She's ninety pounds yet, but she's still sing me? What
386
00:16:11.279 --> 00:16:13.960
was she really? Yes, sir, are you sure you weren't
387
00:16:14.039 --> 00:16:14.799
just imagining?
388
00:16:14.919 --> 00:16:15.080
Now?
389
00:16:15.240 --> 00:16:17.799
Because what was she saying? That? She's telling me that
390
00:16:17.879 --> 00:16:18.480
she doesn't care?
391
00:16:18.559 --> 00:16:20.559
I said I had rank coming up, I have I
392
00:16:20.559 --> 00:16:22.000
had one week left to get my ring up. She
393
00:16:22.039 --> 00:16:24.000
says she doesn't care. I said, you don't care if
394
00:16:24.000 --> 00:16:25.600
I'm gonna be going on the streets like you don't
395
00:16:25.600 --> 00:16:28.200
care about like my my, like my house, everything that
396
00:16:28.279 --> 00:16:30.519
I have going for me. You don't care that this
397
00:16:30.600 --> 00:16:32.279
is going to be lost because I'm over here focusing
398
00:16:32.320 --> 00:16:34.720
on you, trying to get my ring back. And she
399
00:16:34.759 --> 00:16:36.519
would tell me, no, she doesn't care, and then she'd
400
00:16:36.600 --> 00:16:39.159
be like this to me. She'd do like this, it's
401
00:16:39.240 --> 00:16:41.200
not a shake, it's it's it's a taunt. She would
402
00:16:41.200 --> 00:16:41.840
talk me like this.
403
00:16:42.159 --> 00:16:43.960
I don't know what that is. She said, she got
404
00:16:43.840 --> 00:16:45.399
her grandma doesn't taunt me.
405
00:16:45.600 --> 00:16:47.639
I don't understand me because she's not giving you.
406
00:16:47.840 --> 00:16:50.240
Because she's not giving me my ring back. It's a tunt,
407
00:16:50.279 --> 00:16:50.960
you know what I'm saying.
408
00:16:52.240 --> 00:16:58.799
Okay, so, so, so with so with you being taunted,
409
00:17:00.320 --> 00:17:02.200
you already beat her up. You said you lumped her up.
410
00:17:02.360 --> 00:17:07.279
I already digitally her. You've already basically raked her, a
411
00:17:07.359 --> 00:17:09.240
sixteen year old girl. And so you think that this
412
00:17:09.359 --> 00:17:14.440
sixteen year old girl who sixteen is taunting you. I
413
00:17:14.519 --> 00:17:16.960
just don't get it. But okay, well, let's keep going ahead.
414
00:17:17.160 --> 00:17:19.680
So then Michelle comes over and beats her up. Michelle
415
00:17:19.720 --> 00:17:20.559
is already over there.
416
00:17:21.119 --> 00:17:23.599
Michelle is already over there for for the whole time.
417
00:17:23.680 --> 00:17:26.960
I called Michelle immediately. Okay, So Michelle has been over there.
418
00:17:26.960 --> 00:17:29.599
Where was Pam in her room? Pam's are where? What's
419
00:17:29.640 --> 00:17:32.599
going on to Pam's Pam? If anything, Pam's guilty because
420
00:17:32.599 --> 00:17:35.279
Pam could have reported this before it got to this point,
421
00:17:35.400 --> 00:17:39.240
what this was been going on. Pam's a sweetheart. Pam
422
00:17:39.279 --> 00:17:40.839
does not deserve to be in any trouble for this.
423
00:17:41.240 --> 00:17:45.200
She doesn't it. It's unfortunate for people. Okay, all right,
424
00:17:45.240 --> 00:17:49.839
all right, keep going. So where are we at? Well,
425
00:17:49.839 --> 00:17:51.839
that's what I'm asking you. You've you've got this girl
426
00:17:51.880 --> 00:17:55.079
in your house, you're torturing her, You've beat her up,
427
00:17:55.119 --> 00:17:57.720
you've raked her. You've got it. I didn't should I
428
00:17:57.720 --> 00:18:00.960
did not in the state of Florida. Sticking this inside
429
00:18:01.039 --> 00:18:05.559
somebody else's body is okay, that's so be it, man,
430
00:18:05.880 --> 00:18:08.480
it is. I'm just telling you the letter of the long.
431
00:18:08.559 --> 00:18:11.799
Okay, you stick something else inside of somebe else's body,
432
00:18:12.000 --> 00:18:16.960
that's okay. So I'm sorry, but that's what it was.
433
00:18:17.720 --> 00:18:20.039
Whether whether what the intention was or not? Okay, okay,
434
00:18:20.400 --> 00:18:23.599
So then Michelle comes and starts doing with you, and
435
00:18:24.240 --> 00:18:25.119
how long does this go on?
436
00:18:25.319 --> 00:18:26.240
This goes on for a week.
437
00:18:27.759 --> 00:18:29.440
This was on for a week, man, but not not
438
00:18:29.480 --> 00:18:31.200
the not the I only searched it one time.
439
00:18:31.640 --> 00:18:33.720
I'll only searched it one time. Like she didn't have anything.
440
00:18:33.759 --> 00:18:35.799
That's sobeit No, I'm waiting for her to shut so
441
00:18:35.880 --> 00:18:37.839
you know what I'm saying, Like I'm waiting for any
442
00:18:37.920 --> 00:18:39.960
injury that I caused her. I'm going to CBS and
443
00:18:40.000 --> 00:18:42.039
I'm buying her medication for what.
444
00:18:41.960 --> 00:18:43.039
Kind of medication whatever?
445
00:18:43.160 --> 00:18:45.960
She needs, some sore throat medication some Uh, why would
446
00:18:46.000 --> 00:18:47.400
she have a sword throat?
447
00:18:48.000 --> 00:18:51.960
What did you stick something down her throat? Why would
448
00:18:52.000 --> 00:18:54.559
she needs sore throat medication? Then? From whatever injuries?
449
00:18:56.400 --> 00:18:57.839
And I'm getting one hunted with you, man, I just
450
00:18:57.880 --> 00:19:00.279
told you. I just told you some file like I'm
451
00:19:00.279 --> 00:19:02.119
being one hundred if you Man, I'm not trying to
452
00:19:02.119 --> 00:19:04.400
deflect blame on anybody else. I'm not trying to pin
453
00:19:04.440 --> 00:19:07.279
anything on anybody else. I own up to what I
454
00:19:07.359 --> 00:19:11.319
what I did. I'm not trying to defend or deflect
455
00:19:11.440 --> 00:19:12.359
on anybody else.
456
00:19:12.440 --> 00:19:12.640
Man.
457
00:19:13.519 --> 00:19:16.160
Michelle has Michelle has more of this than I do.
458
00:19:17.160 --> 00:19:19.000
And I'm going that I'm knowing that that's telling her
459
00:19:19.000 --> 00:19:20.400
you can't even till you get my ring back.
460
00:19:20.720 --> 00:19:23.400
Michelle's causing all the big blows.
461
00:19:24.079 --> 00:19:26.519
I'm not letting anything bad enough happen to the girl
462
00:19:26.519 --> 00:19:28.160
that I can't just let her go home after a
463
00:19:28.160 --> 00:19:31.160
couple of days healing up. I just wanted my ring back, dude,
464
00:19:31.279 --> 00:19:33.200
I just wanted my ring back.
465
00:19:33.279 --> 00:19:38.079
That's it. Okay, Michelle's got some shit going on.
466
00:19:38.759 --> 00:19:40.839
Nothing's happened to the girl to where she can't heal
467
00:19:40.880 --> 00:19:42.119
up in a couple of days and go home.
468
00:19:42.920 --> 00:19:44.960
That's on me. I'm making sure of it, you know
469
00:19:45.000 --> 00:19:47.039
what I'm saying. But the girl had she said she.
470
00:19:47.039 --> 00:19:50.119
Had some kind of a disease where she bruised really easy,
471
00:19:50.680 --> 00:19:51.599
and she was really thin.
472
00:19:51.759 --> 00:19:57.440
She was delicate, you know what I'm saying. You know
473
00:19:57.480 --> 00:19:59.200
what I'm saying. That's how delicate the girl is.
474
00:19:59.319 --> 00:20:01.640
So with that mind, like, I'm making sure I don't
475
00:20:01.680 --> 00:20:03.400
do anything to the girl that's gonna make.
476
00:20:03.279 --> 00:20:05.920
Sure that she can't give shit back and she can't
477
00:20:05.960 --> 00:20:07.720
just go home in a couple of days after healing up.
478
00:20:07.759 --> 00:20:10.880
That was that was my goal was to do whatever
479
00:20:11.079 --> 00:20:13.480
so she gave me ship back. Let her heal up,
480
00:20:13.720 --> 00:20:15.680
go home. I'm telling her this will be a learning
481
00:20:15.720 --> 00:20:18.519
experience for everybody. You shouldn't be going inside of people's house.
482
00:20:18.559 --> 00:20:19.880
You don't know steel ship Man.
483
00:20:19.960 --> 00:20:21.920
That's what that's my whole thing was. That was my
484
00:20:21.960 --> 00:20:23.759
whole thing. Michelle.
485
00:20:24.039 --> 00:20:28.480
It was more her her spite for not taking her
486
00:20:28.480 --> 00:20:30.960
off for Valentine's Day, as penny as it sounds, man,
487
00:20:31.319 --> 00:20:35.400
that's that's that's what I bring from it. So Michelle,
488
00:20:36.039 --> 00:20:38.640
Michelle had marine the whole time. Gay she said she
489
00:20:38.759 --> 00:20:42.119
found it in my car after the fact, so Pam
490
00:20:42.160 --> 00:20:45.119
can confirm all this after the fact that she had died.
491
00:20:45.880 --> 00:20:47.000
Michelle had killed the girl.
492
00:20:47.000 --> 00:20:51.720
Man's Stephen Gress gives please his version of how Miranda died.
493
00:20:55.039 --> 00:20:57.880
I told her no three times on the seventh day
494
00:20:58.119 --> 00:20:59.720
the Girl Final, and she's like, I got it, I
495
00:20:59.720 --> 00:21:00.680
got I'm tryna not.
496
00:21:00.759 --> 00:21:01.480
That's what she tells me.
497
00:21:01.599 --> 00:21:03.759
She doesn't even have the ring. Michelle's got the ring.
498
00:21:04.440 --> 00:21:07.480
So they w whatever they were whispering about. Michelle did
499
00:21:07.480 --> 00:21:09.640
not want to come out. You know what I'm saying
500
00:21:09.680 --> 00:21:11.359
that that's the only sense that I can make of it.
501
00:21:11.599 --> 00:21:13.599
Michelle didn't want whatever they were whispering to come out.
502
00:21:13.799 --> 00:21:16.200
I think the girl gave Michelle her cell phone information
503
00:21:16.240 --> 00:21:17.559
to be able to access her cell.
504
00:21:17.400 --> 00:21:19.400
Phone as well. I believe miche.
505
00:21:19.480 --> 00:21:21.319
I don't believe Michelle would have thrown the girl's eyePhone
506
00:21:21.319 --> 00:21:23.960
down the dream. I believe she has that girl's cell
507
00:21:23.960 --> 00:21:25.240
phone somewhere right now.
508
00:21:25.359 --> 00:21:28.799
She has When did she die? She died on the
509
00:21:28.960 --> 00:21:31.359
seventh day, So she died.
510
00:21:32.759 --> 00:21:35.279
If Easter was what whatever day Easter is, you take,
511
00:21:35.880 --> 00:21:40.440
take that and eastern Valentine's So, I'm sorry Valentine's Day.
512
00:21:40.440 --> 00:21:43.519
I'm sorry Valentine's Day. So valent what March fourteenth is
513
00:21:43.599 --> 00:21:44.960
Valentine's Day? Or February fourteen?
514
00:21:44.960 --> 00:21:47.039
It is Valentine's Day. So if they, if.
515
00:21:47.000 --> 00:21:49.079
They gonna be fair to say that she probably passed
516
00:21:49.119 --> 00:21:51.359
away on the twenty first.
517
00:21:51.279 --> 00:21:56.279
Ish of Fibruary of February, and then what did you do?
518
00:21:56.839 --> 00:21:57.039
Then?
519
00:21:57.319 --> 00:21:58.759
Now here's my part in it.
520
00:21:58.759 --> 00:22:01.160
That's gonna fee up more or anything else. This is
521
00:22:01.200 --> 00:22:06.039
my partner. So after the girl's stopper kame as soon
522
00:22:06.079 --> 00:22:07.480
as I seen Rochelle.
523
00:22:07.079 --> 00:22:10.680
Rapple Gress gives a more detailed account of his claims
524
00:22:10.680 --> 00:22:15.000
about how Miranda's murder unfolded. According to his version of events,
525
00:22:15.039 --> 00:22:17.759
his girlfriend Michelle Brands, took a ball from a pool
526
00:22:17.759 --> 00:22:19.960
table in the backyard, put it in a sock, and
527
00:22:20.000 --> 00:22:22.759
shoved it down Miranda's throat, and then wrapped her face
528
00:22:22.799 --> 00:22:25.880
in plastic wrap. Gress stated that he told Brands not
529
00:22:25.960 --> 00:22:29.240
to cover Miranda's nose, but Brands did, and he couldn't
530
00:22:29.279 --> 00:22:31.160
get to Miranda quick enough to poke holes in the
531
00:22:31.160 --> 00:22:35.119
plastic before she died. While Gress denies it, please believe
532
00:22:35.119 --> 00:22:38.160
he moved Miranda's body to another house, where he dismembered
533
00:22:38.160 --> 00:22:40.359
her and disposed of her remains in a dumpster.
534
00:22:42.240 --> 00:22:43.640
She's telling me that she has my ring.
535
00:22:45.519 --> 00:22:47.480
So she went from all this, She didn't have it,
536
00:22:47.519 --> 00:22:49.039
she never seen it till now all of a sudden
537
00:22:49.079 --> 00:22:50.960
she has it, till all of a sudden it's over here,
538
00:22:51.000 --> 00:22:51.799
or then it's over there.
539
00:22:51.920 --> 00:22:54.880
It's getting frustrated. She's doing like this to me. She
540
00:22:54.960 --> 00:22:59.039
s me, it's I hate this.
541
00:22:59.200 --> 00:23:03.200
For a long time and still was very very I
542
00:23:03.279 --> 00:23:06.480
was very cautious on how I dealt with her. And
543
00:23:06.519 --> 00:23:09.440
I'm eating all this same I'm eating all this frustration.
544
00:23:10.119 --> 00:23:11.200
I'm getting frustrated.
545
00:23:11.200 --> 00:23:14.400
Man's she's telling me all types of she's not getting
546
00:23:14.440 --> 00:23:15.599
my I know she.
547
00:23:15.640 --> 00:23:18.759
Has it, Like I just I can't believe it's happening.
548
00:23:19.000 --> 00:23:21.759
And the whole time, I'm still restrained from what I
549
00:23:21.759 --> 00:23:22.119
did to.
550
00:23:22.079 --> 00:23:22.839
It, you know what I'm saying.
551
00:23:24.079 --> 00:23:27.359
Grass provides further details about how Miranda was tortured over
552
00:23:27.359 --> 00:23:28.960
the days she was held hostage.
553
00:23:31.920 --> 00:23:33.240
That's how I got this stuff in the first place,
554
00:23:33.240 --> 00:23:34.240
because Angel barbacort.
555
00:23:34.759 --> 00:23:37.880
So I'm telling Angel, telling my mom, sending the pictures
556
00:23:37.920 --> 00:23:41.079
of them lumped up, and I'm like, man, look man,
557
00:23:41.160 --> 00:23:43.279
like she stole my ring. Man, she stole my ring.
558
00:23:43.319 --> 00:23:45.160
She's not giving it back. I need my ring back.
559
00:23:45.200 --> 00:23:47.960
I can't possibly move forward without this without my ring.
560
00:23:48.119 --> 00:23:49.960
Like I just could not take a l my ring
561
00:23:50.079 --> 00:23:54.160
like that. I just couldn't. So there's that kind of
562
00:23:54.200 --> 00:23:57.160
evidence right there that yes, you sent Angels the one
563
00:23:57.200 --> 00:23:59.799
who about you the room. Yes, and you sent pictures
564
00:24:00.160 --> 00:24:04.599
of her sold. So Angel has those pictures. Yes, Okay,
565
00:24:04.640 --> 00:24:06.920
So Angel knew what the extent of what was happening.
566
00:24:07.359 --> 00:24:07.640
Angel.
567
00:24:07.799 --> 00:24:09.519
Yeah, he's a good person and he doesn't.
568
00:24:09.240 --> 00:24:11.759
Deserve Does he know the totality everything I told her,
569
00:24:11.880 --> 00:24:13.640
I told her after I told him, after the fact.
570
00:24:14.079 --> 00:24:16.839
Does he know she's dead, yes, okay, And and and
571
00:24:17.000 --> 00:24:18.640
like I said that he does not deserve to be
572
00:24:18.720 --> 00:24:19.680
in any trouble for this.
573
00:24:19.960 --> 00:24:22.400
But your mom knows this as well. Your mom knows us.
574
00:24:22.480 --> 00:24:26.039
My mom knows everything. She knows how about the body
575
00:24:26.160 --> 00:24:28.960
you really do with the man? H she knows. Wow.
576
00:24:32.480 --> 00:24:35.559
Angel was very disgruntled and very uncomfortable with it. And
577
00:24:37.079 --> 00:24:38.079
he was, you know, he was.
578
00:24:38.640 --> 00:24:40.279
I had a feeling that he could have maybe even
579
00:24:40.279 --> 00:24:42.920
said something to somebody about it. Angel is a good person.
580
00:24:42.680 --> 00:24:46.000
He really is. He's he's he's he's he's not involved
581
00:24:46.039 --> 00:24:46.880
in anything like that. There.
582
00:24:47.039 --> 00:24:50.279
It's a and the same thing for my mom like she's,
583
00:24:51.240 --> 00:24:54.720
she's she does not does deserve anything to be brought
584
00:24:54.720 --> 00:24:59.559
from it at all, you know, Michelle me and so
585
00:24:59.759 --> 00:25:02.000
let's her degree Pam and.
586
00:25:02.079 --> 00:25:04.839
Pam Can confirmed Michelle saying that she killed. Pam Can confirmed.
587
00:25:04.920 --> 00:25:06.960
When did you tell When did you tell?
588
00:25:07.119 --> 00:25:07.240
Uh?
589
00:25:09.319 --> 00:25:10.000
Your mom?
590
00:25:10.079 --> 00:25:14.119
I told her maybe like sh three days after a
591
00:25:14.960 --> 00:25:17.440
after like this initial shock were off and stuff like that.
592
00:25:17.359 --> 00:25:22.839
There, Kay, And when did you tell Angel? Angel?
593
00:25:23.279 --> 00:25:23.400
Uh?
594
00:25:23.559 --> 00:25:25.400
About the same Like I sat on him for a
595
00:25:25.440 --> 00:25:27.119
while and like not sure what to do, we sat
596
00:25:27.200 --> 00:25:29.160
we stayed at Michelle's mom's house and Michelle's mom was
597
00:25:29.160 --> 00:25:29.799
in Puerto Rico.
598
00:25:30.279 --> 00:25:31.920
How many nights did you say at Michelle's mom?
599
00:25:32.000 --> 00:25:34.599
Saw, I was good, like four or five nights over there? Yeah,
600
00:25:34.640 --> 00:25:37.640
I was so I was too scared to go home, kay.
601
00:25:41.480 --> 00:25:41.519
M.
602
00:25:41.880 --> 00:25:44.920
Yeah.
603
00:25:46.720 --> 00:25:50.039
Is it true you used to take animals to the scowy? Yes?
604
00:25:50.599 --> 00:25:52.599
What'd you do with him? I? I would kill him?
605
00:25:53.920 --> 00:25:55.359
Do you feel a need to kill him?
606
00:25:55.599 --> 00:25:55.680
No?
607
00:25:56.279 --> 00:25:58.440
Why did you do with them? I was stressed out?
608
00:25:59.519 --> 00:26:02.240
Just killing them? Give you strularly shot.
609
00:26:02.359 --> 00:26:08.839
Out Ham and Michelle repeatedly would do. They would be
610
00:26:08.880 --> 00:26:11.519
short on the rand, They would threaten where I where
611
00:26:11.519 --> 00:26:12.799
I slept at m They wouldn't.
612
00:26:13.680 --> 00:26:17.079
They just would constantly bigger and.
613
00:26:17.160 --> 00:26:22.200
Bitch about nothing to me all the time, Like I was,
614
00:26:22.400 --> 00:26:23.400
I was the enemy to them.
615
00:26:23.440 --> 00:26:24.599
So you would kill an animal?
616
00:26:26.079 --> 00:26:29.519
I would kill animal so I would not It helped
617
00:26:29.519 --> 00:26:32.720
me to relieve my my stress and my anger, so
618
00:26:32.759 --> 00:26:36.440
I would not hurt them.
619
00:26:36.480 --> 00:26:38.839
Where would you get the animals from Craigslist?
620
00:26:39.160 --> 00:26:41.400
People would give away and give away animals on Cristy
621
00:26:42.599 --> 00:26:47.160
any kind of animal pretty much be any like a
622
00:26:47.200 --> 00:26:50.359
guinea pig or rabbit, dog, cat, And what did do
623
00:26:50.400 --> 00:26:52.000
you throw 'em off the skyway? When you're done with
624
00:26:52.000 --> 00:26:55.519
The Skyway is another one of Michelle's things.
625
00:26:56.160 --> 00:26:58.160
It I that would take on the skyway. I would
626
00:26:58.200 --> 00:27:00.200
take me to the sky I would take if you
627
00:27:00.279 --> 00:27:02.480
go to my house and do a uh what's the
628
00:27:02.559 --> 00:27:04.200
uh the the the.
629
00:27:03.920 --> 00:27:07.440
The agent that they used to uncover blood traces of blood. Yeah,
630
00:27:07.680 --> 00:27:10.799
you put that shit in my house, the entire house,
631
00:27:11.119 --> 00:27:13.839
like globe, cause.
632
00:27:13.640 --> 00:27:16.160
You fills up many animals on that sort. And then
633
00:27:16.200 --> 00:27:18.119
what do you do with the carcass in the dumpster?
634
00:27:21.759 --> 00:27:23.240
So the skyway thing is another one that.
635
00:27:23.160 --> 00:27:26.039
Shows is killing animals like that been something you'd always
636
00:27:26.119 --> 00:27:26.559
done or not.
637
00:27:26.680 --> 00:27:30.279
It's a it's just it just recently started from like
638
00:27:30.359 --> 00:27:33.400
from living with Pam. Pam, Pam's a uh any how
639
00:27:33.400 --> 00:27:34.759
many animals you think you've killed?
640
00:27:35.200 --> 00:27:39.000
Mm, that's hard to say. It's hard to say, man,
641
00:27:39.119 --> 00:27:42.599
A lot. Yeah, I see it.
642
00:27:42.720 --> 00:27:44.319
It seems like I'm a bad guy right now, man,
643
00:27:44.559 --> 00:27:46.519
Like it seems like I'm a bad guy.
644
00:27:46.599 --> 00:27:49.680
I'm I'm not. I'm not a bad guy like that.
645
00:27:49.960 --> 00:27:51.279
Like I've just been s gonna.
646
00:27:51.039 --> 00:27:55.000
Pushing from me to Okay, I just but I'm I'm
647
00:27:55.000 --> 00:27:57.400
trying to understand your mind a little bit.
648
00:27:57.559 --> 00:27:59.200
YEA. So my mind.
649
00:27:59.240 --> 00:28:02.200
Just is I did a l I did eleven years
650
00:28:02.279 --> 00:28:05.160
in prison at a young age. Yeah, I got out
651
00:28:05.720 --> 00:28:08.480
and I was faced with many adversities, and I I
652
00:28:08.559 --> 00:28:11.279
like things would just keep happiness in it, like small things.
653
00:28:11.039 --> 00:28:14.200
To keep happenings in it, thinking happen, keep having keep happening.
654
00:28:14.680 --> 00:28:19.200
I can never catch a break without something sticking me
655
00:28:19.240 --> 00:28:22.559
in my rip cage and my and my my frustration
656
00:28:22.799 --> 00:28:26.720
and my anger would always be at a point where
657
00:28:27.359 --> 00:28:29.960
I'm always frustrated, you know what I'm saying, Like I
658
00:28:30.039 --> 00:28:31.079
was always frustrated.
659
00:28:31.440 --> 00:28:34.880
Yea, Now this shit just this is what living.
660
00:28:34.640 --> 00:28:39.559
With Pam and Pam never having rent, Pam always bitching
661
00:28:39.599 --> 00:28:40.200
and complaining.
662
00:28:41.160 --> 00:28:44.000
It just look with that shit. Had Y had me
663
00:28:44.079 --> 00:28:46.240
fester to have me fester me?
664
00:28:46.640 --> 00:28:49.519
You know what I'm saying, Like I'm always on edge?
665
00:28:51.160 --> 00:28:57.319
So how long live be living with him? Uh? I've
666
00:28:57.319 --> 00:28:58.960
been living with Pam for like five years now, five
667
00:28:59.079 --> 00:28:59.480
six years.
668
00:28:59.519 --> 00:28:59.680
Now.
669
00:29:04.839 --> 00:29:06.799
I'll show you right right, that's Michelle's property. I'll show
670
00:29:06.799 --> 00:29:09.119
you right's Uh, that's this is the I know, I
671
00:29:09.240 --> 00:29:11.240
know this, so it's okay. Is that the trailer park?
672
00:29:11.400 --> 00:29:14.400
No, that's the those the little Caesars.
673
00:29:14.519 --> 00:29:18.480
Ohs over owners. It's right back twenty year Street. Yeah.
674
00:29:18.640 --> 00:29:26.160
So one mother person also knew about this, but they
675
00:29:26.200 --> 00:29:29.559
didn't know that the girl died. And that's Jamie.
676
00:29:29.720 --> 00:29:32.079
And Jamie's another guy with the grinder rap who would
677
00:29:32.079 --> 00:29:32.720
buying stuff.
678
00:29:33.759 --> 00:29:36.599
And Jamie knew about Jamie knew about the girl stealing
679
00:29:36.640 --> 00:29:39.720
from me. I know about you keeping her against her will.
680
00:29:39.759 --> 00:29:41.720
I I sent him Pietres as well. Those are the
681
00:29:41.720 --> 00:29:43.640
three people that I sent. You know, Jamie's phone number,
682
00:29:43.839 --> 00:29:44.720
it's a six o five.
683
00:29:44.759 --> 00:29:47.440
It's my cell phone right now, my cel phone is there?
684
00:29:47.480 --> 00:29:48.920
The new one that right here, Yeah, the one that
685
00:29:48.920 --> 00:29:52.240
we have here, yes, is Instances and and so it
686
00:29:52.319 --> 00:29:54.759
was the last thing that calls to jammiy uh I.
687
00:29:54.960 --> 00:29:56.359
He just when you go over there to earn some
688
00:29:56.359 --> 00:29:58.759
money from him doing some yard work for him. After
689
00:29:58.799 --> 00:30:02.119
this had taken place and I had I had Michelle
690
00:30:02.200 --> 00:30:05.079
and Pam in the car with me, and he was
691
00:30:05.200 --> 00:30:07.240
like he wanted them to kind of like go somewhere else.
692
00:30:07.319 --> 00:30:08.559
And I asked him, could he just could they just
693
00:30:08.599 --> 00:30:10.079
stay here and help you work instead? He said that
694
00:30:10.160 --> 00:30:11.440
was fine. So they got out of the car and
695
00:30:11.680 --> 00:30:13.640
they were pulling weeds while I was laying some gravel
696
00:30:13.720 --> 00:30:15.160
rock for him on his house.
697
00:30:16.559 --> 00:30:17.039
So they did.
698
00:30:17.079 --> 00:30:20.640
They we were all together after this in South Saint
699
00:30:20.680 --> 00:30:23.000
Pete by Maximon Arena.
700
00:30:23.839 --> 00:30:28.240
Okay, what did you go back at his house? Did that?
701
00:30:28.319 --> 00:30:29.720
What did you go by his house after?
702
00:30:32.559 --> 00:30:32.960
Is he good?
703
00:30:33.160 --> 00:30:35.680
Yes, he didn't know about it. I did to tell him.
704
00:30:35.880 --> 00:30:38.200
Therefore turned some money. I need some money. I was broke.
705
00:30:38.480 --> 00:30:41.480
That was late in the morning, early in the morning. Yeah,
706
00:30:41.599 --> 00:30:44.279
what time were you uh from?
707
00:30:44.359 --> 00:30:49.960
I mean maybe like from seven eight to like twelve?
708
00:30:52.960 --> 00:30:56.880
No, no, because I I'm saying you went out onto
709
00:30:56.920 --> 00:30:59.519
one of the fingers on Maximo mornings when you did
710
00:30:59.559 --> 00:31:01.359
the big Tampa right right right?
711
00:31:01.519 --> 00:31:05.440
What time do you late night? Late late late late?
712
00:31:05.599 --> 00:31:07.599
And then you came right back around, came across the
713
00:31:07.640 --> 00:31:11.480
skyway right because and then he went out towards Jamie's house.
714
00:31:11.599 --> 00:31:13.000
And then that's when that's when it was that when
715
00:31:13.039 --> 00:31:15.319
it did it yard, it would have been like midnight. No,
716
00:31:15.759 --> 00:31:17.799
I don't know, it was daytime. I went over there.
717
00:31:21.000 --> 00:31:24.599
Outside Skyway rest area for a while, and then from
718
00:31:24.599 --> 00:31:27.880
there we went back to Michelle's mom's house and we
719
00:31:27.880 --> 00:31:29.759
said we did that. We stayed over there for maybe
720
00:31:30.039 --> 00:31:32.599
maybe the pastime with you when you went to Jamie's.
721
00:31:32.200 --> 00:31:36.799
House, Yes, dam mishell m And what kind of work
722
00:31:36.799 --> 00:31:38.680
did you do? I did? I was pulling weeds and
723
00:31:38.720 --> 00:31:39.599
land gravel.
724
00:31:39.359 --> 00:31:42.680
Rock and they they eventually came outside to help me
725
00:31:42.759 --> 00:31:44.799
pull weeds while out and out did the gravel rock.
726
00:31:45.720 --> 00:31:48.319
At at Jamie's house, Jamie came out excited to help you.
727
00:31:48.359 --> 00:31:52.039
No, Jamie's Jamie had his boyfriend's fan or some ship
728
00:31:52.079 --> 00:31:53.920
like that there, so that he didn't like the outside.
729
00:31:54.440 --> 00:31:56.119
He's an older guy. That's why his dad, that's why
730
00:31:56.119 --> 00:31:57.279
he pays me to do the labor work, you know
731
00:31:57.319 --> 00:31:58.720
what I'm saying. And he sent him the pictures of
732
00:31:58.759 --> 00:32:03.680
this little girl swore up. What was the purpose of that?
733
00:32:04.279 --> 00:32:06.480
I'm just their purpose was to get sympathy for me.
734
00:32:06.720 --> 00:32:08.240
So if they I was trying to get them to
735
00:32:08.240 --> 00:32:10.319
buy me another ring and then that everything would just
736
00:32:10.359 --> 00:32:10.680
be good.
737
00:32:10.880 --> 00:32:12.359
I just wanted a ring. I didn't want to take
738
00:32:12.359 --> 00:32:12.799
a loss.
739
00:32:12.640 --> 00:32:13.160
On the ring.
740
00:32:13.559 --> 00:32:15.279
Your whole thing was I want my ring back, no.
741
00:32:15.319 --> 00:32:17.279
Matter what it was, not, no matter what, but I
742
00:32:17.359 --> 00:32:18.880
was going to go through. I was going to go
743
00:32:18.960 --> 00:32:21.559
through and at least and make it effort try to
744
00:32:21.559 --> 00:32:22.240
get my shit back.
745
00:32:22.279 --> 00:32:23.039
And why was that so.
746
00:32:23.119 --> 00:32:26.559
Sentimental to you, because I just it's never had shit
747
00:32:26.640 --> 00:32:27.160
my whole life.
748
00:32:27.920 --> 00:32:28.839
I never had anything.
749
00:32:28.880 --> 00:32:30.640
I went to prison when I was sixteen years old
750
00:32:30.839 --> 00:32:32.960
and I got out when I was twenty seven. So like,
751
00:32:33.000 --> 00:32:35.640
I'm just starting to learn to live my life and
752
00:32:35.680 --> 00:32:37.759
have and have things of my own. And I don't
753
00:32:37.799 --> 00:32:39.279
think it's right for somebody to be able to come
754
00:32:39.279 --> 00:32:41.240
into your house and steal from you and be able.
755
00:32:41.119 --> 00:32:43.240
To walk with your shit. It's sort of like the
756
00:32:43.240 --> 00:32:45.480
shit you went to prison for. That was for for
757
00:32:45.759 --> 00:32:49.119
for vergeries on burgeries and stuff like that. Taking shit.
758
00:32:49.279 --> 00:32:51.119
That's another thing that I told her too. Well, that's
759
00:32:51.160 --> 00:32:54.599
what I'm saying. So you you held a person against
760
00:32:54.640 --> 00:32:57.559
their will. This really penetrated them and eventually killed them.
761
00:32:57.680 --> 00:33:00.240
I didn't kill it, Okay, well you did.
762
00:33:02.559 --> 00:33:06.079
Person did, but you did, so you kid, you can
763
00:33:06.240 --> 00:33:09.119
you contributed to a person's death for doing what you
764
00:33:09.759 --> 00:33:11.079
got caught doing when you were sick.
765
00:33:11.200 --> 00:33:14.119
She was never supposed to die ever.
766
00:33:15.440 --> 00:33:18.160
Ever, Dude. She never was.
767
00:33:18.119 --> 00:33:20.440
Supposed to pass man, She wasn't even supposed to come
768
00:33:20.480 --> 00:33:22.559
close to it if anything, Like I said I was
769
00:33:22.559 --> 00:33:24.400
telling the whole time, man, like there's nothing that she
770
00:33:24.440 --> 00:33:25.920
can't heal up from after a couple of days and
771
00:33:26.039 --> 00:33:27.000
go home was my attention.
772
00:33:27.319 --> 00:33:28.960
And the whole time, I'm trying to get other people
773
00:33:28.960 --> 00:33:30.559
to just replace it for me so I could.
774
00:33:30.359 --> 00:33:33.119
Just be done with the shit. That was my intention
775
00:33:33.200 --> 00:33:37.960
for sending them the pictures my Mom, Jamie and Angel too.
776
00:33:38.079 --> 00:33:41.079
You wanted someone, you wanted a family member of yours
777
00:33:41.079 --> 00:33:43.119
and or her friends to see what you were doing
778
00:33:43.160 --> 00:33:44.720
to this girl so that they could buy you the
779
00:33:44.839 --> 00:33:46.720
ring and then we could end as long as you
780
00:33:46.759 --> 00:33:48.799
had your ring or you would let her. Yes. So
781
00:33:48.839 --> 00:33:51.599
that was like Anna cry out for you stop hurting
782
00:33:51.640 --> 00:33:55.680
this woman. Yes, sir, that was your way of That
783
00:33:55.839 --> 00:33:56.440
was your way of.
784
00:33:56.680 --> 00:33:59.880
I'm trying every avenue I possibly can try to resolve
785
00:34:00.799 --> 00:34:03.640
everybody's good. If she if she if she's if she's
786
00:34:03.680 --> 00:34:05.839
willing to go through this length to get to keep
787
00:34:05.839 --> 00:34:08.599
my ring, then she went through that length to keep
788
00:34:08.599 --> 00:34:10.199
my ring, And as long as I got another one back,
789
00:34:10.280 --> 00:34:10.719
then cool.
790
00:34:13.199 --> 00:34:14.599
I just want to drink, yeah, man.
791
00:34:17.639 --> 00:34:19.679
So the shitty part is that the girl came in
792
00:34:19.760 --> 00:34:22.719
my house and stole a ring. Other bitch came in
793
00:34:22.760 --> 00:34:24.119
my house and stole the ring from her.
794
00:34:25.440 --> 00:34:28.519
So the samily what you're telling me that she never
795
00:34:28.559 --> 00:34:30.920
stole the ring. She stole it and Michelle stole it
796
00:34:30.960 --> 00:34:33.159
from her. Whenever she put it that Michelle found it
797
00:34:33.199 --> 00:34:37.519
because Jamie's last name Jamie e Er.
798
00:34:38.320 --> 00:34:40.159
I'm not trying to deflect any blame for this, man,
799
00:34:40.480 --> 00:34:42.159
I'm not trying to pin this on anybody else.
800
00:34:42.639 --> 00:34:45.840
I fully accept what's to come for this, Okay.
801
00:34:46.639 --> 00:34:49.320
I just want to see everybody else that was involved
802
00:34:49.480 --> 00:34:51.679
get theirs as well. I mean, this girl was never
803
00:34:51.679 --> 00:34:54.400
supposed to die now ever, she was never supposed to
804
00:34:54.400 --> 00:35:08.840
die ever, sticking it from do say breaking yep, you're right, yes.
805
00:35:08.760 --> 00:35:16.119
Sir, please collect a buckle swamp from grass?
806
00:35:17.159 --> 00:35:21.000
Uh A C c cell? Is that like A I mean,
807
00:35:21.000 --> 00:35:24.559
it's just something I don't wanna be around by myself. Yeah,
808
00:35:24.559 --> 00:35:27.039
I'll let them know that. What it's called. C c cell? Yeah,
809
00:35:27.079 --> 00:35:27.679
I'll let them know that.
810
00:35:29.320 --> 00:35:31.440
Man, Like I'm just you want to buy yourself right now?
811
00:35:31.440 --> 00:35:35.920
I want to go myself. I just gathered your head. Yeah.
812
00:35:36.000 --> 00:35:37.679
What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna I'm gonna go
813
00:35:37.719 --> 00:35:41.800
tell them that's what you want? All right? When when
814
00:35:41.960 --> 00:35:45.840
is she sh I just don't know what she's gonna
815
00:35:45.840 --> 00:35:47.800
tell you, guys. Man, Michelle hire. Yeah.
816
00:35:47.880 --> 00:35:51.559
Man, she she's got me on the aggravated assault charge
817
00:35:51.639 --> 00:35:51.960
right now.
818
00:35:52.199 --> 00:35:55.840
And the camera proves. The camera can prove that I
819
00:35:55.920 --> 00:35:56.360
didn't occur.
820
00:35:56.480 --> 00:35:58.079
I never tried to put her into a car or
821
00:35:58.079 --> 00:35:59.840
anything that she said, So that will at least help
822
00:35:59.880 --> 00:36:00.639
me proved that.
823
00:36:00.639 --> 00:36:03.079
She's she's a liar, you know what I'm saying. So
824
00:36:03.119 --> 00:36:04.760
whatever she's trying to do, whatever she's.
825
00:36:04.639 --> 00:36:07.480
Trying to say, on numerous occasions, say that she she
826
00:36:07.639 --> 00:36:09.960
did because she said that she she said that she
827
00:36:10.039 --> 00:36:11.199
did it because I.
828
00:36:11.159 --> 00:36:14.760
Gave her the nod. It's what she says. That's that's
829
00:36:14.760 --> 00:36:16.440
how she admits to it. You know what I'm saying. Okay,
830
00:36:16.559 --> 00:36:17.960
hank tight to let you know where youre will put you.
831
00:36:18.000 --> 00:36:20.360
Thank you many.
832
00:36:22.000 --> 00:36:22.159
Yeah.
833
00:36:25.320 --> 00:36:28.159
Stephen Gress and Michelle Brands have both been charged with
834
00:36:28.239 --> 00:36:31.920
kidnapping and murder. Prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty
835
00:36:31.960 --> 00:36:32.840
in both cases.
