Laughing Intensely

Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message on using an intense laughter to heal. The benefits are numerous. This isn't just a nice laugh but a gut-wrenching outward laugh that you can hardly breathe. Have you ever had such an occasion with your friends or family where you couldn't stop laughing? This message will give us a sense of reality seldom seen on what this mechanical movement of the body can do to enhance our perspective in life.

Spirit wants us to appreciate the health of our physical bodies using laughter as an option to help with mental, emotional and energetic stress. The message is also clear on how laughter is used to hide the deep pains that people have. Comedy can disguise our unhappiness.  Check it out.
