ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode of Rad-Ventures, we sit down with Harriet Evans, a Portsmouth-based Client Experience & Systems Strategist. From events management to virtual assistance, Harriet’s journey is full of lessons in adaptability, growth, and rebranding.
We dive into the tech tools she swears by (hello, Dubsado & ClickUp!), why Google wins over Microsoft, and how she creates systems that make clients go “WOW.” Harriet also opens up about the fears of rebranding, managing a tech stack, and how she uses onboarding strategies to build trust from the get-go.
This episode is a must-listen for freelancers, VAs, and anyone building a business around people, process, and purpose.
