ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this high energy episode of PTPPodcast, Charles sits down with Jeremiah and Maria Adell, the 2025 Rookie of the Year winners from Augusta, Georgia. Their first year in business didn’t follow a smooth or predictable path. After transitioning from military service, they faced a series of unexpected challenges that would have discouraged many new business owners.
Instead of slowing down, they adapted.
Jeremiah and Maria share how perseverance, strong Realtor relationships, and a commitment to the Pillar To Post system helped them build momentum through setbacks and turn their first year into an award-winning one.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
- Why building Realtor relationships takes patience and persistence
- The mindset shift that helped them view marketing differently
- How teamwork helped them balance inspections, marketing, and growth
- What they would do differently if they were starting again today
Their story is a powerful reminder that success rarely starts with perfect conditions. Sometimes it starts with challenges, a little grit, and the decision not to quit - which makes this episode both an inspiring story and a genuinely fun listen.
