Chris King, director of Midpoint Homes, started his property journey in 2019 focusing on BRRs. He now has a portfolio of around 50 properties worth £20million, with an aim of transacting on 10 sites this year worth £16million. He’s doing everything from super HMOs, commercial conversions, temporary accommodation and serviced accommodation to his first international villa build in Marbella.
