00:00:00
Speaker 1: I guess, first off, how's this off season slash of work you guys have been putting in betterfit your kind of first amazing? Look at this Jaguars staff, amazing.
00:00:09
Speaker 2: I mean part of coming here is obviously the players.
00:00:12
Speaker 3: You know that that you get to coach, and uh the guys here are extremely coachable and like every single guy just wants to get better. I mean it's it's OTAs and everybody's been here every day staying after because they want to learn more. The guys that have been extremely extremely excited just to get better. So for me as a coach, you can't ask for anything more.
00:00:33
Speaker 4: It's been great.
00:00:34
Speaker 1: We try to explain to people the titles on people, how different is this from being a quarterbacks coach to.
00:00:38
Speaker 3: Be the defen Yeah, my, you know, my day to day on the field is very similar. Uh, I'd say, you know, as as we're all together and having those conversations schematically, a lot of what we do defensively, I was either with coach camp, you know, in places where we've done it. Uh, So I've been very familiar with with what we do. So there's that conversation that goes back and forth. But day to day it's extremely collaborative. We're all working together for a common goal.
00:01:06
Speaker 2: So the titles.
00:01:09
Speaker 1: Have you noticed any difference from coach Camp the position coach versus coach Camp the defensive coordinator.
00:01:16
Speaker 2: No, not at all. Whoever he's leading, he leads the same way.
00:01:19
Speaker 3: So whether he's a position coach and he's leading his players and whoever's working under him.
00:01:25
Speaker 2: Like when I was his.
00:01:25
Speaker 3: GA at Boston College, it was it's the same exact way as it is now with him being the coordinator. And that's why he's a success. Everyone's been this is it.
00:01:32
Speaker 1: Kind of cool to have seen that that you know, progression as it's gone.
00:01:36
Speaker 2: It's awesome.
00:01:36
Speaker 3: He's he's one of the greatest people I've I've ever met in my life. He's extremely genuine. He cares about people first and foremost. He builds relationships and he coaches you extremely hard because he cares. So it's it's a lot of fun to work under him because you're learning something every day.
00:01:53
Speaker 4: I'll say.
00:01:54
Speaker 1: Conversely, he's seen that progression in you. Yeah, as a coach too, So to have that connection, it's got to be great because he knows what you can do well.
00:02:02
Speaker 5: Uh, when you're out there to fill with the guy.
00:02:03
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it we've I've grown up under him and it's been I don't know, ten or eleven years and we this will be the third time that we've been together.
00:02:12
Speaker 2: So yeah, we definitely know each other day.
00:02:15
Speaker 6: What did the job come about for you?
00:02:18
Speaker 7: Did Camp call one day to kind of, you know, kick the tires on it?
00:02:21
Speaker 3: No, So I was still with Miami, even though Mike k had gotten fired. I was still with Miami, So they they put in a slip before me and I spoke with William first.
00:02:32
Speaker 6: Uh.
00:02:33
Speaker 2: And then obviously I knew Anthony was here and and we've been close, so I always followed him.
00:02:38
Speaker 8: Uh.
00:02:39
Speaker 3: But yeah, to get an opportunity to to work together again.
00:02:42
Speaker 2: It it wasn't something like a Passau.
00:02:44
Speaker 7: What were your impressions kind of getting in here? Obviously you have you know, you can follow a team to think you kind of know the situation, But having worked with Camp before and then coming in within, what were your kind of a media impression?
00:02:55
Speaker 3: Everybody from the top down is you know, steadfast on what they and from ownership all the way down. There is no nobody pulling in a different direction. Everybody has the same vision on how to win. Everyone puts that into play, So for me, it's something that I believe in. That was through the interview process that was really exciting for me, and like I was drawn to that everything that I believe in is what we were talking about. Then you take the players and how great those guys are and you add that into the equation. But for me being able to just see the vision understanding it's about toughness and teaching and building something that's gonna be able to withstand any portion of the season. Everyone from top down feels that way, and for me it was easy to step in and continue.
00:03:42
Speaker 7: The dvs are such a unique group. I always say, just like personality wise, and obviously there's a kind of competition within that group, but it's there's really no infighting at all. It's almost like they just want each other.
00:03:52
Speaker 9: A little better.
00:03:53
Speaker 7: I feel like that's unique in some regards because there's always competition, but to have such a close.
00:03:57
Speaker 3: Takers that you felt that, yeah, absolutely, and especially this time of year, like that's what you're trying to build because as much of it is a job and you have.
00:04:06
Speaker 2: To win your job and you want for yourself to succeed.
00:04:10
Speaker 3: We're never gonna reach where we want to reach if we don't build that together. So that relationship building from player to coach is more important player to player, you know, like they have to be steadfast in the same direction, understanding what each other is talking about, and that's built by knowing their why, knowing their story, knowing their background. So when they spend time together outside of here, they build genuine relationships where these guys are going to be their best friends forever. And then, sure, the job portion of it, everyone's competing to win a spot.
00:04:38
Speaker 2: But the better we are together, the better they'll be individual.
00:04:42
Speaker 7: I know he's still working his way back, but Travis Hunter, it's a unique situation, you say, A part of that.
00:04:48
Speaker 3: Anytime you get a chance to coach a great person and a great player in one as a coach, you know you dream of those opportunities.
00:04:56
Speaker 2: It's it's gonna be really fun.
00:04:58
Speaker 3: He's been outstanding so far and he goes above and beyond to prepare himself.
00:05:02
Speaker 2: So I can't wait.
00:05:03
Speaker 7: No, Camp's always talking about fighting for more timey and be doing the same thing for Tractice.
00:05:07
Speaker 3: Yeah, there's I do that with everybody. There's there's never enough time. But for him, you know, he's if he has something on a schedule that's extra, he'll.
00:05:15
Speaker 2: Be there before it starts.
00:05:16
Speaker 3: Like he's he's been phenomenal and uh in trying to get the extra work to go over it.
00:05:20
Speaker 10: I think everybody looks at this offseason and says that he lost a lot of production in Devin.
00:05:26
Speaker 5: Can you replace it?
00:05:28
Speaker 10: Do you feel like or I guess the second part that is how much better do you think your defense can be even with that subtraction based on the evolution.
00:05:37
Speaker 6: Of it and just grow.
00:05:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's one of the great challenges that we have because.
00:05:42
Speaker 11: Once again, whether it's fair or not, do I think people gave Devin enough credit before the season started? I don't know that that's up to him. He he obviously felt a certain type of way about it, and he he you know, he put he put the tape out there, and that's that's all we're asking our guys to do because every year is the same unless you're just one of those perennial guys. Every year is its own year. Forget what you did last year.
00:06:07
Speaker 2: We have to prove it now.
00:06:09
Speaker 11: So you know, tryna trying to think that we're gonna replace his production. No, well we'll we'll make up for that production in different ways. And at the end of the day, it's really up to each individual guy of how we're gonna do that, because as coaches, we have a plan. We're gonna have a plan for how we're gonna fill the so called void. Whether it's by committee or this guy like it, We're gonna do what it takes every.
00:06:36
Speaker 4: Week to win the game.
00:06:37
Speaker 11: We're not, you know it, it's our job to find a solution.
00:06:42
Speaker 7: You can go as a coach kind of having that you know, have a player system, but that now a new challenge for you, kind of.
00:06:48
Speaker 11: Adapting the defenses year. Yes to to me, that's what it That's what it comes down to. It's it's what I expect. Every week's a different puzzle shoot every just because it it's so fun to be around these guys. As soon as you feel like you you got it down, Pat, there's something new that happens here. Now, dang, I gotta find it another way to get this done. And it's a daily challenge really, you know, from day to day, week to week, how can we be m super consistent so that when we do look at it at the end.
00:07:28
Speaker 2: Of the year, we like the results.
00:07:30
Speaker 11: I I try very hard, and I've done this long enough to n now to to to be aware that don't judge it in the moment.
00:07:39
Speaker 9: Just work every day, improve.
00:07:41
Speaker 6: Every day, and then.
00:07:44
Speaker 11: When we compile everything at the end, it should look the way we wanted to.
00:07:49
Speaker 5: Oh uh, how much?
00:07:50
Speaker 10: How much fun is the chess match of each off season? Now everybody's talking about twelve and thirteen personnality, so I guess that's the hot topic. But is that on for guys on the defensive side, you have to try to counteract it.
00:08:03
Speaker 11: It's so fun, especially for us in our building. Yeah, because of how maniacal and crazy our offense can be when it comes to attacking defense. Once again, if we're not on it on a day to day basis, we will get embarrassed. So we always have that sensor urgency of that number one. We gotta be on it or else it's just gonna look bad.
00:08:31
Speaker 2: So it's it's really I give a lot.
00:08:33
Speaker 11: I give the offense a lot of credit that they keep us on our toes. That obviously number one first and foremost, we gotta be fundamentally sound our schemes have to be sound, and our preparation has to be at the utmost because on a given practice it looks like game day out there. I'm like, oh my god, where where did they come up with that concept? And our guys know that, so it's it really makes it amazing to come to work every day.
00:09:02
Speaker 10: We've been for ten minutes and I haven't asked you about that. Taken a sense that's like, do we take him for granted? Not me personally, but can you take a guy for that for granted because of his consistency and what he's done in the league for so long that there aren't a lot of questions.
00:09:19
Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't.
00:09:20
Speaker 6: I don't.
00:09:20
Speaker 11: I don't blame you for feeling that way because my experience with him, having studied him and seen him from before I got in the building. As soon as I got in the building, I'm like, Yeah, this guy is taking for granted because he's he's the He's one of the most consistent people, consistent players, most intentional people that you'll ever see. And I hope, I hope and pray that I have another five of them in my career. Some guys don't have a guy that's disconsistent, and it's just a reminder to me, a lesson to me, like, hey, you've got one of those guys, Now, let's make sure we're making it count while we have them.
00:10:01
Speaker 7: Are your first time in like three years that the defensive players are at consistent and coaching staff and they talk about it, Uh, how much that means to them to have you guys back. Do you see the defense at an entirely different place.
00:10:15
Speaker 12: Than they raced it last year?
00:10:17
Speaker 6: Yeah.
00:10:18
Speaker 11: The reason why I agree with you on that is, for example, a year ago, we're just learning the language.
00:10:25
Speaker 2: We're like, we're learning French. We don't know what the French words mean.
00:10:30
Speaker 9: They're just saying 'em, you know.
00:10:32
Speaker 11: But halfway into the season, right, we're saying bonjous and everybody knows alright, that means hot. But here now, at this point in the second year, it's whole paragraphs instead of just words. Right, this word means this plus this, and now we can anticipate and play faster. It's it's night and day. And once again I'll give a lot of credit to to Liam and Cam where we're pushing not only the players, but the coach is also that Hey, we have to.
00:11:04
Speaker 2: Be way far ahead of where we.
00:11:06
Speaker 11: Were last year, or else will be the same team we were last year. You can't be what you were last year in this league.
00:11:12
Speaker 9: You'll you'll get abused.
00:11:14
Speaker 13: Kind of going back to you talked about not taking it for granted, uh, sort of using utilizing him as much as possible. How important does he to the linebacker room in general, just to have that guy in that room?
00:11:27
Speaker 6: Yeah? How important?
00:11:29
Speaker 4: Yeah?
00:11:29
Speaker 11: With him? With him, it's a complete player you're talking about on the grass, off the grass, He does it all. There's just things that I know as the linebacker coach that I don't have to worry about because he's gonna take care of it. It just allows me to to focus on the real issues rather than you know, for example, I've been in places where we're so young that as a as the position coach, I'm doing step A through Z. Here, it's all right, here's the plan. I know they're gonna watch it. I know Foe's gonna have them watching it together before they watch.
00:12:09
Speaker 9: It, you know.
00:12:09
Speaker 11: So there's just there's layers in there that that not everybody has in every building.
00:12:16
Speaker 14: I think how we use Trayvon obviously based on the type of player that he is, gives us that flexibility through his versatility, or we just want to put him in the best position we can week out, whatever that looks like.
00:12:34
Speaker 2: And I think he's on the same page with us there. How can he impact the game?
00:12:41
Speaker 14: And it might be on the edge, it might be inside, it might be standing up, it might be in a four eye each week. The great thing about a selfless player like him is that he's gonna do what we ask him to do, and he's gonna do it at a really high level.
00:12:54
Speaker 10: We have the story, right, It sounds like Josh here and wanted to move around a little bit last year some point the season, second half the year.
00:13:02
Speaker 2: How well did that work?
00:13:04
Speaker 6: How big of a move was.
00:13:05
Speaker 9: That from him as a player?
00:13:06
Speaker 10: You guys are just staff to acknowledge that, and then how much impact it did it provide?
00:13:12
Speaker 14: I think the ability for great players to move around and to a certain extent make the offense work. You know, like if a guy's going to line up in the same place every time there's a there's a significant amount of game planning that occurs on the other team, like how do we neutralize this guy and our ability to move him, whether it's just versus different schemes, verus different matchups, just allowing or forcing the offense to have to work to find him at times. I think that's important for us, and I think it also helps Josh, what.
00:13:48
Speaker 10: Do you think Eric would give you still is twelve years in Yeah, it's not an old guy, especially at that position, But how much can you still give this football team what you want.
00:13:59
Speaker 2: To to give.
00:14:01
Speaker 14: Let's just start with the things that he gives us day and day out, and that's a veteran presence. That's a lot of knowledge, not just for young players but for everybody. And we've seen Eric impact games.
00:14:16
Speaker 4: In both the run and the rush.
00:14:18
Speaker 14: And the biggest thing for us is just making sure that we are taking the proper steps and maintenance because it is a long season, so we make sure that we can take care of his body. But he's unbelievable, you know, he's a true pro in that sense, and our biggest job.
00:14:35
Speaker 2: Is getting Eric the looks that he needs every week so.
00:14:38
Speaker 14: That he's prepared for the game, and then getting him to the game so that.
00:14:42
Speaker 4: He can be his most effective. Let's reach.
00:14:49
Speaker 14: We have an eager young player who has a skill set, he has some explosion in his body, he has a willingness to learn, And we have a guy that un stands that his calling card first and foremost.
00:15:03
Speaker 2: Has to be how hard are he plays?
00:15:07
Speaker 14: And we can continue to develop that as a player while he's trying to.
00:15:11
Speaker 2: Carve out his work within our front.
00:15:14
Speaker 13: It's kind of like thetaposition of what you saw there and regions.
00:15:18
Speaker 9: You've got to kind of handle a completely.
00:15:20
Speaker 4: Different and we handle them all different.
00:15:23
Speaker 2: You know, no two of those guys are the same.
00:15:26
Speaker 14: Yeah, yeah, And you know what that's that's just the nature of the league. You know, you have guys that have been around and they've seen a lot, and there's always an influx of new young talent and and that's just kind of how the roster turns over. I think our job as coaches is to develop each one of those guys in their own way and then utilize their particular skill sets so that they can go out there and one help us be successful while also find personal success.
00:16:00
Speaker 4: But why did you say that's his car his cling card?
00:16:02
Speaker 10: He needs to know that his card is that your style.
00:16:07
Speaker 14: Effort is at a premium around here, and if you don't play hard it's glaringly obvious. And these vets they want a guy that's gonna.
00:16:16
Speaker 2: Go out there and tight hard, down then down.
00:16:19
Speaker 10: Who better to learn from the Liamilton than really.
00:16:23
Speaker 4: The whole room. And you know, the one thing I'm.
00:16:25
Speaker 14: Really pleased about and proud of with this group is that when people some of the compliments I get around the leaders like quiet, your guys play hard. I don't think there's any greater compliment, it goes to get Yeah, we wanna we want great technique.
00:16:38
Speaker 2: We strive for that every single day.
00:16:39
Speaker 14: But effort can overcome.
00:16:43
Speaker 2: A lot of mistakes.
00:16:48
Speaker 14: How would you describe.
00:16:51
Speaker 5: Person J?
00:16:54
Speaker 4: Green?
00:16:54
Speaker 5: So I really enjoyed DJ.
00:16:57
Speaker 14: He's an incredibly hard work He's incredibly intentional. He understands the skill sets that he has, and he also understands some of the liabilities, and he works hard.
00:17:08
Speaker 2: To overcome those things.
00:17:10
Speaker 14: And I think Bjay's really set on maximizing his ability and making sure that he excels in whatever role he ends up with.
00:17:21
Speaker 4: Hearing the jackuars, but.
00:17:24
Speaker 2: Oh everybody, everybody's a little different. I'm a little different, you know. So what I what I really enjoy.
00:17:30
Speaker 14: About BJ is he is never afraid to ask he wants questions. He has questions, he wants answers, and most of.
00:17:41
Speaker 2: Those questions revolve around how can I do this better? What can I do differently? Am I doing this well enough?
00:17:47
Speaker 14: Almost to an extent of Hey, am I on the right track?
00:17:52
Speaker 5: And it's like, yeah, you are.
00:17:53
Speaker 4: Hey, let's change this.
00:17:55
Speaker 2: And if you give him something, he's gonna.
00:17:57
Speaker 14: Go out of his way to make sure that he's dialed in either continuing to do that or change and fix whatever it is that we gave him.
00:18:06
Speaker 10: As a coaching point, you mentioned the bride and guy's playing order and people telling you that how gratifying is it to see players like him strigo as Dickerson.
00:18:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, and your journeys.
00:18:17
Speaker 6: You know, not everybody's a top ten pick.
00:18:19
Speaker 9: That's right, Bigger, faster, stronger.
00:18:21
Speaker 2: You know this league is.
00:18:23
Speaker 14: It's full of first round draft picks, and it's full of undrafted free agents.
00:18:27
Speaker 2: There's no cookie.
00:18:28
Speaker 4: Cutter or no one route to a career in this league.
00:18:32
Speaker 14: And a lot of people don't realize this, but I was with Matt Dickerson in twenty eighteen in Tennessee when he was an undrafted free agent, and I'm really proud of the development that he's made, and obviously his ability to come in here, start out on the practice squad and just continue to work until the point where we could.
00:18:52
Speaker 4: Get him up for the game.
00:18:52
Speaker 2: When we got him up for the game, he made an impact.
00:18:54
Speaker 4: He was great for us.
00:18:55
Speaker 14: And yeah, if nothing else, Matt Dickerson is tough, and I love that about it. He's tough, he's reliable, and he just shows up every day. And I think for the other young guys in the room, when you when you're able to point to these examples and say, look, these guys were in your situation, or these guys weren't in as good a situation as you, they weren't drafted, But what they did is they came to work every day, they got.
00:19:26
Speaker 4: Better, they improved.
00:19:29
Speaker 14: And for all those guys, I don't know necessarily week one that maybe they were ready, but they continue to practice, they continued to learn, they continued.
00:19:38
Speaker 2: To grow, and then when they were called upon.
00:19:40
Speaker 4: By the team, they stepped up.
00:19:42
Speaker 14: And that was really gratifying to see as a coach.
00:19:45
Speaker 2: And it makes you just really proud and happy for those guys.
00:19:49
Speaker 7: How is the.
00:19:57
Speaker 4: How about that?
00:19:59
Speaker 15: And it just watching that.
00:20:01
Speaker 7: You guys are a little bit more on the same page obviously this time last year's and learning.
00:20:04
Speaker 4: Yeah have you seen that? Yeah, yeah, you definitely feel that.
00:20:07
Speaker 16: You feel it in the meeting rooms, you feel it on the grassy. It's it's been great. I think where I've noticed it the most. You know, year one, we were working really hard just trying to instill a coach or if this is how you do things. This is how you operate, this is what am is how you operate in the meeting room, this is how you operate in the weight room, is how you operate during individual periods and practice. And now our guys are fully bought into it. They're like, they know exactly what the standards are. It's been really cool to see them hold that standard on their own and it it it.
00:20:41
Speaker 4: It's n right now. It's not been.
00:20:44
Speaker 16: Coach driven, has been player driven, which is really what you want at the end of the day. And so that's been really great. And the other thing that I've really noticed is year two, I get to spend a lot more of my meeting time, not necessarily coaching what to do, but now I get to spend more time on the how the progressions of everything. I get to spend more time truly dialogue and going back and forth with these guys, being able to ask them the questions of okay, I'm doing this technique in this call, where my eyes got to be okay, my eyes are here. If that key does that, now, where do my eyes go? And just being able to truly have good dialogue conversation and have them give me the information back. I think that as you're learning something, you can only learn so much hearing it, and then you see it.
00:21:32
Speaker 4: You learn a little bit more, you get more retained.
00:21:34
Speaker 16: But when it truly sticks is when you're able to speak it back, like if I can speak it clearly out of my mind, it's clear in my head. And so that's always where you're trying to get to as you're teaching new techniques or new schemes, whatever that is. And so it's been great year two where you're not starting from the ground floor in terms of hey, this is what this means, this is what this is. But now we get a truly coach. This is how it's supposed to look. This is the progression of the play. Not that that wasn't being done last year, but now you just get to spend more time detailing everything out, and I think that's allowed these guys to truly grow, uh and deepen their understanding not just of their job descriptions, but of what's going on around them in the big picture of the scheme, how it all ties together.
00:22:18
Speaker 7: You were part of probably one of the unique NFL experiences with Travis hunt are playing on both sides of the football. When you get to the offseason, kind of take a look back at that. What were your takeaways at least from the first season.
00:22:27
Speaker 9: Of him playing.
00:22:28
Speaker 16: Yeah, it takes a different person to be able to do it, And for him to be able to as a rookie step in and bank quality reps on both sides of the ball and give us winning reps on both sides of the ball, that's very unique as like that. Obviously that doesn't happen every day, and so I was truly impressed and still am impressed just with his mentality that he attacks every day with to allow himself to do that, because obviously physically that takes a huge toll on.
00:23:00
Speaker 4: You, and you have to be a very special athlete to physically be.
00:23:02
Speaker 16: Able to do all the job descriptions, but then mentally emotionally like, it's it's hard, it's different, and there's a reason why it hasn't been done. And so for him to be able to attack it every single day with the right mindset, with the right mentality, and over the course of the year, truly grow on both sides of the ball as that just to me, the results speak to who he is as a person and who he is as a competitor. And so I'm excited because now, just like everybody else, year two of the same system or for him, systems, because he gets to learn both the offensive and defensive system. I know that he attacked the weight room like a maniac just over the course of his rehab, and that's been great to see.
00:23:47
Speaker 4: You can see him. He looks different, his body's grown, it's developed.
00:23:52
Speaker 16: So that's gonna pay huge dividends for him when he gets rolling here in the fall. So he's doing everything the right way and he's going to continue to do things. He's going to continue to have success, and he's just he's got to continue to stay true to that process and.
00:24:07
Speaker 4: He's done a great job.
00:24:08
Speaker 16: So it's been a lot of fun to see it, to see it play out, and I'm excited to see what year two looks like.
00:24:15
Speaker 7: Outside perspective, I'd say the DVS safeties and cornerback is probably one of the most competitive groups. Tons of talent there in training camp. Is that exciting as a coach? You know, you have multiple players maybe could be starters and kind of seeing how that plays out.
00:24:28
Speaker 16: Oh yeah, you can't replace competition like competition bring brings, brings the best out of everybody, myself included. And so the fact that we have a lot of younger guys and older guys, but we have a lot of guys that are growing, that are developing, that physically have the tools to be able to.
00:24:45
Speaker 4: Play in multiple roles within our defense.
00:24:48
Speaker 16: That's invaluable for us and that'll pay dividends. Like all the rest that we've banked this spring, great become training camp when we get back after this little break, the you know, the challenge is just gonna be starting where we picked off with the urgency of.
00:25:08
Speaker 4: Building the consistency.
00:25:09
Speaker 16: Of the confidence that come from banking winning reps.
00:25:13
Speaker 4: You know we talk about all the time.
00:25:15
Speaker 16: Uh, you know, confidence isn't rah rah, I hope or I'm I'm gonna speak it into hissistence no. Real confidence is repeated reps of the result being what you want it to be.
00:25:27
Speaker 4: So how do you gain confidence. You gained confidence by banking.
00:25:30
Speaker 16: Winning reps over the course of the spring, and then over the course of training camp, and then over the course of preseason, and then over the course of the season. And if we can continue to stay on that track of just attacking every single day like it's the only day that matters, the season will take care of itself. The results to take care of itself.
00:25:48
Speaker 6: How much.
00:25:51
Speaker 16: I can't wait. That's that's real football. That's real football. Like everything in the spring is great. There's a lot of really good things from the spring, but football is playing with pads on, and so when you get pads on, that's when it happens.
00:26:07
Speaker 4: I appreciate you guys.
00:26:12
Speaker 12: Uh yeah, for me for one, it obviously ups the amount of time we have in the room. But they've been really good. Uh, they're smart guys, they care themselves well. Uh, they take coaching very well, and they're good athletes. So obviously they have strengths in different phases. But they can do both, all right. They contributed both, So super excited to have them. You know, it's gonna make our team better.
00:26:35
Speaker 7: Change the room a little bit and allowance.
00:26:38
Speaker 2: Ar uh.
00:26:40
Speaker 12: You know, obviously with Nate, you know, he's a little bit more of the hy h tight end, so it kind of maybe frees him up when we're getting you know, toll personnel. But just having those two guys being able to do more, you twelve thirteen stuff hopefully, you know, we'll see can really just kind of let him do what he does well. So and again, you know strange, you know, can still do both. You know, he still does all the same thing he does. But obviously when you add talent, add more threats, and obviously in the different phase that they contribute to it, it just helps everybody.
00:27:11
Speaker 7: When you hear them talk about you know, twelve years and I feel like Liam talks about.
00:27:14
Speaker 2: It all were talking to Yeah, I love it.
00:27:16
Speaker 7: It has to be exciting for me to hear that.
00:27:18
Speaker 12: Yeah, absolutely, Yeah, kind of having that ability in the off time have the more sense of more exit you Yeah, I mean, anytime you get more tight ends on the field, you love it, you know. But yeah, you know, like I said, it's not just because it's a fat or anything like that. It's because it's gonna help our team win our offense, you know, score points. So yeah, definitely excited for it.
00:27:38
Speaker 2: For sure.
00:27:38
Speaker 1: We haven't been able to see need as much on the feed this portion of the off season. But what have your impressions been ANDed him since kind of getting him in your room?
00:27:46
Speaker 2: For sure?
00:27:47
Speaker 12: Yeah, Unfortunately, like I said, you haven't seen him much. But I think he's what we want him to be. Honestly, he can, like I said, he's he's also good in the passing game, so once we get going, once you get the pads on, it'll be good to see him out there competing in both phases.
00:28:01
Speaker 4: So yeah, he's good.
00:28:05
Speaker 1: Anything surprised you about him that made you didn't expect from everything.
00:28:09
Speaker 12: Leading into the trip, I think honestly, I think he moves around pretty well, gets down the field well, you know, like I said, they didn't move use him too much back in text A and M. But like said, I'm very pleased with what he can do on the field.
00:28:20
Speaker 1: Absolutely, as far as his playbook goes, How have you seen that kind of above for a second year with Coachidinsky and Cohen kind of being able to really work on what they wanted to look like.
00:28:30
Speaker 12: Yeah, absolutely, and it just opens it up for them to call whatever they want. Really and just for us, especially as tight ends if we do want to get more in the twelve thirteen personnel stuff, being able to be flexible, lineup as a receiver, as a tight end in the back of whatever they need. Honestly, So just the more we can do, the more.
00:28:48
Speaker 2: They can call.
00:28:52
Speaker 7: I feel like something similar happening this year when people don't know a name right, so they're not sure wants to expect You feel that same way the way I mean, you're like it takes some time to develop or do you feel like you are kind of learning how maybe.
00:29:04
Speaker 14: More I feel you about Yeah, well, I mean you know you utilize the people.
00:29:10
Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:29:11
Speaker 12: I mean obviously you draft them for what they do well and how it helps our offense and how they fit in our offense.
00:29:17
Speaker 7: Uh.
00:29:17
Speaker 12: But yeah, like I said, you know, sometimes they get out there and you start you you know, you see move around, you know, uh in individual perier stuff like that. Uh, and that's kind of where it's like, oh, okay, you know, maybe he can do a bit more, uh or you know, whatever it is if it goes the other way with it. So yeah, you know, it's it's always a little bit different when they get here. How quickly they can you know, learn the playbook and not just you know, run lines on the page, but you know, kind of make it their own.
00:29:42
Speaker 4: Uh.
00:29:42
Speaker 12: So it's just how quickly we can get them going with that phase. I think it's you know, it's been a pleasant prize for sure.
00:29:47
Speaker 7: Have you seen Brenton kind I mean he's now getting.
00:29:50
Speaker 2: To be the veteran of the group, Yeah, for sure.
00:29:52
Speaker 4: Yeah.
00:29:52
Speaker 2: Have seen his progression for business career.
00:29:55
Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean yea, like uh, Strange wants to be the best, you know, obviously he's not afraid of it. Uh, he wants to be called up, you know when the games online. So for him to see that, you know, to see the hunger he's got, and really just being able to focus on the things that he needs to improve on, because again, everybody's got a bunch of stuff that we need to improve on, you know, individually and as a room. But uh, but yeah, he approaches it the right way. You know, He's always a pro helps guys out when he needs to, and you know, just to see him try to work out all the kinks, all the things that he's improved on is really exciting, and.
00:30:30
Speaker 9: He honestly contracts whatever.
00:30:32
Speaker 7: Now you're saying, but how important is he?
00:30:36
Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean very very important obviously, you know when it comes to contracts and stuff. You know, obviously that's you know, not my department. But would love to have him here forever, you know.
00:30:46
Speaker 15: So how do you keep a guy like well for a little gage? You know, obviously last year comes in as a starter, kind of takes a back seat to cold wait in the years. Then he comes back and you know he's playing guard way tackle. Shoot, how do you keep him short of focus and engage with this team with all the movie?
00:31:04
Speaker 17: Well, hats off to that kid. I don't have to do that. That kid's bought in. He's a Jaguar through and through, and he's the type of.
00:31:11
Speaker 6: Guy didn't matter. He was a guy in that.
00:31:14
Speaker 17: Room, but he was a you know, he knew it was a WEE before me kind of a deal and it didn't matter.
00:31:18
Speaker 6: You know, I could say I could go to Walker a.
00:31:20
Speaker 17: Little right now, say man, you can go play right guard, right tackle?
00:31:23
Speaker 6: What got your coach? And that?
00:31:25
Speaker 17: And that that says something to it because there's other guys you go say that to some of these guys that.
00:31:29
Speaker 6: Are like I'm doing what say that again, coach, No, not this guy.
00:31:33
Speaker 17: You know, he's the type of guy it'll go do it and and then my hat's off to him.
00:31:36
Speaker 6: He's done a great job, you know, staying locked in.
00:31:39
Speaker 15: How special is that for him to be able to transition to guard almost so seamlessly. I mean it's not as though he's complaining in all his life he's mostly tackled to him, How how how ut or how special.
00:31:52
Speaker 6: Is that remembered able to do that?
00:31:53
Speaker 17: Well, that goes back to the flexibility of the room. You know, you know that that only helps us as coaches, but it helps the room because you know we you know, as you know on game day year, you're gonna get a limited amount of guys, but you got guys that can play three different positions. You're like, oh wow, I mean I've been in situations or we're sitting there like, man, if his tackle goes down, we're going to put a tight end in there. You know, those are the situations you just do not want to deal with, which I haven't had to deal with here because of the flexibility of that room. What have you seen from I mean, yeah, uh e man's a guy that's locked in. He is asking all the right questions. He he you know, he's from his time that from the the time he's walked in the door to now is an unbelievable growth.
00:32:34
Speaker 6: He really has.
00:32:35
Speaker 17: And and that's something that we expect the next step when once we get the training camp and he's the type of guy he sees the game and he wants to know the why why Why why are we stepping like this?
00:32:47
Speaker 6: Why are we blocking like this?
00:32:49
Speaker 5: And that?
00:32:49
Speaker 6: And you know, and that's a great thing.
00:32:51
Speaker 17: You know, it's a guy who's gonna learn not just to play, but he's gonna learn the concept. And I think that's big. You know, that's that's great for his development.
00:33:00
Speaker 18: And consistency and just keeping that standard going throughout the entire time.
00:33:04
Speaker 11: Earlier, you mentioned to drop off from the middle portion of the season.
00:33:07
Speaker 9: What did you attribute that too?
00:33:09
Speaker 5: They How did you view that?
00:33:11
Speaker 17: Some of that was injuries, you know, and then then some of that I mean, he, I mean, hats off to the NFL.
00:33:16
Speaker 6: Man, there's some aliens out there.
00:33:17
Speaker 17: You know, we played against some good teams and they got some really good players, you know, and that's the deal. You know, we played some really good defenses, and you know, they you know, it's that's just the way it is, you know, And that's something they know. And we we brought it up to them, and they're ready for that next challenge to go compete against them once again for this year, because like, just like I talked about them, you know, I told them it's anybody's game. No, nobody gives a about what happened last year.
00:33:40
Speaker 7: You know.
00:33:41
Speaker 17: Only thing they care about, only thing they know about you is, hey, budd, you lost the playoffs to the Buffalo Bills. Appreciate appreciate Yeah, mean time, meantime, thank you, Yeah, yeah, time, yeah, thank you.
00:33:55
Speaker 7: Coaching, you get into the off season, take a look back and obviously what first year here. What were your immediate takeaways when you came back. I'm sure you say, to get the players back, what do you want to work with them.
00:34:06
Speaker 18: On right away?
00:34:09
Speaker 17: Well, breaking it down, we watched each guy, you know, and we do we like I think I've said this before, we do like a three better, three best. So we just take each guy and we'll actually say these are the things you do really well, and we need you to continue to do these things. Well, now, these are three things over here we'd like you to get better at. And then we'll take it a step farther. I'll ask them, I'll be like, what do you want to get better at?
00:34:33
Speaker 7: You know?
00:34:33
Speaker 6: And those are the things we have to emphasize, you know.
00:34:35
Speaker 17: And we started in phase one where it's just film and there's meetings, and then we take it to phase two. Then we take it to phase straight in the training camp. And it's our job as coaches. We've got this lesson plan laid out, and it's the idea of taking that lesson plan and applying it to our players in which they do get better. And if we're not doing the right steps and something's disconnect, then we got to find the reason why.
00:35:00
Speaker 7: I feel like I've talked a lot of players and a lot of what they appreciate about Liam and kind of coaches that as a whole is that they practice well, they play well, they can.
00:35:07
Speaker 6: Earn a spot right.
00:35:08
Speaker 7: It's not just those guys are left tackle no matter what. Yeah, not every teams like that. Within your position group, do you feel like that breaks a good competition on the line where at any role nobody see at any spot.
00:35:22
Speaker 17: Yeah, And that's the funny thing about it. These guys have seen it. I mean they've seen guys get hurt. You know, we watched it last year. I mean Pat McCarey gets hurt at right guard and Truman was in there most of the training camp and until we went down to Miami, and I mean Pat felt it. You know, you know, he's coming back from injury. He's like, I gotta go, I gotta go, man, I mean Truman I was like, yeah, I understand when you gotta get you healthy first, you know. And so that's the thing. I mean, these guys see that, and you know they don't. They ain't gonna hang out and muscle beach no more. They want to get healthy and get out there and compete for their jobs.
00:35:52
Speaker 15: Is that something you.
00:35:54
Speaker 7: Was raced obviously with young guys always coming in to kind of like that at this time of year training camp.
00:36:01
Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah. And that's the thing. I mean, that's our job.
00:36:03
Speaker 17: I mean, these older guys know what our job is, coaches, is to make you the best player we can.
00:36:09
Speaker 6: But it's also the front office's job to.
00:36:12
Speaker 17: Find the player that's gonna push you out just like him and I'll share experiences with him. I'm telling them stories, you know, from when I was a Steelers we had an offensive line and there Ramon Foster guard and he had a target on his back from day one. We need to replace this guy. Well I'm sitting there seven years later and the guy is still the starting left guard.
00:36:30
Speaker 6: You know.
00:36:31
Speaker 17: So just cause you say you're gonna replace somebody doesn't mean it's gonna happen. It's up to that guy to keep his spot.
00:36:37
Speaker 8: Is very I make fun of him a little bit, and I just say, you're like a quasi offensive line guy, like you really want to be an offensive line guy.
00:36:44
Speaker 5: Because he cares about the run game too. I don't think you see that all the time.
00:36:47
Speaker 8: Listen, I've been a couple other places now with some other coordinators, and I'm gonna be honest with you, Like William has always been about the run game, and I you know, whether it's from his playing days, whether it's his father instilling out in him, he understands how important a run game is to him being a quarterback himself, and it takes the pressure off of Trevor, you know, having a great run game. But yeah, he he not only understands the run game and who's supposed to do well and how to scheme up and game plan.
00:37:14
Speaker 5: But you know, he knows how to call it in the right moment.
00:37:16
Speaker 8: He knows how to call it at the right time, the right moment, in the right scheme. Yeah, that's yeah, exactly, or he'll get fired up, you know, make.
00:37:25
Speaker 18: Chris Rodriguez is like superpowers being efficient, right, yeah, what's what's where student's.
00:37:31
Speaker 8: I'm really you know, I said earlier about you know, old line front of the running backs, but this.
00:37:37
Speaker 5: Whole spring, is, whole offseason.
00:37:39
Speaker 8: I'm really impressed at you know, Chad obviously is on top of those guys all the time, but really was pressing his landmarks, you know that the defensive line. You know, you're trying to teach me the intent of every run play, where it's supposed to hit, how the back is supposed to read it. I'm really happy with him not being really a freelance back and listen, some of these backs in the NFL have a little bit of freedom. Hey, those guys are really unbelievable. But he's really efficient, he's detailed, he presses in landmarks, he makes his reads really really happy.
00:38:07
Speaker 5: With where he's at right now. But there's the other side of it.
00:38:10
Speaker 8: Now that we lost a thousand yard back, he's going to step his game up, which you know, I've seen a little bit of that from game tape to practice. And then with the screen game that Liam wants the screen game to.
00:38:20
Speaker 5: Get going again. And then the blitz pickup stuff. Blitz pickup stuff is his own anxencity.
00:38:25
Speaker 8: You get better at that is you get older and you understand defenses and the blitz packages, the unique blitz packages. He'll get better at that stuff. And then he has to just make sure that time and all the screens is really good. Out of the Beckers, what's to Chad.
00:38:42
Speaker 5: We have a good relationship Chad. Chad's awesome.
00:38:45
Speaker 8: We we hang out a little bit outside of the place and and we have a little bit of fun relationship here. So I really I really respect him him and Rixby and x NFL players.
00:38:55
Speaker 5: And anytime I have a question about something.
00:38:57
Speaker 8: Whether I'm getting too far outside, whether it's just paper talk, or hey, is this real? Like you play the game like they'll they'll remind me, you know, hey, just you know, be real about this and that, whether that's you know, realistic to expect the guy to do that.
00:39:11
Speaker 5: They'll they'll rill me back.
00:39:12
Speaker 1: Into some ext you see the door of an opinion that being a lot nearer than that, Like.
00:39:21
Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:39:21
Speaker 15: Guys get along really really well, and that gels with.
00:39:25
Speaker 2: The rest of the run.
00:39:26
Speaker 8: Yeah, I think so, I think, yeah, we're naturally going his room.
00:39:30
Speaker 6: We have a few laughs.
00:39:30
Speaker 8: I think you got to keep it light every now and then because it gets you know, the season gets long, you grind it out. But yeah, they connected with him early, and he's just an easy guy to get along with, the easy guy to get to know.
00:39:41
Speaker 19: And like I said, we've found grab some dinner and some you know, a couple of drinks here and there, and like, really good dude, that's an important issues. Absolutely got it, absolutely And we talked about that earlier and listen, you know, and the relationship between who line and and and the run game and coordinating and thing running backs being detailed and pressing that landmarks and all that stuff.
00:40:04
Speaker 5: Like he's really hard on these.
00:40:06
Speaker 8: Guys and he's creative with those guys, but at the same time, he holds the McConell.
00:40:09
Speaker 5: He knows what it's supposed to look with so much better.
00:40:17
Speaker 7: One year of experience, sort of lating the game coming in.
00:40:20
Speaker 8: Yeah, I think he could, you know, carry the torch here, you know, but you know as far as number one, who knows. I mean you look at Tampa, we used all three of those dudes. But I could say just from Tampa watching Bucky or watching Tuck from year when I was at Tampa to the second year David Wold and I expect the same thing on two just a elevator game even more so.
00:40:42
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm a great of you sing from both of them over the past year.
00:40:46
Speaker 9: A lot a lot.
00:40:49
Speaker 18: In terms of just like not just on the field, obviously the improving on the field, but it's just really off the field stuff that I'm more impressed with, just a maturity level of just understanding what it's taken to be a pro.
00:41:03
Speaker 9: Just amount of the stuff that they're studying now, you know.
00:41:05
Speaker 18: And then it's even the off season, how they take care of their body, the questions that I can just tell about the questions that they're asking. They're just trying to figure out more of the overall concept instead of not just what they're supposed to do.
00:41:18
Speaker 9: So I'm really proud of those guys.
00:41:20
Speaker 18: We have a great room and now we're just trying to do better than we did last year.
00:41:28
Speaker 9: He's pretty he's pretty good. I'm excited.
00:41:30
Speaker 18: Obviously, you guys cauldn't see him out there, but for a bigger guy, he's like.
00:41:34
Speaker 9: He's got great beat.
00:41:36
Speaker 18: I think that sometimes we can't get the sense that just because he's bigger, that he's just like straight.
00:41:42
Speaker 9: Lined guys, just gonna put his hand down run everybody where.
00:41:44
Speaker 20: It's very nifty and the old you can make guys miss, you know what I mean, can he has some long run So I'm really excited to work with them and just then all have that versatility where we can have a bigger guy, you know, knock.
00:41:58
Speaker 9: Some people back, but also like and great yards too. So he's efficient A good way to describe him. He's very efficient.
00:42:03
Speaker 18: Yeah, he's very efficient, and uh he's he can break tackles, you know, make guys miss a little bit, and I'm and then make miss not the sense of he's just kind of completely just Barry Sanders the guy and just completely joke him, but like enough just to make small movements where you know he's gonna run you over a few times, just the way you know, to decorate and trying to tackle him. He's gonna side stick and get more yards so and he's just hard to bring down because he's so big.
00:42:27
Speaker 9: So he has all he brings all that to the team. So we're great to have him.
00:42:32
Speaker 7: Do you have any changes in that room obviously off traveling.
00:42:38
Speaker 9: That as a coach?
00:42:39
Speaker 7: Is that a fun challenge for you to have guye.
00:42:45
Speaker 18: Oh, that's that's the best part now, like him leaving, like I missed him to depth.
00:42:50
Speaker 9: I mean just the amount of time I spent with him, his growth and like what we're able to do for him.
00:42:55
Speaker 18: And you know he's able to get life changing money and opportunity like there's been I'm so proud of that. But like I told him too, we don't we don't do better than you, Like that's our goal, Like I told him that, Like we're gonna put try to put a better numbers in you have more success, like outrush you.
00:43:13
Speaker 9: That's just how we are at We're all competitive. But like that's the fun part of like having a new.
00:43:17
Speaker 18: Group, Like oh yeah, we're trying to crush you and we're trying to have people forget about you, like that's the best.
00:43:22
Speaker 6: Part is that process or that philosophy.
00:43:25
Speaker 11: We're going to do better on an individual basis or the aggregate is going to be better than everything.
00:43:30
Speaker 18: Everything, everything, everything that we do, we're gonna try to do better than you. So the team, you know, for the team obviously, have better rushing stash for the team, be better on the screen, game, score much more touchdowns and passing whatever, like, make more guys miss.
00:43:46
Speaker 9: That's our goal.
00:43:47
Speaker 6: He knows that.
00:43:48
Speaker 9: So now we're gonna get there. It's a tough challenge.
00:43:52
Speaker 18: I mean, you know, he put us some good numbers for us now it's very productive, which are very proud of. Like, yeah, you're not here now, so we're trying to we're trying to beat you.
00:44:00
Speaker 7: Brand Thomas Junior uh talk a couple of weeks ago. Feels like his energies, mentality is.
00:44:06
Speaker 18: A little bit different.
00:44:07
Speaker 7: How are you seeing him at least so far where you're compared to last year. Anything.
00:44:11
Speaker 21: He's healthy, that's the number one thing. He's healthy. He's ready to go. I'm excited. He's excited. Trevor is excited. You know, they're making plays on pushing the ball down the field and he's making the most of every opportunity. Uh, from a from a mental standpoint, a physical standpoint.
00:44:30
Speaker 5: We love where he's a when you get Jr.
00:44:34
Speaker 7: Kobe's mid season right and he's only get to learn so much as the season's going along. But having about very smart to pick him up. Excited to sets you after.
00:44:44
Speaker 21: I am because he is He's a he's a VET, he's a leader, and I think all of our guys have benefited by.
00:44:54
Speaker 2: Him being in that room.
00:44:56
Speaker 5: He says the tone.
00:44:58
Speaker 21: He's continued to build relationships with He to each and every one of those guys, especially BT the park.
00:45:05
Speaker 6: So I mean I'm excited as.
00:45:06
Speaker 21: Far as you know now you know moving forward, you know, spending more time those guys, get an opportunity to do things together and just continue to grow and mention the two.
00:45:17
Speaker 7: Is this the kind of thing you were expecting him to add of those splashing.
00:45:20
Speaker 21: Plane, Well, the goal is to every every opportunity, every day that we get an opportunity to come in here, just continue to improve. And that's that's been his mindset, you know, when you know every day there's something that we're focused on and wanna make some improvements. And I think he's had that approach since you know, coming back and being healthy, and I think he'll continue.
00:45:44
Speaker 2: To as we move forward.
00:45:46
Speaker 7: You're part of kind of an unique experiment with Travis Hunter playing on both sides of football. When you look back, I know you got engined how about Halfway Club? But what were your takeaways.
00:45:54
Speaker 6: From the first year of that?
00:45:55
Speaker 21: Kayle competitor, ball skills out of this world, a guy that truly loves football, and so being around people like that, you know they're gonna put everything they can into it. And you see that now as he works his way back with the rehab. You know he's pouring so much into it, going back to the activation room and even his rehab and coming out of the activation room to actually going out.
00:46:28
Speaker 6: In the field.
00:46:28
Speaker 21: He's just trying to make the most of every opportunity gets so he can be literally the best version of himself.
00:46:34
Speaker 7: So park of Washington really all fell last year and whatever role he was kind of putting in your mind, can you be a number one with Europe and you can play any role on.
00:46:42
Speaker 21: These I wouldn't put any limitations to Parker Washington. I think last year his mindset coming in was to just I just want to keep improving day by day and and and that's really all of our mindsets, because you know, whenever we feel like, you know, we've kind of made it, and and and feel like we can't grow as we continue in our journey, that's usually when something negative happens. But he's never had that approach. He always comes in and it's almost like he just wants to continue to just get better and evolve and put itself in a position where you know he's he sees somebody that you're gonna continue.
00:47:19
Speaker 2: To talk about it.
00:47:20
Speaker 9: I think this is the worst off season in Trouble's career where.
00:47:23
Speaker 21: The receivers that started in the end of one season, I'm protected to start calling into the next season. How beneficial can that familiarity in between him and.
00:47:32
Speaker 9: Out of those tasks mean?
00:47:34
Speaker 6: It can it?
00:47:35
Speaker 21: It can only help, you know, when you have that type chemistry and those guys put a lot into it, you know, the throwing that they do, the conversations that they have, it's only gonna help us be found at our chain of high level For.
00:47:50
Speaker 10: What do you think chemistry looks like between QB and receive. But we've per I think with Liam said earlier this year, he wants to be intentional about some of that chemistry with Brian and the travel.
00:48:00
Speaker 6: What does that look like a fast game place?
00:48:03
Speaker 21: Well, also, it's just everyone being on the same page from a timing standpoint, spacing standpoint, understanding. It's a feel as far as when you're getting certain looks, certain coverages, the anticipation knowing that, okay versus this particular look, I can anticipate him taking this maybe this angle, or using this technique to put itself in the best position to make a play.
00:48:26
Speaker 10: Is that what we saw the cold that year, where he's so consistent in the way he does things even though they hadn't been around each other.
00:48:33
Speaker 21: Well, you're Bill Maze. As far as when you when you maybe not being around each other, as far as initially coming in but then the time put into it once he got into the building, the conversations, all of those add up as far as being on the same page.
00:48:49
Speaker 5: What do you see. I know you've probably been asked, so sorry you kept in about Brian.
00:48:53
Speaker 4: Do you notice that you're different?
00:48:55
Speaker 10: Uh, we've heard some He just feels like there's a chess pumped out, a little bit of wars or confidence about him that back here.
00:49:02
Speaker 5: Well, he's healthy.
00:49:03
Speaker 4: He's healthy, and that helps.
00:49:04
Speaker 21: That helps with everything, you know, being healthy and just he has a great attitude coming in here and and similar to some of the some of our other guys, his approach has been, you know what, I'm coming in here and I want to I wanna get better in this particular, maybe this technique or that technique, or maybe learning the system. So he's doing everything he can to put himself in a position to be the best person of himself.
00:49:26
Speaker 2: How much does he change, you guess officially?
00:49:29
Speaker 21: You know, anytime you got a guy that's you need you can push the ball down the field and make big plays in the explosive player, I mean it helps everybody.
00:49:38
Speaker 15: Can you tell his lock chair and maybe any fag and he's quiet or in his mind a.
00:49:45
Speaker 21: Little well, I mean he's quiet as far as his demeanor, but once he generally steps out on the field, he's he's he's another person that's very loud in his play as far as he's explosive and he can make big plays. But I think going back to just him being healthy, I think that definitely makes
