X-Men Casting Rumors Getting Wild + Blue Beetle Returns in Superman

Adrian Carson: Have you guys heard the news? Apparently they're casting as we speak for the X-Men. If these rumors are true, stay tuned and you'll find out who's playing what role and what will we think about. Welcome back to Podcasting One Nerd That Nerd ADC and Uncle Black. And today we're gonna get into these rumor castings because it's blowing up on Twitter, Uncle Black. It's blowing up on Twitter. I'm hearing, I'm hearing. I'm kind of ⁓ peek at that list, and it's dude. And a lot of the people are saying the same names, so it needs some credients to some of these names may actually end up getting the roll. So let's get into it, man. Let's not hold these people up. Let's get into these rumors. And if they're right, this is gonna be a doozy. So see on the screen here, I brought I just put in X-Men casting rumors, and a lot of these names are popping up for these. for these roles over and over and over again. And I'm gonna crease the zoom on here a little bit. So you is that better for you uncle back? ⁓ that's better. Thank you. Cool, we're good, we're good. Okay, so let's start with the sc go down. Cyclap. Cyclops says Jack Champion. I'm trying to think who Jack Champion is. I'm Googling him right as we speak because you and I have this ⁓ wait a minute. Hold on, Jack Champion. Why do I know that name? I wanna say that dude. Did you watch Avatar? I did. ⁓ not the last airbender, but the Avatar with Taruk Makto. ⁓ yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's James Cameron Avatar. He was the he was the the human, the human kid. Okay. Jack Champion. Yes, I got it. I got it. He was an Avatar. He also was in the they the Scream movie. Well the twenty twenty three Scream movie. Okay. Yes, yes, okay. And Retribution. Yeah, lot of little little films, besides Avatar. Avatar wasn't little in the way of one. Yeah. He was an end end game too. He was kid on bike. Okay. I was saying little films and he'd so ⁓ end game, I like, ⁓ yeah, what am I forgetting? ⁓ I'm looking at the list, but that's it. ⁓ the Divergent Insurgent series. Just a kid. So I mean I like it. I like I like because you I do think you don't want a name name for some of these. You want some people who can grow into these roles. So ⁓ like some people having a a solid name would be fine. Like we're gonna get down to this list and there's some more notable names. ⁓ like I'm seeing one from Professor X right now, Magneto. But like I think for your like young classmen, Cyclops, Gene Gray, et cetera, you don't need too big of names. So I'm o I'll I'm okay. Give Chak Jack Champion a try. What do you think, Uncle Black? I don't know. Maybe it's the hair, the height, that doesn't do it for me to be a Cyclops. Like, you gotta be six foot two, six foot four, broad, unless they're going with a real original FERC class of X Men, where they're young. That's the only way they get away with it. But however, I will agree, I like the fact that he's a name. But he's not a well known household name. Perfect casting if you go with him. There's just a little questions here and there. Movie magic always occurs. So it's one of those things that I I don't I'm I'll be I'm I'm with it. I'll I'll get behind it. I'm not gonna say no, don't do it, because then that's when you you always strip over your foot. So yeah, bring it on. Bring it on. Bring it on. So next on their list they have Gene Gray as Sadie Sink. Playing ⁓ Sadie Sink taking that role. ⁓ so Sadie Sink. All right. That's what I thought. Stranger Things. Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm good with that. I'm good with that. I'm good. I I am. I'm I'm good with it too. I I honestly thought that she was gonna be in Which got spikes. Yeah, she is. She is in Spider Man brand new day. Yeah, yeah, yeah. In an unnamed role right now. It's gotta be Gene Gray. I'm thinking this list may have some cadence. It's gotta be because that's been since they announced that she was gonna be in brand new day, the rumor has been is that she's gonna appear as Gene Gray. Not Mary Jane Watson, because then that would make no freaking sense. Right. A at all. And besides you already have MJ and I don't wanna go down that hole of how I feel. But if she's coming in as Green Jay Green Jean Grey, then it kinda also sets up Doomsday. And it kind of sets up the multiverses of Jean Gene Grey's. I see one hundred percent. This is great. This one's actually great. And if she is Gene Gray in Spider Man brand new day, which we only have a few weeks left, I'm gonna be so excited. Yes, this is a great this is a green thumbs up to me. This is ⁓ Psychops is is kinda to me, 'cause this guy I don't I haven't seen enough of him to know if he's a really good actor. I that's how I feel. But I love Stranger Things and I think she did well in that. I could see this. So good there. Next on our list, we got Rogue. Do you recognize this name? I did not until I I am DB'd her. And she was in Once Upon a Time. This movie will forever live run free in my head. Once upon a time in Hollywood. She played who did she play in that movie? Pussy Cap. But she is in an upcoming movie. I think it's called The Dog Star. I I saw the trailer for that. I didn't watch Happy Gilmore too, and people are probably gonna hate me for that one, but again, this is another one of those names, not a big name. They could get get away with it. It's kinda like what they did with Anna Packwin. Agreed. Agreed. So this is getting a middle thing for me just because it just depends how she plays it and how she is. But to me, I agree through this one of these roles where you could throw really any name in there as long as they got talent and can act. Yeah. I mean if you take a if you take a look at a picture, it here's here's if you go to IMDV, you type in her name. She has little small locks of hair, two thin strands coming here, kind of giving the rogue feel without the you know, rogue hair, but I kind of look at her I'm like, ⁓ you can pull off the accent. Don't overdo it. But y you might be able to pull it off. She's from Montana, so she's gonna have some type of accent. But no, I'm I feel better about her than I feel about Jack Champion. I agree. And now we start getting into some names. And then that this is when they're starting to lose me a little bit. So Professor X played by Patrick Wilson, ⁓ Conjuring, etc. Orm, you know. ⁓ Patrick Wilson has talent, don't get me wrong. Patrick Wilson is a he's a good actor. But is he Professor X? I I can see that they're going younger. But if you Patrick Wilson's not terribly young, but as far as I mean, as far as Appearing as he's more of a James McAlboy sort of Professor X, I feel is what they would be going for here, a younger professor X, not an older Professor X. Would you agree with that? I like the direction of age that they're going. I don't think he's it. Now, granted, when it comes to comic book movies, he played a great Orm. And let's not forget, he played a great night owl. Yes. He was great as in in in You know, those those, you know, those movies. I can't remember the names. Come on, what are the conjuring the conjuring movies? I just don't see Professor X. I don't. I I really don't. That's that's a miss. It is for me too. I was kinda hoping they would race bend here. You know, you heard about ⁓ like rumors back in the day how people were like casting John Carlo S. Visito as ⁓ either Magneto or Professor X. And I guess Denzel Washington, etc. Dude, thank you for thank you, dude. Like that I was really hoping they would go there. So dude, that's what we you know, we do you we do something before each episode we talk and talk it out. And that was one of the things that I wanted to bring up of it came back up in the news again, Gene Carlo as Esposito wanting to do Magneto as long as Denzel's down to play Professor X. Mm-hmm. I could get down behind that. I I I could get down behind that. It it both two sets of great actors, I could see it happening. Although And you would have to go from like the ⁓ Jewish constant Holocaust element and like go to more of a slavery element, you know, both of them being kinda like immortal, very, very old, you know, beings. But I but I would love that. I think that'd be pretty cool. To have that sort of take on it. Yeah. And I don't think Kevin Feige's a well, new Kevin Feige, maybe not so much, but Kevin Feige used to be taking risks. I don't know if this new Kevin Feige does. No, because Disney's not gonna be h behind it. But yeah, I just don't know. Going back on track, if I see Patrick Wilson as Professor X, I just ⁓ especially as Meg what they have as Magneto as a counterpart. We'll get that in a moment. I don't and I don't know how they do that, actually. Let's get into Magnino. So we're gonna have Magnito being played as Jason Isaacs. Why is that a problem, Uncle Black? That just doesn't work. That does not work. Who's Moon Knight? Ex Oscar Isaac. Right. Like like but it's so they got it wrong. I don't And this dynamic of Patrick Relson and Jason Isaacs, I don't like. I don't like it. I can't think of anything they've done together that makes that that they prove they have chemistry. I mean they might, but other than Jason for those that don't know, Jason Isaac's Harry Potter, Lucius Malfoy. He he he's a good actor. He is. I just don't see this as a role for him. He played ⁓ Captain Lorca in Discovery. Gotcha. Great villain. Actually great villain. And I'm I'm not even talking about Lucius Malfoy. I'm talking about him as Captain Lorca. Great villain. Not it. I mean I know he's overcast, but I was expecting more of a name like Bill Scarskard or something. He's overcast, he's in everything. ⁓ yeah. You know I he might have been a better professor Professor X. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Especially opposite Jason Isaacs. That's what I was trying to get at. Like if you were like Bill Scarsgard for Professor X and you had Magneto as Jason Isaacs, like I can see that, right? Well what about Jason Isaacs as Meg as Professor X? Yeah, swap the roles you're saying? Or totally get rid of Patrick Wilson? Get rid of Patrick Wilson. No, no, no, no. Give Jason Isaacs Professor X. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Like stop making him the villain and give him a di like If you ever seen one of his he he did a a TV drama on NBC ⁓ about a decade ago where he was a dad, I think he was a cop, and the the premise of it was he had two different realities. In one reality, his son was alive, and the other real reality, his wife was alive and his son was dead. So he would go to bed, wake up and one's alive, go to bed, wake up and the other one's alive. Great drama and I could see where that would those acting chops could transition into a Professor X. Or just scrap it because he's one of those actors that needs someone equally as good to play off of him. Yeah, and I just don't see this dynamic working. It could. No. Emma Frost, I don't like this 'cause she's in everything. She's kind of the hot girl summer right now, right? ⁓ No. Emma Frost played by Sydney Sweeney. I don't like this at all. Understand why. She probably has a hell of an agent. That's why. But I watched Emphoria. I watched Euphoria. Yeah. And I don't think she's a good actress. I just don't think she has Emma I mean, you don't have to be a great actress, but Emma Frost, let's be real. Especially the way they portrayed her in most movies. Yeah. But I just Sidney Sweeney to me is you know how they it's like Kevin Hart, right? Yes. Like I like Kevin Hart, but he's in he there was a point where he was in everything. Yes. Sidney Sweeney is becoming that. Yes. Kevin Hart is in everything. Kevin Hart playing Kevin Hart. Right. I don't and ⁓ and add on top to the fact that and maybe she does, but she hasn't proven it, at least to me, and I know it's subjective. I don't see that she has talent besides being a Ditsney girl. Well, no, no. Okay, I I'm gonna disagree. The the one hint of talent that she had is if you watch the movie Christie, where she plays the female boxer that gets plays a female boxer. I'm just, you know, first female heavyweight champion boxer. She comes, but the problem is is Sydney Sweeney also comes with a lot of drama with those American Eagle commercials. Mm-hmm. And I'm what I get. Don't come after me, Sydney Sweeney fans. I know it's subjective. I get it. Exactly. But at the end of the day, I don't see her. I I I mean, yes, I see her as Emma Frost. But I don't And I see, like if you're gonna give her any role, Emma Frost is probably the role to get her. Because like it's probably there's probably not much there to do with it. Or so I was thinking a different role. I was thinking Dazzler. Emma Frost or Dazzler, but there's been the forever rumor that what her name is gonna be playing ⁓ Dazzler. Taylor Swift. Yeah. Taylor Swift will be Dazzler, but that's never gonna happen. I hope not. So I don't know. I don't know, this is like a thumbs up and down at the same time because it's kinda like, yeah, it's I'm a frost, but do I really want to sit there through Sydney Sweeney for two hours? I I don't I don't think I could do that. Charles Melton though, as Beast. Yeah, this one interesting. With a teen wolf, I think. So I think I know him from I wanna say he was maybe in what was that called? ⁓ What do I know him from? It was Riverdale. Riverdale, yes, yes, yes. I thought that was, but I wasn't seeing it on his page. No, it was Riverdale. I was I said Team Wolf, but it was ⁓ it was Riverdale. Yeah, that's where I came from. ⁓ This one's interesting. Don't hate it. I'm indifferent. No. Honestly I kinda indifferent. Well, you know what, I'm gonna say how did you we feel when Nick when you know Nicholas Holt as Beast? We you know, we didn't think it was possible. Right. And ⁓ look at where Nicholas Holt is now. He actually he played a phenomenal beast, honestly. And now he's ⁓ excellent Lex Sleuther. So Yeah. I mean I don't I I could see where they where they go with it. And honestly, if they stick to 'cause I have a feeling he he was born in Juneau, Alaska. So I'm a feeling he's native. Aleutian, ⁓ if that's what if don't don't kill me if I'm wrong for pronouncing it. pronunciating it wrong. But if you stick to those roots and work in of that's why he's a mutant, you know, some type of spirit. Like you know like Native American heritage sort of thing. Yes. Go with that. Embrace it. Embrace it. Like come on. You have your chance. I I like it. It would be it would be so relatable. Not relatable but so relevant, so such a good thing to do with the X-Men because the X Men are so comic book political. ⁓ Anamorphing it. Yeah. Yes. Yes, fuck. Yeah, yeah. Give us that. I mean I see it. I mean, give ⁓ a a couple of you know, make ⁓ a little bit older. You could also have ⁓ as Wolverine. Like I I look at his stock photo and I'm like, ⁓ you could also maybe get away, depending on how tall you are. A young ⁓ there's no such thing as a young Wolverine. So forget that idea. I'm sorry. I love talking myself out of my ideas. But no, I I can I do like this helmet, especially if they really lean heavy into what you're saying. I don't think they will, but I would love it if they did. Storm. Kirby Hal Baptiste. How Baptiste. I'm the I I'm looking at a picture of her right now. I see ⁓ Sandman. She played ⁓ His sister? I recognize her. His sister. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. Okay. ⁓ I know her from a sandman. That's all our only one I've seen, I think. But I'm okay with this. Again. I see I I I I see what they're they're cooking here. And they're really not going overboard with the names and and their their hype. of of ca of actors, I I could see this working. I could see this one working really, really well. Mm-hmm. Storm is one of those that it's hard to get wrong. Hollyberry It's so easy to get it right. But you know I I I don't know what to say, but no, I it i again they can only go up from where they are right now when it comes to X Men. I agree. So funny thing, and so this next one with Gambit. When I first read it, I thought it said Montel Jordan. This is how we do it. I was like, ⁓ that's hilarious. But Montana Jordan. He looks like a gambit to me. I'm cool with it. Rap, I know who he is. You ever watched Young Sheldon? Yeah, he plays his brother. His brother, yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. You say yes. You like this? Yes. Yes. Yes. This is like one of those wait and see things for this by looks alone, I'm cool with it. Let's go on to Nightcrawler, Lewis Partridge. Nola Holmes is his claim to fame. And Paddington. Louise Partridge. No. Well, what's he gonna do? Wear makeup. Right. Well, to me, this is one of those rules, depending on how much stock they're gonna put in Nightcrawler. Notoriously speaking, he doesn't have that big of an eye. So it's kind of one of those ⁓ nothing burger rules to me. Unless they can Something more, something bigger with it. I mean you have the whole like if they're gonna cast ⁓ cast ⁓ mystique, then you got something there, right? Because then you can go 'cause then you get the whole, you know, backstory of who's Nycrar's mother, right? Yes. Who's Nycrar's father, you know, etc. If you explore that, but they just dabble and touch on it in the past. They don't really go too far into it. So But maybe they do go far under it this time around and that'd be cool. That would be a good I was gonna say the same thing. If you if you had a mystique in, then you got a story going. Because then you you have your rogue, you have your gambit, you have your mystique, and you have your nightcrawler. And you kind of can could go from there. But no mystique. I don't know. I I don't know. I mean it we've seen what they've done with Nightcrawler in the past. Yeah. And you know, real quickly, it's kinda like Quicksilver and ⁓ Scarlet Witch. They kind of like really did nothing with that backstory, right? Yeah. They really they who their p who their dad is, right? They didn't even talk to them. Right. Right. Right, right, right, right. But you see what I'm saying there. Like Yeah. It just pens what they do with the role. It is. It is. Do you have any more about Nightcrawler? No. No, it's just Mm Bamf. Iceman. So this one's weird to me. Because isn't Kit an eternal? ⁓ I think you're thinking Kit Harrington. Not Kit Connor? Okay, maybe I am. You're thinking Kit Harrington, but he wasn't he wasn't an eternal. He was Black Black Knight. But same universe, is what I'm saying. no, but this is this is a different actor, I think. Yeah, it is. It is. ⁓ ready player one, K Connor. Yes. Okay. Yeah, no. Okay. It's one of those roles where I don't see lasting too long. So ⁓ Okay. I mean I mean do I mean do you? I mean Iceman, is he like is there is there's just is there s is there this huge Iceman lore I'm missing out on? Like Yes, you are. Yes. Okay. You know what? I he's Iceman is like one of my favorite X Men. Okay, so I'm sorry. You could do s so much with Iceman. Like Iceman having the fallout with the X Men, going to X Factor, Iceman losing control of his powers. There's so much that you could do with Iceman. Iceman discovering that really he could freeze anything and change the shape of his body. Well, I didn't know Iceman could do that. Yeah. Because like I am not huge on Iceman. I'm not I have really dive too much into X Men that far, but all I think is he could shoot Ice ⁓ No, he's he's he's an omega actually Iceman is an omega level mutant. People don't know that, but because of what he could do, and it's one of those growing things, he is an omega level mutant and he gets slept on so much. But he he He probably could go up there toe to toe with Magneto, probably. Okay. They really don't show that in the movies. No, because they shortchange him. They always shortchange him. But by the time Bobby Drake is an adult, he and once he has full control of his powers and he and you have him in that omega level category, you're done. Like just like Magneto could could, you know, get the iron out of your blood, he could freeze your blood. Damn. Yeah, that yeah. Yeah. And you know, he could screw over Magneto because he could freeze the Earth's core. And then there is no magnetism. Yeah. Yeah. So it's one of those things of where it's a very important role and you're poo-pooing on it. Like this should have been like an actual name of a character. You know who would ⁓ maybe he's a little bit too old. But the dude from Euphoria. Which one? I think it's Jake. I want to place Jake. Yes. Yes. Okay. I could have seen that much more him as a Bobby Bobby Drake, although kind of a jokester, but I I could see him playing about well, or we could bump him up to Cyclops. But give but I see where they're going. You have someone unknown for Cyclops, virtually unknown, then having someone virtually unknown for Iceman would work. Okay. We shall see. Like I thought they were going younger. Right. He's maybe in his twenties, early twenties by the time he gets to the X Men. Yeah, because his sister is like a teenager. Right. So I don't know. Nah, no. It's a it's a loss for me. It's it's it's a no. It's no for me, dog. We have to have an American idol, don't remember. Yeah, no, no. And and and while we're at it, w where's his sister? Where's magic? Yeah, you don't see magic on this list. You know? I mean where's you know New Mutants. And maybe that's that wasn't a bad movie. So this next one. No, no, no, no, no, no. Apocalypse. We're Mardown. No. But apparently Dwayne Johnson The Rock was floated around. Super No And Harrier Rardam is now said to be the front runner. But originally was supposed to be Dwayne Johnson. It would have been a no to either one for me, ⁓ honestly. I'll let you go. What can I say? Okay, except no thank you. ⁓ but no, Haver Bardam. He's a great actor, but not for Apocalypse. It was a no for apocalypse for me for Oscar Isaac, too. And this is a no for me again. I thought Oscar Isaac, Oscar Isaac. kinda crap the bed with apocalypse. And I thought Hot Rea Bardam will be much of the same. Both are great actors, both are very good, but this a no. And it would have been no for me to for joining Johnson, like I said. Do you want to elaborate? It's no. ⁓ He's a good actor, don't get me wrong. All I could ever think about him is him not having a bottom jaw. From from from Skyfall. Grosses the crap out of me. But he's a good actor. You really do. And why are you jumping out of the gate with Apocalypse? Yeah, he should not even be on the list. And I said this trying to get him placehold for the future, but I think it's too early to even be casting. Yeah, it is it is way too early. Apoc apocalypse is one of those roles that you really unless you're gonna treat Apocalypse like you treated ⁓ ⁓ Thanos, where it's just like, you know, like an in-credit scene sort of this is where we're going. But even then I I just don't I know. No. So my question is, and you may not know, but I can't remember. Was Thanos cast when they first showed Thanos? No. I believe that was a different actor. That's what I thought. So if you're doing the Thanos route, it doesn't necessarily he doesn't have to be cast. Be a shadow or something, you know, like I it doesn't even need to be that. It could be a flashback, God knows when it's a pyramid, and and if you go with the you know, his ship is the pyramid, it you know, you show the ship coming to earth or crash landing to earth, or you see an ancient Egyptian civilization where they're worshiping. 'Cause the rumor is that you know we're going to the X-Men area era and that after secret wars, ventures are not gonna be anymore. That no. That they're gonna basically be killed off. And when they do come back, we're recasting Captain America, we're recasting everybody. They're they're pulling a girl. So with that in mind, I see them basically doing copy and paste. Where a cop where Apocalypse is phase one. where Apocalypse like they treat Apocalypse like they treated Thanos and phase in phase one, where it's an in-credit scene, that sort thing. And but what I don't like about that is it's lazy. So if if they're gonna carbon copy their basically this word for what we did with Avengers, we're basically going to do the exact same thing with X-Men. I think viewers are gonna realize that very, very that, you know, the first ⁓ if they treat the first Avengers movie, the first X-Men movie as the first Avengers movie. And they basically are cov basically copying their own homework. I think us as fans, I think the Marvel fans are gonna be like, wait a minute. Yeah. I mean they're not idiots. I I mean, I I'm gonna give ⁓ the credit that they're not idiots. And I'm I'm gonna say this and I'm gonna alienate and I don't mean to alienate anybody because I am a mo I'm a I'm a Star Wars fan too. But Star Wars has a recipe, A B C A B, C A B C. We I think what they're gonna do, and I think this is shooting themselves in the foot, but they're they because of how up in the air it is, I think what they're gonna do is basically leave it like open ended. But if they are able to make a deal with Sony again, ⁓ it's gonna it's going to be a whole new either a whole new Peter Parker or it's gonna be What fans had been wanting, it's gonna be Miles. No, because of the success of spider ropes. You don't think Sony would hold on to Miles for themselves? And that's I do think that they will. That's why I'm saying most likely it's going to be a recaspier harper. I don't want it, but if they do I think Tom Haldin done after Secret Wars. I think he may have brand new day. And the two next ones. In the two next Doomsday Secret Wars. But I think after that we i he he is done. 'Cause I think that's all that's left on the Sony deal. That is, you're right. Unless Tom Holland pushes, because Tom Holland is now producer of Spider Man movies. But I'm saying that would be But I don't think it'd be MCU connected regardless if he sticks around. But I see like MC if MCU wants a Spider Man, if they want still want one, if they feel like they need one, which If they're going the X-Men route, you could because there's a lot of crossover. Yeah. ⁓ with Spider Man and Avengers and X Men. So here here's like here here's my thing. When it comes to Spider Man, he he touches everybody in MCU. Exactly. And the fact that X Men are upstate New York and you have Fantastic Four that are in the Baxter building in New York City, you kinda need Spider Man. That's what I'm saying. And not constantly. But Unfortunately, I don't think it's Tom Holm. But I don't know how that works just to recast Tom ⁓ recast Peter Parker, unless you're saying you're in a whole new earth. But I don't like I it's tricky. It's very, very tricky aware they go after Secret Wars with Spider Man. Because to me there's one two out there's one two things you do. One we three. There's you recast Peter Parker. You introduce Miles Morales or you bring back a Sony Spider Man. Either Andrew Garfield or Toby McCoy. And you go for the older Peter Parker route. I don't like the third option because they're gonna age out. So I think what you I think the second one is the most appealing, but like you said, I don't know if Sony goes for that. I'm bringing in a Miles. So But do may maybe we're maybe we're just saying maybe maybe Miles is what's on my mind. Maybe it's Spider Quinn, maybe it's something, maybe they're willing to give up another I maybe it's Spider-Man you are. Or do they just give up Tom Holland? He's gonna age out. This is where my point is. You have the route of you have Tom Holland and you give him up for MCU, and then you just focus on Miles. And you introduce Miles somewhere along the lines in one of the Spider Man movies. Maybe Tom Holland does another sequel of the Spider Man movies, but that's when you actually do introduce Miles. No, I agree. I think that's the route they should go, but will Sony and MCU get along for that to happen? I don't. I don't know. Because right now, as it is, Tom Holland is ultimate Spider Man. Yes. Yes. After Sequel Wars, yes. Yeah. And so There's no doubt in my mind. I think they're all done after Secret Wars. I think Chris Evans, I think everybody's done. I think everybody's dying. It's gonna be Heroes Reborn. There's no doubt about it. Maybe not w like maybe not without ons no onslaught in it, but I mean that's another thing that you can say for X Men is onslaught. That's when you reboot the Avengers. Maybe maybe it even happens before Secret Wars. Maybe this is a doomsday thing. Maybe Doctor Doom is like Similar thanos and he's just like y'all gone. You know? It's like a bloodbath in doomsday. I could see that happening too. So that was in twenty twenty one. Was it Heroes Reborn it was twenty twenty one? What was the one before that? I don't remember, but I recall early twenty twenty twenty twenty one there was Heroes Reborn. So what was it called after the onslaught event? No, it was nineteen ninety six, but then they redid it in twenty twenty one. But the original the original one was nineteen ninety six. Yeah, yeah. Okay, that was just like I was lost for a second. Nineteen ninety six, ninety seven was that arc original arc. Then they went and then they redid it and so but no I I don't know. We'll we'll we'll see. We'll see. I mean Yeah. So there's a couple routes. I do I I agree with you. I think they should keep a Spidey because there he's when he carried their crosses over all over the place. But but not only that. Thank God that they if I and I hope this rumor is true that they do cast him in Man of Tomorrow. Blue Beetle is probably one of the best D C movies out there. I'm sorry. I think I think that helps you get people guess eyeballs on it because ⁓ there's already that say ⁓ connection point. And there was a lot of goodwill with Blue Beetle. So I think, yeah, I agree. I am a big fan of this news. I hope I'm hoping like they really like focus on Jaime. I would even make him part of the Justice League, be honest with you. Because I think of what the Justice League becomes, because I think you need like I said, they he's their Spider Man. I think there's a lot you could do with Blue Beetle there with younger viewers, with younger fans, ⁓ having Jaime there. Yeah. Yeah. I mean That movie was phenomenal. I'm sorry. I I I have to say it was phenomenal. It's on it's in the phenom phenomenal tier. The actor, Zolo, and you know great pick for Blue Beetle. I could you close your I close my eyes for a second and I could see the chemistry between him and David Korce Cornsworth. Yeah. Yep. It's almost like it's It's natural. And in it's almost like you have your two goody two shoes also in one movie and one that you have it's and I can see a similar dynamic between like how there was like Iron Man and Spider Man. Yes. With ⁓ the ⁓ with Tony Stark and Peter, but either with Superman and ⁓ Blue Beetle or even Blue Beetle and Mr. Terrific. I can see I could see that those like that dynamic being there where or Blue Beetle and ⁓ Green Lantern, ⁓ either John Stewart or ⁓ my God, yeah. So like like I look up to you or I've I've seen you on TV and ⁓ my god, I'm actually here, you know, sort of thing. Like I could I could see that, like and he he runs it and and he like you have your John S no here, free content. You have your John Stewart and you have your Guy Gardner. He's like, ⁓ my God, he runs into the Hall of Justice. ⁓ my God, I've seen you everywhere. And you know, Guy Gardner thinks it's him. He just runs past by him to go straight to John Stewart.
