[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents the 117th release in its catalogue: Sonic Buckwit — Amor Fati.
Once, there were cities here. Millions of people built roads, raised skyscrapers towards the clouds and created vast spaces for life and movement. But time changed everything. Water returned to the streets, concrete became part of a new natural landscape, and new forms of existence emerged among the remnants of the past. The world did not disappear. It simply changed. Amor Fati is the love of one’s fate and the acceptance of the inevitable course of things. It is not a struggle against change, but the understanding that every era has its own rhythm. The new album by Chelyabinsk-based electronic musician Sonic Buckwit (@sonicbuckwit) is a sonic journey through the submerged megacities of the future, where deep bass waves resemble the movement of the ocean between empty buildings, slow hypnotic structures reflect the tranquillity of a new world, and cold synthesizers echo between abandoned skyscrapers.
Eight original works:
:::Super-Nova becomes the first impulse in the birth of a new reality — the moment when the old order gives way to an unknown future.
:::Imbrionic Universe descends into a space of emergence, where life develops quietly and gradually, forming a new universe within the shattered boundaries of the past.
:::Avalable Choises explores the illusion of choice. Every option creates a new route, yet all roads lead to the same point — the present moment.
:::Algorythmics explores the rhythms that remain after their creators have disappeared. The patterns of nature, the movement of water and the planet’s eternal cycles become a new form of music.
:::Catharsis becomes a moment of liberation. The city no longer demands anything — it simply exists in its new state.
:::The Replicator reveals the endless recurrence of life. Everything returns in a new form: water, plants, creatures and the planet itself create their own versions of the future.
:::Ten Thousand Oceans reveals the scale of the inner world. Behind a single consciousness lie thousands of depths, memories and possible realities.
:::Single Point is a moment of equilibrium. A point where the past and the future meet within a single, tranquil movement. Every path, every decision and every moment converge at one coordinate — here and now.
Amor Fati is not a story about searching for a way out. It is a journey towards understanding that the road itself is the final destination. Sonic Buckwit creates a space where a deep techno rhythm becomes a philosophical instrument and sound transforms into a way of exploring one’s own existence.
Eight states. One reality. Complete acceptance of movement. The city is silent. But its rhythm can still be heard.
Yours in sound and spirit,
