ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about what to do when you’ve found success but still feel like something is missing.
Daniela Baur is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and mentor coach (MCSACC and MCSPCC). Based in Victoria, British Columbia, she coaches in English and Bulgarian and supports coaches in developing their practice and preparing for credentialing. Daniela brings more than twenty years of experience in eye care and has worked as an internal team coach and practice manager with FYidoctors since 2019. She received the FYidoctors Practice Coach of the Year award in 2021. Her work combines practical leadership experience with a commitment to listening, reflection, and professional growth.
In her independent practice, Daniela supports people navigating leadership responsibilities, competing demands, and changes in their personal and professional lives, with a particular focus on women in leadership. Her mentor coaching helps coaches deepen their understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies. A lifelong learner, Daniela continues to develop her coaching and mentoring practice.
Originally from Bulgaria, Daniela moved to Canada in 2004. Her experience of adapting to a new country and building a career shapes her appreciation for different perspectives and the strengths people draw on when navigating change. Outgoing and approachable, Daniela enjoys connecting with people. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother who treasures time with her family—including her dog, who adds a little extra fluff, warmth, and fun to everyday life.
