Episode summary:
Lindsey talks with Jack Kellner of Canary Waves and Regeneration about humanizing mining, smarter safety, and community driven closure. Jack shares the origin of Canary Waves, a voice AI platform that captures radio chatter to add context to KPIs, surface repeat issues, and move sites from reactive to predictive. He unpacks Regeneration's stakeholder first approach to tailings reprocessing, pairing restoration with modular, capital light execution, and creative offtake models. They riff on gamifying mining to build the future talent pipeline, challenge the reflex of de risking as a kill switch, and make the case for starting small, communicating clearly, and keeping it fun, with real value for operators, innovators, and leaders.
Our Promise:
