ABOUT THIS EPISODE
It may be a challenging concept for some to wrap their heads around, but there is a compelling theory out there that states we are made up of 4 Energy Types. Joining me on the show today is someone who has embraced their Goddess energy, harnessed the power of their own intuition, and used her gifts to help other women overcome the need for external validation, Nancy Walters!
We discuss how Nancy is helping women now in a considerably hostile climate, not only politically and in regards to COVID-19, but spiritually as well. Nancy also shares how building habits that are sustainable, consistent, and kind are ultimately beneficial, tips for navigating dating in the midst of the pandemic, and why tapping into the feminine energy is so important.
