ABOUT THIS EPISODE
A retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, Marine aviator, executive coach, and author of Readback: A Marine Aviator's Manual for Navigating Life's Hardest Lessons, Ryan Cherry shares the leadership principles forged through decades of service in high-pressure environments.
From the power of the debrief and leading with accountability to building trust through vulnerability, Ryan offers practical lessons on owning mistakes, developing resilient teams, and leading with integrity. He also reflects on the mentors, family, and experiences that shaped both his leadership philosophy and his new book, Readback.
