ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Prop A is a Dallas ballot measure that would raise property taxes to better fund homelessness services. It would cost about 60 dollars a year for the average homeowner. Yesterday, the CEO of a Dallas shelter called the Union Gospel Mission in Dallas joined us to talk about Prop A -- but some of the information he shared was not entirely correct. We wanted to clear up any confusion, so this morning we're joined by Sarah Kahn, CEO of Housing Forward. Her organization has been leading the charge to get Prop A passed.
