ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode, we sit down with Andrea, founder of Donna, a revolutionary document editor designed to replace the outdated "single page" interface of Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
If you are a writer, lawyer, marketer, or anyone who lives in documents all day, you know the pain of hunting for files, fighting with bullet points, and losing your flow state. Andrea explains how Donna acts like "VS Code for your brain", allowing you to manage entire projects, use split-screen views across multiple docs, and "pull the thread" on any idea instantly.
We also discuss her journey from law school to founding a startup, why cognitive load is the enemy of good writing, and a surprising potential use case for Donna: managing the explosion of AI prompts in the age of generative AI.

About No Fixed Route
No Fixed Route is a podcast about the nuanced paths founders take to reach Series B, for founders tired of generic advice.
We talk about the things nobody has time to write blogs about: hiring, GTM, scaling your team, and surviving the messy middle.
Hosted by Girum Tihtina, CEO of Doctours, ex‑Meta engineer, and two‑time founder. Girum has lived the Series A/B grind, knows where generic advice falls flat, and is mostly here to learn for himself.
