Here's another episode that I found to be personal to me. I pretty much discussed how looking down on yourself is something that is actually not good for your self-esteem. I always hated myself for not being as perfect as I should be for whatever task that I have to accomplish or finish. I mean I went through so many phases, but I wanted to talk about this because I don't think that always being hard on yourself is something to be proud of.
