ABOUT THIS EPISODE
What happens when heartbreak is no longer the headline and your life becomes the story? On this episode, I sat down with author, mentor, and creative guide Mrs. Cynthia B to explore how personal responsibility, audacity, and intuition can turn pain into a blueprint for self-mastery. From unsent letters that became a first book to a thriving practice rooted in inner work, B shows how healing deepens when you stop outsourcing your power and start writing your own script.
We dig into the real timelines of growth—the unsexy, slow parts that compound when nobody’s watching. We connect creativity to spiritual freedom, honoring a practice that’s wide and elemental to claim a life that truly feels good. B also reveals her bold pivot from The Crimson Kiss to Audacity Redefined, and why shifting the foundation from men-centered healing to woman-centered self-development changed everything.
You’re not starting from scratch; you’re starting from experience.

TRANSCRIPT 🔗
00:00:35.920 --> 00:00:42.079
So I found my resolve through accountability and personal responsibility.
00:00:42.079 --> 00:00:46.320
And that is the core of every message that I put out.
00:00:46.320 --> 00:00:56.079
It is personal responsibility and accountability for the role that you play in your own story, in your own movie, in your own life.
00:01:06.560 --> 00:01:07.439
Hi everyone.
00:01:07.439 --> 00:01:09.840
Welcome back to Muse and Mastery.
00:01:09.840 --> 00:01:16.480
I'm so excited that you're here today, and I'm super happy and excited to be joined by a very special guest today, Mrs.
00:01:16.480 --> 00:01:17.439
Cynthia B.
00:01:17.439 --> 00:01:18.800
Hi Ben.
00:01:18.800 --> 00:01:19.920
Hey.
00:01:19.920 --> 00:01:21.520
How are you doing, girl?
00:01:21.520 --> 00:01:22.560
I am good.
00:01:22.560 --> 00:01:23.920
Thank you for having me.
00:01:23.920 --> 00:01:24.879
How are you?
00:01:24.879 --> 00:01:26.079
I'm doing good.
00:01:26.079 --> 00:01:27.599
Thank you for being here.
00:01:27.599 --> 00:01:36.400
So I am super excited for this episode because B has been my coach for over a year.
00:01:36.400 --> 00:01:51.199
She has been a mentor and a guide and a creative support system and a huge encouragement around a lot of the creative work that I've been doing from my subsack to working on surviving singleness, which we keep talking about it.
00:01:51.199 --> 00:01:51.919
It's coming.
00:01:51.919 --> 00:01:54.000
And even just putting myself out there more.
00:01:54.000 --> 00:01:59.360
Beyond being a coach, she's been an incredible sounding board and my friend in my head.
00:01:59.360 --> 00:02:01.520
And I'm just super grateful.
00:02:01.520 --> 00:02:08.240
And I shared with BB4 that it's been one of my dreams as a guest to have her on the show.
00:02:08.240 --> 00:02:23.840
So I'm really honored that she's here today to talk more about her creative career, which is longstanding, incredible as an author, as a coach, as a guide, as someone who is very spiritual and brilliant and a creative powerhouse in her own right.
00:02:23.840 --> 00:02:29.919
So I'm really excited today to talk more about her creative journey and the season that she's in today.
00:02:29.919 --> 00:02:31.680
So welcome to the show again, B.
00:02:31.680 --> 00:02:32.719
Thank you very much.
00:02:32.879 --> 00:02:34.960
It's so nice to hear myself described like that.
00:02:34.960 --> 00:02:37.360
I was like, do tell, keep, keep going, tell more.
00:02:38.080 --> 00:02:40.080
I could go, I could go on and on.
00:02:40.719 --> 00:02:41.199
Thank you.
00:02:41.599 --> 00:02:52.479
But before we start to dive into our conversation today, I would love to kick it over to you to share a little bit more about who you are in the world today and how you'd like to be known.
00:02:52.719 --> 00:02:58.239
So wow, you can tell that I've never been, not never been, but it's very rare that I allow myself to be interviewed.
00:02:58.239 --> 00:03:00.159
I'm like, what do I say about myself?
00:03:00.159 --> 00:03:08.000
Um I am a little bit of every woman I have met along the way who's inspired me.
00:03:08.000 --> 00:03:25.519
I am a very determined and audacious woman who loves to teach other women the principles of inwards and outwards that everything starts and ends with self.
00:03:25.519 --> 00:03:35.759
And that before you are out here looking at anyone else to give you anything to really hone in on yourself and make sure you're giving these things to yourself first.
00:03:35.759 --> 00:03:45.199
I am a coach, I'm a mentor, I'm a guide, but very specific to women who are committed to the art of self-mastery, essentially.
00:03:45.199 --> 00:03:56.719
Women who want to learn themselves, honor themselves, commit to themselves, show up for themselves and their lives in a way that makes it so they create a life that feels good for them, never mind what it looks like to other people.
00:03:56.960 --> 00:03:57.519
Yeah.
00:03:57.519 --> 00:03:59.039
I think that's very true.
00:03:59.039 --> 00:04:02.799
And that's been my experience working with you so far.
00:04:02.799 --> 00:04:04.879
And I'm very grateful for that too.
00:04:04.879 --> 00:04:07.359
You've been an incredible sounding board in that way.
00:04:07.359 --> 00:04:09.599
So thank you for all that you do.
00:04:09.599 --> 00:04:20.720
I think all of that is fantastic, and it's a little bit of a minimization of all of the work that you've done for a very long period of time.
00:04:20.720 --> 00:04:25.360
So I would love to talk a little bit more about just your journey.
00:04:25.360 --> 00:04:34.560
You have been in the game for a very long time doing really transformative work, supporting women in different seasons of their lives.
00:04:34.560 --> 00:04:47.439
And I would love to zoom out, look over the course of your career and talk a little bit more about some of the through lines of your work and also the ways in which it's changing right now.
00:04:47.439 --> 00:04:55.040
So can you share a little bit more uh for folks who may not be familiar with your work?
00:04:55.040 --> 00:05:00.000
Maybe they're meeting you for the first time on this show, just what that's looked like for you.
00:05:00.240 --> 00:05:01.200
For sure.
00:05:01.600 --> 00:05:04.480
So I started, Jesus, 13 years old.
00:05:04.480 --> 00:05:05.680
I was 28 years old.
00:05:05.680 --> 00:05:07.520
I'm 40 years young right now.
00:05:07.520 --> 00:05:10.320
But I was 28 years old.
00:05:10.320 --> 00:05:14.080
So 13 years ago, I started The Crimson Kiss.
00:05:14.080 --> 00:05:18.000
And essentially I wanted to be an author as my childhood dream to be an author.
00:05:18.000 --> 00:05:22.879
And, you know, like most of our childhood dreams, life happens.
00:05:22.879 --> 00:05:28.720
We start to adult and we got to put that ish on a back burner so we could pay bills and survive.
00:05:28.720 --> 00:05:37.280
And I got to a point where in my old job, where I was like, this is, I can't, I can't, I can't keep doing this anymore.
00:05:37.280 --> 00:05:40.160
And I have to figure out a way from myself.
00:05:40.160 --> 00:05:45.360
And I really was, I'm very rebellious was a cause.
00:05:45.360 --> 00:05:52.879
And I didn't believe that going the traditional route of becoming an author.
00:05:52.879 --> 00:05:55.760
I just believed there was another way to do it.
00:05:55.760 --> 00:06:03.040
I didn't feel as though, like, who are you to tell me my book is good enough or not to be on the shelf, right?
00:06:03.040 --> 00:06:06.879
Or not even on a shelf, but to be in the hands of other women.
00:06:06.879 --> 00:06:10.400
So I got on Instagram, which I didn't want to do.
00:06:10.400 --> 00:06:12.320
I'm not a social media person.
00:06:12.320 --> 00:06:16.560
Always a late, I was always my friends who were like, you need to get on this new app.
00:06:16.560 --> 00:06:21.200
You need to get so I got on Instagram at a time where it was very much just budding.
00:06:21.200 --> 00:06:35.760
And um I at the time it was, I'm sure you know the names like Horatio Jones and like Melissa say something, like RH Sin, like all these people.
00:06:35.760 --> 00:06:38.960
And they were, they would have these like little quotes.
00:06:38.960 --> 00:06:41.120
And I was like, what is this?
00:06:41.439 --> 00:06:41.840
Yeah.
00:06:42.160 --> 00:06:48.960
And I started to realize, oh my gosh, these are people who they write their own books, right?
00:06:48.960 --> 00:06:52.080
So I started to do some research and I found the world of self-publishing.
00:06:52.080 --> 00:06:53.600
And I said, Oh, cool.
00:06:53.600 --> 00:06:59.520
So I taught myself how to do that because I did reach out to people and asked for help and nobody responded to me.
00:06:59.520 --> 00:07:04.000
But that's okay because I'm not entitled to a response from strangers, and that's fine.
00:07:04.000 --> 00:07:15.360
I figured out how to do it myself and I released my first book, Letters to My Ex February 29th, 2016.
00:07:15.360 --> 00:07:19.840
But I was building my brand, The Crimson Kissy for that.
00:07:19.840 --> 00:07:22.800
And and why I didn't even think of it as a brand at that time.
00:07:22.800 --> 00:07:30.160
I know that my sole purpose essentially was I had been through, you know, child, some heartaches with men.
00:07:30.160 --> 00:07:34.640
And at the time, they were so heavy for me.
00:07:34.640 --> 00:07:41.520
And I had written these letters, so I have this thing that I did and I still do, where I write letters to people when I'm very upset and I never send them.
00:07:41.760 --> 00:07:42.080
Yeah.
00:07:42.320 --> 00:07:43.680
People who hurt me, people, whatever.
00:07:43.680 --> 00:07:45.439
I just write a bunch, just say whatever the fuck.
00:07:45.439 --> 00:07:46.800
And then I didn't send them.
00:07:46.800 --> 00:07:55.840
But I had a bunch of these letters in a box that I had written to an ex five years prior when we were together.
00:07:55.840 --> 00:07:58.560
And I said, Well, that's gonna be my first book.
00:07:58.560 --> 00:08:00.960
So I put them together and I made them a book.
00:08:00.960 --> 00:08:10.640
So the book was about my very real raw pain through a breakup, but then my very real raw resolve through this breakup.
00:08:10.640 --> 00:08:14.800
And that the breakup was a catalyst to my inner work, right?
00:08:14.800 --> 00:08:25.840
And the point of the book and the point of everything I do to this to this very day was to allow women to see, yes, this thing happened, but two things can exist at the same time.
00:08:25.840 --> 00:08:26.560
What did we learn?
00:08:26.560 --> 00:08:26.960
Right.
00:08:26.960 --> 00:08:35.439
And that also the relationships that we have with men are a direct reflection of the relationships that we have with ourselves.
00:08:35.439 --> 00:08:42.720
So if you are in a shitty relationship, there's some shit going on inside of you that absolutely needs tending to and healing.
00:08:42.720 --> 00:08:44.320
Right.
00:08:44.320 --> 00:08:49.919
Um, so that was the foundation of my the Crimson Kiss in a nutshell.
00:08:49.919 --> 00:09:00.720
I also am notoriously known for being extremely honest and for just kind of laying it on the line and saying what it is.
00:09:00.720 --> 00:09:07.519
So I found my resolve through accountability and personal responsibility.
00:09:07.519 --> 00:09:11.759
And that is the core of every message that I put out.
00:09:11.759 --> 00:09:21.519
It is personal responsibility and accountability for the role that you play in your own story, in your own movie, in your own life.
00:09:21.920 --> 00:09:23.840
Did I answer your question?
00:09:23.840 --> 00:09:25.040
Of course you did.
00:09:25.040 --> 00:09:25.519
Okay.
00:09:25.519 --> 00:09:29.200
And just listening to you speak, a couple of things come to mind.
00:09:29.200 --> 00:09:33.840
We have talked many times about how like social media just ain't it.
00:09:33.840 --> 00:09:36.000
It's exhausting and all the things.
00:09:36.000 --> 00:09:48.560
At the same time, me personally, as someone who's chronically online, um, there is a trend or thing happening right now, particularly on Instagram where people are reflecting on like their 2016.
00:09:48.560 --> 00:09:50.320
And yeah.
00:09:50.320 --> 00:10:19.279
And it's so interesting that you mention your your first book, like Letters to My Ex, like the season that it came out in, the year that it came out in, and the way you're talking about how your work really encourages women to reflect, be honest with themselves about what's going on internally and how that's pouring out in their connections and relationships, really speaks to the arc of a lot of your writing work in the previous season, too.
00:10:19.279 --> 00:10:38.000
Um, as you've taught me, like as I've discussed with you as well in working on my own book, how much healing comes just from writing to the point where there are seasons where sometimes you gotta put it down, maybe do some other work and come back to it later.
00:10:38.000 --> 00:10:49.519
But it really just speaks to how you wrote and did so much work to heal yourself and how by extension that has really supported and helped other women on their paths to healing too.
00:10:49.519 --> 00:10:51.600
So I think that's really profound and powerful.
00:10:51.600 --> 00:10:54.240
And just the timing of it too.
00:10:54.240 --> 00:11:00.240
Like, you know, you and I have talked about in previous sessions the year of the sick and the shedding and everything else.
00:11:00.240 --> 00:11:13.360
And just we'll talk a little bit more later about how you're pivoting and how you're transitioning and rebranding, but it really is the season for shedding the old and ushering in the new.
00:11:13.360 --> 00:11:18.000
And I think you've done that so brilliantly throughout the course of your work.
00:11:18.000 --> 00:11:21.040
Um, I haven't known your work for 13 years.
00:11:21.040 --> 00:11:33.519
Like I've known you a little bit later, like maybe the last few years, but you found me in a season where I was navigating heartbreak and I really clung to the crimson kiss and the lives and all of that stuff.
00:11:33.519 --> 00:11:37.040
It forced me to reflect and to journal and to think.
00:11:37.040 --> 00:11:42.240
And then later through group workshops and one-on-one time, I've learned and grown so much more.
00:11:42.240 --> 00:11:43.519
And I'm grateful for that.
00:11:43.519 --> 00:11:50.480
So, as someone who's a client, who has been a client in the past, just really grateful and um just a testament to your work.
00:11:50.480 --> 00:11:51.519
So thank you.
00:11:51.519 --> 00:11:52.800
I appreciate you.
00:11:52.800 --> 00:11:53.600
Thank you so much.
00:11:53.600 --> 00:11:54.399
I appreciate you.
00:11:54.399 --> 00:11:55.680
And I'm so proud of you.
00:11:55.680 --> 00:11:56.720
Thank you, Cece.
00:11:56.720 --> 00:11:57.759
You're welcome.
00:11:57.759 --> 00:11:59.120
You're the best.
00:11:59.120 --> 00:12:06.800
So I want to talk a little bit more about your audacity and your audaciousness.
00:12:06.800 --> 00:12:11.600
So I always try to pick a word of the year, basically.
00:12:11.600 --> 00:12:15.360
And in 2024, my word of the year was audacity.
00:12:15.360 --> 00:12:17.360
Like last year it was devotion.
00:12:17.360 --> 00:12:19.759
This year it's healthy because I'm trying to get my life.
00:12:19.759 --> 00:12:25.759
Um but I love audacity.
00:12:25.759 --> 00:12:26.879
I think it's so important.
00:12:26.879 --> 00:13:21.750
And I love that you're leading with that now in your work and also in the clients and the women that you're calling into your sphere and your orbit who are aligned and on a similar path.
00:13:21.750 --> 00:13:37.509
And I think it's incredibly audacious to be a creative woman and a spiritual woman in this world, in this capitalist and everything else that we are surviving.
00:13:37.509 --> 00:13:51.990
So I would love to talk a little bit more about how that shows up in your daily life, in your routines, in what ways like being creative and spiritually free has been medicine for you.
00:13:51.990 --> 00:13:54.230
Just any thoughts that come to mind around that?
00:13:54.629 --> 00:13:58.310
So I'm a Pisces, let's start there.
00:13:58.310 --> 00:14:01.509
I'm a Pisces, let's start there.
00:14:01.509 --> 00:14:13.350
And I am I am not a woman who likes to conform, and I am not a woman who likes to feel like I'm in a cage.
00:14:13.350 --> 00:14:27.110
So traditionally, my entire life, and it's funny because very early on in life, my mother was like, you are gonna make sure you get a job where you can be your own boss because you, and I was like, you're probably right.
00:14:27.110 --> 00:14:33.110
And I don't like to feel like I don't have a choice.
00:14:33.110 --> 00:14:41.110
Um freedom is very important to me to be able to disconnect with myself and to flow with myself.
00:14:41.110 --> 00:14:52.070
And obviously, this comes with discipline and structure in the midst, but the overarching theme has to be that I'm free to discipline myself or not.
00:14:52.310 --> 00:14:52.629
Yes.
00:14:52.790 --> 00:14:53.030
Right?
00:14:53.030 --> 00:14:54.950
To create the structure or not, right?
00:14:54.950 --> 00:15:04.470
That it is very much rooted in a choice that is coming from me and not that it is from someone else telling me, no girl, sorry, you can't take the week off.
00:15:04.470 --> 00:15:07.990
Sorry, I thought that PTO stood for prepare the others.
00:15:07.990 --> 00:15:12.710
Like I will listen, here's here's what's gonna happen.
00:15:12.710 --> 00:15:13.430
I quit.
00:15:13.430 --> 00:15:15.509
Like that's now you're gonna.
00:15:15.509 --> 00:15:17.509
Right?
00:15:17.509 --> 00:15:26.070
Like it's just it never it and it's and I understand sometimes in life you gotta do what you gotta do to, you know, sometimes you gotta use what you got to get what you want.
00:15:26.070 --> 00:15:33.030
But I understand that, but at the same time, for me, that can't be my constant, right?
00:15:33.030 --> 00:15:38.870
So there's that in terms of the freedom, and then it's also directly connected.
00:15:38.870 --> 00:15:45.350
I'm a very spiritual woman in uh my spirituality is free as well.
00:15:45.350 --> 00:15:48.629
So I don't conform to one thing, right?
00:15:48.629 --> 00:15:53.269
I'm not like I'm not religious by any means.
00:15:53.269 --> 00:15:57.990
I am tapped into earth, air, water, fire.
00:15:57.990 --> 00:15:59.350
Right?
00:15:59.350 --> 00:16:12.389
I'm tapped into the moon, I'm tapped into my cycle, I'm tapped into God, spirit, ancestors, Jesus, Mary Joseph, Mary Magdalene, Lilith, all of that, right?
00:16:12.389 --> 00:16:15.670
Like there's not just one way for me.
00:16:15.670 --> 00:16:21.030
So spirituality and freedom go hand in hand.
00:16:21.030 --> 00:16:28.230
And I also am very much of the belief that healing in and of itself is a spiritual journey.
00:16:28.230 --> 00:16:40.550
It's a spiritual thing because when you heal, you are reconnecting to yourself and you yourself are a spirit occupying a human-ass body, right?
00:16:40.550 --> 00:16:57.590
So you're connecting to yourself, and the more you're connecting to yourself, the more you are connecting to the elements around you, the more you pay attention to the way the wind shifts, the more you pay attention to the bark on the trees, the more you are more inclined to hug a tree and give it your secrets, right?
00:16:57.590 --> 00:17:03.430
The more you will telecrow what someone did to you and let them go deal with it, right?
00:17:03.430 --> 00:17:11.990
Like, but these are things you learn through your spiritual journey, and your spiritual journey is directly connected to your intuition.
00:17:11.990 --> 00:17:21.190
And I am of the belief and the knowing rather that women specifically are portals.
00:17:21.190 --> 00:17:25.190
We are the only portal through the direct portals to source energy.
00:17:25.190 --> 00:17:27.430
So, how can we not be spiritual?
00:17:27.430 --> 00:17:36.950
However, you want to call it, however, you want to connect to it, but how can we not be spiritual when we are the direct portal to source energy?
00:17:36.950 --> 00:17:38.389
We are the only ones who have it.
00:17:38.389 --> 00:17:39.589
Yes.
00:17:39.589 --> 00:17:42.869
So that's my thoughts on that.
00:17:43.509 --> 00:17:43.990
Yeah.
00:17:43.990 --> 00:17:45.190
I agree with you.
00:17:45.190 --> 00:17:52.950
I talk about that often on the show and on SubSec about how nature in and of itself is my church.
00:17:52.950 --> 00:18:01.589
And I tend to be a bit more open-minded about things and connection and spirit.
00:18:01.589 --> 00:18:15.269
So that's another way that I felt deeply connected and aligned with connecting with you as my coach, because we can have these conversations in a way that is less judgmental than other spaces.
00:18:15.269 --> 00:18:22.309
And I completely hear you when you talk about how closely spirit and spirituality is connected to freedom.
00:18:22.309 --> 00:18:36.869
Because as creative women, as creative beings, that's so important to feel like we have the space to be and pursue and act and receive in ways that feel aligned to us.
00:18:36.869 --> 00:18:50.389
That's the only way that many of us who are creative can survive to be able to cultivate the lives and the days that give us the spaciousness and the freedom to pursue the things that we desire.
00:18:50.389 --> 00:18:54.470
So 100% stamp on that.
00:18:54.470 --> 00:18:56.549
I feel you, girl.
00:18:57.829 --> 00:19:07.349
And even that to be a creative woman and to decide to embody that is in and of itself an act of rebellion.
00:19:07.349 --> 00:19:11.029
And in and of itself is a very audacious thing to do.
00:19:11.029 --> 00:19:20.549
Because in a world where we are, something I always say is to put it in perspective for women, it is father time and mother nature for a reason.
00:19:20.549 --> 00:19:21.589
Right.
00:19:21.589 --> 00:19:25.029
You've never heard father nature is gonna do his thing.
00:19:25.029 --> 00:19:26.069
No, right?
00:19:26.069 --> 00:19:27.990
Like right.
00:19:27.990 --> 00:19:50.309
And so if you zoom out and you really listen to the term father time and mother nature, you realize that we are operating in a system as women who are meant to be connected to spirit, to nature by fathers, air quotes here, who are like, no, this is the time you need to be on.
00:19:50.309 --> 00:19:56.629
And we are we are conditioned to believe that this is how it needs to be, right?
00:19:56.629 --> 00:20:09.429
And when you decide for yourself that you are going to explore yourself, like, no, wait a minute, what if what if I didn't conform to you?
00:20:09.429 --> 00:21:03.709
Daddy, like what if I what if I didn't do that and I, you know, went barefoot in the grass and talked to some everything around me, right?
00:21:03.709 --> 00:21:07.389
That is moving and breathing, what would that feel like, right?
00:21:07.389 --> 00:21:12.269
But when you do that, you go against the quote unquote grain.
00:21:12.269 --> 00:21:15.949
And of itself is an audacious thing to do.
00:21:15.949 --> 00:21:18.829
And fear is a normal thing.
00:21:18.829 --> 00:21:19.709
I think it's very healthy.
00:21:19.709 --> 00:21:23.309
It's fear is trying to just protect us from it's just our brain trying to keep us safe, right?
00:21:23.309 --> 00:21:34.749
And I wish that more women would not let their fear cripple them or stifle them or keep them bound to the confines of father time.
00:21:35.389 --> 00:21:35.869
Yes.
00:21:36.109 --> 00:21:36.509
Right?
00:21:36.509 --> 00:21:41.629
We can work together, but it doesn't have to be one or the other.
00:21:41.629 --> 00:21:55.789
Because essentially working together is the the masculine and the feminine, the yin and the yen, the shadow and the light, the wisdom and the ignorance, the soft life and the disciplined life.
00:21:55.789 --> 00:21:58.589
All of these things have to work together.
00:21:58.589 --> 00:22:04.749
You know, I say I'm a Pisces and And it's like my duality that calls for these things.
00:22:04.749 --> 00:22:18.109
But I also know that duality, multifacetedness, but duality in itself is something that so many women, regardless of when you were born, can benefit from.
00:22:18.109 --> 00:22:18.909
Mm-hmm.
00:22:18.909 --> 00:22:19.949
Right?
00:22:19.949 --> 00:22:22.429
So yes.
00:22:22.749 --> 00:22:23.149
Yeah.
00:22:23.149 --> 00:22:25.949
I think that's so true, and we lose sight of that.
00:22:25.949 --> 00:22:28.669
You know, I low-key have uh ADHD.
00:22:28.669 --> 00:22:32.029
So, real quick, there's a podcast that I like.
00:22:32.029 --> 00:22:33.869
It's called Around the Way Curls.
00:22:33.869 --> 00:22:36.829
And in their intro, that's something that they say all the time.
00:22:36.829 --> 00:22:38.509
Duality is a thing.
00:22:38.509 --> 00:22:42.829
Like we have to be able to hold two truths at once.
00:22:42.829 --> 00:22:47.949
We have to be able to sit with cognitive dissonance and move through it.
00:22:47.949 --> 00:22:52.509
We have to always remember that there are two sides to every coin.
00:22:52.509 --> 00:22:57.869
And exactly what you said, like all the parts work together to serve a purpose.
00:22:57.869 --> 00:23:02.109
And when we remember that, when we integrate that, we're able to move forward.
00:23:02.109 --> 00:23:06.029
And there's a show that I like on Netflix.
00:23:06.029 --> 00:23:08.589
It's called The Sandman.
00:23:08.589 --> 00:23:21.469
It you know, it's about like mythological Morpheus, like, you know, the god that rules the dream realm and all these other god gods, like the endless, desire, destiny, like all these things.
00:23:21.469 --> 00:23:23.309
It's very much my speed.
00:23:23.309 --> 00:23:27.309
But in the final season, it's only two seasons long.
00:23:27.309 --> 00:23:36.189
There is an episode where the main character, Morpheus, is trying to right his wrongs, but prevent an inevitable death.
00:23:36.189 --> 00:23:40.269
And in doing so, he goes to his parents.
00:23:40.269 --> 00:23:44.589
No clue, no idea the entire series that he had parents.
00:23:44.589 --> 00:23:46.509
He's an endless, he's a god.
00:23:46.509 --> 00:23:47.629
He's not supposed to die.
00:23:47.629 --> 00:23:51.229
He's not supposed to, there shouldn't be anything before him, but there is.
00:23:51.229 --> 00:23:52.909
Who does he go to?
00:23:52.909 --> 00:23:54.509
Father Time.
00:23:54.509 --> 00:24:17.229
His father is strict and a little bit callous, not um as loving or deep as you would hope, but very much this figure of an authority figure, like a masculine authority figure that is very strict, does not bend, doesn't work out with father time.
00:24:17.229 --> 00:24:19.069
So who does he go to next?
00:24:19.069 --> 00:24:19.949
His mother.
00:24:19.949 --> 00:24:23.149
His mother is very obviously Mother Nature.
00:24:23.149 --> 00:24:26.989
She's in a garden, she's surrounded by lush greenery.
00:24:26.989 --> 00:24:37.789
Not the softest, sweetest maternal figure you would expect, but everything she says, she says deliciously, like with sweetness, in a way, in a way that Mother Nature would.
00:24:37.789 --> 00:24:58.749
And listening to you talk about like the yin and the yang and the masculine and the feminine, feminine, and the balance and the dance that we have to do at these sides, and like thinking about father time and mother earth, it makes me think of those examples, the duality, like the show, like how these figures are represented and how we can apply that to our own lives.
00:24:58.749 --> 00:25:01.069
So there's so much truth in that.
00:25:01.069 --> 00:25:05.709
And you spoke a little bit about what you had to unlearn on this journey as well.
00:25:05.709 --> 00:25:07.709
Like you had to move through fear.
00:25:07.709 --> 00:25:13.709
You had to unlearn the conditioning and the rules that we're supposed to follow.
00:25:13.709 --> 00:25:24.669
Um, and I think it's up for each individual to reflect on what they need to unlearn in order to move through a season of creativity and spirituality in their own right.
00:25:24.669 --> 00:25:27.229
So thank you for sharing that, Cece.
00:25:27.229 --> 00:25:28.269
You're welcome.
00:25:28.269 --> 00:25:28.909
100%.
00:25:28.909 --> 00:25:34.829
I would love to talk a little bit more now about where you're headed.
00:25:34.829 --> 00:25:41.149
So you have always supported women with change and transformation.
00:25:41.149 --> 00:25:56.669
I think in this season, you're more focused on women who are feeling the call to level up and do that in a way that does not solely include, you know, relationships, toxic relationships.
00:25:56.669 --> 00:25:59.389
It can be a part of it, but it's not the totality of it.
00:25:59.389 --> 00:26:02.669
Like women who are looking to level up in other ways.
00:26:02.669 --> 00:26:05.789
Like there's so many other ways to level up in life.
00:26:05.789 --> 00:26:15.309
So I would love to talk to you a little bit more about what you think women misunderstand most about growth and transformation.
00:26:15.709 --> 00:26:21.869
I think that the thing that women misunderstand most about it is that it is not an overnight thing.
00:26:21.869 --> 00:26:27.309
I think that women there's an event that happens in a woman's life.
00:26:27.309 --> 00:26:29.789
Usually it has to do with a man, it just is what it is.
00:26:29.789 --> 00:26:30.189
Right?
00:26:30.189 --> 00:26:33.709
There's an event that happens and they're like, I need to change, right?
00:26:33.709 --> 00:26:41.389
And then they find spaces, teachers, mentors, coaches, guides, where they're like, okay, like I'm gonna do this.
00:26:41.389 --> 00:26:46.669
I think they're at the assumption that they're gonna come in and in two months they're gonna change their life.
00:26:46.669 --> 00:26:49.629
But that is not a real thing.
00:26:49.629 --> 00:26:55.069
Because if you have had example, remind me of how you are again, we're you're 30.
00:26:55.069 --> 00:26:57.869
Oh, I'm turning 34 in the 29th.
00:26:57.869 --> 00:26:59.469
Turning 34, right?
00:26:59.469 --> 00:27:00.829
Turning 24.
00:27:00.829 --> 00:27:08.589
So let's say you come, you're turning 34, and you're like, today's the day I want to change my life.
00:27:08.589 --> 00:27:22.909
That means that you probably have a solid 30 or 29 years worth of patterns that have been embedded in you.
00:27:22.909 --> 00:27:24.029
Oh God.
00:27:24.029 --> 00:27:45.149
Through whether it's directly or indirectly, that have through messaging, through whatever the case may be, that have shaped you and have also allowed you to survive, keep you safe, so on and so forth until those things have expired and you didn't know that they expi expired, and you're still doing the same thing that you did when you were eight.
00:27:45.149 --> 00:27:45.949
Right.
00:27:45.949 --> 00:27:51.469
That at the time kept you safe as an eight-year-old, but you did it so much that it became a pattern.
00:27:51.709 --> 00:27:52.029
Yeah.
00:27:52.269 --> 00:27:55.549
That's not going to change in two months, right?
00:27:55.549 --> 00:28:04.269
We have to first, and you're not gonna come in and blab you don't know what you don't you think that one thing is an issue.
00:28:04.269 --> 00:28:04.989
This is what women do.
00:28:04.989 --> 00:28:09.149
They come in and they think one thing is an issue, and I'm just that's cute that you think that.
00:28:09.149 --> 00:28:10.029
Cool story.
00:28:10.029 --> 00:28:15.709
But we we uncover what the issue is as we go along.
00:28:15.709 --> 00:28:25.149
The thing you come in is the catalyst, but the real issue is embedded in the roots, and these are years and years and years and years of roots.
00:28:25.149 --> 00:28:36.429
So we have to unearth them and then plant new seeds and then tend to the soil and to the garden that's gonna grow.
00:28:36.429 --> 00:28:38.749
That is not an overnight thing, right?
00:28:38.749 --> 00:28:53.069
Whether you're doing that with uh assistance, right, with a guide, a coach, a mentor, whatever the case may be, or you're doing it on your own, you have to give yourself time to unlearn the old and relearn the new.
00:28:53.069 --> 00:28:54.109
We need space.
00:28:54.429 --> 00:28:54.669
Yeah.
00:28:54.829 --> 00:28:55.069
Right?
00:28:55.069 --> 00:28:59.069
We need to give ourselves time, space, compassion, grace.
00:28:59.069 --> 00:29:08.269
But we also, see, here comes the duality, got to give ourselves a kick in the ass and say we're gonna be committed to doing this, to follow through.
00:29:08.269 --> 00:29:09.309
Right?
00:29:09.309 --> 00:29:16.829
So I would say that is the biggest misconception that women have when it comes to this.
00:29:16.829 --> 00:29:41.309
I also will add that a lot of women don't realize the way that they have centered men in their lives so insanely that a lot of times women will be like, I want to do my inner work right there in their single seasons, and they're like, I want to do my inner work so that, you know, later on down the line, I will be right for, you know, man that I want.
00:29:41.309 --> 00:29:45.869
And I'm always like, no, you're still centering men, even in your own inner work, girl.
00:29:46.109 --> 00:29:46.429
Yeah.
00:29:46.429 --> 00:29:46.909
Yeah.
00:29:46.909 --> 00:29:48.349
It has to be about you.
00:29:48.669 --> 00:29:51.629
Even in your own inner work, you're centering a man that doesn't even exist.
00:29:51.629 --> 00:29:52.749
He doesn't exist.
00:29:52.749 --> 00:29:54.269
You don't even know if he's real.
00:29:54.269 --> 00:29:59.469
And more, moreover, everyone is not guaranteed a partner in life.
00:29:59.469 --> 00:30:14.829
So if that is your understanding of I'm gonna do my inner work so I could be good for another person, you are gonna be highly disappointed if you get to the end of the rainbow, so to say, and no one is there.
00:30:14.829 --> 00:30:19.389
This has to be about you for you, because of you.
00:30:19.389 --> 00:30:21.789
And everything else that comes in is a plus.
00:30:21.789 --> 00:30:27.229
It is if you have a Sunday and there's no cherry on top, you're like, oh shit, I wanted the cherry.
00:30:27.229 --> 00:30:28.109
But this Sunday's really good.
00:30:28.109 --> 00:30:30.269
You still won't eat this the Sunday and my food's really good.
00:30:30.269 --> 00:30:32.669
But if there's a cherry on top, you're like, oh, that love it.
00:30:32.669 --> 00:30:33.629
It's an addition.
00:30:33.629 --> 00:30:34.429
Thank you.
00:30:34.429 --> 00:30:35.549
Right?
00:30:35.549 --> 00:30:37.389
So you have to be the Sunday.
00:30:37.389 --> 00:30:38.189
Mm-hmm.
00:30:38.189 --> 00:30:40.829
These other motherfuckers is the cherry.
00:30:40.829 --> 00:30:41.709
Yes.
00:30:41.709 --> 00:30:42.189
You know?
00:30:42.189 --> 00:30:45.629
It doesn't make the Sunday, it just adds to it.
00:30:45.869 --> 00:30:46.429
Mm-hmm.
00:30:46.989 --> 00:30:47.869
Mic drop.
00:30:47.869 --> 00:30:53.629
This is supposed to be my healthy season, but I really love that Sunday analogy.
00:30:53.629 --> 00:30:56.189
And and it's so true.
00:30:56.189 --> 00:30:59.229
Like, it has to be for you foremost.
00:30:59.229 --> 00:31:01.549
Like, yeah, that's something we talked about too.
00:31:01.549 --> 00:31:19.309
Like, even in your support as an author coach with writing surviving singleness, like, because I was I was having this issue with writing about it and talking about it as an individual and like really just wanting to focus on myself, my experiences, like how we can create our best lives.
00:31:19.309 --> 00:31:26.589
But there were later chapters where I was thinking about, okay, well, how can you apply this and add this toward dating?
00:31:26.589 --> 00:31:34.349
And I felt like I was in such conflict with my own idea because it was like, oh, this still kind of feels male center.
00:31:34.349 --> 00:31:39.549
Like, how can I be writing this from one lens and one perspective, but still like including this?
00:31:39.549 --> 00:31:46.029
And we talked about how it could make sense and how it could work and how it doesn't have to be the focus, but it's a it's a plus.
00:31:46.029 --> 00:31:48.829
It's the cherry on top of the Sunday.
00:31:48.829 --> 00:31:52.509
If you decide that that is the path you want to go down.
00:31:52.509 --> 00:32:05.549
And for folks who are not interested in that, who either want to remain single by choice or who find that circumstances are not leading them to their person, you still have to focus on being the Sunday.
00:32:05.549 --> 00:32:09.469
And just being able to talk about that has been really powerful.
00:32:09.469 --> 00:32:23.549
But also understanding that changes don't come overnight because just like you said, because as you know, even with working with you for over a year, like we know changes have not come overnight for me.
00:32:23.549 --> 00:32:47.949
Like I'm still groaning and figuring stuff out, but really learning to give myself the grace and the self-compassion to undo exactly as you said, decades worth of conditioning of patterns, either given to me by caregivers or like experienced, or I've done to myself and like choosing to do better, taking a moment to do better.
00:32:47.949 --> 00:32:51.629
So I think that's so powerful and so true.
00:32:51.629 --> 00:33:00.029
And one thing I want to talk about is I've been very interested in like healing, obviously, but somatically, like really living in my body.
00:33:00.029 --> 00:33:13.869
And I've noticed in moments where I felt like burned out by a job or a relationship or a career choice or whatever the situation is, like that burnout obviously can live in the body.
00:33:13.869 --> 00:33:17.149
I don't always recognize it as a growth point.
00:33:17.149 --> 00:33:22.349
Sometimes it just feels like exhausting, and that's all I can know that it is.
00:33:22.349 --> 00:33:34.909
But I would love to talk to you a little bit more around where our intuition comes in in those moments and where our discernment comes in when we're recognizing the difference between growth and burnout.
00:33:34.909 --> 00:33:37.949
Like, what does that actually look like?
00:33:38.349 --> 00:33:43.149
So you are not gonna know that you're growing while it's happening.
00:33:43.149 --> 00:33:47.869
You will only know that you're growing or that you've grown in retrospect, right?
00:33:47.869 --> 00:33:49.469
I'm gonna give this analogy.
00:33:49.469 --> 00:33:53.549
I do 12 to 15 K steps a day.
00:33:53.549 --> 00:33:57.389
And I started my Charlie, nothing.
00:33:57.389 --> 00:34:00.349
I've been trying to get into shape and do my thug thizzle, right?
00:34:00.349 --> 00:34:00.909
Yes.
00:34:00.909 --> 00:34:04.509
Um, but I made a commitment with myself that has a system.
00:34:04.509 --> 00:34:05.949
I'm gonna, okay, this is a long story.
00:34:05.949 --> 00:34:06.909
So let me just wrap it up.
00:34:06.909 --> 00:34:08.829
This part, this analogy, right?
00:34:08.829 --> 00:34:17.309
So a month and a half in, I'm getting frustrated because and I know better, but I'm getting frustrated because I'm looking in the mirror and I don't see any changes, right?
00:34:17.309 --> 00:34:18.909
I'm like, you still look the same.
00:34:18.909 --> 00:34:23.309
And I know I've been going hard and I've been doing very well with my eating and my work, I've been doing really well.
00:34:23.309 --> 00:34:27.230
My husband is like every day, he's like, babe, I can feel you.
00:34:27.230 --> 00:34:31.630
I could feel you getting smaller, I could feel you, and then I'm like, You can.
00:34:32.429 --> 00:34:33.070
Yeah.
00:34:33.070 --> 00:34:35.469
You can, you can feel that.
00:34:35.469 --> 00:34:38.670
And he's like, Yeah, I want to snug me to this thing, you can go, baby.
00:34:38.670 --> 00:34:40.269
I'm doing a thing.
00:34:40.269 --> 00:34:42.429
I'm like, Well, why can't I say it?
00:34:42.429 --> 00:34:43.630
Yeah.
00:34:45.949 --> 00:34:46.750
Like, thank you.
00:34:46.750 --> 00:34:48.429
But we're gonna see it, right?
00:34:48.429 --> 00:34:57.150
And so we're not going to it's going to be how it's gonna happen is one day I'm gonna take a picture of myself.
00:34:57.150 --> 00:35:01.550
I'm gonna look at the picture and be like, dang girl, you really did.
00:35:01.550 --> 00:35:05.070
You're doing the the thug thizzle, you're doing it, right?
00:35:05.070 --> 00:35:08.029
Like we look 10 pounds lighter, let's just right.
00:35:08.029 --> 00:35:10.269
But I'm not gonna see it in in motion.
00:35:10.269 --> 00:35:21.550
So I think that's really important for people to understand when it comes to growth, because a lot of women I I I I I have many, many clients who have that same sentiment.
00:35:21.550 --> 00:35:24.110
They're like, I'm doing the thing and I'm not seeing anything.
00:35:24.110 --> 00:35:28.269
And I'm like, what you don't see is that you're compounding, right?
00:35:28.269 --> 00:35:33.949
And eventually, in retrospect, you'll see how much you've grown, right?
00:35:33.949 --> 00:35:34.509
Yes.
00:35:34.509 --> 00:35:42.590
So that's one thing, one component I want to say about the growth thing in terms of our intuition and burnout.
00:35:42.590 --> 00:35:49.070
Burnout, so you had said earlier, you know, I feel burnt out when I feel burnt out from work, from this, from that, whatever the case may be.
00:35:49.070 --> 00:35:51.469
And that in of itself is where our problem is.
00:35:51.469 --> 00:35:56.349
We are associating our burnout on something else, right?
00:35:56.349 --> 00:35:58.989
But work is not burning you out.
00:35:58.989 --> 00:36:04.750
It is your inner knowing that you don't belong here anymore.
00:36:04.750 --> 00:36:09.149
You not listening to yourself is burning you out.
00:36:09.149 --> 00:36:12.429
It's never the thing, right?
00:36:12.429 --> 00:36:18.989
It is you not listening and you tolerating, tolerating, tolerating, tolerating.
00:36:18.989 --> 00:36:24.589
You're not listening to yourself, and yourself has been like, maybe since day one, mm-mm, girl, we should not do this.
00:36:24.589 --> 00:36:27.149
And you were like, shh, what do we like?
00:36:27.149 --> 00:36:30.029
And she was like, Okay, I'll tell you again tomorrow, right?
00:36:30.029 --> 00:36:35.309
And then every day she's like, hey girl, I don't think, hey girl, and you're like, shh, shh, shh, shh, shh.
00:36:35.309 --> 00:36:39.389
And when they hey, and she screams and you're like, oh my God, I'm burnt out.
00:36:39.389 --> 00:36:41.469
This job is burning me out.
00:36:41.469 --> 00:36:42.429
Yes.
00:36:42.429 --> 00:36:44.029
But that's not what's happening.
00:36:44.029 --> 00:36:47.549
It's you ignoring yourself, is the thing that is burning you out.
00:36:47.549 --> 00:37:01.309
Because whether you are, you know, a lot of women are so disconnected from their intuition because they are so plugged in to other people, things, places, environments, right?
00:37:01.309 --> 00:37:03.710
They're taking their cues.
00:37:03.710 --> 00:37:08.750
This is why it's so important to be mindful of the people that you have around you, but they're taking their cues.
00:37:08.750 --> 00:37:10.750
We are influenced by the people that are around us.
00:37:10.750 --> 00:37:13.869
We are influenced by our social media feeds, whether you realize it or not.
00:37:13.869 --> 00:37:16.190
We are influenced by our four-year page, right?
00:37:16.190 --> 00:37:18.750
We are influenced, we are taking all this stuff in.
00:37:18.750 --> 00:37:25.869
And the more you are not paying attention to what is influencing you, the further you disconnect from yourself.
00:37:25.869 --> 00:37:27.549
It's taking you away from yourself.
00:37:27.549 --> 00:37:30.109
So obviously, when your intuition is talking, you're like, oh, shut up.
00:37:30.109 --> 00:37:30.829
What is this voice?
00:37:30.829 --> 00:37:32.750
It's like a gnat in your ear.
00:37:32.750 --> 00:37:34.589
And you're just like, get away from me.
00:37:34.589 --> 00:37:35.230
Right.
00:37:35.230 --> 00:37:38.589
But we all hear her, we all know her.
00:37:38.589 --> 00:37:47.549
We all just don't trust her because we are not, we are not doing the things we need to do to rebuild a relationship with her.
00:37:47.549 --> 00:37:48.190
Right.
00:37:48.190 --> 00:37:54.909
So you always know when a situation, an environment, place is not for you.
00:37:54.909 --> 00:37:56.989
We just ignore ourselves.
00:37:56.989 --> 00:37:58.190
And then we're right.
00:37:58.190 --> 00:38:01.629
I mean, it's like, I did not want to have a session today.
00:38:01.629 --> 00:38:04.109
This was not a session, this is an interview, and here you are.
00:38:04.109 --> 00:38:04.750
Yeah, yeah.
00:38:04.909 --> 00:38:05.389
You're right.
00:38:05.389 --> 00:38:06.429
Go into that right now.
00:38:06.429 --> 00:38:06.989
You're right.
00:38:06.989 --> 00:38:08.109
Um, you're right.
00:38:08.109 --> 00:38:10.670
And when you said it, I was like literally, aha.
00:38:10.670 --> 00:38:21.949
Like, I have a friend, like one of my close friends, who's dealing with that right now, but I feel like her intuition has been pinging her for a while with work and it's just gotten to the point where it's screamed.
00:38:21.949 --> 00:38:26.909
And I've absolutely been there several times because I am a professional job hopper.
00:38:26.909 --> 00:38:29.309
But even in relationships and connections too.
00:38:29.309 --> 00:38:30.269
So it's true.
00:38:30.269 --> 00:38:30.829
Yeah.
00:38:30.829 --> 00:38:35.549
We know, we ignore until it gets Until it gets too loud.
00:38:35.789 --> 00:38:44.109
And now you want to blow up your life on a Tuesday publicly, and that's probably not the best thing to do publicly.
00:38:44.109 --> 00:38:58.750
So, you know, you know, you you but it's a it's like anything else, you know, it's a muscle that we have to use regularly so that it it works for us, right?
00:38:58.750 --> 00:39:06.190
And you can't expect to ignore your intuition for years and years and years, and then just one day, like, hey girl, okay, I'm ready to listen.
00:39:06.190 --> 00:39:09.789
She can be like, well, let's, hey, I'm intuition.
00:39:09.789 --> 00:39:11.149
How are you?
00:39:11.149 --> 00:39:11.949
Yeah.
00:39:11.949 --> 00:39:14.589
Okay, this is how it works, right?
00:39:14.589 --> 00:39:18.750
I always tell women, like, your intuition is your we are born.
00:39:18.750 --> 00:39:21.389
Once again, men have intuitions, it's fine.
00:39:21.389 --> 00:39:24.029
But nobody's like, well, you know what they say about a man's intuition.
00:39:24.029 --> 00:39:25.549
It's a nobody says that.
00:39:25.549 --> 00:39:27.309
And there's a reason why nobody says that.
00:39:27.309 --> 00:39:32.429
And they say, you know, there's nothing like a woman's intuition, because once again, we are directly connected to source.
00:39:32.750 --> 00:39:33.149
Yes.
00:39:33.389 --> 00:39:33.710
Right?
00:39:33.710 --> 00:39:38.989
We are directly connected to source, and our intuition is a personal GPS.
00:39:38.989 --> 00:39:46.829
And I always say, you are inputting into your intuition like a GPS every day.
00:39:46.829 --> 00:39:48.829
And you don't realize that you're doing it.
00:39:48.829 --> 00:39:52.909
So every day you're like, okay, I want XYZ.
00:39:52.909 --> 00:40:04.829
Well, you saying that, your intuition was like, Bet, just like Siri does, and like, okay, in I know you guys, a lot of your probably your audience too is in the US, but I'm in Canada, so we don't use Miles.
00:40:04.829 --> 00:40:12.670
My right, my GPS would be like, okay, in 16 kilometers, turn right at the light.
00:40:12.670 --> 00:40:14.190
And I'm like going straight.
00:40:14.190 --> 00:40:18.269
And my GPS is like rerouting and will reroute me.
00:40:18.269 --> 00:40:21.230
And I'm okay, in five kilometers now, make a right.
00:40:21.230 --> 00:40:22.589
And I'm like, oh, I think I'm gonna go left.
00:40:22.589 --> 00:40:29.389
My GPS is like rerouted, right?
00:40:29.389 --> 00:40:29.869
Yeah.
00:40:29.869 --> 00:40:37.230
But in the same way that Siri will just keep rerouting you when you put a destination, your intuition will just keep rerouting you, right?
00:40:37.389 --> 00:40:37.789
Mm-hmm.
00:40:38.750 --> 00:40:40.109
You have to listen.
00:40:40.109 --> 00:40:45.869
You have to realize that you said you wanted something, your intuition is going to get you there, right?
00:40:45.869 --> 00:40:47.309
It's gonna take you on the path.
00:40:47.309 --> 00:40:53.629
And that path looks like you want to, we're just gonna use the fitness thing again because right.
00:40:53.629 --> 00:40:59.069
You want to feel better in your clothes, you want to look better in your look in the mirror, you want to lose 20 pounds, okay, whatever.
00:40:59.069 --> 00:41:05.149
So you type that into your GPS, your internal GPS, whether you realized it or not, and your intuition is like, okay, cool.
00:41:05.149 --> 00:41:09.309
You go to grab a bag of chips, and your intuition is like rerouting.
00:41:09.309 --> 00:41:10.989
Right?
00:41:10.989 --> 00:41:14.269
Rerouting, turn left to the fridge, grab an apple, right?
00:41:14.269 --> 00:41:18.029
Like rerouting, you know, and you're like, no.
00:41:18.029 --> 00:41:35.549
The whole day, your intuition is trying to reroute you back on the path, you know, no, don't have the chips, maybe have a pear, maybe don't put all that manga on the thing, maybe don't have the burger trying to reroute you, and you're just not listening.
00:41:35.549 --> 00:41:36.509
Right?
00:41:36.509 --> 00:41:37.789
You're just not listening.
00:41:37.789 --> 00:41:40.349
So you must listen.
00:41:40.349 --> 00:41:41.230
Yes.
00:41:41.230 --> 00:41:41.710
Right?
00:41:41.710 --> 00:41:50.109
And the more you listen, the better your relationship with your intuition becomes, and the more you are able to connect to your you you just know, right?
00:41:50.109 --> 00:41:52.589
Sometimes people talk to me and they're like, Oh, B like, how did you?
00:41:52.589 --> 00:41:53.469
I'm like, I just know.
00:41:53.469 --> 00:42:00.670
And I it's weird to say out loud because some people think you're a little crazy, or some people think, like, you know, okay, who does she?
00:42:00.670 --> 00:42:01.469
You think she is.
00:42:01.469 --> 00:42:05.549
I think that I'm a woman that worked very hard to realign myself with my intuition.
00:42:05.549 --> 00:42:09.069
And so when I say I know something, I know it for myself.
00:42:09.069 --> 00:42:11.789
It doesn't have to be for you, but I know it for myself.
00:42:11.789 --> 00:42:13.629
You know, what book did you read to know that?
00:42:13.629 --> 00:42:14.829
I didn't read a book.
00:42:15.549 --> 00:42:15.949
Yeah.
00:42:16.109 --> 00:42:16.349
Right?
00:42:16.349 --> 00:42:18.029
Dom your wrong, I love to read.
00:42:18.029 --> 00:42:20.429
But a lot of my stuff doesn't come from reading books.
00:42:20.429 --> 00:42:22.589
It comes from Yes.
00:42:22.589 --> 00:42:23.230
Right?
00:42:23.230 --> 00:42:27.149
So, and that in itself is a very audacious thing to say, right?
00:42:27.149 --> 00:42:28.269
Like I be knowing.
00:42:28.269 --> 00:42:29.469
You know?
00:42:29.469 --> 00:42:34.509
And then you'll you'll have people who will, well, you know, she's so full of herself.
00:42:34.509 --> 00:42:38.670
And my thing is as I should be, because who should I be full of?
00:42:38.670 --> 00:42:40.989
Who else should I be full of?
00:42:40.989 --> 00:42:42.589
If not myself, yes.
00:42:42.589 --> 00:42:43.069
Right?
00:42:43.069 --> 00:42:52.509
I should be full of myself so I can intentionally align myself with the course of my life that I want to be on.
00:42:52.509 --> 00:42:54.269
I should absolutely be full of myself.
00:42:54.269 --> 00:42:55.149
Yes, thank you.
00:42:55.710 --> 00:42:56.190
Yes.
00:42:56.429 --> 00:42:57.710
So yes.
00:42:58.269 --> 00:42:58.750
Yes.
00:42:58.750 --> 00:43:02.190
Listening and strengthening the muscle to listen.
00:43:02.190 --> 00:43:17.869
You can either take the path of least resistance, not saying that it's gonna be easy every time, like you'll still hit some bumps in the road, but you can either take the easiest, quickest, smoothest, most aligned path, or you can make your journey there much longer.
00:43:18.190 --> 00:43:22.509
Or you can 100% because like my mom always says, a hard head makes for a soft ass.
00:43:22.509 --> 00:43:27.549
So yeah.
00:43:27.789 --> 00:43:28.109
Okay.
00:43:28.109 --> 00:43:29.469
Exactly that.
00:43:29.469 --> 00:43:32.029
So you know exactly that.
00:43:32.029 --> 00:43:39.469
I do want to talk about the major rebrand and pivot that you're making in this moment.
00:43:39.469 --> 00:43:47.789
And you talked to us about the journey and the breadth of your career, where you are now and where you're headed.
00:43:47.789 --> 00:43:55.149
And I would love to talk to you a little bit more about what this rebrand and this pivot has looked like for you.
00:43:55.149 --> 00:43:59.309
Like what signs did your body and did spirit give you?
00:43:59.309 --> 00:44:02.589
And like, how are you navigating this big change?
00:44:03.309 --> 00:44:05.149
So, this is how I like to explain it.
00:44:05.149 --> 00:44:12.750
The Crimson Kiss, my old space, was a house I built on a foundation that centered men, essentially.
00:44:12.750 --> 00:44:18.670
And the reason why that it was is because we are healing and a lot of women are going through these breakups.
00:44:18.670 --> 00:44:24.029
And so I was what I didn't realize was I was teaching my pillars.
00:44:24.029 --> 00:44:42.269
I had my pillars in my house, inner work, personal accountability, personal responsibility, accountability, and shadow work on a foundation that was essentially about men and getting over men, healing from men, staying out of toxic relationships, red flags, so on and so forth.
00:44:42.269 --> 00:44:48.190
So that's what the bulk of my books are about, because my books were many chapters of my life where I was healing.
00:44:48.190 --> 00:44:55.629
Realized that the four pillars that I was trying to teach, a lot of women were like, Yeah, yeah, yeah, about these men though, right?
00:44:55.629 --> 00:44:58.670
And kept trying to pull it back to these men.
00:44:58.670 --> 00:45:01.710
But I had long outgrown toxic relationships.
00:45:01.710 --> 00:45:11.230
I had long healed from them, and I hadn't been in a toxic relationship, you know, for very many years as I was continuing to serve women who were.
00:45:11.230 --> 00:45:14.989
And everybody has their season and everybody has their, and that's fine.
00:45:14.989 --> 00:45:31.230
But I had long healed from those, and I was in a season of my life where I was more interested in and just womanhood development, the development of womanhood, navigating womanhood, navigating yourself.
00:45:31.230 --> 00:45:35.549
And so I realized I don't want to convince women.
00:45:35.549 --> 00:45:42.989
It started to feel like I had to convince women to like focus on themselves and not these mother focus, focus on themselves.
00:45:42.989 --> 00:45:49.069
And the more you focus on yourself, the more you align with yourself, the more when it is time to date, you'll know what to do, right?
00:45:49.069 --> 00:45:55.389
Or you'll be, I don't want to say better, better at it because you have a better relationship with yourself.
00:45:55.389 --> 00:46:04.829
So I said, after two years of feeling like I was convincing women, and this is another testament to even my own intuition, I was like, I need to start over.
00:46:04.829 --> 00:46:19.230
I need to start over in a space where the foundation that I lay for the house that I'm building and the pillars in this house is very clear that this is a space for inward then outward, right?
00:46:19.230 --> 00:46:20.750
And we are focusing here.
00:46:20.750 --> 00:46:42.829
We are focusing on the art of self-mastery, we are focusing on the art of listening to our intuition, the art of audacity, the art of discernment, the art of getting out your own way, the art of leveling up in your life, the art of stacking skills, the art of creating a life that you love, the art, all the arts, but but everything have to do with self.
00:46:42.829 --> 00:46:43.549
Right?
00:46:43.549 --> 00:46:59.629
I wanted to create a very selfish space purposely for women who need to want to realize they have to be in a selfish season of their life and redefine what that word means for them in the first place.
00:46:59.629 --> 00:47:08.670
Because a selfish is also another word, just like audacity, associated with something that is out of line, something that is bad, you know.
00:47:08.670 --> 00:47:14.190
Audacity redefined is the name of my new space.
00:47:14.429 --> 00:47:14.750
Yes.
00:47:15.069 --> 00:47:21.230
Intentional, because a lot of women have a bad relationship with the word audacity, and rightfully so.
00:47:21.230 --> 00:47:23.549
We use it in shitty ways, right?
00:47:23.549 --> 00:47:26.750
He had the audacity girl to try to split the bill with me on the first day.
00:47:26.750 --> 00:47:29.149
He had the audacity to XYZ, right?
00:47:29.149 --> 00:47:35.230
But the reality is, no, as a woman, you need audacity to get the things you want out of life because no one's gonna give it to you.
00:47:35.230 --> 00:47:35.869
Yes.
00:47:35.869 --> 00:47:36.269
Right.
00:47:36.269 --> 00:47:45.389
And so similarly, selfish, you need to redefine what selfish means to you and understand that there are two sides of the corn.
00:47:45.389 --> 00:47:46.989
Selfish has a duality.
00:47:46.989 --> 00:47:50.429
There is selfish, that is sure.
00:47:50.429 --> 00:47:54.989
The we're gonna use the word negative here for whatever, right?
00:47:54.989 --> 00:47:56.109
The negative end.
00:47:56.109 --> 00:48:05.469
But you also need an element of selfishness to you so you can make space for yourself in your own life to do what it is that you want to do.
00:48:05.469 --> 00:48:06.269
Mm-hmm.
00:48:06.269 --> 00:48:06.829
Right.
00:48:06.829 --> 00:48:08.750
Like you really you need that.
00:48:08.750 --> 00:48:21.949
And so I wanted to, I realized in order for me to teach from a place or teach what I love from a place where I I have been for a while in my womanhood, right?
00:48:21.949 --> 00:48:29.309
I need to start over again in a new space where it's very clear that this is what we're doing and give women the choice, right?
00:48:29.309 --> 00:48:30.589
To be here.
00:48:30.589 --> 00:48:31.230
And it's fine.
00:48:31.230 --> 00:48:32.509
If you don't want to be here, that's totally fine.
00:48:32.509 --> 00:48:33.469
It's not your cup of tea.
00:48:33.469 --> 00:48:37.149
I ain't everybody's cup of tea, you know, saying I know that about myself, right?
00:48:37.149 --> 00:48:45.549
But my my error was in the old space trying to convince women to like to do that.
00:48:45.549 --> 00:48:49.230
And they were like, no, and that was wrong with me.
00:48:49.230 --> 00:48:50.589
So I moved.
00:48:50.829 --> 00:48:51.149
Yeah.
00:48:51.230 --> 00:48:51.469
Yes.
00:48:51.710 --> 00:48:51.949
Moved.
00:48:51.949 --> 00:48:58.109
And that is personal responsibility, accountability, my own shadow work, my own inner work in a nutshell.
00:48:58.109 --> 00:48:59.149
Yes.
00:49:00.029 --> 00:49:00.589
Yeah.
00:49:00.589 --> 00:49:02.670
So and trusting your intuition.
00:49:02.670 --> 00:49:03.949
Trusting my intuition.
00:49:03.949 --> 00:49:07.789
And moving back to a space where you can feel free again.
00:49:08.109 --> 00:49:08.509
100%.
00:49:08.509 --> 00:49:09.789
Exactly.
00:49:09.789 --> 00:49:15.789
Where I can, you know, teach these elements, speak about these elements, and help women connect their own dots.
00:49:15.789 --> 00:49:19.069
Because something I always say is it's really about connecting your own dots.
00:49:19.069 --> 00:49:24.190
I am not eye on the fix your life, nor am I Miss Cleo.
00:49:24.190 --> 00:49:26.429
You've got to be a certain age to know who Miss Cleo was.
00:49:26.429 --> 00:49:41.549
But I am here to guide you as you navigate your journey of womanhood and as you unlearn what you thought being a woman needed to be, and learn what your journey of womanhood can be if you center yourself.
00:49:41.549 --> 00:49:42.509
What does that look like?
00:49:42.509 --> 00:49:47.789
Because a lot of women, it's not just that they center men in their lives, they center everyone else.
00:49:48.029 --> 00:49:48.349
Yes.
00:49:48.589 --> 00:49:50.429
Everyone else except for themselves.
00:49:50.429 --> 00:49:55.309
And then they build up this resentment and this burnout, right?
00:49:55.309 --> 00:50:50.369
But essentially it's because you have made everybody else the main character of your motherfucking life, and they are coming in and they're obviously doing whatever they want because you scripted them that way.
00:50:50.610 --> 00:50:51.090
Mm-hmm.
00:50:51.490 --> 00:50:51.730
Right.
00:50:51.730 --> 00:50:57.570
You gave them permission to do that while you are waiting for them to give you permission to take back the rightful place in your own life.
00:50:57.570 --> 00:51:01.570
They're not going to do that because they benefit from the position that you gave them.
00:51:01.970 --> 00:51:02.450
Yes.
00:51:02.450 --> 00:51:05.409
Making everyone else a priority in your own life but you.
00:51:05.409 --> 00:51:06.050
100%.
00:51:06.050 --> 00:51:06.769
Right.
00:51:06.849 --> 00:51:07.010
Yeah.
00:51:07.010 --> 00:51:14.130
And so that is what I am here for women for to help.
00:51:14.130 --> 00:51:17.170
A lot of women do not have big sisters.
00:51:17.170 --> 00:51:18.530
They don't have mothers.
00:51:18.530 --> 00:51:23.889
They don't have women in their lives, period, who reflect this stance.
00:51:23.889 --> 00:51:34.369
They don't have women in their life period who have done the work and who can guide them through a journey of womanhood that involves them centering themselves.
00:51:34.369 --> 00:51:49.809
And that's what I'm here for as a woman who has done it, continuing to do it, who understands how the difficulties of it, but that also just because something is hard, it doesn't mean you can't trust yourself to get the shit done.
00:51:49.809 --> 00:51:51.329
Right?
00:51:51.329 --> 00:51:53.650
So that's where I am now.
00:51:54.289 --> 00:51:54.769
Yes.
00:51:54.769 --> 00:51:56.690
And it's a beautiful space to be.
00:51:56.690 --> 00:51:57.329
Thank you.
00:51:57.329 --> 00:51:58.530
Thank you very much.
00:51:58.530 --> 00:52:22.210
Building on everything you've shared about your own journey, listening to your intuition, listening to your body, reclaiming and redefining being selfish, being audacious, and all of these tools that are built into us innately as human beings, but especially and particularly as women.
00:52:22.210 --> 00:52:32.690
For the woman who's listening right now, who wherever she's at in her life, she's feeling like, okay, this thing in my life, whatever it is, is complete.
00:52:32.690 --> 00:52:35.170
Like I need to move forward.
00:52:35.170 --> 00:52:42.530
What would you say to her in terms of honoring an ending without rushing into the next beginning?
00:52:42.530 --> 00:52:44.450
What would your advice be?
00:52:45.250 --> 00:52:49.650
I'm gonna give the advice that I just had to give to myself six months ago.
00:52:49.650 --> 00:52:58.130
And that is going to be you are allowed to outgrow a new space.
00:52:58.130 --> 00:53:03.889
And now you are not starting over from scratch, you are starting over from experience.
00:53:03.889 --> 00:53:09.250
So that experience comes with earned wisdom.
00:53:09.250 --> 00:53:13.250
What did you learn from where you were?
00:53:13.250 --> 00:53:23.809
Take your time so you can create where you want to be or where you're going from that earned wisdom, from that experience.
00:53:23.809 --> 00:53:28.769
You are not in a rush, you're not in a rush, you're not in a rush.
00:53:28.769 --> 00:53:40.050
Take your time, write your heart out right in the morning, right in the evening, and underneath the moon, skin a marinky dinky dink.
00:53:40.050 --> 00:53:55.409
Okay, write, connect your dots, allow your mind to catch up to the identity that you are stepping into right now.
00:53:55.409 --> 00:53:56.690
Right.
00:53:56.690 --> 00:54:03.409
So if, for example, one of my things was I'm an over-teacher.
00:54:03.409 --> 00:54:08.130
I over-teach and I overgive.
00:54:08.130 --> 00:54:08.769
Right.
00:54:08.769 --> 00:54:14.130
I'm very much, these are two things that have traveled with me since I was nine years old.
00:54:14.130 --> 00:54:18.929
That I'm still to this day constantly having to catch myself.
00:54:18.929 --> 00:54:19.570
Hey, no.
00:54:19.570 --> 00:54:20.849
Hey, no.
00:54:20.849 --> 00:54:23.490
It's like having a two-year-old, hey, no, cut that down.
00:54:23.490 --> 00:54:24.610
No, right?
00:54:25.809 --> 00:54:27.570
You just repeat it over and over again.
00:54:27.809 --> 00:54:28.050
Right.
00:54:28.050 --> 00:54:36.690
Those things about me were in healing, but they're a part of me, and I have to constantly continue to heal them.
00:54:36.690 --> 00:54:42.929
So because I used to over-teach and over-give, that burned me out.
00:54:42.929 --> 00:54:44.530
That frustrated me.
00:54:44.530 --> 00:54:47.409
And so this identity, right?
00:54:47.409 --> 00:54:54.530
This space, this brand, this level of my teaching experience, I've honed it in.
00:54:54.530 --> 00:54:55.490
Right.
00:54:55.490 --> 00:54:57.730
So I'm not in a rush.
00:54:57.730 --> 00:55:00.849
I don't have to overgive and I don't have to over-teach.
00:55:00.849 --> 00:55:02.050
Right?
00:55:02.050 --> 00:55:02.450
Yes.
00:55:02.450 --> 00:55:03.889
I don't have to do any of that.
00:55:03.889 --> 00:55:09.250
This season of my life, we're tighter boundaries, boo-boo.
00:55:09.250 --> 00:55:09.409
Right.
00:55:09.409 --> 00:55:12.210
You have to put on a little timer for yourself and be like, oh, that's it.
00:55:12.210 --> 00:55:13.409
That's enough of my teaching today.
00:55:13.409 --> 00:55:13.809
Bye.
00:55:13.809 --> 00:55:16.369
And that's then that's what we're gonna, but bye now.
00:55:16.369 --> 00:55:17.329
That's what we're gonna do.
00:55:17.329 --> 00:55:17.809
Right.
00:55:17.809 --> 00:55:29.650
But you have to remember that when you're coming from one thing that you're used to and you're going to a new thing that you know you need and that you're creating for yourself.
00:55:29.650 --> 00:55:31.730
Do not be impulsive.
00:55:31.730 --> 00:55:33.809
Take your time.
00:55:33.809 --> 00:55:43.970
You are going to be okay because you are starting over from experience and earned wisdom, not from scratch.
00:55:44.610 --> 00:55:45.250
Yeah.
00:55:45.730 --> 00:55:47.010
I've been talking to myself a lot.
00:55:47.010 --> 00:55:47.889
It's a whole lot of this.
00:55:47.889 --> 00:55:48.929
It's just like I tell my story.
00:55:48.929 --> 00:55:51.809
It's in, you know, page 79 of this new journal that I have.
00:55:52.130 --> 00:55:52.369
Yeah.
00:55:52.369 --> 00:55:57.010
That even just listening to that just felt really good to my spirit.
00:55:57.010 --> 00:56:02.929
And I know anyone listening, like you listening on the other end of this, I'm sure that resonated too.
00:56:02.929 --> 00:56:04.130
That's really powerful.
00:56:04.130 --> 00:56:07.570
Thank you for that reminder that we're not starting over from scratch.
00:56:07.570 --> 00:56:11.970
We're starting over from earned wisdom and experience because it's very true.
00:56:11.970 --> 00:56:21.889
As much as we've had these many decades of conditioning, like the work that we are doing to unlearn certain things and to build new habits and new skills matters and counts.
00:56:21.889 --> 00:56:23.170
A hundred percent.
00:56:23.170 --> 00:56:24.690
And it's not irrelevant.
00:56:24.690 --> 00:56:27.170
It's as important as anything else.
00:56:27.170 --> 00:56:29.809
So B, this has been so incredible.
00:56:29.809 --> 00:56:34.610
I'm so honored that I got to sit with you and have this time.
00:56:34.610 --> 00:56:36.369
I know you don't usually do this.
00:56:36.369 --> 00:56:37.809
I appreciate you.
00:56:37.809 --> 00:56:41.809
I appreciate you for holding space for me to have this conversation.
00:56:41.809 --> 00:56:53.170
Such an honor to have you on the show, to let folks get just a taste of what I've experienced as a client for over the last year, and I'm just deeply grateful for you.
00:56:53.170 --> 00:57:02.289
Can you let folks know where to find your new space, where to support your work, where to learn more, how to work with you, all the things.
00:57:02.289 --> 00:57:03.090
Absolutely.
00:57:03.250 --> 00:57:06.690
So, first of all, I appreciate you for having me, Aliyah.
00:57:06.690 --> 00:57:07.409
Thank you.
00:57:07.409 --> 00:57:09.170
Um, I appreciate you a lot.
00:57:09.170 --> 00:57:10.610
I am honored.
00:57:10.610 --> 00:57:16.769
I'm honored to have witnessed your growth in the last year.
00:57:16.769 --> 00:57:22.210
And I'm honored to have been able to be a part of one of your navigation tools.
00:57:22.210 --> 00:57:24.050
Get emotional?
00:57:24.050 --> 00:57:24.849
Me too, girl.
00:57:24.849 --> 00:57:26.289
Me too.
00:57:26.289 --> 00:57:26.849
Me too.
00:57:26.849 --> 00:57:28.610
Um it's an absolute honor.
00:57:28.610 --> 00:57:39.010
This is this is my life's work because to watch women like you, my other clients too come in for razzled.
00:57:39.010 --> 00:58:03.970
Like absolute and sometimes even defensive to watch you transform into giving yourselves more grace, understanding yourselves better, and being more clear is why I do this.
00:58:03.970 --> 00:58:07.409
This is worth it a hundred percent.
00:58:07.409 --> 00:58:09.650
So I'm very proud of you, Aliyah.
00:58:09.650 --> 00:58:13.250
And I know that our sessions are coming to a break.
00:58:13.570 --> 00:58:13.889
Yes.
00:58:14.210 --> 00:58:21.170
So you can take the semester off and go into some other spaces.
00:58:21.170 --> 00:58:34.210
Um, and I'm rooting for you, but moreover, I know that what you have accumulated is your own earned wisdom and that you will be phenomenal.
00:58:34.210 --> 00:58:36.050
And I'm very proud of you.
00:58:36.369 --> 00:58:37.170
Thank you, B.
00:58:37.570 --> 00:58:38.369
You're welcome.
00:58:38.690 --> 00:58:39.250
Thank you.
00:58:39.490 --> 00:58:43.970
That said, you can find me at let them know.
00:58:43.970 --> 00:58:44.929
Let them know.
00:58:44.929 --> 00:58:49.809
Uh, that said, the new space is called Audacity Redefined.
00:58:49.809 --> 00:58:54.769
Audacity redefined will be able to be on any podcast you listen to.
00:58:54.769 --> 00:58:58.130
For right now, I am taking my time.
00:58:58.130 --> 00:59:01.889
So you can find the email list.
00:59:01.889 --> 00:59:05.409
I'll give you the email list, Aaliyah, and you can link it in your show notes.
00:59:05.409 --> 00:59:05.889
Yes.
00:59:06.050 --> 00:59:06.369
Yep.
00:59:06.610 --> 00:59:15.889
When you come into the email list, you will be brought through a workflow that is intentionally specifically made to help you work on your own shit.
00:59:15.889 --> 00:59:17.730
So do the workflow.
00:59:17.730 --> 00:59:24.610
And then I will obviously send an email to let people know when Audacity Redefined is officially launched.
00:59:24.610 --> 00:59:28.769
I don't have social media of any kind because I'm off that also.
00:59:28.769 --> 00:59:30.450
I've included all my apps.
00:59:30.450 --> 00:59:32.210
And so there won't be no social media.
00:59:32.210 --> 00:59:34.849
It'll be my email list and my podcast.
00:59:34.849 --> 00:59:44.929
So you can find me if you want to work one-on-one with me uh in mentorship coaching at audacityredefined.com.
00:59:44.929 --> 00:59:51.090
And I do have a second podcast that's live right now.
00:59:51.090 --> 00:59:54.450
It is a tarot podcast because I do do tarot and oracle.
00:59:54.450 --> 00:59:55.889
Why am I Pisces?
00:59:55.889 --> 00:59:56.849
Why wouldn't I?
00:59:56.849 --> 00:59:57.730
Yes.
00:59:57.730 --> 00:59:59.809
And I honor my dualities.
00:59:59.809 --> 01:00:02.130
So different places for different things.
01:00:02.130 --> 01:00:09.889
And that podcast is called Subject to Interpretation, where I do just messages of the day every day.
01:00:09.889 --> 01:00:10.849
Calm down.
01:00:10.849 --> 01:00:13.170
Sometimes I miss some days because I'm human.
01:00:13.170 --> 01:00:16.050
I'm gonna stop saying that.
01:00:16.050 --> 01:00:17.730
I'm gonna stop saying every day.
01:00:17.730 --> 01:00:20.130
And then two days later, people are like, B, where are you at, girl?
01:00:20.130 --> 01:00:24.610
I'm like, ah, life.
01:00:24.769 --> 01:00:26.530
Uh you know, be back next week.
01:00:30.530 --> 01:00:37.010
Um I couldn't get time to, you know, to record.
01:00:37.010 --> 01:00:43.730
But um but the point is mostly every day.
01:00:43.730 --> 01:00:48.849
The more you laugh, the more it's making me laugh.
01:00:48.849 --> 01:00:53.409
Like mostly everyday child, okay?
01:00:53.409 --> 01:00:55.809
Where I give just messages of the day.
01:00:55.809 --> 01:00:59.809
And the thing to know about me, I think it's really important for your audience to hear.
01:00:59.809 --> 01:01:06.929
These are not the way that I pull cards and the messages I give are very much in alignment with how I speak in every other realm of my life.
01:01:06.929 --> 01:01:11.730
Uh, you're not gonna get some bullshit ass karmic twin flame.
01:01:11.730 --> 01:01:13.409
You know, abundance is coming in.
01:01:13.409 --> 01:01:14.849
I don't do all that shit.
01:01:14.849 --> 01:01:16.289
I'm not here to stroke your ego.
01:01:16.289 --> 01:01:22.849
I speak to my core foundation is about inner work, personal responsibility, and accountability.
01:01:22.849 --> 01:01:25.570
So that is what I lead with.
01:01:25.570 --> 01:01:29.650
Sometimes it's gonna hurt your ego, but I'm not in the business of soothing egos.
01:01:29.650 --> 01:01:33.730
I'm not in the business of lying to women, and I don't support women lying to themselves either.
01:01:33.730 --> 01:01:36.530
So everything that I say is never sugarcoated.
01:01:36.530 --> 01:01:41.010
And, you know, like I say, move your triggers to the side so you've got room to open up your mind.
01:01:41.570 --> 01:01:41.889
Yes.
01:01:42.210 --> 01:01:43.250
So that's that part.
01:01:43.250 --> 01:01:47.250
Um, subject to interpretation can be found on all podcasts that are available.
01:01:47.250 --> 01:01:48.849
That has no social media either.
01:01:48.849 --> 01:01:50.050
It's just the podcast.
01:01:50.289 --> 01:01:51.170
Yes, perfect.
01:01:51.170 --> 01:01:53.970
And I will link everything in the show notes.
01:01:53.970 --> 01:01:56.929
So all of your links will be in the episode description.
01:01:56.929 --> 01:02:00.130
It's been incredible having you on the show, and I can't thank you enough.
01:02:00.130 --> 01:02:01.010
It's my pleasure.
01:02:01.010 --> 01:02:04.210
Thank you for having me and for all the ladies listening.
01:02:05.170 --> 01:02:07.490
Knees to chest and go be great.
01:02:07.970 --> 01:02:09.170
Yes, that part.
01:02:09.170 --> 01:02:09.889
That part.
01:02:10.210 --> 01:02:14.769
Put yourself in a position to get the things that you want and you will get them eventually.
01:02:14.769 --> 01:02:15.570
That part.
01:02:15.570 --> 01:02:17.730
And be audacious enough to do it.
01:02:17.730 --> 01:02:19.570
Have the audacity of the part.
01:02:19.570 --> 01:02:21.090
Thank you, B.
01:02:21.409 --> 01:02:22.369
You're welcome, Aliah.
01:02:22.369 --> 01:02:23.490
I appreciate you.
01:02:23.490 --> 01:02:24.929
I appreciate you.
