ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Most New Year’s resolutions fail within weeks. Yet the reason is rarely what people think.
Many believe the problem is discipline. According to functional nutritionist and chronic-illness coach Danielle Pashko, the real issue is energy.
In this episode of Mr. Speaker Speaks, Danielle explains why exhaustion, nervous-system imbalance, and hidden energy depletion quietly sabotage goals long before motivation fades.
With more than two decades of experience in functional nutrition and integrative wellness, Danielle has helped thousands improve their health through nutrition, detoxification, and mind-body practices.
Her professional journey includes work with leading physicians and elite wellness institutions. Her personal story is equally powerful. After surviving cancer, battling chronic Lyme disease, and navigating post-COVID complications, Danielle discovered that true healing goes far beyond diet plans or supplements.
It requires reconnecting with the body, calming the nervous system, and restoring energy from within.
In this conversation we explore:
• why motivation fades even when goals are strong
• how energy determines discipline and consistency
• the role of nervous system balance in long-term health
• the surprising benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong
• simple daily habits that restore vitality
If you want sustainable health and goals that last longer than January, this conversation will give you a new framework for understanding energy and resilience.
