Ecclesiastes part 5

Pastor Hugh concludes our series in Ecclesiastes. Chapter 12 reminds us that life is temporary, our strength and abilities will fade, and everything we achieve or possess will eventually pass away. That is why Solomon urges us to “remember your Creator” now—not when life is almost over, but while we have the opportunity to know and serve Him. As we face ageing, weakness and ultimately death, our hope is found not in the things of this world but in God, whose Word endures forever and who offers eternal life through Jesus Christ. The final message of Ecclesiastes is simple and powerful: fear God, keep His commandments, live wisely, and remember that every life will one day stand before Him. In a world full of temporary things, what truly matters is our relationship with God and the eternal life He gives through Christ.
