Many of us don't allow ourselves to feel the emotion of pride. It can be thought of as being arrogant, egotistical, or simply not ok to feel proud of what we have achieved, or who we have become.
In this episode, I reflect on my interview with Brett Connellan from last year to dive deeper into how we can our relationship with pride and start to feel it as a positive emotion that leads to boosting our confidence.
