00:00:09.279 --> 00:00:15.919
Welcome to Minding My Manifestation, where I take you along with me on my manifestation and spiritual journey while also helping to guide you through yours.

If you're ready to create new habits, discover deeper truths, expand your mind, and become the best version of yourself one day at a time, then this podcast is for you.
00:00:23.600 --> 00:00:32.240
Each week, I'll discuss my inner standing of the world around us, manifestation, and how you can shift your current patterns of thinking and being to align more deeply with your soul's purpose.
00:00:32.479 --> 00:00:38.000
Think of this podcast as your weekly dose of how you can change the world around you by changing the world within you.
00:00:38.240 --> 00:00:39.359
So grateful you're here.
00:00:39.520 --> 00:00:40.799
Let's get into it.
00:00:41.200 --> 00:00:44.159
Hello, sweet souls, and welcome back.
00:00:44.399 --> 00:00:51.119
So today's episode, we are going to be discussing creating structure with what you already have and what you already know.
00:00:51.520 --> 00:01:00.399
Now, if you haven't listened to my last couple episodes, please go back and do so because I promise you everything kind of goes together and this episode would just make that much more sense.
00:01:00.560 --> 00:01:03.439
How many times have we told ourselves that I'll start on Monday?
00:01:03.600 --> 00:01:11.920
I'll start when life comes down, I'll start once I move, I'll start once I make more money, I'll start once I know what I'm gonna do next, right?
00:01:12.079 --> 00:01:12.879
I'll start when.
00:01:13.040 --> 00:01:17.040
But what if the thing that keeps us stuck isn't the lack of certainty?
00:01:17.200 --> 00:01:20.959
It's a lack of structure around what you already know and what you already have.
00:01:21.120 --> 00:01:25.120
Now, I know firsthand about the illusion of needing more.
00:01:25.280 --> 00:01:25.599
Okay.
00:01:25.760 --> 00:01:32.000
I have been someone who has told myself, like, oh, before I start going to the gym, I need more gym clothes.
00:01:32.079 --> 00:01:41.599
And before I start showing up on social media, I need the little microphone, or I need the little flashlight, or the lighting thing in the tripod.
00:01:41.840 --> 00:01:46.640
I need more confidence, I need to know more things, I need to read more, more, more, more.
00:01:46.719 --> 00:01:47.040
Okay.
00:01:47.200 --> 00:01:49.359
So that is the illusion of needing more.
00:01:49.519 --> 00:01:52.879
You tell yourself you need more time, more motivation, all the things.
00:01:53.120 --> 00:02:00.959
But usually, and nine times out of ten, and I'm saying this especially from myself, we already know the next step.
00:02:01.200 --> 00:02:04.480
We already have the tools, we already know it right now.
00:02:04.640 --> 00:02:08.159
But the thing is, is that we don't know the next 20 things to do.
00:02:08.240 --> 00:02:09.840
We don't have the next 20 steps.
00:02:10.240 --> 00:02:11.840
And that's what scares us.
00:02:12.319 --> 00:02:16.240
And the reason that is, is because our brains crave certainty.
00:02:16.400 --> 00:02:22.000
It craves familiarity, which is why the unknown feels so uncomfortable.
00:02:22.159 --> 00:02:23.599
It feels so uncomfortable.
00:02:23.759 --> 00:02:31.039
Now, when you're creating the structure, and let me just be clear really quick structure isn't having every hour of the day plan.
00:02:31.199 --> 00:02:34.719
It's not perfect routines, it's not strict time schedules.
00:02:34.879 --> 00:02:37.439
Unless you're into that sort of thing, then go for it.
00:02:37.599 --> 00:02:42.400
But I just know for me in the current stage of life I'm in right now, that just would not work out for me.
00:02:42.960 --> 00:02:50.000
But more so, structure is simply just giving yourself and your current realities somewhere to land, right?
00:02:50.240 --> 00:02:54.639
Instead of worrying about, like, hey, I don't know where I'm gonna be in the next six months or in the next year.
00:02:54.800 --> 00:02:55.680
You don't need to know that.
00:02:55.840 --> 00:02:58.479
You just need to know what you're doing tomorrow, right?
00:02:58.560 --> 00:03:05.599
Like give yourself these small little routines, these small little certainties, because these small certainties, they create emotional safety.
00:03:05.840 --> 00:03:14.319
So again, instead of saying, you know, I don't know where I'm gonna be in six months, just say tomorrow, around eight to 10, I'm going to the gym, right?
00:03:14.479 --> 00:03:17.520
Do what you can with what you already have and what you already know.
00:03:17.759 --> 00:03:21.759
If you haven't already, you should also look into neuroscience.
00:03:21.919 --> 00:03:28.000
And so when I'm talking about neuroscience, I'm simply talking about your brain specifically loving predictability.
00:03:28.159 --> 00:03:32.719
Your nervous system loves patterns, it loves knowing like the next thing.
00:03:32.879 --> 00:03:37.599
And when you create these tiny little routines, it tells the brain, I am safe.
00:03:37.680 --> 00:03:42.479
And not in the way where like you figured everything out and you know everything, right?
00:03:42.719 --> 00:03:48.879
But because you are telling your brain that you are someone who is able to handle uncertainty.
00:03:49.039 --> 00:03:53.680
And somehow in our brain, we kind of overestimate the future, right?
00:03:53.759 --> 00:03:57.199
Like we kind of imagine that one day we'll suddenly know everything.
00:03:57.360 --> 00:04:06.879
But the truth is that every reality, every version of ourselves has unknowns, even successful people, even healed people, right?
00:04:07.039 --> 00:04:10.639
Even confident people, they're all still dealing with the same things.
00:04:10.800 --> 00:04:13.439
The difference is that they know how to handle it.
00:04:13.520 --> 00:04:17.839
They know how to build inside of uncertainty, inside of discomfort.
00:04:18.079 --> 00:04:21.439
They learn to let it be a tool for them instead of something that shrinks them.
00:04:21.600 --> 00:04:26.000
Now, building structure around what you already know is key.
00:04:26.160 --> 00:04:30.160
Like it is key, especially in the uncertainty, okay?
00:04:30.480 --> 00:04:41.680
Because when I was worried about housing and what are the next steps and what am I gonna do, the only thing that I could handle was what I had in front of me, right?
00:04:41.759 --> 00:04:44.720
And obviously, in the moment I wasn't doing a great job.
00:04:44.959 --> 00:04:46.240
I'm just being very transparent.
00:04:46.399 --> 00:04:50.000
I was letting the outside factors like really bother me.
00:04:50.160 --> 00:04:57.120
But once it became so overwhelming, I was like, wait a minute, I know how to handle this and I have the tools and I remember what to do.
00:04:57.279 --> 00:05:01.519
And so now the only thing keeping me from doing what I want to do is me.
00:05:01.600 --> 00:05:03.839
And so let's let's go ahead and like change that.
00:05:04.000 --> 00:05:06.959
So circling back to building around what you already know.
00:05:07.120 --> 00:05:09.680
Instead of asking yourself, what if this doesn't work out?
00:05:09.920 --> 00:05:14.399
instead ask yourself, like, what do I know today, right now?
00:05:14.639 --> 00:05:17.439
Maybe you just start with something simple, right?
00:05:17.600 --> 00:05:23.759
The time that you work out or your bedtime, your values, what kind of parent are you trying to be?
00:05:23.839 --> 00:05:25.279
What kind of person are you trying to be?
00:05:25.439 --> 00:05:28.240
Maybe you start with what are you eating for dinner today?
00:05:28.560 --> 00:05:29.680
Just one goal.
00:05:29.839 --> 00:05:30.879
That's enough, right?
00:05:30.959 --> 00:05:34.959
And the more that you sort of structure your day around this thinking, right?
00:05:35.040 --> 00:05:43.920
Like, okay, I'll go to the gym at this time or this is what we're having for dinner, the easier and the more familiar it becomes to your brain, and the safer it feels in your body.
00:05:44.079 --> 00:05:50.079
When we are in these sort of like waiting moments and these waiting periods, it creates anxiety.
00:05:50.399 --> 00:05:59.519
And sometimes anxiety isn't because life is uncertain, it's because we're given uncertainty literally all of our attention, right?
00:05:59.680 --> 00:06:01.120
We're so uncertain of everything.
00:06:01.199 --> 00:06:05.600
So it creates this anxious feeling inside of our body because we don't know what's next.
00:06:05.680 --> 00:06:07.519
It's not familiar, it's uncomfortable.
00:06:07.680 --> 00:06:16.160
But when we create structure, when we create a routine for ourselves, this then shifts the attention back to taking action.
00:06:16.319 --> 00:06:23.600
And honestly, the way that I like look back on the last few months and just think about the time that I had, it was not so fun.
00:06:23.680 --> 00:06:24.480
It wasn't great, right?
00:06:24.639 --> 00:06:25.680
I felt like a hermit crab.
00:06:25.839 --> 00:06:26.720
I just wanted to hide.
00:06:26.959 --> 00:06:31.759
But even with that, even with looking back on it, something just clicked within me.
00:06:31.839 --> 00:06:34.800
And I kind of realized, like, hey, I can't know every single thing.
00:06:34.959 --> 00:06:37.199
I can't organize my future like perfectly.
00:06:37.360 --> 00:06:41.920
But what I can control and what I can't organize right now is today.
00:06:42.480 --> 00:06:46.480
I can create structure around today, right now, in the present moment.
00:06:46.639 --> 00:06:50.480
And once I did that, that created a more established routine in my head.
00:06:50.560 --> 00:07:09.439
And it feels good to kind of know and have that certainty again because our brain loves familiarity, but most importantly, like it calms your nervous system down and it allows you to have mental clarity and take action instead of making, you know, all the reasons why you can't do something keep you where you are and keep you uncomfortable.
00:07:09.600 --> 00:07:13.199
So this is about creating structure within the uncomfortability.
00:07:13.360 --> 00:07:21.199
Not that we're never gonna feel uncomfortable, it's just that whenever you do, whenever you start to, you know that you can create structure with what you know.
00:07:21.360 --> 00:07:22.399
Did that make sense?
00:07:22.639 --> 00:07:30.240
So some of my go-tos around creating structure for myself that I've done is knowing the time that I'm going to wake up.
00:07:30.480 --> 00:07:43.360
Waking up at around 5:30, sometimes five, just to really sit with myself and be with myself and just kind of have my mind wake up while it's still in, you know, quiet and silence.
00:07:43.519 --> 00:07:49.439
And during that time, I mean, there's a couple things I do, but I just I'm really just sitting with myself, truly.
00:07:49.519 --> 00:07:51.360
I just meditate in silence sometimes.
00:07:51.439 --> 00:07:52.560
That's what my brain needs.
00:07:52.800 --> 00:07:56.800
Sometimes it's a visualization, other times I stretch and meditate.
00:07:57.040 --> 00:08:04.000
Really, it's just creating some sort of like routine and habit for me to do that feels good to me and that I know that I can do.
00:08:04.160 --> 00:08:05.839
Another one is moving my body.
00:08:06.160 --> 00:08:07.839
I feel good when I look good.
00:08:07.920 --> 00:08:09.519
I feel my best when I look good.
00:08:09.600 --> 00:08:12.959
And so just the type of person I am that's just important to me.
00:08:13.040 --> 00:08:20.800
And so moving my body, it really also helps to release negative energy or any just negative thoughts and feelings that I'm having at that moment.
00:08:20.959 --> 00:08:22.800
And it just works every time.
00:08:22.959 --> 00:08:36.159
So as I'm creating structure right now with you know, still unknowns, like I'm not really in the clear, but every day matters and the effort that you put in today, it's going to show like it will count for something.
00:08:36.320 --> 00:08:43.200
And I want to remind you that even when you can't see change, even when you don't see change, know that things are changing inside of you.
00:08:43.440 --> 00:08:45.679
And that makes a world of difference.
00:08:45.919 --> 00:09:00.720
And honestly, looking back on all of this, it's just so amazing, you know, that we have the tools within ourselves and we really have all that it takes to change our lives and just decide.
00:09:00.879 --> 00:09:05.279
We just decide and we get to choose that we want more, we want safety.
00:09:05.440 --> 00:09:21.519
Even with all the unknowns and all the discomfort that is in our lives, when you tell yourself and you decide that you are someone who can trust themselves enough to create stability when life unfolds, you are literally so powerful.
00:09:21.759 --> 00:09:24.879
Your mindset, man, like what a gift.
00:09:25.200 --> 00:09:29.600
But alongside that, you definitely need to take the action.
00:09:29.919 --> 00:09:35.279
And that's the difference here is that I knew what I knew, I wasn't taking the action, but I knew I needed something.
00:09:35.440 --> 00:09:42.799
And just knowing now that I can create that structure and give myself that stability and that safety in my body, like it's a game changer.
00:09:42.960 --> 00:09:54.879
So I want you to remember this podcast if life ever feels uncomfortable, uncertain, and you're looking to create some sort of structure and stability within your life.
00:09:55.039 --> 00:09:57.679
I want you to ask yourself these questions.
00:09:57.840 --> 00:09:58.080
Okay.
00:09:58.240 --> 00:10:00.559
Ask yourself, what do I already know?
00:10:00.799 --> 00:10:02.720
What can I stop waiting for?
00:10:02.879 --> 00:10:05.440
Where can I create one small routine?
00:10:05.600 --> 00:10:08.320
And what is one thing that I can control today?
00:10:08.960 --> 00:10:14.159
Okay, now that we know what we know, let's get to work on implementing that, okay?
00:10:15.120 --> 00:10:17.279
Thank you so much for being with me here today.
00:10:18.639 --> 00:10:20.000
All right, sweet souls.
00:10:20.799 --> 00:10:21.840
Until next time.
00:10:22.960 --> 00:10:26.799
If something I said today resonated with you, take it as a sign.
00:10:27.039 --> 00:10:28.799
You were meant to be here.
00:10:28.960 --> 00:10:37.200
I'd love if you'd subscribe so we can keep exploring the truths beneath the noise, unlearning what we've been taught, and remembering who we really are.
00:10:37.440 --> 00:10:41.679

00:00:32.479 --> 00:00:38.000
Think of this podcast as your weekly dose of how you can change the world around you by changing the world within you.
00:00:38.240 --> 00:00:39.359
So grateful you're here.
00:00:39.520 --> 00:00:40.799
Let's get into it.
00:00:41.200 --> 00:00:44.159
Hello, sweet souls, and welcome back.
00:00:44.399 --> 00:00:51.119
So today's episode, we are going to be discussing creating structure with what you already have and what you already know.
00:00:51.520 --> 00:01:00.399
Now, if you haven't listened to my last couple episodes, please go back and do so because I promise you everything kind of goes together and this episode would just make that much more sense.
00:01:00.560 --> 00:01:03.439
How many times have we told ourselves that I'll start on Monday?
00:01:03.600 --> 00:01:11.920
I'll start when life comes down, I'll start once I move, I'll start once I make more money, I'll start once I know what I'm gonna do next, right?
00:01:12.079 --> 00:01:12.879
I'll start when.
00:01:13.040 --> 00:01:17.040
But what if the thing that keeps us stuck isn't the lack of certainty?
00:01:17.200 --> 00:01:20.959
It's a lack of structure around what you already know and what you already have.
00:01:21.120 --> 00:01:25.120
Now, I know firsthand about the illusion of needing more.
00:01:25.280 --> 00:01:25.599
Okay.
00:01:25.760 --> 00:01:32.000
I have been someone who has told myself, like, oh, before I start going to the gym, I need more gym clothes.
00:01:32.079 --> 00:01:41.599
And before I start showing up on social media, I need the little microphone, or I need the little flashlight, or the lighting thing in the tripod.
00:01:41.840 --> 00:01:46.640
I need more confidence, I need to know more things, I need to read more, more, more, more.
00:01:46.719 --> 00:01:47.040
Okay.
00:01:47.200 --> 00:01:49.359
So that is the illusion of needing more.
00:01:49.519 --> 00:01:52.879
You tell yourself you need more time, more motivation, all the things.
00:01:53.120 --> 00:02:00.959
But usually, and nine times out of ten, and I'm saying this especially from myself, we already know the next step.
00:02:01.200 --> 00:02:04.480
We already have the tools, we already know it right now.
00:02:04.640 --> 00:02:08.159
But the thing is, is that we don't know the next 20 things to do.
00:02:08.240 --> 00:02:09.840
We don't have the next 20 steps.
00:02:10.240 --> 00:02:11.840
And that's what scares us.
00:02:12.319 --> 00:02:16.240
And the reason that is, is because our brains crave certainty.
00:02:16.400 --> 00:02:22.000
It craves familiarity, which is why the unknown feels so uncomfortable.
00:02:22.159 --> 00:02:23.599
It feels so uncomfortable.
00:02:23.759 --> 00:02:31.039
Now, when you're creating the structure, and let me just be clear really quick structure isn't having every hour of the day plan.
00:02:31.199 --> 00:02:34.719
It's not perfect routines, it's not strict time schedules.
00:02:34.879 --> 00:02:37.439
Unless you're into that sort of thing, then go for it.
00:02:37.599 --> 00:02:42.400
But I just know for me in the current stage of life I'm in right now, that just would not work out for me.
00:02:42.960 --> 00:02:50.000
But more so, structure is simply just giving yourself and your current realities somewhere to land, right?
00:02:50.240 --> 00:02:54.639
Instead of worrying about, like, hey, I don't know where I'm gonna be in the next six months or in the next year.
00:02:54.800 --> 00:02:55.680
You don't need to know that.
00:02:55.840 --> 00:02:58.479
You just need to know what you're doing tomorrow, right?
00:02:58.560 --> 00:03:05.599
Like give yourself these small little routines, these small little certainties, because these small certainties, they create emotional safety.
00:03:05.840 --> 00:03:14.319
So again, instead of saying, you know, I don't know where I'm gonna be in six months, just say tomorrow, around eight to 10, I'm going to the gym, right?
00:03:14.479 --> 00:03:17.520
Do what you can with what you already have and what you already know.
00:03:17.759 --> 00:03:21.759
If you haven't already, you should also look into neuroscience.
00:03:21.919 --> 00:03:28.000
And so when I'm talking about neuroscience, I'm simply talking about your brain specifically loving predictability.
00:03:28.159 --> 00:03:32.719
Your nervous system loves patterns, it loves knowing like the next thing.
00:03:32.879 --> 00:03:37.599
And when you create these tiny little routines, it tells the brain, I am safe.
00:03:37.680 --> 00:03:42.479
And not in the way where like you figured everything out and you know everything, right?
00:03:42.719 --> 00:03:48.879
But because you are telling your brain that you are someone who is able to handle uncertainty.
00:03:49.039 --> 00:03:53.680
And somehow in our brain, we kind of overestimate the future, right?
00:03:53.759 --> 00:03:57.199
Like we kind of imagine that one day we'll suddenly know everything.
00:03:57.360 --> 00:04:06.879
But the truth is that every reality, every version of ourselves has unknowns, even successful people, even healed people, right?
00:04:07.039 --> 00:04:10.639
Even confident people, they're all still dealing with the same things.
00:04:10.800 --> 00:04:13.439
The difference is that they know how to handle it.
00:04:13.520 --> 00:04:17.839
They know how to build inside of uncertainty, inside of discomfort.
00:04:18.079 --> 00:04:21.439
They learn to let it be a tool for them instead of something that shrinks them.
00:04:21.600 --> 00:04:26.000
Now, building structure around what you already know is key.
00:04:26.160 --> 00:04:30.160
Like it is key, especially in the uncertainty, okay?
00:04:30.480 --> 00:04:41.680
Because when I was worried about housing and what are the next steps and what am I gonna do, the only thing that I could handle was what I had in front of me, right?
00:04:41.759 --> 00:04:44.720
And obviously, in the moment I wasn't doing a great job.
00:04:44.959 --> 00:04:46.240
I'm just being very transparent.
00:04:46.399 --> 00:04:50.000
I was letting the outside factors like really bother me.
00:04:50.160 --> 00:04:57.120
But once it became so overwhelming, I was like, wait a minute, I know how to handle this and I have the tools and I remember what to do.
00:04:57.279 --> 00:05:01.519
And so now the only thing keeping me from doing what I want to do is me.
00:05:01.600 --> 00:05:03.839
And so let's let's go ahead and like change that.
00:05:04.000 --> 00:05:06.959
So circling back to building around what you already know.
00:05:07.120 --> 00:05:09.680
Instead of asking yourself, what if this doesn't work out?
00:05:09.920 --> 00:05:14.399
instead ask yourself, like, what do I know today, right now?
00:05:14.639 --> 00:05:17.439
Maybe you just start with something simple, right?
00:05:17.600 --> 00:05:23.759
The time that you work out or your bedtime, your values, what kind of parent are you trying to be?
00:05:23.839 --> 00:05:25.279
What kind of person are you trying to be?
00:05:25.439 --> 00:05:28.240
Maybe you start with what are you eating for dinner today?
00:05:28.560 --> 00:05:29.680
Just one goal.
00:05:29.839 --> 00:05:30.879
That's enough, right?
00:05:30.959 --> 00:05:34.959
And the more that you sort of structure your day around this thinking, right?
00:05:35.040 --> 00:05:43.920
Like, okay, I'll go to the gym at this time or this is what we're having for dinner, the easier and the more familiar it becomes to your brain, and the safer it feels in your body.
00:05:44.079 --> 00:05:50.079
When we are in these sort of like waiting moments and these waiting periods, it creates anxiety.
00:05:50.399 --> 00:05:59.519
And sometimes anxiety isn't because life is uncertain, it's because we're given uncertainty literally all of our attention, right?
00:05:59.680 --> 00:06:01.120
We're so uncertain of everything.
00:06:01.199 --> 00:06:05.600
So it creates this anxious feeling inside of our body because we don't know what's next.
00:06:05.680 --> 00:06:07.519
It's not familiar, it's uncomfortable.
00:06:07.680 --> 00:06:16.160
But when we create structure, when we create a routine for ourselves, this then shifts the attention back to taking action.
00:06:16.319 --> 00:06:23.600
And honestly, the way that I like look back on the last few months and just think about the time that I had, it was not so fun.
00:06:23.680 --> 00:06:24.480
It wasn't great, right?
00:06:24.639 --> 00:06:25.680
I felt like a hermit crab.
00:06:25.839 --> 00:06:26.720
I just wanted to hide.
00:06:26.959 --> 00:06:31.759
But even with that, even with looking back on it, something just clicked within me.
00:06:31.839 --> 00:06:34.800
And I kind of realized, like, hey, I can't know every single thing.
00:06:34.959 --> 00:06:37.199
I can't organize my future like perfectly.
00:06:37.360 --> 00:06:41.920
But what I can control and what I can't organize right now is today.
00:06:42.480 --> 00:06:46.480
I can create structure around today, right now, in the present moment.
00:06:46.639 --> 00:06:50.480
And once I did that, that created a more established routine in my head.
00:06:50.560 --> 00:07:09.439
And it feels good to kind of know and have that certainty again because our brain loves familiarity, but most importantly, like it calms your nervous system down and it allows you to have mental clarity and take action instead of making, you know, all the reasons why you can't do something keep you where you are and keep you uncomfortable.
00:07:09.600 --> 00:07:13.199
So this is about creating structure within the uncomfortability.
00:07:13.360 --> 00:07:21.199
Not that we're never gonna feel uncomfortable, it's just that whenever you do, whenever you start to, you know that you can create structure with what you know.
00:07:21.360 --> 00:07:22.399
Did that make sense?
00:07:22.639 --> 00:07:30.240
So some of my go-tos around creating structure for myself that I've done is knowing the time that I'm going to wake up.
00:07:30.480 --> 00:07:43.360
Waking up at around 5:30, sometimes five, just to really sit with myself and be with myself and just kind of have my mind wake up while it's still in, you know, quiet and silence.
00:07:43.519 --> 00:07:49.439
And during that time, I mean, there's a couple things I do, but I just I'm really just sitting with myself, truly.
00:07:49.519 --> 00:07:51.360
I just meditate in silence sometimes.
00:07:51.439 --> 00:07:52.560
That's what my brain needs.
00:07:52.800 --> 00:07:56.800
Sometimes it's a visualization, other times I stretch and meditate.
00:07:57.040 --> 00:08:04.000
Really, it's just creating some sort of like routine and habit for me to do that feels good to me and that I know that I can do.
00:08:04.160 --> 00:08:05.839
Another one is moving my body.
00:08:06.160 --> 00:08:07.839
I feel good when I look good.
00:08:07.920 --> 00:08:09.519
I feel my best when I look good.
00:08:09.600 --> 00:08:12.959
And so just the type of person I am that's just important to me.
00:08:13.040 --> 00:08:20.800
And so moving my body, it really also helps to release negative energy or any just negative thoughts and feelings that I'm having at that moment.
00:08:20.959 --> 00:08:22.800
And it just works every time.
00:08:22.959 --> 00:08:36.159
So as I'm creating structure right now with you know, still unknowns, like I'm not really in the clear, but every day matters and the effort that you put in today, it's going to show like it will count for something.
00:08:36.320 --> 00:08:43.200
And I want to remind you that even when you can't see change, even when you don't see change, know that things are changing inside of you.
00:08:43.440 --> 00:08:45.679
And that makes a world of difference.
00:08:45.919 --> 00:09:00.720
And honestly, looking back on all of this, it's just so amazing, you know, that we have the tools within ourselves and we really have all that it takes to change our lives and just decide.
00:09:00.879 --> 00:09:05.279
We just decide and we get to choose that we want more, we want safety.
00:09:05.440 --> 00:09:21.519
Even with all the unknowns and all the discomfort that is in our lives, when you tell yourself and you decide that you are someone who can trust themselves enough to create stability when life unfolds, you are literally so powerful.
00:09:21.759 --> 00:09:24.879
Your mindset, man, like what a gift.
00:09:25.200 --> 00:09:29.600
But alongside that, you definitely need to take the action.
00:09:29.919 --> 00:09:35.279
And that's the difference here is that I knew what I knew, I wasn't taking the action, but I knew I needed something.
00:09:35.440 --> 00:09:42.799
And just knowing now that I can create that structure and give myself that stability and that safety in my body, like it's a game changer.
00:09:42.960 --> 00:09:54.879
So I want you to remember this podcast if life ever feels uncomfortable, uncertain, and you're looking to create some sort of structure and stability within your life.
00:09:55.039 --> 00:09:57.679
I want you to ask yourself these questions.
00:09:57.840 --> 00:09:58.080
Okay.
00:09:58.240 --> 00:10:00.559
Ask yourself, what do I already know?
00:10:00.799 --> 00:10:02.720
What can I stop waiting for?
00:10:02.879 --> 00:10:05.440
Where can I create one small routine?
00:10:05.600 --> 00:10:08.320
And what is one thing that I can control today?
00:10:08.960 --> 00:10:14.159
Okay, now that we know what we know, let's get to work on implementing that, okay?
00:10:15.120 --> 00:10:17.279
Thank you so much for being with me here today.
00:10:18.639 --> 00:10:20.000
