ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In the epic Season 5 finale of Marvel Underground, hosts Michael and Alex dive deep into Thunderbolts—the wild, emotional, and surprisingly hilarious ride that officially (almost) closes out the MCU's Phase 5. From Taskmaster’s arc (or lack thereof) to Yelena’s standout performance and the debut of the Sentry and The Void, we break down what made this film a slam dunk.
We also revisit the highs and lows of Phase 5—from Quantumania and Secret Invasion to Guardians Vol. 3, Loki Season 2, and Deadpool & Wolverine. What hit, what missed, and what does it all mean for Phase 6? Plus: a record-breaking post-credit scene, the controversial “New Avengers” reveal, and a Fantastic Four tease that sets the stage for Doomsday.
Strap in, true believers—MCU is back, and we’re just getting started.
