ABOUT THIS EPISODE
This week, we ate dinner for 12 at a five-person party, as Kelsey made the best spread for a Halloween party you've ever seen. We tried Frankenstein guac, mummy pigs in mummy wraps, cheesy spiders, two charcuteries, her classic go-to olive tapenade, stuffed pepper jack o'lanterns, pumpkin shaped smoked salmon cheese ball, popcorn balls, all with dips, veg, and sauces galore.
Then, Matt serves up a Thanksgiving kickoff true crime. In 1991, Omaima Nelson, who endured a very abusive childhood, is serving life in prison for killing Bill Nelson. She stabbed him while he was tied up, she beat him with a clothes iron, then dismembered him over a 12 hour period. She supposedly flushed him down her garbage disposal along with leftover turkey, and ate his ribs with barbecue sauce.
Also, we're feeling blue but not at all sad, as the blue wave sweeps the country. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the trash is taking itself out. Also, Kelsey's never been invited to a party? both Main Creeps are looking for Paypigs? and we're doing Oop's All Soups! for Friendsgiving.
