In this episode, my friend Brandon McCalla joins me on the Mackey Method to discuss grief, success while being a minority, and the benefits they both bring into your journey. Brandon is a member of JLL Central Florida's Retail Advisory Services team based in Orlando. Brandon works with landlords to develop and execute tailored leasing strategies as well as creating a healthy tenant mix. He also works closely with tenants expanding throughout Central Florida and helps to identify and secure the right locations for their business.
