ABOUT THIS EPISODE
To be a good helper, we need to practice asking for help too. A big lesson we are collectively learning is when and how to ask for help.
Join together with us and tune into your inner knowing and wisdom. Identify your deep needs and learn how to ask.

This is a recording of our free online event designed to bring our community of sensitive souls together and provide an opportunity to connect, meditate, and support one another.
On this call:Asking for help is normal. Collectively, we are learning why it’s so important to ask for help. Its never been more important to remove shame and judgement from needing help.
This is key to our survival in this new world since COVID-19. All our needs are normal and natural, needing emotional support or financial help is the same as breathing, its a function of living.
While we are self-isolating and social distancing, our need for each other has never been more keenly felt. But we have always needed connection.
We were already isolated, separated, and apart before this pandemic started - now there is a heightened awareness of it.
Helping others is an amazing and important thing to do and can be a really great support for your mental health.
Its also always okay to say no.
If you are able to help, great. If not, also great. Really!
Being clear about your ability to help is helpful. Then the person asking can get creative, ask others, or cultivate independence. All of those things are gifts you give by saying NO.
Cultivate an inner awareness of your deepest needs by tuning into your heart. Identify what you can do on your own, and what you need help with. Independence is still a wonderful thing too.
The road to Mastery is knowing when you need help and when you can do things on your own. And finding a new balance between the two as we navigate this vulnerable and uncertain time.
Get to work lightworker! When you are engaged in compassionate, soul-guided action, the fear melts away and only good will spring forth.
