When chronicallyoverstimulated by modern life's sensory bombardment—from urban noise to digitaloverwhelm—it can become dysregulated, contributing to mental health challenges.Virtual reality therapy is emerging as a powerful tool for mental healthtreatment, allowing controlled exposure to therapeutic environments that canhelp retrain stress responses and promote healing.
