ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this special LIVE episode at Hurrdat Sports Bar, host Ricky C. Simmons sits down with Maggi Thorne, a 9-year competitor on American Ninja Warrior, motivational speaker, and philanthropist. From pageantry to overcoming a traumatic brain injury, Maggi’s story is about grit, resilience, and never backing down from life’s toughest obstacles.
If you’ve seen Maggi competing on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, this episode gives you the behind-the-scenes journey — the triumphs, setbacks, and what truly drives her. Like many trending athlete interviews on YouTube, this one dives deeper than sports, into faith, family, and purpose.
