ABOUT THIS EPISODE
North Carolina Tar Heels basketball fans get bold as Neo Avdalas is tipped to lead the Heels in assists and rebounds—but not points—while freshman Sayon Keita is predicted to crash the ACC All-Defensive Team. Can Terrence Brown reach the 40-point mark in a single game and will UNC capture the ACC Tournament title in Michael Malone’s first year? Audacious forecasts fly as the conversation weighs statistical trends, developmental leaps, and the unpredictable upside of this year’s roster.
The discussion explores the logic behind each outlandish prediction, recaps last season’s boldest guesses, and reflects on lessons learned from missed marks and standouts like Caleb Wilson. Enthusiasts are encouraged to submit their own wild takes and join the Locked On Tar Heels Discord for real-time fan debates. Is this the year the Tar Heels exceed expectations, or will history repeat itself? Get ready for a thrilling ride through Carolina blue optimism and basketball reality.
