ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this powerful, prophetic episode of the Live BOLD Movement Podcast, host Tierney Shirrell sits down with Cathy Greer - Christian leader, consultant, and founder of Freedom Transformation Corporation - to unpack the connection between visibility, identity, and inner healing. Cathy brings decades of experience consulting high-level entrepreneurs and influencers, and in this episode, she brings those insights directly into the Kingdom CEO Community. We unpack why so many leaders struggle with visibility, how to steward influence and a platform in a way that truly represents Christ rather than ourselves, and why the real work is always an inside job.
If you've ever struggled with fear of being seen, imposter syndrome, or self-rejection in your business or calling, this conversation will reveal what's really holding you back.
Learn how to steward influence as a Kingdom leader, break agreement with beliefs that don't align with God's Word, and step into the next level of visibility He is calling you to - with confidence, clarity, and obedience.
Key Takeaways-
Everything you say and do flows through a filter - you. That filter must be healed and aligned
-
You can build success from insecurity, or build in partnership with God - the outcomes are very different
-
If you promote yourself, you have to sustain it. If God promotes you, He sustains you
-
Fear, rejection, and insecurity don't just affect how you feel - they affect how you lead
-
True transformation begins when you stop agreeing with lies and start agreeing with what God says
Whether God is calling you into a new level of visibility, you're believing for your own breakthrough, or you just need a fresh word of encouragement today, this episode is for you - faith-driven entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders ready to grow their impact without compromising their identity in Christ.
